Haruto's Super Sunshine Training

Haruto sighed a bit unhappily, as strength training wasn't really his thing. Probably because he never did it. He could understand Zen telling him he really needed it, but that didn't make it any easier. Seeing the dummy, he wondered how he should go about this. He decided on a simple frontal assault. He charged, and dropped low, aiming a kick at the dummies midsection. Then, he quickly stood and delivered a spinning kick at the dummies head. He delivered two punches to the dummies head, than an elbow to the midsection of the dummy. He listened to Zen's words, but tried to concentrate on hitting the dummy mainly. He crouched and gave a uppercut to the dummies head, and then brought his elbow down on the same part. He then did a full front kick into its midsection, and brought that into an immediate spinning kick. He was a bit tired, but decided he could keep going a little more. He aimed a kick at the dummies head, then its midsection, then its torso. He then gave two quick, hard punches to the dummies midsection. He stepped back and did a jumping kick. He then went a lot farther back, and did a jumping spinning kick, hitting the dummies midsection with a good amount of force. He was actually pretty pleased with this. He was a bit out of breath, and had completely missed Zen leaving. He frowned a bit more than usual, but forgave the man. "Guess he had something to do."
With that, he exited the area and had to decide where he should go next. He may be able to get an exam done, but he wasn't sure he wanted to bother anyone. He decided he would decide on the way.
