Aios walked quickly into her room, a hand full of wood and large grey bag around her arm. She quickly tossed the load onto the bed, quickly realizing that her cloth and sewing supplies were still strewn across the bed from her last project, little bits of red and black fabric now hidden beneath her tools and other items. She slid the clothing scraps and various other items out from onder them quickly, dropping one of the smaller logs onto the ground as she did. She picked them back up once the bed was mostly cleared and then placed them neatly into piles so she could begin. Sitting down in the large chair next to her bed, which had always been her make shift work station due to her brothers ruining anything that she took out of her room, on her person or not, the moment they saw it. She took the first large piece in her hands. She was excited to begin. From the bag she pulled a chisel, holding it in her hands for a moment to get used to the weight. She needed to be precise or the pieces wouldn't quite line up right. She took the first stroke, a long line of wood falling to fhe floor below as she moved it from end to end. Stroke after stroke the wood shaping tool slid, each time taking a chunk of the material off to shape it to her purpose. After around twenty minutes she had a mostly circular upper arm section finished and she was fairly satisfied with the result. She set the piece down on the bed to begin with another. One by one she finished each piece of wood, hand carving the doll from scratch. She had each of the easy pieces done finally, and now came the dificult part. She shaped the shoes with large circular tops similar to the cartoon mickey mouse. She shaped thechest next, cutting a large slit down the chest cavity first. She made the slit deep and long, following with two more, one on the top one on the bottom. With that done she slowly slid the chisel underneath her newly made door, the wedge like edge separating her creation from the body itself. She hollowed it quickly, and then set it beside her where it would be safe. THe head took the most work, carving wise. She carved the block into an oval, making sure to thake the time to carve out the hair line before begining to round out where the face was. She carved in grooves in the hair to give it close to a life like look. She cut out the subtle curves and valeys for the eyes, formed in the lips, and then cut the elongated nose out slowly. FInally she felt prepared with all of the pieces before her and ready to begin.
First she took the chest piece. from the bag she pulled a large piece of machinery that would be able to do what her puppet needed to do. She slid it into the cavity, bolting it down tightly. She took the two cartridges full of senbon and loaded them in quickly, turning it towards her wall and pressing the lever to fire it. To her great excitement the senbon shot out, peppering her wall with projectiles. They bounced off, mostly because they weren't real senbon but more blunt wooden needles she had created until she could ge the real thing, but the purpose was still there. She attacked each of the doors of the boy's chest panel, making sure that the bolts and hindges needed to allow it to open as she needed were working as intended, and then used her chakra strings jutsu to take control of the item. She closed the door and then used her pupetry skills to activate the mechansim. The doors slid into it's chest quickly and as soon as they were out of the way the senbon fired once more, making a loud group of thuds as they hit the wall. She would need to gather them all together later, she thought. Next came the arms. She slid each piece together carefully, ensuring that the hinges would work as she needed them to before fully connecting them. with two working arms she began the same process on the legs. With this done she attacked the head, which just kind of slid on and then began on the small details. She carved out two hands, using a spring matrix to allow the hand to open or close as needed. She would buy some kunai at some point, she thought to herself. She fitted the last pieces together and then set it upright on the bed, taking a few steps back to look at her work. It was perfect exactly as it was and needed little additional changes. The hands upened and closed, the door in the chest slid inward before turning inward towards the puppets back to use it's attack. With that done it was on to the next steps. She took the fabric from her bag, quickly sewing it together. She knew the patern by heart of course. She was the cosplay queen of Funka. With the strange garments finally sewn she looked back at the dool. She was tired. More tired, in fact, then she could ever remember being but still she needed to continue. She took the paint from the bag, the last item thankfully. She mixed each up properly and got right to work.
It took her a moment, but when she got it just right she began to paint. each brush stroke seemed to bring the puppet to life, and when she was done she beamed with pride. This was her first true task alone, and it was an impressive feat too. She activated her chakra strings, testing each movement and tweaking the joints or pieces that didn't quite work right and then set the puppet on the bed beside her. "I'm done....Now....for sleep" She said passing out quickly.
