Matts Day Out Empty Matts Day Out

Sun Jun 01, 2014 3:22 am
She had just gotten back from her training session with P-lot Con Venience, and she was beat, however there was of course no rest for the wicked. She giggled at her clever pun. She was always making the most clever puns. She sat down on her bed, looking across her room at all of the random scraps of this or that that cluttered up the small space and an Idea came to her. First she headed off to the local ninja hardware store. She walked in the door quickly, slipping down an isle to look at the random things that could be purchased. She had taken the mechanism out of her pinochio doll to enable storage and it now set in her pack pack.

"Hm....." she looked through the incredibly large shelf, considering what would be good to make her vision work. She found some interesting material, "realistic artifical skin" the tag it was hanging from said, and pondered for a moment. That was a must, she thought using a single chakra thread to pull it down from the rack over her head. She took a look left and right to ensure no one was watching and then tapped on the puppet's chest compartment after sliding the bag around so that she could reach into it. It popped open fairly quietly and she put the item in side, closing it after. "This.....This is going to take too long. " she was right. Sneaking each item into the puppet in a bag on her back was time consuming and she was a young girl, impatient and just a bit crazy. She pulled the puppet out and attacked her strings to allow it to walk around freely.

"Alright what's next what's next what's next....." She glanced over the shelves next, noticing some gorgeous bamboo that seemed incredibly durable and heavy duty. her eyes lit up for a moment before she realized the materials to make the base of the doll would need to be much bigger. She took a few small pieces to use for apendages or whatever and tossed them in the doll's chest also. She took a few steps, still studying every item on the shelves in front of her. She didn't want to miss a single excelent thing that could be an addition to her creation. Turning  the corner she walked around to the next isle. Thankfully it was also empty. It seemed strange to her. A store with so many incredible things that could be used to create masterpieces was like a ghost town. She hadn't even actually seen any employees yet. Perhaps Osore had eaten them all and the place was simply left open now, she thought. Yea. that was probably it. She found a large section of wood on the next isle labeled "lumber" and eyed it greedily. Her eyes scanned across all the different sizes and shapes of wood from wooden logs that were circular with ugly bark on the outside to perfectly sanded and smoothed wooden cylanders and retangles. She took measurement of her body with her hands, comparing them to each and was incredibly disappointed to find the only one that would work required her to shave off all of the bark and do this the hard way. Either way she tossed the log in her back pack, heaving it up more on her back and continued on her journey. She walked past a few more sections of isle, not really paying much attention at all, and then stopped. Her head turned backwards to see what had caught her eye and she swore when she looked that the item was glowing basked in a beautiful angelic light.

"Chakra conductive plates. Hmm." she began, reading off the name on the tag below it with intrigue. "For use in puppetry  and the creation of armor or weapons that one wishes to infuse with the properties of their own chakra. Simply insert these plates into the item desired, or tip the blade the full length with the metal if used on a weapon, and the special properties in the metal will allow you to flow your chakra into the item, making chakra infusion and any other means of transmitting chakra a sinch. " She read the description over and over again. It seemed too good to be true. She took two packs of the medium sized retangular metal plates, each pack containging five, and tapped on the puppet's chest once more. it popped open with a light click. "Yes. I did realize there was a problem with my strategy but this...Well this actually comes close to fixing the problem all together. " She closed the hatch on her Pinochio doll lightly after the contents were put in there and an excited smile spread across her young face. She scanned more as she went, looking over bolts and screws, insulation and roofing, but found nothing really she wanted to use. When she got to the end of the isle she glanced around the corner to see if there was anyone in sight but found no one. She turned the corner quickly, practically sliding as she turned once more to begin down the next isle. This isle had potential. There were all sorts of hooks and gadgets, pulleys and levers, rope and wire, and Aios looked down the isle in total awe. She was like a kid in a candy store, but not her brothers. Her brothers were much too happy in or outside of a candy store. She began to grab items quickly. She found a bit of fasteners that she thought would work well to keep the puppet together, looking closely at the item to ensure they would hold the pieces together without sharp edges that could break the artifical skin she planned to create. She grabbed some wire and then immediately put it down. There in front of her was a large card board display with the word new in huge letters. New wasn't however the word that had stopped her in her tracks.

"All new ultra durable extra long razor wire" she read the tag aloud. It came in rolls of one hundred meters, extra thin but boasting on the package that it could support up to two hundred pounds. She knew she didn't need two hudnred pounds, of course, but at the price of free if you run fast enough it was a steal....literally. It got tossed with the log in her back pack along with a second roll just in case. she considered for a moment. "You know......I really need some poisons to put on these things." She glanced down to the end of the isle not seeing a tag for poisons and figured she would just grab it when she got there. moving quickly down the isle she came across a bit of metal pulleys and wenches. She definitely needed this. She grabbed a set of wenches, twenty in all, actually....She tuned the container over again her eyes growing wide with excitement. "OOhhhhh Value pack. One extra wench free. that makes twenty one. " She slid the package under her arms as she continued, one finger of her free hand shifted left and right as she scanned the tags slowly with her eyes. Pulleys, No she didn't need that. Chain? that would be way too heavy and loud. She had gotten more then half way down and was about to give up on this particular section when she caught something out of the corner of her eye. She glanced downward towards the floor and could not believe her eyes. There was a fairly large box, larger then she could actually carry out without being noticed were there actually any one here. The front was labeled with large green letters that made her eyes grow wide once more with excitement.

"All new.....Hm....P-lot Con Venient's Big box of incredibly almost awkwardly helpful devices. This box contains everything a young puppet master might need to outfit their creations with dangerously powerful weaponry. " She nodded, first surprised that her mentor had created his own line of products, though with his skills in seemingly everything it shoudn't have been too much of a surpise, and second that this box seemed to contain absolutely everything she could ever dream of to outfit her puppet. She looked over the items she'd grabbed, making sure that she had most of what she needed for her mechanisms. She had the wire, though it would be helpful she supposed to actually get weapons to put on the end of it. Perhaps she would put a split down the middle and just run through people slicing them up. That might work. She had mechanisms to fire from, she figured she'd use a couple in each arm and the larger ones in the creation's chest. She had the base and the arms, but she had forgotten she needed more wood for the head as well as shoes and things of that nature. She headed back towards the isle with the wood, forgetting completely which one it was and checking four other Isles before finally finding the correct place. She looked up at the sign to make sure one more time, and when she saw the word lumber headed down it quickly, completely passing the section she needed, turning around passing it again because she wasn't paying attention and then finally turning back to stop in front of the wood she had been staring at not even five minutes ago. She took several small blocks for various purposes before picking out the perfect sized piece for the head. She knew she had a large stack of wigs at home, which would allow her to not need to actually carve in and paint hair on the puppet. That was a huge plus in her mind. She was fairly certain she had all the items she needed so she grabbed up the few things she needed to carry and headed towards the end of the isle.

Poking her head around the corner she looked left and then right to ensure there was still no one in the store. The Isles were just as empty as when she'd first walked in thankfully, and with her look out mission completed she high tailed it out of the store. SHe pushed the door open quickly with her forarm, moving her leg to allow the little puppet controled with her left hand to walk through, and then went through herself. Next step was getting these things home and then it was all gravy. The walk home felt like it took forever. The items in her arms and in her bag were incredibly heavy to the small girl and the excitement of getting started on her puppet made time feel like it was dragging by slower then molasses on a cold winter day. Finally she reached the large house where she and her siblings stayed. The puppet reached up to grip the door knob, and with a slow twist it opened up to allow them entry. She walked in, kicking the door closed behind her quickly and rushed off to her room. Once inside she dropped the entire contents of her arms on the bed. She closed the door, turning the lock to ensure she absolutely wouldn't be bothered and then she and the puppet went over towards their work station. She tapped on the puppet's chest, opening it's compartment and took each item out one by one. "Perfect perfect...Now let's see...."

She took out a note pad and got to work. she drew a puppet with long blonde hair and a soft smile, studying it for several moments and then tore the paper out. "I need something.....Oh....Oh this is good. Yes. This will work perfectly. " from the top of the dresser beside her she grabbed the picture of herself and her family, She turned it over, and quickly turned each of the latches that kept the back on the phrame. She pulled the backing off and then turned it over to slide out the glass and picture. The frame and glass was set back on top of the dresser until she was finished and with that done she took a long look at the picture. "Mom...dad....." She missed them more then anything. She wished her parents weren't always out and about taking care of business.  "I wonder if....If they miss you too..." her thoughts shifted to her brothers. Taios and Sios were a pain in the ass all of the time but they were her family. Only she would have the satisfaction of killing them. A tear came to her eyes as she tore the picture in half and then tore a bit off the other side until in her hands was a picture of just herself. "If you guys don't love me enough to come home.....Then i'll make someone who will. The only one I can trust in this world is my self mom, dad......So if there's two of me then I'll never be alone right? I'll never leave myself the way you did." She shook the thoughts from her head. There was just way too much to do. She set the picture beside her notepad, rested on her crossed leg, and then began to draw once more. The large drawing surface filled quickly with ink as she transcribed the picture from a real life photo to a larger drawing she could work with. Finally she put the finishing touches on her artwork, coloring in the last bits and pieces with a light hand on her ink pen, and capped it putting it away. Now the hard part started.

She took the large bit of wood, setting it in her lap, and began slowly shaving down the bark. It felt rough against her lap but she was certain that the wood plane would make quick work of any rough edges once she was able to get it to that point. She took the chisel and a hammer and wedged it tightly between the bark of her project piece by tapping it lightly with the hammer. With a single downward thrust the hammer tore through the bark, ripping off a large chunk. "Perfect." she said to herself. Another stroke tore off another section, and with each tap of the hammer she could feel her vision getting closer and closer to completion. The block was now half done and she paused for only a moment to wipe the sweat form her forehead before continuing. The room was filled with the rhythmic tapping of her instrument as it stripped the ugly wood down to a workable surface. Once it was done she looked the piece over to ensure she hadn't missed anything before moving onto the next step. She took the wood plane and ran it across the entire surface a strip at a time, cutting off the jagged edges and uneven points created by the chisel. It took quite a bit less time then she expected before the surface was mostly even. She set the chisel down on the bed in front of her and grabbed the sand paper  in her left hand. "Oh...Wait.....I almost forgot. She positioned the log in between her legs so that her thighs gripped it firmly holding it in place. With one hand now free she used her chakra threads to control the puppet once more. It rose up from it's position beside her to look up at it's master, seeming to mimic sentient life and after a quick nod it got to work also. Her left hand set on the arm rest beside her, running the strings under her leg to make things easier and finally when she was set up the puppet went onto her task.

"See pinochio.....You are the only one who understands me. It's not that I don't want to be strong, I just have different ideals then my bone headded brothers. " The puppet nodded it's head in approval, taking up the chisel and starting work on the block that would be her head. "Hey...Careful though. Remember you my dear are made of wood. I don't want you to go hurting yourself. I would worry too much about whether I could fix you or not. " Once again the puppet nodded in understanding at her command, her pinky finger and middle finger twitching to cause the movements. The ticking of a hammer could be heard once more from beside her and, satisfied with that she began working on her own piece of the project. She set the sand paper in the slot of the holder specifically designed to ensure the rough textured paper didn't harm her delicate hands and with a soft click she knew she was able to begin. The paper glided smoothly over the entire surface of the wood. her hand moved slowly due to having to keep the wood block steady with her legs, but progress she supposed was progress. Three large chunks of bark slid to the ground as she continued to sand down the edges of her creation. Her puppet seemed to have as much drive to finish this as she did, which made sense considering the inanimate object was actually controlled by her. She finished up the surface work, moving the sand paper to the edges where the top of the log met the side and began to run the sand paper over these sharp corners to ease the feel of it against her skin. Stroke after stroke she moved the sand paper, slowly making the corners dull and round out as the puppet controled by her left hand nipped little pieces of the bark off one by one, taking extra care to not do large strokes as she had for fear of the tools slipping and accidentally taking a chunk out of him. She finished with the top portion of the sanding, shifting her gaze over to the puppet. He was most of the way done, she thought. "Perfect. " She flipped the wood over to quickly sand the other side and smooth out the rough edge to give herself a perfect palat for her work. Once this was done she passed the puppet the sand paper and he began to even up the piece for the head with long deliberate strokes.

She took up the chisel once more, taking it from her minion and started her work. She slid it slowly across the bottom portion of the wood with soft deliberate strokes. Her intention was evening out the portion of her flat stomach. glancing back at the picture every few strokes she slowly built the piece that would be the front of her chest, finishing the stomach and sides with ease and starting with her breasts next. In curved strokes she worked through the upper portion of her chest, debating adding detail to the design but deciding it was unneeded considering the puppet would be wearing clothes. The final strokes eased the upper portion of her chest, digging in deeper to form the indentions around her collar bones, a needed bit of detail she had decided in the event the puppet would wear clothes that showed off her shoulders and neck. When she was finished she looked down at her puppet. It was just finishing smoothing out a perfect oval that she was fairly satisfied with. She turned the piece she worked on over to work on her back muscles and spine and before she performed the first stroke picked up a second chisel and handed it to the clone. "man pinoch....It's like you're me. We're so on the same page. " Extending her fist she pulled her left hadn away from the puppet and it raised it's hand with closed fist to return it's master's movement. The back finished fairly quickly she figured. There was quite a bit less required detail to be done so it was'nt too much of a surprise. Beside her the head was coming along well also. The indentions for th eyes were forming nicely, a small orb in the center of them that would be the puppets eyes. The lips were traced out and formed in and the puppet was now working on the jawline.

She set her piece down in front of her. "Lets see...what is next....." She grabbed the pieces of bamboo and a few more pieces of wood. The first arm was a slow process. She cut the wood piece way down and began to smooth it out, creating a ball joint on each end. She sliced the bamboo in half and sanded the edges down. It was just about the right size she thought. WIth a few of the attachments she had purchased as well as some she still had in her room she attached the bamboo to the arm quickly, testing it once and then twice to make sure it would open and close as needed and adding a latching mechanism she could hit with one of her chakra strings. She set the piece down beside her finished chest and did the same piece to another piece to finish for the most part the two forearms. Another glance down showed a finished and sanded head and the puppet was now twiddling it's thumbs. "Hey now...I know this is hard work but we gotta get it done. No breaks get to work. " The puppet brought it's hand up to salute her and then set the head piece down. They worked in unison now, Kira opening up each of the compartments of the forearm once more to check and make sure the latch worked and as she did the puppet opened the large box and took out the metal work to weaponize them. he put each together with great percision, and as each was done he handed it to her to place. She turned the hand over and set in the first gadget, making sure it was set correctly in place before fastening it down with screws and testing to make sure it wouldn't move or shift. she turned the arm over and did the same process on the under side. This process continued for the second forarm as the worked in silence, each pass done without eye contact between either of them. She could See pinochio out of the corner of her eye which provided her the clues she needed on top of her power actually causing the actions. She set each of these down closed. "I really need some senbon and weapons. " She carved out the upper arm, following the curves of each of her muscle groups with incredibly precision. She wondered if her parents had been puppet masters. Truthfully she'd never seen them do anything and as such she knew the chances of actually finding out would be little to none. The legs moved swiftly into creation with shoes just like hers. She now took the chest piece again. Beside her the puppet pulled the box of paints from under her bead. His wooden hand moved the brush across it's piece, drawing each subtle line with great precision and making sure to take the time to make her creation beautiful. When it was done it was almost imposible to tell the difference between her head and the puppet head.

"Alright........Almost done with part one. " She set those pieces down also and opened the arm pieces once more after hooking the upper and lower portions together. Beside her the puppet began detail work on the puppets hands, carving individual fingers out and attaching them with life like joints before carving and smoothing out the curve of each palm. She set the razor wire within the attacked firing mechanisms, feeding it onto the spools. She could attach it to weapons she was sure and it would be a nasty surprise. She checked through each piece one by one to ensure they were perfectly smooth and then brought it all together. The end result was a perfect puppet that looked just a little too life like. Her puppet worked diligently on the last few bits of machinery, hollowing out the chest first and then handing it back to kira who had been opening packages of various pieces. She drew the chakra conductive plates out and began to screw them in slowly. Each leg got two, one on the outter thigh and one on the inner calf of each leg, one down the center of each of the weapon panels on the puppets arms, two on the stomach, one bent to accommodate her moderate sized chest and one on the back of the neck and a few on the back.

"Alright...Now let's put it together shall we?" They lifted the machinery quickly, setting it up in the chest and bolting it down. The razor wire was in place, and thanks to a few more modifications she had made the bits of machinery required to allow the puppet to split in half were finished. She put on a pair of heavy gloves and then fed the wire through the system of wenches and pulleys, testing the break appart quickly. It worked exactly as she hoped. She took the artifical skin and slid it over the entire puppet. With a clay sculpting tool she presed the material into every crevise, splitting it where it needed to be split and adding the little minor details that would let it pass for her exactly as she needed it to. It would open at the chest, which she glued down so that the chest could open. The arms were creased in and cut, and each of those was fastened also with glue and finally the finishing technical details were done.

She took the paint brush, letting her other puppet set down as she didn't need it. She dabbed it in the pain, and stroked it across the face slowly forming each feature one by one. She would need at some point to make the eyes a little different maybe, she thought as she cut the material form the eye holes to expose her puppets perfect paintwork. Each of hese cuts or openings was smoothed down and the final touches were in process. A bit of rouge flowed across her lips, which opened as a humans would. The wig fitted down over it's head, this one a simple wig that looked like her own hair, and with clothes it was done and she dropped backward in her chair passing out in exhaustion.

[Approved, but requesting title change to "Matt's day out"]

It is near the conclusion of her creation that large poundings are heard, tremors shaking her home and no doubt knocking tools, and materials from their storage. Boom. Boom. Boom. One after another they come, only seconds apart, the sound growing louder, the tremors growing stronger. If one were to investigate they would see truly a horrifying sight, a large man with brown hair, standing fifty meters tall but wearing no clothes, a surprising thing however is that is has no genitalia. The creatures colossal knees bend, his right hand grasping the roof of what would be the house of this young puppet master with its right hand, lifting upwards the creature pulls off the roof, looking inside and sniffing the air, grunts and groans made at it does.

Matts Day Out Empty Re: Matts Day Out

Sun Jun 01, 2014 10:52 am
AIos was so deeply into her project, putting the finishing touches on what would be in her mind the most perfect puppet in all of existence that she didn't notice the the shaking of the ground, or at least not directly. The small puppet beside her stood up out of instinct, her subconscous activating her chakra strings to shift her fingers subtly and cause it to tug at her shirt tail. "Not now pinoch I..." this was when two things happened. First she slid the wig over her puppet beaming with pride and second the roof of her house was removed.

"Wha....What the hell?! " Her eyes shot upwards to see an enormous man towering over the small house where she taios and saios lived, stark naked but with no genitalia. SHe supposed it was always good to be thankful for the little things. "WHo....Who are you?" she asked and she could swear though the small pinochio puppet couldn't speak she heard it's words clearly 'please don't be sent by shouten please dont be sent by shouten please dont be sent by shouten' It would chant, mostly in her head, a product of the psychosis and loneliness of missing her parents and not having them around.
