Angel was angry….It was hard to anger an Aburame.  She didn’t know this woman but she was lecturing her about how to use her abilities that she had honed since she was little….The wisdom of someone more experienced should allow her to not assume that the huge obvious technique was the only thing she knew.  Puppets were powerful and strong and large and obvious.  But the subtlety behind the large flashy attacks was what made a ninja truly great.  A ninja was skilled at accomplishing tasks.  Telling A ninja that they are a one trick pony…it was the worst insult that Angel cared to think about right now.  Angel was done playing around and the trigger was the loss of her hold on the shadows that she had.  Here it comes.  Angel tensed gripping the kunai and smokebomb she hadn’t thrown yet.  spreading her senses to prepare for an attack.  She crouched low to the ground to make herself even less of a target.  She already had a plan of what she would do when she located the direction of the attack.  Continuing to scan the area.  As she did she would release her insects into her shadow with the instructions to scatter and locate the enemy when commanded.  The shadows did hide the shape of Alice’s head well enough but not the brilliant flash of her fire jutsu.   ‘I’ll show you skills.’  Angel thought.  With a downward sweep she threw her kunai first intentionally aiming 2 trees over from Alice to throw off the fact that she had found her location.  In the same sweep she would throw the smoke bomb down at the ground to cover her actions.  At the moment the smoke bomb hit Angel would scatter the insect to attack her enemy in the trees.  With the smoke bomb and the shadows the insects should go undetected.   With a light clap she lowered the ground in a 1.5 meter square around her into the earth 5 meters.  With her not there anymore the fireballs would act how they normally act when they hit each other and she would hope that would lead Alice to believe that Angel had taken a hit.  But Angel wouldn’t know being she had already molded into the earth aiming for her “teacher”.  If she was able to get close Angel would attempt the Head hunter jutsu dragging Alice into the earth.

Angel would sense the conclusion of the battle above her as all her insects converged on Alice, drinking away her energy.  Angel’s anger quelled by the defeat and pride in her finely honed skills, she would resurface and seal her puppet away back into his specified scroll.  Alice had been strong but she had over extended her energy.  Angel hoped that besting this girl wouldn’t comeback to bite her but she had been able to successfully learn a new jutsu so she guessed she was thankful for that.  Hopefully next time Angel would meet Alice on more friendly terms.  A shiver went down Angel’s spine at how utterly creepy this situation had been as she limped home.

(Now I could simply ask for a void to your post for using the head hunter technique and Moving earth core, when you got those from your chunin rank up, and therefore after this fight would happen, seeing as you are still a genin in this topic, but hey let's role with it since I'm nice.)

Alice had allowed herself to get lost in thought, believing the battle would be over with her final shot with her fire justu, but alas it had seemed Alice had very gravely miscalculated. She had under estimated the girl completely, thinking that without her puppet she would not be able to do much against foe such as Alice, but she was very wrong indeed. The girl had used low ranking justu in a swift combination, completely taking Alice by surprise. Alice had let her guard down by deactivating her minds eye far too early, allowing for her to not only be covered in six of Angel's  strange bugs that seemed to be slowly draining her energy, but had also allowed Angel to pull her into the ground using the head hunter technique, Alice had no choice but to take the girl  completely seriously now, she had to make up for the position she was in now, her arrogance had almost been her downfall, almost. The girl had only seemed to make one fatal mistake when performing her will executed plan. She made contact with Alice. Flowing her own doton chakra through her tenketsu Alice would perform the blessing of the gorgon technique, turning anything making contact with her into solid stone instantaneously. This justu required no hand seals, no charge time, it was near instantaneous since both angel's insects and herself were latched on to Alice. The doton chakra would flow at such a speed, that Alice doubted Angel herself would be able to react to be turning to stone or even know for sure if it happened when she was freed from Alice's strongest doton technique. Alice hated having to use one her strongest techniques on someone so young, but it also spoke volumes about the girl herself, able to force Alice to go all out against her. Alice would smile if her justu was successful, and listen to the insects that had once covered her body drop around her in the ground, now simply pebbles. "You will make a great ninja, Angel." She would say softly, and the perform the hiding like a mole technique that also did not require hand seals to turn the earth that had encased her into a fine sand, allowing her to free herself from the earth that had confined her so easily and almost made her lose. Alice would pull the now statue of Angel from the ground with her, as to not have the girl suffocate from being trapped in the earth as well when she was freed from Alice's technique, Alice did not want someone with so much promise die so young. She would release Angel's puppet from her shadow arms technique and place the statue of Angel next to her companion on the ground. If all of this went successfully Alice would give Angel's forehead a quick kiss, like a mother would do, getting a smudge of black lipstick on it as she did. Alice would then begin to stumble home, it was time for her to sleep. She had never expected to use so much energy against the girl, but through the intense fight Alice had reach an epiphany on her two techniques, completely thinking through and learning one, and on her way to her more powerful one as well. The new generation of young ninja truly were going to be astounding if there were like Angel.  (exit)

[Alright in all fairness. You are doing me a favor by not voiding my post.  I did make the mistake thinking I had started the topic after I got Chunin.  Therefore I’m also going to ignore the mistake you made when you said only 6 insects had touched you.  And the fact that I was no longer attacking you with the head hunter being my insects had already done their job.  I want us to be able to interact in the future and I have no problem taking this one being it won’t outright kill me.]


 Angel felt weird as she pulled the girl into the ground completing her technique.  Her hands and body started feeling sluggish.  Then suddenly she woke up next to her puppet.  She had no Idea what jutsu the other girl had used but she was going to stay out of her way from now on.  Retrieving her puppet and the 3 kunai that were still where she left them she headed home.  Her leg hurt like hell and she felt terrible for losing but she did feel accomplished being that whole time she had been perfecting her new jutsu.  She had developed a way to attach chakra threads to living things an actual body and it had felt good to come up with such a strong jutsu.  Luckily her puppet was not broken at all and her wound seemed to be just fine after the run in with the knock out jutsu.  But any battle you walk away from right?
