Let's see how their ninja are (Open, NK)

Denkiteki had been in Taki for a day now, and had not spoken to Taiga since their first meeting. He did not appreciate the leaders words involving den's deceased friends, and was unsure if he wished to speak with the man again. His apartment was nice at least, and while Den had not lived in the real world in quite some time, it was nice to be out of Sanctuary. He didn't want to go back really, as there was so much there that reminded him of Min. And he was tired of living in his own fantasy, he had work to do in this world, the one that was not under his control. He had to find those who killed Min, he had to decipher her message.
But he had yet to find anyone, and the Gobi didn't seem to want to help him. So he was here, in Taki, simply trying to get his mind together before he dedicated himself once more to the search. He didn't know what he wanted to do, so he headed towards what he assumed was a trainings ground. How long had it been since Den had been to one of these? He didn't know, but he was curious as to how the shinobi of this village measured compared to other village she had been in.
Den walked through the training ground dressed in his gear, which looked similiar to that of a Jounins. But he wore no villages symbol. Den had considered wearing his old Kiri headband once more, but decided against it seeing as he had yet to know who destroyed his home, and he didn't want to advertise himself for them to find. Other than his gear Den had his sword shapeless with him, the hilt strapped to his right hip. Den's piercing blue eyes scanned the area as he walked through it, making sure not to get in anyone's way. Den kept up his normal nearly expressionless face as he walked around, waiting for someone to catch his eye.

Miki was training hard, as he usually did. He had some wooden, practice Kunai, but they didn't really substitute for the real thing. He slashed and hit the dummy in front of him in a constant formation of head, body, lower body and kept up the hits as fast as he could. So intertwined in his training, the goggled boy didn't even realize that someone else had entered the field. Whether or not this was the kind of talent the man was looking for, he didn't know, but he was quick on his feet for sure.

Den was wandering when a kid caught his eye. He was 12, around the age when Den had become a Jounin. The kid had wooden tools to use for training, either not able to afford the real thing or not ready for it. It didn't take Den long to deduce that this kid had not been trained long, he had perhaps only recently started training to become a shinobi. Den began to wonder what life the kid had before, did he have a normal life that Den had sometimes wished for when he was really young? Den had been forced to train at a young age, his dad pushing him to become a skilled shinobi like himself. He hadn't been allowed a normal childhood, having been made a Genin at the age of 8.
Curious about the kid, Den walked over to him, "Are those at least as heavy as the real thing?" Den would be about 3 meters behind the boy when he spoke, his voice sounding curious but nothing more. Den wasn't entirely sure why he was interested in the kid, maybe because the kid might have had a normal life, or at least one where he didn't have to learn how to kill another human before he was even 10. While Den appreciated all of the skills his father had taught him now, when he was a small child he just wanted to be normal.

Miki's eyes would seem to examine the man to his soul as he turned. His hawk-like gaze memorizing every inch of the man. "No.. they don't. I don't think weapons are quite my specialty anyway."
Still unaware of the power that lay behind his eyes and blood, he had been trying different forms of combat, but Taijutsu and Kenjutsu were the only ones readily available. He simply wasn't as well practiced in ninjutsu as he could. be. Noticing the man did not have any sign of being a member of this village, but seemed like a man that could hold his own in a fight, he got slightly suspicous. "Who are you? You aren't from here."

Den could sorta relate to the kid. Den only used weapons primarily for distraction, and was more focused on the use of ninjutsu when it came to actually trying to take someone down. The boy seemed to take note of his lack of any identifying symbols and asked who he was. An amused smirk appeared on his face at that.
"You know, most people introduce themselves first before asking another person their name." The kid was proving to be a decent distraction from Den's problems, so Den didn't feel like being a complete asshole, "My names Den though, and you're right I'm not from here."

Miki wouldn't show any sign of real acknowledgement, but he was a little less suspicious. Anyone who could simply walk into the center of the village and say his name likely wasn't an enemy. "My name is Miki. Where are you from then?"
He was curious. Other places were known to have interesting techniques. Learning these may give Miki an idea of who he is if he was particularly good at them. This man interested the boy, so training was secondary in his mind for now.

How did Den want to answer that question? Should he say Tengakure, Kiri, or just name off some other random place? If Den was honest he would probably say Kiri, but why reveal he was from a destroyed village? Especially when he didn't wear a Kiri headband because he didn't want people to know he was from there. Den didn't feel like coming up with a lie though, so instead he just decided to not tell the kid even though that could be seen as rude.
"I'd rather not talk about where I'm from, I don't wear any village's symbol for a reason." Den's face returned to seemingly being emotionless as he spoke again, though he didn't come across as intentionally rude or anything.

Miki could understand the mans hesitation, as that information could get him in trouble, depending on what he was here for. "So then, maybe you could help me. I may know you, or who you are, but you seem like one who knows his way around a fight. I'm not too powerful, but i'd like someone to train me. I understand you likely have other places to be, but the jutsu I need to learn are simple, and shouldn't take up your time."
While much farther ahead than his class, he still couldn't learn jutsu he'd never been shown. This man may even know techniques better then the simple ones, so that was all the better. He wasn't too happy about having to ask, but he wasn't stupid enough to think he could do everything on his own. He could play the part of the knowledge-wanting student for now, at least to get what he wanted.

IT was another day just as the last for the girl known in these lands as the Hell's Angel. She traveled quickly through the village, jumping form rooftop to roof top in search of her comrade and teamate Youka, hoping her assumption that he wouldn't stay in the village to be wrong. With a great leap she soared across the sky a bit too far, missing the edge of a large three story brick building she'd been trying to push off of. "Shit." She spoke feeling her body free fall downward. A quick glance showed she was traveling over the village training grounds, or at least some sort of fighting area. She was relieved at first, hoping that the soft dirt would ease her fall a bit but then noticed the unfortunate placement of things on the ground below. There was a long bench set up on the outskirts just behind the building she'd fallen from, offering seating to watch those train or provide a bit of rest. She was on a dangerous colision course with it a short seven meter distance from two figures she didn't quite recognize.
Her head and knees tucked in as she fell, causing her body to begin to flip. Over and over she spun like a ball, pushing out her feet to flatten her body just before impact. With a heavy thud she hit the bench and rolled off, most of the momentum displaced. Her life was safe, she thought as she hit the ground with her feet this time only to roll forward once more and slow her movment, but then felt the pain in her back.
"Goddess.....This place is just built horribly. Not much for a girl to vault off of." She said to no one in general, not actually acknowledging the other two's presence.

Kyte stood and laughed for a bit as he watched the woman roll into the bench. He probably shouldn't have laughed but its been a while since he laughed. He was laying on a branch up in a tree not far from the others. Jumping down he would make his way over to the others. Well seeing as they knew he was there and probably might be bothered to leave the branch he would at least meet them. He had just recently got there in the village and there was quite a few amazing events that happened to him. So if he was going to be staying he had to at least meet the locals, show a friendly face can't be anti social that would cause rumors.
Then again being social was the problem because that guy was talking away in his mind. "Hey Leiko why bother with them? If you let me play with the-" Ukazo was thinking of what fun he could have but again was denied. "No, just no ok!" Whoops...he said that a little to loud. Well here comes the rumors he was worrying about.
