Yuki no more(village destruction)

As Tank maneuvered himself into position to stop Charlotte from escaping to her right he would see that she had evaded Kemuri's attack slightly and was going to counter strike. In a mere moment her hand would light up in a light blue color and it sounded like birds were chirping. Whatever this technique was it was definitely going to do some damage if it made contact with Kemuri. Unable to move fast enough to try and stop her Tank simply watched in horror as he saw the women'as arm push through Kemuri's body and come out of his back. For a moment Tank had thought his friend was slain. Then almost faster than he could see Kemuri flipped his kuani around and brought it back toward the women, slamming the blade in to the base of the women's skull. That was most definitely a killing blow, but how had Kemuri been able to perform the move with the women's arm punched through him. Was Kemuri simply that persistent that he could will himself through a death blow and counter with one of his own. Then it hit him, there was no blood on the women's arm that was still jutting from his back. Also the fact that Kemuri was still standing told Tank that she had not punched through his spine which is what would have happened if her attack had landed. Kemuri must have used his smoke transformation technique to allow her into his guard without being injured leaving her incapable of protecting herself from his counter strike. Then just as he was moving his attention to Kenshin and beginning to move in his direction in an attempt to help him fight one of two remaining enemies everything would turn to a blur. His body felt a good amount of pressure pulling him downward. Had he been caught in a jutsu of one of the two other women? What in the hell was going on Tank thought. Perhaps he was caught in a genjutsu as he really couldn't see anything except a blur of movement all around him. Looking down at his feet he could see the ground beneath him and his feet placed firmly on solid ground he assumed genjutsu had to be what had happened to him. That in itself wasn't much of a problem because the first step to breaking genjutsu is realizing you are in one. The real problem was the fact that he didn't know how to break a genjutsu. Sure he had read of how to do it, but he had never actually practiced it, mostly because he didn't know anyone who knew any genjutsu for him to practice it with. Either way it would all end sooner than he could have even reacted if he had tried. As instantly as the confusion began it multiplied even more from here, Tank could now see clear as day and what he saw was that he was about twenty meters in the air and falling fast. How he had gotten up there he had no idea, but what he did know was that if he didn't brace himself for the landing it would definitely hurt. Positioning his feet a bit wider and bending his knees slightly Tank would hit the ground rather hard because of his rather massive weight. Luckily for him he was rather durable and and strong enough to withstand the landing without collapsing to the ground from the force of the drop. Now standing almost exactly where he had been before he could see that the entire area had been ripped from the ground and was falling down around him. Knowing he needed to find his teammates and get close to them in case any sort of attack was coming at them Tank quickly found Kemuri standing where he had been before except he no longer had an arm through his abdomen. Rushing to Kemuri's side Tank would hold his kunai up in a defensive posture and look around for Kenshin and the rest of the enemies that might still be around.

(Going to go ahead and skip Maku, he said to claim the death of the three)

Watching with an air of overcoming boredom as the killing blows were landed on the females right before his orb went off. The first to go was Tiffany to the weird hair jutsu that Kenshin was able to perform, it apparently snapped the girls neck rather quickly. As this was happening the one that could turn his body partially intangible had done exactly that and allowed the female to pass through him before stabbing the girl through the head killing her instantly. He watched as the lifeless bodies were sucked up into the air flailing limply.

What was more surprising for the Demon was the fact that they wouldn't just die. Normally things like this were supposed to end with screams and death curling crunches of bone and flesh compacting on each other. Instead these ones were attempting to destroy the orb as well which was borderline amusing for him. It took a lot to cause his attention to rise to where he could actually pay attention to what was going on. Of course he could stop it at any moment if he wanted to but that wasn't the point of this. As everything stopped being sucked into the air all the bodies came crashing back down just as his other clone reappeared beside him carrying his three weapons and a vial of a very strange substance.

"Well this was....interesting to say the least, you three have murdered the protectors of this village and killed some of the civilians as well. The money in this village is your prize to split between yourselves as you see fit. Please destroy the rest of this village and round up the civilians to the center of the village and torch them."

As he finished talking he began taking off his armor, allowing the harsh cold air of Yuki to wrap around his naked body. Taking off his mask for the first time around them, his eternal mangekyo sharingan fully visible as he would stare into Kenshins own eyes for a moment. Taking the red and black vial of liquid from his other half he would open the vial allowing the contents to flow from the vial. It acted violently as soon as the cap was removed, shooting from its container and merging with his skin, multiplying its own structure  as it took over more of his naked body and skin. The features of the Demon becoming more feral as whip like appendages began forming from the back of the suit quickly lashing out before calming down. As it covered his face white liquid formed where his eyes would be before it elongate his facial features slightly his teeth becoming more jagged and his tongue becoming longer. As it finished he would turn again and talk to the three in a much more sinister voice.

"Ok...After you're all done here I would like for you three to head to Kumo if you please. While you're there don't do anything just observe and find out all you can, I'll be meeting you there. Take a little while to get there however, you've earned the break. Of course you can try to go home as well if you like but I'll be ensuring that you are all in the bingo book as A rank missing nin, also I can see where you are at all times."

Taking the weapons from his other he would put the spear on his back allowing the suit to make a holder for it while putting the two swords on his hips on the left and right side. While he was doing this, his other half was placing the old armor on its body. Walking over to where Tiffany lay he took the sword she had dropped and tossed it to his clone. Before walking off towards the medical area in Yuki, there were two bodies he needed to pick up.

"Ah, before I forget, once you've murdered everyone hang the children bodies from a highest place and use the womens bodies to form the word "Akatsuki" at the front of the village. Whatever else you find here is yours."

Kemuri watched the remaining rubble fall from the sky, striking the ground rather lightly in comparison to the massive force they had just a moment ago. Seeing the corpses of his foes that fell from the sky and struck the ground, he begun to walk towards the body of Charlotte, though he was stopped by the sudden speaking of Youka to the three. After turning his attention to the self-proclaimed god and listening to his next orders, he would notice that he had started taking off his clothing and mask, revealing his eyes of the quite obviously sharingan variety. Of course, this led Kemuri to believe that Youka were of the Uchiha clan. This would explain the power that he held, as he had heard stories of the powerful members of the clan in the past and present, and even though the ones of the present were apparently more numerous, he had never seen one aside from the one standing before his eyes. Oh, and Kenshin of course, though he certainly didn't seem to be on the same level of power as Youka were.

Preparing to follow through with Youka's orders, Kemuri saw the liquid shoot from a container the other seemingly less important Youka had brought back. This brought his attention back to him as he seemingly begun to transform his entire body into something completely different, this new form being considerably more inhuman so to speak. Regardless of his new appearance, Kemuri was well aware that he were the exact same person as he were before, and though he seemed prone to perform actions that were harmful to his allies, it was quite likely that he had no intention of harming them, this being solidified by him telling the group that they were to be of more use later, and that they had earned a break. Of course, Kemuri didn't exactly find any reason to believe his words about them being allowed a break, though he couldn't really do much about the situation given he would more than likely either summon him again or just in general find him and the others and bring them into captivity once again. After the final bit of Youka's small speech to them, Kemuri made his way to the center of the village where Kenshin made his move at doing exactly what was told of them. It didn't take too long for Kenshin to gather the remaining citizens into the center of the destroyed village square where it was assumed they were all about to die. Of course, Kenshin did exactly what Kemuri thought he would and attacked, moving faster than any of them could even react to him and thus slaughtering most of them before they could even begin to run. 

There was one in particular that seemed to be slightly more competent than the rest of the civilians and ran away faster than some of the others. Unfortunately, Kemuri happened to be relatively near the man's planned escape route and moved directly in front of where he were heading, pulling out a kunai as he went and raising it to abdomen level before seemingly appearing out of nowhere to the man, allowing him to run straight into the blade, piercing his stomach and several vital organs as he stared him in the eyes. Kemuri felt nothing; not a pleasure, hatred, disdain, or even a concern for what he had just done. Similarly to Kenshin, he felt empty, although with him it were in a different way. Rather than having been drained of his will as it seemed Kenshin was, Kemuri's action had no affect whatsoever on his state of mind, and why should it? This man were someone whom he had never met before, never even so much as seen walking down the street once in his life, and yet he had just ended his entire existence, leaving a helpless man on the ground in pain. He weren't quite dead yet, but he was sure to die of blood loss or from the destruction of several organs quite soon. Even with him not feeling any compassion, or anything else for that matter, for this man, he didn't want to leave a person near-death on the ground to simply grovel in pain for the rest of their short life, feeling as though if he were in that situation he would do something about it. However, he knew that this citizen weren't capable of doing anything about it. He were weak; the kind of weak that he had thought not so long ago that he would need to protect from the harshness of the world. Ultimately this put quite some strain on Kemuri's mind, as he were the very destruction he wished to protect those he shared a bond with from.

Seeing as Kenshin had just finished off the remaining civilians and made his way to the front gate with a rather large length of rope, he had assumed that he were taking up the hanging of the children, and thus took it upon himself to do the arranging of bodies to expedite the process. taking up several women's bodies, Kemuri made his way near the front-gate, though just inside of it where he would make the efforts to arrange the bodies in the form that Youka desired them to be in, having to take multiple trips back to the center of the village to grab more bodies. The message surely needed to be large enough that people didn't want to go anywhere near it, and so he felt from start to end it would have to be at least 15 meters in length. This took some time to gather the bodies for, but after a few minutes the bodies would form the word that Youka had asked them to make; "Akatsuki". He didn't know exactly what the purpose behind the specific placement of the word was for, but he assumed it were as a message to anyone that felt like visiting the very soon to be annihilated village of Yukigakure. Looking up to see that Kenshin were on the wall, he would take his gaze away back to the center of the village to where Tank was. Unsure of how exactly Tank were to handle the events that had just unfolded, Kemuri were just about to see if he would assist with the actual destruction of the village, as it weren't really going to harm anyone since... well, they were all already dead.

Standing near Kemuri Tank would watch as the sky sky fell down around him. Well not really the sky, but it felt like it to Tank as he had just heard the words he was dreading the entire time he had been here. Youka had given them the order to kill every last one of the villagers and not just kill them he wanted them to desecrate their bodies as well. They were to hang children from the walls and form the dead women's bodies into the word Akatsuki. What that word meant Tank had no idea, but it was a message to someone. Holding one of Kemuri's kunai in his hand Tank felt like it weighed one hundred pounds. Just sitting there in his hand waiting to be used as a weapon against the weak and innocent people of a village that had done nothing to him. Hearing Kenshin speak to someone Tank looked up and saw a small boy, probably only just turning thirteen or so. He was told to go gather the rest of the villagers to the rubble of the town square. Doing as he was told most of if not all the villagers would arrive in a somewhat timely manner. It had given Tank enough time t clear his mind and join Kenshin on the roof of the nearby building. Watching as the last bit of people entered the the town square, most of which were the elderly and those helping them get around, Tank would see Kenshin bolt forward without saying a word to him. It seemed Kenshin had decided to do this on his own as he made quick work of the majority of the crowd before many of them had even noticed what was going on. A few civilians here and there made it out of the square and Tank knew what he had to do. He jumped down in front of a group of three people. To them he probably looked like a behemoth sent from hell to crush and devour them, but really Tank was being tormented by what he was about to do more than any of them could comprehend. 

Holding that heavy kunai in his hand Tank raised it up toward the three people standing in front of him and said a single phrase "I'm sorry." Bursting forward at the three innocent civilians Tank would get behind them and stab each of them at the base of the skull ending their lives before the had even known what had happened. Their limp lifeless bodies fell to the ground and Tank fell with them. Dropping to his knees and tears coming to his eyes Tank let go of the bloody kunai and let his head sink down and stare at the ground for what seemed like hours. After several moments Tank would look up and see Kenshin and Kemuri moving some of the dead bodies. Most likely they were taking the women and the children to do what Youka had told them to. Wiping his face dry with his shirt Tank stood up and grabbed a hold of the three bodies he had killed and took them back to the town square. Laying them down and turning toward Kemuri and Kenshin Tank had composed himself and was ready to finish up with the looting of the village and finishing destroying everything. Tank walked back over to where he had left the kunai on the ground and picked it up walking toward Kemuri he would hand it back to him. "Here, I thought you might want this back." Now standing next to Kemuri he would wait until one of them said something and were ready to move on from this village.

Continuing to sit upon the edge of the wall, staring inwards at the village he could easily see Kemuri placing the bodies in order, seeing that they spelled out the exact word Youka wished for them to use. A word that meant absolutely nothing to the majority of people but would be a large message for few. His attention now fully on the other two he decided that now was no time to stumble around like a man who had lost his place, no, now was a time to act decisively and finish what needed to be done. Leaping down from the top of the wall he landed several meters in front of both Kemuri and Tank, slowly walking past them he would form the horse handseal and spew out yet another overly large expanse of flames that would quickly spread, coating the buildings within a large area in front of him in flames, their bright glow being something that could be easily noticed by passers by from even great distances. Hoping these flames would spread and eventually destroy the entire village Kenshin would simply turn around and begin walking, going past the gate and just continuing, not even bothering to look back at his handy work as he wished to get as far away as he could and hopefully get somewhere that he deemed safer.

Standing by Tank's side as he reached out with the bloodied kunai to give back to him, Kemuri grabbed it, placing it back in the weapon pouch at his side without so much as cleaning it first. Looking around at the village, he figured he may as well go and get the money that Youka had told them they all could split, and did just that. Leaving Tank for a short time again, he made his way towards and into the leader's mansion where he assumed the vault or whatever they used to store their wealth was residing. Going into the mansion, Kemuri searched the place for a little before eventually coming across it and grabbing the measly amount of ryo for an entire village to have. Looking back into the room as he left to make sure he didn't miss anything, he made his way out of the mansion and back towards the village square where Tank was last he saw. "We should go." He said as saw the flames from Kenshin's massive fire technique beginning to engulf the village in the distance. Before he decided to leave, he would make his way to the corpse of Charlotte, whom he had killed, and would reach down to grab her katana, slinging it over his shoulder in it's sheathe as he continued on his path out of the village. He may as well have taken it, after all, what use was it in a burning village?
