Toma appeared in the fire nation borders, a place he had been before. He then went on an epic journey to Amegakure, as it was one of those villages Den had mentioned before and he seriously wondered if it did rain all the time there.

Much character development was to be had, on this oh so great journey, in fact it was so great that it simply cannot be put into words, and Toma should be allowed to pick whatever he wants for his second and third spec and have them without doing the word count, and also he should be allowed as many techniques as he wants for free, because the amount of character development he has had basically makes him the best shinobi ever.
