Don't Be an Antisocial [IO, NK]
Mon Dec 15, 2014 7:12 pm
Green frowned, currently not pleased with himself as he strolled through Konohagakure. Only yesterday had he decided to leave the village, however he has not done so yet. Something held him back. Perhaps it was just the prospect of leaving that frightened him. Or maybe it was the fear of being intercepted once more, or even being alone if he ever did succeed in escaping. Oh well, the least he could do was to try and become stronger, more powerful than he was at the moment. Then, he could possibly leave without being afraid, nor mentally unprepared. And there was also the hiding, he would have to steer away from his clan members and do his absolute best to hide his presence.
The boy sighed as he suddenly paused, now looking upwards, his sights towards the deep blue sky above. For once in his life, he regretted having such a big mouth.

Kotonaru, unbeknownst to either also a dojutsu user, was also walking around the village. There were many things he needed to do. Most of which involved training. There was a new mission he had been excited to hear about that stirred up activity among the ninja of Konoha. He needed to get strong fast, and ranking up would be one way to do things. Ryusei had seemed rather annoyed about the whole deal, and he had seen Tatsuya disappear before their eyes. Kotonaru would have loved to go search the world too, for both Tatsuya, as well as Zach, Kasai, Kenshin, and anyone else he might have forgotten, who simply had not been seen around the village in a long time. Tatsuya had not been the only one to disappear before his eyes. Zach had also been similarly whisked away into the great unknown. Unfortunately, Kotonaru had seen Ryusei Nara fight, and knew that Ryusei stood a small chance out in the great outdoors, but Kotonaru, especially being one of the coveted Uchiha clan, would likely have many unknown enemies. He needed to be as strong as possible before venturing away from the safety of the village. Not that the so-called "safe" village had kept a number of other ninjas from disappearing without a trace.
He walked down the street, and into one of the training grounds. While he liked to train with Zebra because of all the surprises offered, he was certainly open to training with others as well.

Zebra saw this person who was walking down. He sighed and looked at the sky. Zebra saw this and decided to be tender to this man. Zebra would walk up and say, "Are you ok"? Zebra would be wondering what this person was thinking. Zebra would stand about 5 feet away from this other person.

Jason was in deep thought as he wandered through the village. He loved training but lately he wished he had someone else to spar with. It would make things more interesting and help him grow stronger. He needed to be strong. He was going to become Hokage one day after all. He hadn't really noticed where he was going but it seemed he had been walking along his normal path to the training grounds, automatically heading in that direction since he was there so often.
Jason looked around the village as he walked and saw something odd. There was a young ninja staring up at the sky. 'This would be the perfect opportunity to try and meet some new sparring partners.' he thought.
"Hey!" said Jason, waving and trying to look friendly. He could be socially awkward at times. He hoped this time would be different...

As his sights were still aimed towards the sky, he was temporarily lost in his own little world, and almost missed the stranger that had approached him and asked if he was alright. Green's attention shifted onto the man before he nodded as a response.
"Yeah, I'm fine." he quickly added, however the answer came out as a mumble. "Thanks for asking..."
On a normal day, Green wouldn't have done anything aside from the nod. However, today was not normal. Today was the day he had to change himself, especially after the mess he had gotten himself into. What he had done was beyond stupidity, and he simply could not forgive himself for it. He was Green Akari, he was supposed to be better than that! He was supposed to be superior and not fall victim to idiocy!
The boy was then prepared to move on and travel to another area within the village, but was stopped by another individual. Once the new arrival called out to him, Green refrained from sighing once more, this time in exasperation. He never enjoyed speaking much, surprisingly.
"Uh...hey?" he said, raising his eyebrow only slightly. He quickly looked between the two, "So...who are you guys?"
After speaking, he couldn't suppress the thought that quickly came afterwards, a result of his rude nature.
And what the hell do you want?

Zebra was rather interested in 1 thing right now and that was to punch him but this was a terrible time to do it. Zebra would proceed to answer the boy's question. Zebra would say, "I am Zebra, I am a recently appointed gennin. I also wanted to make a friend." Zebra was not exactly one to like this person but he could probably improve for that matter. Zebra would stay calm. Zebra would then say to Jason. "Hi, it is nice to meet you, what is your name?"

"My name is Jason Senju. I'm also a recently appointed Genin. Nice to meet you guys." Jason said to the two of them. He wasn't sure if he should tell them about wanting new training partners to become stronger right away but decided to take a chance.
"Umm I'm actually looking for other Genin to train with. See, I need to become stronger no matter what and I thought you guys might be able to help me with that." He was afraid that sounded too forward and confrontational but it was too late. He had already said it and would deal with the outcome. Best scenario, the two would join up with him and work on training together. Worst scenario, they would think him rude and try to get out of it. He hoped for the former.
