What it does: A very simple technique with an overly dramatic name, One Thousand Years of Death is little more than inserting one's index and middle fingers (similar to the Tiger hand seal) into the opponent's bottom, causing constipation, pain and/or embarrassment. It has no effect on unconscious targets. Witnesses that see the technique react oddly, while those who have used or experienced the technique show great fear in it being used on them.

While seemingly useless, the technique can be quite useful if used properly. One can launch a target 5 meters, propelling the opponent as long as the strength stat surpasses the opponents health. The point behind the technique was to target the opponent's blind spot, and when one substitutes their fingers for a kunai with an explosive tag, it can be a lethal technique.

Odin was found walking around the training grounds holding a book in his hands, like usual.  He was reading Jutsu Encyclopedia, which contained knowledge of every jutsu D rank and lower.  As usual, he notes any and all interesting jutsu and techniques.  He made a resolve after meeting the Raikage, he would become stronger;  he flipped the pages to the Taijutsu section of the book.  

I have to start from the bottom in order to get stronger.  That's my ninja way!  

He went to the E rank section of the taijutsu.  He found one subject in particular,  1000 Years of Death.   He thumbed over the pages, like he usually did, looking for more detail about this jutsu with a scary title.  He thought about how this technique was used by a Konoha ninja named Naruto that utalized it and actually used it against the White Fang of Konoha.  

The jutsu seemed simple enough, summon my inner chakra in order to propel my body toward the target using a tiger seal to increase my strength and speed. Best effect is when used from behind... 

Odin put up two fingers and casually thrusted upwards.  He tried again, looking confused at what he was doing.  

It might be better to give this practical use, he thought to himself, getting up and approaching the training dummy.  

He started running toward the training dummy, holding the tiger seal in place.  He felt his body gain a surge of energy as he began to pick up speed.   He felt like as a feather as he slid towards the training dummy.  He thought his body was almost floating as he slid behind the dummy.  He felt his body drop down for a moment.  He closed his eyes for a brief moment, yelling the jutsu.  
"One Thousand Years of Death!"  He thrusted his fingers upwards as he jumped upwards.  

The next thing that he saw that happened blew his mind.  He opened his eye to see the training dummy literally flying towards the Kage building way off in the distance.  It was just less than a minute that he held his eye shut but he was surprised by the amount of force the jutsu created and how far the dummy flew.  

"Wow.  This jutsu should be ranked S class!"  he said to himself out loud, a drop of sweat fell down from his headband, reaching his brow.   He imagined the sheer improved teachniques he would be able to use with just the power that swelled within him in this taijutsu technique.  He tapped on his katanas and thought about a practical use for them.  He felt around in his pouch and thought about what he could use in junction to the jutsu.  

He got up, still nervous about the jutsu he just learned and continued reading the taijutsu section of the jutsu encyclopedia, wondering what other hidden treasures it contains.  

Odin was seen in the distance holding a tiger seal, thrusting upwards and saying words to himself about Death.
