Training day! The Kitsune needs it. (IO/NK)

The sun was shining brightly, a pleasant breeze blowing a young girls spiked red hair across her face. On this rather fine morning, Lia'Ane slept in the soft grass, clothing ruffled and bits of grass scattered over her body. She turned her head slightly, causing a wave of spiky dull red hair to cover her face. This caused some strains to brush against her nose, making the girls face scrunch up as she sleepily fought back the urge to sneeze. She was successful for a moment, but since enough she gave a powerful sneeze, starting herself awake.

"Ah-choooo!" She jerked her upper body up, large slitted dark blue eyes opened wide in momentary shock. She stared ahead blankly, not completely registering the sights before her. The tween groaned, reaching up to rub at her messy hair, her two large hair horns stood up proudly, not affected by the rough sleep or her long hands. She shook her head and started to get up, brushing off whatever dirt or grass that had sticked to her clothes. Once she stood to her full 5'04" ft height, rather tall for a 11 year old.

"Ugh, what hell was I doing last night? My head is pounding." Running her fingers through her hair, she stretched her back and walked off the grass, to the path that leads to the central part Konoha. She ignored everything as she walked, mind moving slowly from her lack of caffeine this morning. Lia'Ane groaned, she just had to down 10 packs of pocky last night didn't she? She can still feel the effects of her sugar crash, making her feel sluggish. It was a bad idea all around, her immunity to sugar is pathetic compared to her other immunities.

Stopping at a familiar store, she looked up at the sky, long fangs poking out her mouth. Why the hell is it always so bright? It's hurting my damn eyes. She glared at the sky, before continuing her walk, this time heading to her temporary home A.k.A. the orphanage. She need to let the caretakers know she was alive, since she slept outside today, and a shower won't hurt much either. Actually a shower is much appreciated.

Soon enough she made it to the orphanage, checked in and got a much needed shower. She had on a clean pair of her usual clothes and was just finishing equipping herself for training today. She had a lot to work on today, and training is a must for the horned girl. Nodding to herself, she got up and left her room, exchanging pleasantries as she went.

Leaving the building, Lia took to the roofs and started heading towards the Training grounds, it's the best place for some training, and somebody could be there that could help her out. At least she hoped, training by herself wasn't very rewarding, and she barely knew any other leaf shinobi. Lia also lamented the fact that she had no formulas on her. All of her formulas were gone, and she lacked the materials to create any more.

Growling lightly, she kept her pace, steadily making her way to the grounds. It took a few minutes, but she soon landed in front of the training grounds, sighing. "Well here it goes, training should pick up my mood a lot." She walked into the area, searching for a area that was relatively empty, but had everything she needed to start her training. She found a nice spot soon enough, setting her bag down, she walked a few feet away and sat down.

"Stretches first." So she started stretching out, taking her time to do her rounds. Hopefully she gets farther than her last training attempt.

Who was this? The Hyena had had a pack mate before who had called himself the fox but here he felt it was doing the girl injustice. Ok to be frank she did not come across THAT feminine, but she was sure not male, males tended to behave differently overall, for one thing they did not stretch even though they should. It looked like she was cheering up though at the thought of training, though she could hardly see him from such a distance and such an angle (he was off to the side). He himself was practicing something he had not heard of anyone else doing, outside of the books. He formed his wind chakra into a wind chakra blade, and then attempted to use the wind chakra on his muscles instead, unfortunately with little noticeable result except that he glowed kind of white-ish now. Hmm…

He approached the girl in the middle of her stretching shortly after she had set her bag down. “Who are you?” he asked.

Lia had just finished her leg stretches, doing her usual fully routine. She started on her arms next, stretching them over her head and then using one to pull the other to one side, until she reached her stretch limit. She held the stretch for ten counts, the did the other side. Around this time she noticed the guy walking towards her, she kept stretching, while examining his rugged appearance.

When he asked who she was, she gave him a
 large, toothy grin, revealing her sharp teeth and 
long fangs. She put her arms in front of her and
 did a stretch similar to the one she just completed, but twisting her body more this time. "Who's askin' bud?" She regarded him with interest unhidden in her slitted dark blue eyes, her interactions with shinobi where minimum at the best, she just never got a actual chance to talk to any of then besides her Academy Sensei. She stood up, then reached her hands behind her, bending until they touched the ground. She held this for ten counts, then flipped back.

She placed her hands on her hips and grinned wider, wild dull red hair flying all over the place.

         Karasu had decided he would return to the academy training ground to work on learning a wind style ninjutsu. as he approached he noticed two people were already in the area. One he didn't know, a tall red headed girl with spiky locks of red air sticking out every which way. He noticed she was talking to the other person whom he recognized, the Hyena. Karasu decided he wold walk over and talk to them and see if they wanted to train with him. He could possibly learn some useful things from this new girl although he did not see a Hitai-ite on her. 
          Karasu walked over and greeted them saying, "Hey Hyena, whose your new friend?" as ha got nearer he began to read about the next jutsu he planned on mastering,out of the jutsu encyclopedia, the Wind Release: Gale Palm. It seemed rather straight forward,You just had to clap and focus your chakra into a powerful gale of wind and release it out of your palm. It seemed easy but after learning the Katon: Fire Stream he knew elemental jutsu had a difficulty all their own to master them. so as he got next to the other two he glanced up from his book.

The Hyena was suprised to see the Nara member again. He was mostly suprised due to the fact that nowadays he hardly expected to see anyone around now for training sessions multiple times, ever.

The Hyena glanced at Karasu, and said "That is what I was attempting to find out just now." Turning back to the other, the girl, he said "So like he indicated, I am the Hyena, what about you?" He wondered if she would mention her fox like attributes in any way.

Lia shifted her foxish gaze onto the newcomer, looking the boy up and down as she took in his appearance. She stood up straight, legs spaced evenly apart and straightened out. She pulled her arms back, down, forward and up, squatting down while she did the motion. As she did her squats, she noted that the new guy knew the one who had spoken to her, he called him the Hyena. Strange name, she thought, but understandable.

"I'm Lia'Ane" Squat, "Just call-" Squat, "Me-" Squat, "Lia." She [url=#]continued[/url] her squats for a few more minutes, then started doing a few jumping jacks. After about 10 of those, she did a backflip, then another, farther into the clearing. She paused in the center, then looked at the two boys while shaking her legs off, "So who's the this guy?" She gestured to the Nara, "And what're y'all doing? Not that it's my business to know what y'all training. But I can't help but be curious." Lia tapped her feet, dark blue eyes glinting with interest.

Karasu noticed the girl Now identified as Lia'Ane or just Lia begin to do squats. He observed how her hair was bouncing but the two hornlike areas seemed unaffected by her exercise. She asked his name, "Karasu Nara. And I just came here to do some training." He said holding up his Jutsu Encyclopedia. "I'm hoping to get this Gale Palm technique down. But it seems rather confusing. I was also looking to learn more about the fire affinity, and the last time I trained with Hyena I noticed him using a fire jutsu It was just luck he is here today, could you help me?" He asked looking from Lia to the Hyena. He was hoping he could otherwise he would have to try to figure it out himself and he just knew that would be troublesome. He began to read into the Wind Release: Gale Palm some more thinking that maybe once he got good enough he could try to find some calla orations with his future team mates. It says you shoot a blast of wind chakra out of your palm, maybe he could use it to speen up his weapons or something. But he needed to be trained in it first.

The Hyena had decided for his own training to first finish learning a jutsu he thought was useful for hiding stuff, the Storage Displacement jutsu, having previous trained it partially elsewhere. While the other two spoke, he used his chakra to attempt a slight shift in dimensions. His fingers brushed the air discreetly at his side, from his right hand, the fingers slowly tearing at the fabric of space and time to wrench open a portal to a small other worldly dimension. His fingers entered it, and could notice the difference in temperature, and humidity. Whatever this other dimension was, it was temperate and rather nice for storing stuff within. Satisfied with his progress, he began paying more attention to the others.

"What rank are you Lia? This fellow, I will let him introduce himself. I just happened to be wandering around, frankly, while training, myself.”

He noticed the other boy’s words. It seemed he was also attempting to learn the Gale Palm technique. Interesting. Perhaps he would be wise in its usage. The Hyena already knew how he himself would use it. "Which do you wish to acquire first? The Fire Affinity? Or the Gale Palm jutsu?”

Lia crossed her arms, tapping her chin with a slender finger. She tilted her head and snorted, looking at the two males. "Well, I'm just your simple old run of the mil academy student, If you want to believe that of course. After all it's one the rules in science, question everything." She turned around and threw up her hands, looked to the sky and grinning wildly, "It's all around amazing! To see the world as I do! Of course," She turned around and winked at the two,"Whose to say that I'm seeing the world in the wrong shade, eh? So hard to determine at times, am I wrong or right, well I just test it out. It's what a scientist does after all."

She relaxed her expression and laughed heartily, shaking her head at her own silliness. " Sorry 'bout that, can't help but get excited sometimes. But yeah, I'm just a academy student. Who is sadly, still needs to learn how to do a jutsu, cause I know squat." she shrugged and bend backwards again, but instead of kicking off into a flip like last time, she started walking like that and started to do some laps around the edge of the clearing. Lia was very flexible so this didn't bother her, but it's still a nice exercise for her to do. Luckily her hair wasn't all to long, so it didn't drag that much on the ground. Halfway into her lap, she had a sudden thought, a grin bloomed on her face and she started doing simple flips, not really leaving the ground. Soon enough she started alternating between the types of back flips she knew how to do with confidence. Until she got dizzy that is, she stopped immediately.

 "Maybe not a good idea... oh well." she sat on the ground and crossed her arms, thinking of a different way to do things.

Karasu heard Hyena ask about the Gale palm technique and was immediately exited! he glanced up from the book and said, "I have been reading up on the Gale Palm Technique and am amazed by it's potential uses. I can see a lot of potential collaborations with many elements and even some uses aside from that with just my own weapons." Karasu couldn't wait he then listened to Lia begin to talk about science. He was never really one for reading something that wasn't about jutsu or their application. Very few things interested him aside from ninjutsu and its many uses, among these were Genjutsu potential and Fuinjutsu and its untapped and almost raw potential. he was extatic to expand his jutsu library and possibly even add some genjutsu or seals. But aside from that he needed to focus on the here and now and how he would begin to learn how to do the Wind release Gale palm. He already knew about his wind affinity, he learned that in the academy. His natural affinity to wind nature made that portion easy as apposed to those who didn't graduate who had no affinity. So he was fairly confident that this jutsu would be pretty easy for him even though it was a C rank.
