And don't think we don't know how to weed 'em out!

Haru arrived at the gates of the village, which seemed abandoned to him. He looked around, activating his byakugan to survey the village. As he did this, he would shout.
"We know you're here! Any Tengakure ninja currently hiding in Ame are to come out immediately and explain yourselves. Do so quickly, or I'll level the village, or at least, what's left of it." Echoed his voice as he searched for a response. Hopefully Altar would have appeared behind him by now.

Altar would arrive behind Haru, letting him speak. He had no longing to yell and shout for anyone to come from hiding. He was here on business and he intended to get it done and over with, but he was never one for the loud course. So, Altar would await any Tenga nin to arrive in front of them, his face painted monotone. If none did, then Altar would look to Haru to see what their course of action was.

Oren had convinced the cabbage guy to take him to the village, as these unknown parts of the world to him. The boy was still thinking they were some distance away when he heard shouting. Not catching the first part he could make out the names of two different villages, one being Tengakure that he just visited... well, by visited I mean that he camped outside the village walls until he got bored, and Amegakure, the village he was going to now. He could also understand the threat to destroy the village. Raising his head from the back of the wagon he would see two guys standing at the village gates, which were much closer than he thought. It would seem this did not concern him, but hopefully he would be allowed to see the village before any destruction was began, as it would be very sad to arrive only to be a few hours late from learning the secrets that lay within. Gathering his stuff quickly he would put everything into his traveling pack, close the religious book he was reading and put it in as well.
When he was all set, he would sit at the back of the wagon, looking at the gates and how close the man will take him. There would be a sort of an awkward silence as he drove right past the two with Oren looking at them in the only ambiance of creaking of the wagon's wheels. Then they would stop and the boy would jump off on the ground, pay his driver what he promised and let him go his own way, which he did surprisingly quickly. Ninja villages and threats of destruction must really be quite terrifying for normal folk, the rogue supposed. Well... walking up to the two he would greet them "Salutations! I take it you are not local?"

The rain spoke volumes to those who would listen to the tale. It spoke of cleansing and hope destruction and cruelty. To aios, the cosplay queen of Amekagure it spoke in detail of the goings on within the village... Her village. The newly rebuild ame was a masterpiece the young puppet master just happened to be out admiring, taking in volumes about its spendor all at once thanks to the might rain which crashed down in heave sheets as always. She offers it birth, and in response it offers her hope. Popping her head from the doorway of her small shop she searched the village for this new feeling, her chakra senses slipping into the rain around them as it mapped out the landscape past where her eyes could see, and then she heard the call.
"On it." Ai spoke, drawing the heavy sword from beside the doorway with her brother in tow. "Hello" she would call out through the ventriloquism technique, sure her sisters experience in battle would give her insight to the opposing side of the conversation. She was dressed simply.... Sort of. On her head set a large Kate's hat that matches the long flowing white robe like outfit. Her brother wore a strange orange jump suit like cosplay with a yellow spikey wig. They'd worked hard on these, digging into the history books to find information about the characters they'd be portraying. "I am the leader of this village. If there is something I might assist with please let me know..." Ai spoke kindly, her realistic form seeming to suggest no danger with the weapon faced down to slide against the earth non threateningly. "I don't believe we have any in my village other then those from the village hidden in the rain but I'd you'd like... Come in for tea and we can discuss the matter to get it solved quickly. Welcome to Amekagure" the pair stopped about twenty meters from the gate itself, watching the trio closely as her sister studied the goings on through the rain. Hopefully they could get this situation resolved peacefully.
(-50 for rain tiger and ect ect. If it comes to battle I'll give a full account and all that jazz)

Haru's point of focus turned 360 degrees as a cart approached. A boy sat in the back, and an uncomfortable silence hung in the air as the cart passed them, before the boy jumped out and paid the wagon driver, who left as fast as he could.
"No, we're not locals, but we're here on important business." He said, not shifting his gaze for a moment from the empty village. Then he caught sight of something stirring in the village.
Stepping forward, Haru saw that one of the two approaching him wielded a sword. To his eyes, it was obvious these were not people. They had no tenketsu. Not only that, strings made of chakra were attached to them, coming from a building further inside the village. He could see the real person, who looked just like the female puppet before him, doing what he could only assume was controlling them.
He glanced over at Altar, before darting his eyes towards the puppet, implying that he needed to use his Byakugan.
The double informed him that she was the leader of the village, and that she did not know of a Tengakure ninja that they were harboring. She was friendly enough, but the fact that she sent puppets to speak for her made Haru suspicious. He considered his words for a moment before speaking. While he was confident he could handle the situation, he didn't want to walk into a trap.
"You'll forgive me if I'm a little wary of hospitalities, considering you use a puppet to face me instead of coming yourself." He said calmly. "And I'm positive they're here. We tracked them to this village." He explained, keeping his cool. "So how about the real leader of Amegakure comes and talks to me about this, out here." He said warningly.

Altar would hear the creaking of wagon wheels behind him, as he would spin to face the noise. Well, that was disconcerning. However when an almost pure looking man hopped from the wagon and paid the driver, then came to talk to them, Altar's uneasiness was set aside. He would once again let Haru talk, insead opting for a nod to the man who had arrived. It was a silent greeting but it'd have to do. Their purpose was already explained and Altar had no reason to add anything.
And then there came another noise. Already on edge, Altar would activate his Byakugan and whirl around to see two people standing in front of the now trio. Wait...no, not people. They had no tenketsu, and Altar could see small strings that radiated with chakra, trailing back to the shape of...well, it looked like a girl from where he was. So, the girl was using puppets (albeit oddly dressed) instead of greeting them face to face. Altar felt slightly offended, but decided against acting on these feelings or voicing them. Instead, he would once again let Haru speak for him. However while Haru was speaking to the leader, Altar's eyes were flitting around, trying to pick up any more signatures.
While doing that, he'd keep his ears perked for the girl's next words. They could very well decide the fate of a life, possibly a whole village.

Like usual the it was raining and dark cloud roamed the skys which was normally a peaceful day...however today seemed different. There was some kids out playing around at the gates of the village who overheard the strange white haired man making threats to the newly rebuild village. First thing they did was run to tell one of the village hunters who told one of the very few village ninja who then told others and then the rumor spreaded all the way to Levi's little room who was sleeping on such a nice day. Falcone would rush in and pulled levi out off his bed letting him fall onto the floor. "Young master Leviticus, there are some men outside looking for you and they threatened to destroy the village if you don't come out.. I will tell Madam Aios if she haven't heard the news but you need to go meet them."
Levi wasn't exactly awake but he did catch on to the words tengakure, and destroying. ..really tenga was filled with these type of people? Sighing he would get dressed in his regular attire consisting of his regular red jacket and skateboard strapped to his back, a white t shirt and black boots and pants and topping it off with his frameless glasses.
Oh man was it a mess when he finally arrived at the gates with Falcone behind him. Ok so there were three people there and two puppets surely Aios but he didn't know the other three at all except for one guy, he looked familiar. "Oi Ai, Pinocchio....I guess it's time huh." Levi would then give a friendly grin to the other three and would then bow. "So sorry about that I assume you guys got my letter? Or not I never received an answer but you here so it doesn't matter. Ah yes, I am Leviticus Sin, the one your supposed to be escorting back to uh..what's the place..uh suka? Shoka..sh-"
"Shima, young master." Falcone had interrupted Levi before he had embarrassed himself anymore than he already had. "Young Master. ..these men had threatened to destroy the village you all work so hard to rebuild I don't think they are here to act as your bodyguards."
Levi would listen to Falcone words and sighed. "Maybe your right...I wouldn't hire such mean bodyguards eh..that messenger probably never sent the letter and took my ryo. Yeah you guys can come in for tea Falcone makes the best tea when he's nervous. " Levi would then stare at the white haired guy who wasn't speaking and continued to stare as he tried to match faces with names. "You there...uh your name starts with an A right? Uh I faintly re- ooooooh yeah you was the guy that was on a date with that girl in the park....what'd you do to your hair?" Levi was oblivious to the situation at hand and was more of trying to calm the mood even though everyone was throwing threats around. "YEAH... your scaring the people bro and I'm guessing that guys not with you since I haven't spotted a tenga headband on him....so can you please stop with the threats? And yes Ai that also means you put away the sword I don't think it's needed....I think.... really don't want any fighting since it may lead to the village being destroyed by another tenga nin..."

"I thought you'd never ask" THe female puppet would say, this time in a voice slightly different from her own, evident in the change in pitch from her earlier comment to now. Pinochio dropped his gaze downward, his face resting in his palm.
"I was really hoping you wouldn't ask that..... There are a few things I'd like you to understand about our leader... She is um.... Eccentric..... A fan of the arts... And well.... Please do not take this as threatening but it may get a bit..." the male puppet pinochio spoke, be allowed to finish most of his explanation before Aios kicked her plan into full gear. With a push of her foot the large roll of red carpet flowed from the building's entrance, rolling out about ten meters into the street harmlessly as the blare of trumpets resounded. It would now be apparent to the byakugan users that several of the villagers who could be seen randomly standing around various shops walking slowly through the street had on their person trumpets, and had in the time they'd been talking been summoned towards the entrance of the building to begin an entrance fanfare. Two bright spotlights high atop the great skyscrapers clicked on, bathing the doorway in perfect ilumination, setting up her entrance perfectly.
"You see, " Pinochio continued, trying to speak over the beautiful music that announced the entrance of the cosplay queen of Amekagure, " We are um... Personified... In her head we have our own personalities and she doesn't often realize she's controling us. We're the only true family she has ever had so.... She got lonely and kind of.... brought us to "life" as it were"
At this point the girl could be seen walking slowly from the building, head high as she turned to smile at the newcomers. her outfit was..... Oh dear... She'd chosen that one. Of course she'd chosen that one. The two puppets cosplays meant that her outfit was the only thing that would fit for the trio but still.... Why did she have to choose now. THanks to Aios' varous cosplay items she would be seen with long blonde hair pulled back into a pony tail with two more long bangs framing her face. She was dressed rather planly this time, in a wrapped grey-ish gi top bordered in black and black pants that stopped halfway below her knee, and over this was a long black robe like jacket with the japaneese kanji for "gamble inscribed on the back inside a red circle.
To any who knew their history... specifically the history of the land of fire, which thankfully she'd found quite a few books on in their newly formed library to gain refference sketches from, the trio's outfits would be clear. Aios walked over to stop just behind her two puppets, nodding respectfully to the newcomers in what could only be a cosplay of the great fifth hokage tsunade, Pinochio as the legendary hero Naruto, wearing a white overcoat bearing red flames on the bottom, and Ai, the puppet who'd first spoken to them looking up, her appearance modified with heavy make up to make her look incredibly old, standing shaking her head in disbelief, as the third hokage.
"Hello newcomers of Tenga.. I assume. I am Aios, the cosplay queen of Amekagure. I hope you don't mind, I have a bit of a thing for grand entrances and couldn't resist the chance to perform given the delightful entrance of newcomers to my village. " The rain beat down on the three of them, two mostly protected by the large kage hats while Pinochio simply shook his head to dislodge puddling rain water ever few minutes from his bright yellow wig.
"Welcome. As I've said to my knowledge we harbor no fugitives. However, if there are people in my village I'm unaware of or who's intentions are not befitting the ideals of Amekagure I'm sure arangements can be made to offer them to you. Please, come join me in my castle for tea and get out of the rain. Those of us who live here have mostly gotten used to the constant down pour but i'm sure it must be frusterating and miserable for you all. "
It would be then that she'd notice leviticus walking up, and allow them to speak, her eyes growing wide in surprise. "O...Or.... Perhaps we do. Leviticus... Why didn't you tell me you were here illegally.... I feel like a terrible fool now. "

Haru's raised an eyebrow as the puppet began to explain the situation with the leader of Amegakure. Apparently, she had some sort of mental instability that caused her to give her puppets their own personalities, and pseudo sentience.
"So, you mean to tell me that the leader of this village has some sort of mental illness." He said skeptically. "And everybody is just okay with that? I'm not exactly sure that makes her fit to lead..." He finished, just as the carpet began to roll out. Haru's eye twitched as the villagers started playing trumpets, apparently they were all prepared for this in the event that a visitor called for the leader to come to the gates... or something.
Are they trying to mess with us?
As the leader made her grand entrance and started speaking, he recognized the outfits. He had read something before about Naruto Uzumaki, of course, but her own outfit caught Haru's attention much more effectively. Lady Tsunade, the legendary Saanin who developed the Creation Rebirth technique, which had now become Haru's signature technique. Underneath his bangs, unidentifiable, was the small rhombus seal on his forehead that stored his chakra...
Snapping back into the insanity of the moment that was currently his reality, Haru listened to her explain that they harbored no fugatives... right up until the ninja they were looking for appeared. Apparently he knew Altar, they had met while Altar was on a... a date? Haru glanced over at his protege for a moment. He'd inquire about it later. He never thought of Altar as the type to woo a lass, after all.
Shaking his head, Haru regained his composure. The kid was ordering HIM around? That ticked him off. He would move purposefully towards the boy, grabbing him by the collar.
"Listen, kid, I don't take orders from you. Know your place." He would growl, pulling his face in close so the coal black and piercing white of his gaze were striking. He would then release the boy from his grip, not breaking eye contact.
"Now before I go anywhere, I want to know why you left the villagers on the way to Shimagakure." He demanded. "And why I've heard nothing about it until now. Then, maybe I'll calm down."

Altar stood silent hands at his sides as the whole grandeur event rolled out in front of him. From behind the newly announced, clearly batshit insane leader of the village he had robbed and nearly destroyed, came the one known as Leviticus. Altar would take a moment to examine the leader. He had never been one for history or anything like it, but he was no idiot. She was dressed as Tsunade, a previous Kage of the Hidden Leaf. Then the male pupper as dressed as the hero of legend Naruto, and the female adorned a costume of the opposite gender, one of the third Hokage. After a wide array of comments from both parties, and a comment that nearly made Altar break eye contact and his streak of glowering, cliche, intimidating silence. He did, however, catch a sideways glance from Haru. Oh boy, that was gonna be hell on earth to explain. His hair falling over his eyes, Altar decided now would be a good time to survey the situation.
Everyone seemed calm and peaceful. That is, except Haru, who at the moment was practically strangling Levi. There were a lot of civilians around so he doubted that the leader's plan was to start a fight and risk casualties. He figured they were okay to calm down, but Altar didn't like taking risks, so he'd keep his Byakugan active for the time being. However, he'd keep his Meigan idle, deciding against using it except when he needed it. So while his let eye was hidden behind the hair that fell in front of it, his right eye still shone crimson, glinting against the light of the spotlights and giving him even more of an intimidating look. Perhaps he should be silent more often.
So Altar would stay here he was, his eyes darting back and forth between Haru, the leader of Ame, Leviticus, and occasionally the man that had came from the wagon, his crimson eye glowing softly against the radiating light from the towers as he observed the scene before him, watching it slowly unfold.

He figured they were okay to calm down, but Altar didn't like taking risks, so he'd keep his Byakugan active for the time being. However, he'd keep his Meigan idle, deciding against using it except when he needed it. Perhaps he should be silent more often.
