The search for help (open) NK

Kozai sighed. Suddenly, there had been quite a crowd, and analyzing them all with his Coriolis Revelation, though not particularly taxing to his high-capacity brain was still annoying and troublesome to the utmost. At any rate, it seemed that Youka was indeed the one involved. If that was indeed the case, then there was only one thing left to say.
However, he noted the presence of the newcomers. The girl had used the adjective "cool", which annoyed him to no end. Had this person seen his abilities before? In that case, it was someone in disguise. Her speech and diction weren't primitive enough to be Mitsui's, but at this point, that no longer mattered. 
The male with the white hair and glasses was of no consequence to Kozai, as he already had an associate (the aforementioned Mitsui) who shared the same traits with Youka. He would have to ask Mitsui more about this at some point, for sure. 
It is worth noting at this stage in the narration that the moment the white-haired male had begun to speak, Kozai had begun focusing his chakra senses, narrowing down the power levels of most everyone there. 
Then, there was the strange straw-hat guy in the tree. Kozai kept Coriolis Revelation trained on everyone there... he didn't exactly trust any of them. Despite having improved in character, he was still cynical and pragmatic.
Now, firstly, he would address the girl. 
"We? If you mean Koukan, I'm not interested. The last time I got caught up in an organization, things didn't go so well."
With that, Kozai would turn to Kiranomo. 
"Sadly, if it is indeed Youka, I won't be of much help, in the battlefield at least." He exhaustively smoothed back his hair with his right hand, a somewhat tired expression on his face. "There are... some issues I need to deal with before I deem myself fit to even return to the shinobi conflicts. In that case", he said, turning to the Kumogakure boy, "I will not be able to go to Kumo immediately to help you. In fact," he continued, his expression and voice more serious, "I'm not even a Konoha ninja." 
At this point, he would direct his communications toward the female, Kiranomo.
"I'll be staying in the Land of Fire for the time being. Considering the events, or lack thereof, that have transpired... the Hokage must not have heard of Iwa's destruction. I'll have to recollect my resources, then I'll decide whether I will help or not."
With that, he would monitor and analyse the others silently and undetectably using Coriolis.... everything that they had that was touching air or water was subject to his detailed scrutiny.

Kaos looks at the odd sort of people that had came for his cry of help. He listens to all, letting each have their say. He decides to return his scythe back to where he had gotten it from, so he stops leaning on it, then swiping his foot and pushing the blade, allowing the scythe to twirl in the air, he does the hand signs, and it disappears, to those who could see it, seeming to explode into atoms. He looks at the ragtag team, and nods.
"I do need rest. And i think, I will need to increase my strength. I am no mach for that demon, the one you say is called Youka," Kaos says. "Also, white hair guy, let's meet up somewhere to discuss what you are talking about. I want to see if what you say is the same thing."
Kaos looks at the Hell's Angel, and says, "Welp, if you can't pay attention, then you don't need to know where Youka is at. You, who is greedy, trying to exhort the ones in need."
Kaos looks at the red hair girl, and says, "Like I told this one," pointing at Hell's Angel, "I don't have the money to buy support. I'm not looking to buy help, I'm looking for volunteers."
He looks at Sal and Yen, the obviously from here, with headbands displayed. He looks at Sal and the guy talking to Sal, and says, "Salzem, thank you for your enthusiam, but that guy is right. I'm to exhausted to lead us back to Kumo right now, and I rather have more people to help. And to you guy who pointed out I was exhausted, what draws your village hand? What about the fact that there is nothing to stop this man from marching here next, and destroying this village. What is there to stop him?"
He pauses, and then says, "Yes, you are right though, it is an odd bunch I have to say."
He looks at the the first guy to approach him, and nods, and says, "It's your choice, I thank you for approaching  me to begin with. I'm hoping that what ever holds you back right now, I hope that before we leave you have move on from it. Also, I'm sorry for the destruction of your village. I'm sorry that nobody went to help your village. I never heard of any call to help Iwa, but that might be because it happened before I was even a shinobi."
He looks at all the people and says, "I've said my bit, but, I'm exhausted, and don't think I can handle much more of "negotiating" help. I'm sorry, but I think I'll just go lean against the wall for a bit, and rest my body."
He moves over to the wall, stumbling a little as exhaustion starts to take hold of him. He leans against the wall, and slides to the ground, looking at the group assembled before him. Small, but maybe lethal. He also knew that none of their help could be solid, and that he was relying on the help of complete strangers.

Stein would brush everyone else off, except for the one he approached to speak to, and he would once more speak to him "Well there is a clearing about fifty meters to the east of here, in the forest, I will be there all day, if you wish to see me when your ready" and with the Stein walked away from the group and into the forest towards the very spot he told the kid about.

(Attempted Exit)

"Kumo..... Kumo will receive no help. I'll speak to those who trust me within Konoha to ensure that." She shot the boy Kaos a look that could kill as he decided to insult her. She would have struck him down where he stood were it impossible. Unfortunately the heavy chained ball that was used at range was in use as she considered harming the boy for suggesting her intentions anything other then poor as her body on reflex turned, her toe catching in the chain to lift up and send the weapon flying at the mouthy girl in two fluid movements at a speed of one hundred and eleven and with a sharpness of two hundred and sixteen, aimed to slice across the girl's face leaving her scarred but not dead. She considered this a warning shot. THe girl showed quickly she was in little mood for fast lips or unflattering opinion boasted too openly as the deep purple glow flowing from her eyes was overtaken by the bright blue aura that poured from her body. her display of power would be more then enough to remind any who knew her why they called her Hell's angel and to let anyone who'd not had the pleasure learn their place.(anyone under 81 stats is frozen in fear gosh the actual effects of this skill are weak good thing it's cool for emphasizing points =3 ))

"Now..... I would prefer if any further comments are met with respect girl." SHe would speak whether the attack connected or not, continuing her statement as if it nothing had happened. "Kumokagure's Cocky Kage has issued threats to my group when offers of aid were made. Furthermore any who wish to go to Kumo to fight against him, I'll gladly strike you down here. Your bodies will be more useful dead in Konoha then dead in the hands of the Demon priest I assure you and traveling there is a suicide plan. Fortify your village. He WILL make it here eventually and we'll need any here to defend the village when that happens.....Oh. and Kozai. You'll be interested to find.... I've gotten some more information about the subject we spoke of in Taki." At this point, assuming no one decided to take the suicide path of attacking her she would turn the red eyes towards Kozai, allowing her Sharingan in three tomoe state study his form.

Alter would continue talking, completely unfazed by Kira's attack, and not seeming to quite even feel the pain. She giggled at Kaos. "Its like you think you have a choice or something its so cute. I'll help you if I want and you will pay me. It wasn't an offer silly boy."
She would start twirling her hair, ignoring most of the rest of the diologue and yawning like the situation bored her. "Kira, your scariness could use some work, are you sick or something? I think Kuro's fox could definetly be scarier. It has its little claws and all and Squueeeee!"
She seemed to know be giggling madly and thinking about the fox, giving Kira the chance to finish up whatever she was talking about.

yen observed the group of unique induviduals standing around some joking some serious others plain wierd as yen observed the man that the lady adressed who deemed it worth a few ryo to constrict the act of free will and goodness to stop anyone from going after this demon. yen gazed over at her as it was beyond his speed but she seemed to have done something that the girl now comparing her to a fox now was giggling madly. "yeah so on to the buisness at hand seems like this demon if i heard right was named youka? so from a half concious man running from the cloud village comes here and im sure with a sit down we can strategize should he come to our gates we will simply kill him. now!"

yen looked over at the lady who seemed to suggest defending the village "If any object to not attacking some mad man on a rampage we can all take a seat and you know talk this through. Of course we can be a band of misfits and march to what will be most of our deaths...it seems you have some great power yep you could kill me easily" yen said with honesty as he nodded at the flaring chakra of the lady for he was not showing any hostility and she was for the most part showing off thus yen had no true reason to care for her displaing of power other then take note of it. "still if you must insist on defeating him can't you perhaps match this demon? sure a little help doesnt hurt but what truely stops a powerhouse like yourself from fighting him? was he an aquientance? a lost love from the books of history? perhaps he was your leader? whatever the reason should be the usual awnser is he couldve been stopped long ago should proper actions been done, now we are in a mess and someone has to clean it up or let it burn eh? before he comes to our door and we gotta deal with the thing"

At thoes words yen layed down on the tree branch and placed his straw hat over his eyes. but kept the sides open a bit so he can keep an eye on things as he spoke up somemore   "sorry if im rude and retaliate if you want wont even lift an arm of defense in that case, but im trying to keep things moving on with the village after all you guys don't seem to have a true reason to bicker about outside the village and obstruct traffic. buisness is buisness besides im cooking later  ill coook something later so as a treat on me you all can come."

yen then at that point glanced down at the boy slumped against the wall who questioned him and spoke to him. "to awnser your question I want to help, but my duty lies here. do you truely think good deeds go over your own loyalties to your home? i do belive this belife, yet despite your plight you have given me no true reason to run away from my duties in my village. and I would not unless ordered to and should my village be faced with this threat as this demon is no calamity. i would protect it at any cost even if this demon came here right now and half the people fight with half heart and run i would be by my kage and blood or armless at the inch of my life i would fight and even if blade was at my neck i would take the blade without fear not in defeat but in victory." yen glanced at salzem and gave him a knowing nodd before contnuing on talking to the boy.  "you ran out of either fear, wisdom or self perservation should i have been your leader i wouldve been saddend at your running from your duty as a sheild and blade of your home even peasents made a more viable effort. Despite that you made it here thats note  worthy but should you have been a leader you wouldve asked for help yes and perhhaps the odds were beyonnd you but before you lash out in rage check yourself should my words hit home and true. If you were the leader back there what would you have done? you wouldve done your duty and been a decoy or flat meet destruction with a smile on your face as you stood and fell for your home. Question your loyalties and understand that despite your choice or regrets your are here and want to fight back. I admire that nonquitting spirit but i warn you to think about this decision. your village may be ashes your leaders head could be the head jewle of the demons throne of bloddied bodies and your dear freinds could be his coat and dinner now. you have lost your home to something or  someone you cant meet hand to hand and all the sudden you want to march abunch of people you dont kow to their death when you made it out of pure luck? dont be a fool you do not want to be a life lost of vain vengence and foolishness. that there is the diffrence between the one who wants to help but just wants redemption and the one who will help and be a becon of hope. think on thoes words as you rest and consider your words as a ninja, as an induvidual, as a cavilian, and as a leader since you represent your village."

With that yen would await the responses to the statements he made stifling a yawn. with the consistant stuff that happend today he had not been the most pleased with the fact these powerful induviduals had to all bunddle up together like some cult of a sorts.

It took all Salzem had, but he managed to keep silent and ignore the threat coming from Hell's Angel.
"
"Salzem turned to Kaos,
You fled your village upon seeing it get destroyed, There is hardly any shame in that. The only shame here comes from what you formed yourself in response to your actions. it is what we are taught from birth. Knowing when to leave, when there's no point, is a valuable trait. However, that area is now hostile to you, and virtually everyone else and at it's center is the demon. A plan is needed if we are to even get close. I will most likely be in the forest, so come meet me some time if you wish to talk." With that, Salzem would walk back into the village and away from the group. He did not wish to hear the other's opinions on the matter and besides, he had work to do to prepare for his own journey.

It appeared that there had been some conflict, not just in the past, but internally among the people that were present. The girl, however, was acting strangely. At this stage, Kozai concluded that it was most certainly not Mitsui, but that was about all he could do. However, one good thing about this situation was that apparently, Kira was not hostile towards him. Perhaps he would be able to go his way in peace. 
About Iwa... well, there were certainly enough defenders, but the power of the doujutsu that Maku had held was clearly too much. In addition, there was that crazy defector with the missiles. What a jerk. 
From what these people were saying, however, it appears that he had been surrounded by a crowd of.... idealists. How dreadful. 
Kozai would nod to Kira, acknowledging what she had said. Due to the fact that he had not spoken of this so far, perhaps she would comprehend that he would speak of this to her later, in private. This... piqued his interest.
However, his main focus would be upon the straw-hat boy. He smirked, making an audible "tch" sound. 
"Loyalty? Bravery? Hope? These are concepts of a dead age." He would form a tiger handseal, molding chakra. This would be a less powerful sign than Kiranomo's display of power, but a more dangerous one. He most likely wouldn't launch any jutsu, but this was a warning nevertheless.
"So this is what Konoha ninja are like. Weak in mind. It looks like I'll have to put in a bit more effort to improve things here." 
At this stage, Kozai's display of power would activate unconsciously, a silently roaring aura of white power emanating from him. 
"There is no 'honor' without weakness. No selflessness without loss. If Youka does indeed come to this village, you will soon realize things. Petty idealism simply does not hold up in the face of great conflict and danger."

Kaos, oblvious or uncaring of the effects of the Hell's Angel and the first guy, who Kaos guessed was named Kozai, rises up to the ground after everybody had their say, once again.
"Yes, I was afraid. I left because of fear, but I was stopped, and then I remember what I was. I remembered that I was a shinobi, and I was even ready to die. Others attacked, throwing objects at him, and he stopped their attacks with ease. He then gave me a challenge, a challenge to seek him out after Kumo's destruction. Then he told me to go. I left. Now, I go back. Not now, for I plan on getting stronger. But, I rescind my asking for help. I will go to Kumo, alone. I will probably die there, but I'm not afraid anymore. My duty is there, and it's time I returned," Kaos says, softly.
"Goodbye." He says, as he starts walking away. He walks back to the forest, to disappear among the trees, the only thing to stop him, would be a direct attack sent towards him.

She nodded hearing yen speak, allowing it do drown out thoughts of this girl bringing pain to her temple. He understood. Finally the tension slid form her body, her body lowering from it's clear offensive possition... until the point when the kumo boy spoke once more. small tips seemed to reach out from the cloak of shadows coating her body, almost as if fingers were reaching from her very skin towards the boy causing her this constant state of annoyance. Another cry rang out, her eyes studying Kozai almost as if she hadn't noticed what was happening. The seal he formed could be dangerous, though whether it supported her position or kaos' she wasn't sure. Perhaps it would be moot. The horrific screech would send a chill down the spines of any in the area, or at least seem to. A pulse of quick moving chakra flowed through the area moving at a speed of eighty across it's thirty meter distance and causing any in the area to be frozen in place for a short time(one post). Behind the wave of deep green energy was hidden a kunai, thrown in time to strike just after the paralysis hit, aimed at kaos' back at a speed of ninety, a deep purple aura flowing from her eyes as it was released. The weapon would move at a speed of one hundred and thirty one to pierce the boy in the back, stopping him dead in his tracks, hitting the spine at a point that wouldn't kill, but would paralyze him for life.

"It's wise to listen to those trying to assist you. if you leave this village the next shot will end your life boy. " the words would slip calmly past her lips unless someone attempted to stop her, her body primed and ready with sorrow resting in her left hand in case Kozai interfered. otherwise she would scoop up the paralyzed boy, assuming things went as described, and be gone from the scene, disapearing thanks to her reverse summonging deep into the realms of the fae.
