Demons Orders (Fenris, Youka, Private)

Fenris did as he was told, and as soon as the debris was cleared he made his way to the eastern gate as ordered. He had no idea what Youka had in mind, or what orders he would give, Fenris wasn't positive it mattered. He was supposed to obey any and all given tasks. His once pristine set of clothes was ruined, the white coat now gray and muddied, ripped in several places. One of his wristbands was gone and the other was torn. He was missing a pant leg from the knee down on his right leg and the other didn't fair much better. New clothes would be nice, but he didn't know where to receive such items, or if thats something the man would allow him. He could survive in these clothes, so that was what he would wear.

In any case, he stood at the eastern gate, alone. Ready for whatever the man presented him with, or whatever order he was told he would follow.

Night time had fallen on Kumogakure and the once warm air that blew through in the afternoon now had a chill to it as the village laid itself to rest. Multiple campfires were lit as tents were in the final process of being pitched. Food was being prepped under multiple larger awnings and some of the sections were singing old songs to their fallen comrades while drinking some mixture of alcohol. The days work had been done and finally after about a month of deconstruction the village was fully ready to be rebuilt and born again. Todays indoctrination was on uniformity and the female population had been tasked with starting the sewing of new clothes for the entire village that would all hold the same designs through and trough.

The male he had punished earlier today was prompt and on time to reach the far eastern gate. This would good on his behalf otherwise another punishment would have been met out. Youka scanned the boy from atop the walls of the village where he had personally seen to the destruction of the wall mounted kunai launchers and any old and archaic type of defense they had built atop them. Stepping off the wall and free falling he would hit the ground with a deafening thud cracking the ground further beneath him as his armor absorbed and dispersed the effects it would have on his body. He would land directly in front of the male before speaking.

"So, tell me, what is it that you see when you look out into your people and the surrounding area?"

The man sort of just, dropped in front of Fenris, assumably from the top of the wall, and asked a question Fenris found...difficult to answer. Most of his thoughts were blurred, and forming ideas was hard. It was easier following orders then to be creative. "I see.. all the people are happier, though i'm not sure why. There is still work to be done, celebration is unnecessary. The land is a blank slate to be built upon now, to build Kumo to whatever glory you wish, but the people relax with Alcohol, dulling their senses that will make the work harder tomorrow. What i see before me is... work to be done."
It was probably more emotionless then a leader would want, but the broken boy had no idea what the concept of rest was, or the need to express happiness. All he saw was more work that wasn't being done.

"Interesting...I see a group of people waiting to be led, sheep without a master. They have been masterless for a very long time it seems. I see prime real estate ready to be invested in. That's exactly what we will do..invest."

Looking towards the male once more he would begin walking towards some supplies while motioning for the male to follow him.

"You and I will begin the outer section of Kumo back again with the help of these people."

Snapping his finger torches would rise from the horizon as thousands of civilians and ninja walked towards their location.

"You will stay by my side so I can gauge who you are and what you are about, are you just another tool ready to be used without goals of his own? Or are you someone who can think for themselves and someone I can use in the future?"

Unraveling a set of blueprints he would pass a copy to Fenris to look at. He would be able to take in the changes he wanted to take place in Kumo.

"As you can see, not much will change on the outer sector of Kumo, everyone you see gathered here are the ones that will forever live in poverty and filth. They are the ones that chose to follow me at the last moment to save their lives. These are the ones that would be quick to turn against me for their own agenda. They will build their own hovel and live in it. Are you ready to get to work?"

Fenris listened to the man intently, his cold blue eyes taking in every word. No this man didn't need a tool with no actions of his own, he needed someone capable of their own decisions, to do what must be done for the village, and himself. Fenris would have to learn to do those things to be useful to the man, and hopefully become able to think and act as an individual. He had to focus, clear his muddled thoughts on what he needed to do, and what the village needed. The man in front of him would lead them to these needs of course, but Fenris would have to embody those needs as well. He had to become a sharpened blade for this town, and its ruler.

Taking the copy offered to him, he followed Youka's words. On the outer edge, living in poverty, would that not make rebellion foster even more? But again, even giving them wishes beyond their dreams they would still plot against Youka, these people had not the pride to fall with their city they wouldn't stick to the man who led them, even if he should give them everything. The boys eyes showed more feeling in them, analysis of the situation, and thoughts that were his own at this point. For once, he looked alive. "Yes, there is a lot to do."

"Indeed there is, what is your name by the way? Forgive me for not asking earlier, I didn't know if you would die or not so I saw no reason in knowing it. Also why were you not in the defense of your village might I ask?"

At this point Youka would begin work on the smaller huts for the civilians reaching his armored hands into the clay and mortar around him. These homes were to be the basic of basic living structures providing just the bare necessities of what they would need to live and get by. Looking around he saw the dismay in the civilians eyes as they found out they would be living here by their own admission and there was nothing they could do about it.

Fenris thought for a moment on his questions. "My name..is Fenris. As to what I was doing or where I was during the village's defense.. I would assume I was apart of the defense but hit by a stray... something. As it stands, I have no memory apart from where you found me. Your healing didn't appear to unblock it either. So if you did not see me, then I am unsure."

Fenris with his current memory problems, had to slightly rely on the blueprints for the building, but his retention made the parts he worked on perfect..or at least perfect for what they were. Mud hovels would never be good, but at least it was structurally being built right. He couldn't afford a glance at the civilians, as he had to concentrate enough as it was on Youka and the building. 
"I don't think I got your name either, if you wish to give it. Would probably useful to know."

(If Fenris should already know his name ignore the last sentence)

This was probably the easiest living locale to recreate as it was nothing but a paste pretty much and a decent structure to ensure noting fell apart. Time and patience wasn't really needed as if you fucked this up you deserved to be killed for how simple this entire thing was. He listened to Fenris speak about what had happened to him in the defense of the village. He had apparently sustained some type of head injury that was making it very hard for him to be able to remember what had happened. With a slight sigh escaping his lips as the boy continued on he would look down with a stern look on his face towards the male.

"I can't have half baked ninja in my village, especially if the time should come that we need to defend our ground. After we are done here I will go into your mind and we will find out what exactly happened to you. We will not leave this up to assumptions or her-say, just know if I find you have lied to me about any of this you will find yourself in the fields."

Turning back to his work a smile re-appeared on his face as he began forming the small housing unit once more taking care to swivel his head to the left and right to ensure each other civilians and ninja were doing the exact same thing anf not slacking off.

"If you must know, my name is Youka, it's simple and easy to remember. That will be the end of the questions about me."

Thinking for a moment before speaking once more he thought on what else he could speak on when it hit him.

"Before I forget, I have someone I would like for you to spend some time with and get to know once we are done here. Just like you he is a semi fresh slate that is waiting to be written on. I don't want you taking after my....bad tendencies. I think you two will offset each other perfectly honestly, each rubbing off on each other. His name is Daichi, he's a orphan, and I murdered his teacher...so he wants to kill me, which I think is a good reason."

Fenris listened to the man, Youka, talk about probing his mind or something along those lines. As well as another person whose teacher Youka had apparently killed. Fenris would seem a bit thoughtful as he continued to build. "I don't mind if you try, but it feels different from just not remembering. I don't know how to really explain it. As for meeting this other person, I wouldn't mind. Whatever my issue is, I feel better every minute since you found me, so more interaction with people is probably better for me."
He wondered if his condition was less damage so much as something else. There really was no way of knowing until Youka did his..brain scan thing. He continued to work, the task giving him to practice using his mental faculties, making his head feel a little less cloudy.

Youka would listen and smile before turning to walk off into the sunrise like a boss.
