Still giving Chase from the trees above, Tatsuo kept close to Monarch. Suddenly, however the boy stopped. The boy stopped nearly on a dime, near instantaneously at that. The boy fired off a couple shuriken at great speed. Tatsuo, however, knew from their last battle that monarch uses a large amount of ranged attacks. In short, he saw it coming before it happened. He dodged them with ease simply dropping from the tree he was on and to the ground to cause them to pass harmlessly above him. He landed gracefully aside from a thud that sounded as he made contact. Regaining his composure and faced Monarch the wooden sheath of his sword still in hand. 

This would be the moment he could use his new technique. He wondered if Monarch would even noticed as he slipped the sheath in rise hand so it was now reverse style, facing back and away from Tatsuo. Afterwards he sped forward with good speed, closing the distance between Monarch and himself rather quickly. When he was within range of the boy his assault would begin. His attacks, quick and precise while combined with his new style and the two beginning ones augmented with chakra as the icing on the cake he attacked. The first two, a frontal slash from Monarchs whip to his left shoulder. The second being a spinning slash where Tatsuo would rotate and attempt to hit the boys midsection. After the two augmented attacks he would go with a flurry of jabs at the fastest speed he could reach.

While Tatsuo smoothly dodged Monarchs shurikens Monarch anticipated his actions as he sliced his palm with his kunai just enough to get blood out of it slamming it to the ground with a puff of smoke his summon would appear, standing at one and a half meter tall wolf, the summon he had called was Kintru slightly weakening Monarch while he now had his first ever summon of Kintru however Monarch unsure if it had come out alright due to the fact Kintru didn't come out being his normal smart ass self, however he remembered his summon didn't talk much and when he did it was in his territory above all else, by the time Monarch had finished his thoughts Tatsuo was already running at him with a difference in his stance Monarch noted how he stood and how he had struck him last match.

Monarch with a reaction time of 82 dropped his kunai to the ground having it stick hilt up Tatsuo would go for his first strike with his left arm to stop the first attack a crack as the sheathe struck his arm at a high power high enough to make Monarchs' forearm, while the blow was struck the distance was about 1/4 a meter, Kintru being his own person would headbutt Tatsuo's kneecap at a speed of 20 and a strength of 10 would most likely off set Tatsuo after that Monarchs' summon would bite Tatsuo's left more over the shin of the leg, Monarch as himself would roughly smash his right fist into Tatsuo's chest to attempt to knock the breath out of Tatsuo however if Tatsuo would attempt to dodge seeing how they had seemingly equal speed Monarch would quickstep keeping close throwing 5 right hooks at him however would be easy to block or dodge.

Tatsuo was quite amazed when Monarch summoned his creature to his side. This would be an interesting battle indeed if things kept up the way they did now. His sword strike cracked against Monarchs arm, not a vital point or direct hit of course. The beast attempted to ram Tatsuo's knee cap with its head. At the range they were now placed at, Tatsuo would not be able to avoid the attack all together. Then again he really didn't have to. He lifted his leg up, allowing he wolf to smash into his foot. Pushing off at the moment of impact created enough push for Tatsuo to soar into the air a few meters. 

"Cool new trick Monarch. Time to show you one of mine." He said quickly forming a succession of hand signs while still in the air. Inhaling deeply, he would launch 6 fire balls at Monarch. Speeding towards him as Tatsuo lands on a tree limb a few meters up and away from Monarch. The fire balls would be able to be remotely controlled, via Tatsuo's chakra for a short time. This would allow him to alter their trajectory in the case Monarch or his summon for that matter would try and dodge them. Dealing with two opponents at once would be tough, however, Tatsuo could handle himself against these two for now. What would Monarchs move be now? Tatsuo patiently awaited to find out.

Monarch looked at his summon Kintru with a sigh "And this wolf is supposed to be the leader of a pack?" Monarch thought to himself as Tatsuo started to soar in the air a few meters using hand seals, before he could finish Monarch drew 3 kunais from his weapon pouch and 2 shurikens, knowing that if he had a chance he needed to be able to fight whatever his jutsu was whether it be hard to defeat or not, by the end of the hand signs Tatsuo would be on the branch shooting 6 fireballs, Monarch knew that Tatsuo was smart and wouldn't use a useless jutsu and waste his jutsu, Monarch would watch as the fire ball grew near at about 3 meters away Monarch Monarch would throws his kunai at the first fireball.

(You never gave a path, I'm going to assume they are lined up in a path, if not please specify next time you decide to use this jutsu)

Once the kunai hit the fireball at a speed of 56 the fireball, it would go threw and intentionally hit Tatsuo in the leg, Monarch no longer pulling his punches quickly hopped out of the way of the fireballs their immediate path to be exact.Monarch would run 22 meters right and his Summon to the left.Monarch would throw another kunai at him 10 meters, and then at 22 meters he would throw another stopping at 22 would he throw 3 shurikens left right and down at Tatsuo, Hoping not to kill the boy but just simply wound him, Monarch would shout as the weapons were throw "Hey I'm out of weapons lets train hand to hand" Monarch would shout to Tatsuo not taking his eyes off the six fire balls of hurt.Monarch however forgot his kunai in the path of the fireballs running to grab it he gets hit with all 6 fireballs and roughly dies due to the fireballs have 20 power to his 5 health...
