Swap shop (P, NK, IO, Kuro, James)

James stands in his standard black garb, his pouch underneath his cloak. He has the hood of the cloak down, and he peers around the training grounds. He was searching for his next prey, the next victim to teach him jutsu. He glances around, looking up at the sun, wondering if Kaos got his simple letter asking him to show up around noon time, which the sun was about to reach it's apex. He decides to start jogging around the track, hoping that the demonic fox didn't jump out and attack him. He shudders as he remembers the viscous moments where the fox drew blood.
He starts running and he starts to forget about everything, his mind calming, his body doing the motions automatically. He starts receding into his mind:

"So you're back. have you come to join me, to accept my offer of power," the other James declares, as James's mind relaxes, and he drifts into his own thoughts. He doesn't allow his fear to overcome himself and he looks into the other James, and says, "What exactly are you?"
The other laughs, a diabolical, evil laugh, but it's familiar to James, and the other James replies, "I am the power of Jugo, that is what I am."
James shakes his head, and says, "That doesn't really answer my question. Are you a demon, an angel, my subconscious, an alternate personality? What and who are you?"
The other James sneers at him and says, "Demons have nothing on me boy, angels are a joke, don't ever call me a sub of you or an alt of you. I am madness in it's ultimate form. Now fool, until you want my power, be gone."
With that, James felt like he was pushed from the particular area  of his mind. And with that he becomes aware again.

Within the time he was within his mind, no time had passed. James continues running around the training ground, waiting for Kuro to make an appearance.

Kuro was feeling rather lazy this particular day, too lazy to be bothered with WALKING. All that leg movement, bleh. But as he laid around like a lazy bones, Vixie ran up to him and pounced onto his chest with a letter between her teeth. "Oof, What is it Vixie? I already fed you. Oh, paper." Kuro plucked the drool covered letter out of her mouth and shook it off before opening it up to look inside. "Oh it's from James. Oh yeaaaah, I said I'd teach him about water jutsu stuff. Looks like he wants to do that today. Well, what do you think Vixie? Wanna go see tasty James and nibble on him some more?" Kuro smirked and scratched his pet behind the ears while she closed her eyes and wagged her fluffy tail. "But I don't wanna walk all the way to the training grounds..." Kuro stared at vixie and the jungle fox tilted her head, wondering just what he was thinking. "...Nah, you're not big enough to ride. and a hydra might freak people out. I wish i could just turn into water and ride on you... huh... Could i do that? I can stick to walls and stuff with my feet... Wonder If I could do that as a puddle... I'll have to look into that later, for now, I'll just puddle my way to him." Kuro then liquefied and began making his way to the training grounds with Vixie following behind him.

A few minutes later, Kuro flowed his way onto the training grounds and reformed himself in a standing position, looking around for James. "Vixie, you know what he taste slash smells like, you lead the way." Vixie began power walking with her nose to the air then ground, close enough to pick up the genin's scent since he'd been around, yipping and running when she figured out where he was and running. Kuro followed her, his unfastened Koukan coat billowing as he ran. The duo slowed down as they started to come close to James. "Heyyyy James! I'm here!"

James stops running and turns as soon as he heard Kuro's voice, raising a hand in a wave as Kuro was about fifteen meters away. He closes the gap between them and says, "What's up, mate, glad you could join."
He looks at the fox and says, "And look you brought the fox that thinks it can eat me, hooray."
He turn back and says, "Anyways, I was wondering if you were up for some element/jutsu training and you know swapping what jutsu's we know. Make it so much easier I feel if I can multiply the jutsus I know by learning a new element."
He kneels down and tries to pet the fox, and says, "Hey, how's it going?"
If the fox tries to bite, he'll pull his hand back, and grimace, if not, he'll continue petting while Kuro replies.

Vixie sat down and watched James's hand as he reached towards her, closing her eyes as it touches her head. She would allow him to pet her a bit while Kuro spoke. "Yeah, I can help you work on some water jutsu training. I'm still not a hundred percent sure I want earth as my backup element, BUT, I do need to work on medical stuff. I want to gain specialization in the medical jutsu field so I can start learning some more advanced stuff. So I'll teach you water and you let me mess around with your body a little." Kuro grinned and gave a thumbs up and Vixie licked James's hand.

James snatches his hand back after the fox licked him, glancing suspiciously at Kuro, with the words mess around with body. He stands back up and says, "What exactly are you gonna be trying to do to me? I want to know everything you want to try to me first before I agree to being a guinea pig for your experimentation, in turn, if you agree to tell me everything I agree to letting you train medically on my body and you train me on the element water and some water jutsus, like the one that you used on Amaya, Ryugia and me in our spar. Do we have a deal?"
He stands back, ready to flee in an instance if the fox tries to attack and bite him so Kuro has a real reason to train on him. If Kuro says yes, then he'll say, "Okay, so who's first, your medical training or my element training?'

Kuro laughed at james's suspicion and shook a hand dismissively. "Oh nothing bad. I'm not gonna try and open you up or anything. Don't wanna get all up in your guts i just... Need someone to kind of feel, on a pretty deeply... like... close level... not sexual at all. Purely proffesional doctor stuff, you don't even have to take your clothes off. Well, maybe your shirt or something. A big scratch or something like that would also be helpful. Nothing dangerous, just discomforting that I can fix for you. Like a Vixie bite or something. A bruise might be good too. hm. Anyways, we should probably do your water training stuff first. That way you'll tire yourself out and won't be all jumpy. Cause it might feel wierd I dunno. I've only really healed a girl's arm back at the hospital in my village, but it's gone now and I doubt konoha would be very excited to let an outsider practice on their civilians." Kuro smiled and tapped Vixie on the back, pointing a few meters away to tell her where to lay down. The vixen moved out of the way and sat down to watch.

"All right, step one! Get your chakra just kind of moving around, get it flowing around through your body and loosen up."

"Flowing through my body, but doesn't it already do that?" James asks, as he tries to accomplish what Kuro says. He concentrates trying to flow through his body, trying to loosen up, but all he got was the image in his head of earth, still, not moving, unchangeable, . He tries shifting the earth but all he gets is an image in his head of him trying to push a boulder without using his full strength.
He hears the other James in his head, "That's not how it's done, you can't force it along. Accept my health, and I shall show you the way to make anything you want yours. Give yourself to me" [/]
James thinks back to the other, thinking, [i] No, I will do this on my own, not without your help, I am certain your help only leads to destruction and chaos, not to what you said."
James can feel a dark smile emanating from the other James in his mind. He tries to ignore it, as he continues to try and shift the chakra in his body as water, trying to loosen his body up as Kuro had suggested. He then pauses, and to himself says, "The characteristics of water is free, and flowing while earth is strong and firm, but earth can be broken down into sand, and sand shifts and changes thus it's closer to water, making it easier to change into water. He starts to think the earth into sand, shifting it little y little, until in his mind a slight sand on top of the earth is seen shifting, and withing his body his chakra starts to flow sluggishly. almost like a boulder being pushed. James grins to himself thinking to the other James, [i] "See I don't need your help, I can find my own path, to make anything I want mine, on my own, without the 'madness in its ultimate form.' So begone you."
The other James's response was nothing but what sounded like a door in his mind being closed. His grins widen and he says, "Okay so the chakra is starting to loosen up, what's next, Kuro? Some secret words that insta gives me water, like ako aki mak mayno, alhondrota? I have no clue what those means so don't bothering asking me, just wondering if it's something like that?"
He grins, as he tries to make more of his chakra flow like water through his body as he waits for Kuro to reply.

Kuro chuckled and shook his head. "Nah, no magic words, but you seem to be doing okay right now. The most important thing is focussing and  FEELING the flow of your chakra. Focus on the beating of your heart and the blood flowing through your body. You want your chakra to be like your blood, flowing all through you, but not so free that it's like air and goes everywhere." Kuro closed his eyes and slowly swayed side to side as he felt his chakra. "Earth is strong and tough, staying in place and refusing to move for anything that isn't strong enough to deserve it. Water is strong to, but it will shift and move around things it can't push. A big rock will stand it's ground until broken, but water will let things flow through it. It isn't the fastest jutsu, it isn't the toughest jutsu, it is balanced. In motion or keeping still, it doesn't mind. It can be as calm as a lake or as furious as a raging river, whatever it needs to be." Kuro partially opened his eyes and took a deep breath. "Right now, everything is calm. just let your chakra flow around and get a feel for it. This is how you want to feel whenever your getting ready to use a jutsu. You have to feel the shift from your normal earth chakra. Here put your hand in mine and gently release your chakra so I can feel it." Kuro would hold out a hand, partially liquifing it so he could wrap James's palm in water and feel his chakra pushing on a more accurate level. Once James had pushed some chakra against Kuro's water palm, the Hozuki would nod and smile.

 "Now, let's see... how about we work on Snake Mouth as your first water Jutsu? After all, it makes a bunch of water, which you're going to need for some other techniques. There's not always a ton of water around unlike earth, so being able to create some you can use is really important. You ready to get wet?"

"Um, I'm not really ready to start learning water jutsu, mate, I just am kinda of floating in this limbo of changing my chakra around. I don't really understand how it works yet. It's still as earth, shifting through my body, more of like sand you know, shifting in my body, still earthy, not at all watery, so I have no clue how to do water jutsu just yet. I mean do you got any other advice to me then let's do some jutsu. Doesn't sound like you know what you're doing. Have you ever taught any one anybody?" James says, snatching his hand away from Kuro.
He shakes his head and his hand, and says, "Man, you got my hand wet for no reason."
He wipes his hand off on his clothing then continues trying to shift the earth infused within his body, trying to shift his natural chakra into water. For a second the image in his mind shifts into water, free flowing and he feels as if he has it, but then the water moves faster and faster until it seems unmoving, and it becomes earth once again. He sighs as he can feel his chakra still the same, sluggishly moving  through his body. The other James, silent, observes from within his head, and James could feel his eyes like it was on the back of his neck. He thinks towards the other James, "What do you want from me?"
The other James doesn't reply at first, and it seems as if he won't reply when he says, " I want you to succeed of course, that's why I am here. Jugo's are meant to survive, and to seek power wherever it lies. No matter how far you go, no matter how far you travel I will be here, to show you the way. That is all I want from you, to accept me."
James shakes his head, and sighs, saying to Kuro, "What advice do you have for me. It's being stubborn, and I don't like it."

Kuro stopped and laughed nervously. "Well... There was ONE time... but he already had water chakra. Cut me some slack here friend, I've never learned a new element before. Water is just my natural element. I mean hell, I'm literally MADE of the stuff. It's like teaching someone how to exist for me. It's not as easy as a jutsu. Jutsus are just some seals and some chakra. It's like magic words. But elements are... It's deeper than that. it's like a state of being. I don't really know how to teach it to you..." Kuro closed his eyes and crossed his arms, tapping his foot as he tried to think of a way to help James. He opened his eyes again and grinned as he got an idea. "Wet hand... Maybe being wet is just what you need! Being in water might help you connect with it! Just keep focusing, I'm gonna see if I can help this way." Kuro would walk beside James and put an arm around his shoulder, winking as he liquefied and pulled his body around James, using his chakra to keep himself attached to the genin. He would spread out around James and cover him from head to toe, leaving a hole around his nose and mouth so he could breath.
