Seeing his puppet immobilized and destroyed like that was unnerving for Malvoes but it wasn't enough to halt the boy from his own senses, knowing that his weapon was dismantled he'd be next. Malvoes quickly started making hand signs when he wasn't able to control mantis from that darkness cage, Boar > Monkey > Dragon > Ram > Dog, he'd be able to make the last sign as Altar came within a meter of him. Doing so his kikaichu created a high speed dome around him, hitting and draining Altar of chakra (30 ap) and knocking him back three meters giving Malvoes some time to plan a retaliation technique, the dome would disperse except for a swarm spinning around him. Altar was moving so fast he could hardly react to the bugs suddenly swarming around Malvoes. How had the boy reacted that swiftly? Perhaps he hadn't been fluid enough in his movements. He'd have to train harder on his sword play, and study old martial arts films to learn how to be like water.

Getting knocked back a ways, Altar would swing his legs underneath him, so he landed on his hands, feet planted. His eyes darting around, Altar would notice two things. One, they were on the beach. There was plenty of water to be had. Two, the distance between them wasn't much.

Smiling, Altar would stand and toss his blade into the air, the rare beams of sunlight splitting the mist catching the metal surface of the blade and glinting light off of it from every angle. While he did this, Altar would quickly lash out his right hand, electricity pouring off of it. The lightning would form a leash, from the leash a dog. The dog would run directly for Malvoes, aiming to tackle him right in the chest. Once that was done, Altar would form handseals, and from the water would form a large shark. Just as Altar completed the handseals, the blade he had tossed would slide into the sheathe on his back, the lightning from it completely dissipated. The shark would seemingly absorb Altar, when in reality he was simply hitching a ride inside the great water being. The shark would aim straight for Malvoes, Altar jumping out of the shark just before impact.

From this point, Altar would make more handseals, the water from the shark now combining again and spiraling upwards, then downwards on top of Malvoes. While the water was in motion, Altar would draw his sword and prepare for a counterattack from the now soaking wet bug boy.

As Altar was knocked back Malvoes's jutsu, Malvoes would have to act quickly, seeing his opportunity when Altar would throw his blade up into the air. Malvoes would extend one of his hands chakra thread sprouting from each finger and extending outward. He'd have enough time to connect a thread to the hilt of the sword, he'd pull it downward, hilt aiming directly for Altar's head as this dog of pure lightning collided with the chest of Malvoes knocking him back five meters.
