Meeting Someone New (p, nk)

Kasai, within the time he spent waiting for Youka to return and have the meeting, wondered the village, not looking for anything in particular, when he came across the training grounds. 

He had remembered Konohagakure's and noticed this one seemed more... adpt. The equipment was newer, but the paths were less worn. Less people, perhaps, but he sensed there was more experience in this village than his old one. 

He walked around, gliding from one obstacle to the other as he went. Glancing quickly around, Kasai noted the place to be relatively empty, and so he continued. He poked at some things, prodding at others, trying to figure out just what kind of shinobi were made here; for a shinobi is not born, but made through experience. It made him remember how his old team had been founded within a training grounds. 

(I apologize for this being so short, I'm fairly busy right now.)

To be honest Rikaro had been following this man or boy every since Mortarion's subordinate gave him access to Second district and below of Kumogakure. Rikaro smirked as he crouched in a tree in front of the man eyeing the man. The shadows of the leaves and branches of the tree kept his body from being seen as well as for the fact he had his chakra suppression activated. He stared at thethean as he seemed to examine the training grounds with both a look of suprise and happiness on suprise on his face.

Rikaro decided he wanted to see why exactly this man came to Kumogakure. Even Rikaro could see the Konoha headband on the man's for head. Rikaro stayed in the shadows in the tree aand said " If I were you I will stand completely still if you move I will use this poisonous Kunai and instantly destroy you " said Rikaro giving the man time to speak. Of course Rikaro did not have a Kunai but the man if he was smart should know not to move when a hidden enemy says not to. Well not a enemy more like a person who wanted info." Now tell me why you are within the second district of Kumogakure. And trust me I will know if you lie. I want the full truth if you fail to deliver it you will regret it. And do not think I don't know you have come from Konoha " said Rikaro his chakra and body still hidden from view and sense.

Kasai stopped as he heard the voice. His robes with the ever changing hues of red and yellow fell about him as if there weren't any wind in the air at all. His mask remained stationary as it hung around his neck, and the massive scroll on his back also remained still. His eyes flicked to the corner of his vision, where his long red hair blocked his view, giving him a strange contrast with his heavily scarred face, marked with burns and cuts. 

Even as the voice had begun, Kasai's chakra shot out, searching for the owner of the voice that threatened him. However, when it came up short, Kasai closed his eyes. Whomever this was, they had learned well to block out their chakra completely. However, if a kunai was the opponents weapon of choice, Kasai was almost positive he had fast enough to dodge, especially with his mastered substitution. However, if this was how the hidden voice was going to introduce itself, then so be it. 

"If you truly know that I have come from Konohagakure, then you must have known something about my permitted entrance to the village; a sign that unless you make yourself otherwise, I am not an enemy to you, or this village. I am within the second district because I am allowed to be; as simple as that. I am waiting for the Kage - Youka - to return, so that I may meet with him. Until then, I am only looking around to pass the time. Is that a sufficient answer for you?" Kasai asked, opening his eyes again, the chakra in his body slowly rising, his body tense. 

If it was not, Kasai would be ready to turn very quickly, and substitute if something were headed his way. He had not fought anyone with intent to harm in a very long time, and last time it had ended in a death; the fact he stood standing showed the victor. It was not a pleasant thing however, and he never looked forward to it. And so he hoped his answer would be enough for this hidden voice, and perhaps they would come out, and greet him like a shinobi would.

Rikaro smirked as he was staring at the man who failed to find him as he was using chakra suppression." If you truly know that I have come from Konohagakure then you must have known something about my permitted entrance to the village a sign that unless you make yourself otherwise. There was a reason this man chose to come to Kumogakure. He was sure this man was trying to avoid saying why." No that is not a sufficient answer. You told me why you are in the second district but tell me why you cane from the middle of the world to Tue North East of Kumogakure. There has to be a reason why you came from Konoha. Is there a upheaval among the ninja of the leaf " asked a curious Rikaro. He growed up wanting to discover secrets of everyone. That was why he was so eager to ask Mortarion how he was able to use Decomposition power so elegantly. He continued to stare at the man whilst hiding in the shadows. He would figure out why this man has come from Konoha and until then Rikaro would wait for a answer.

Kasai raised an eyebrow at the answer of no. Who was this, to change their demands more than the sun changes its position in the sky? He had answered the voice's question; why did it ask for more? No, it was Kasai's turn.

With that, Kasai turned where he stood, facing the voice, his hands folded together in his long sleeves of the robes of the sun. 

"I have answered your first question," Kasai said, instantly searching for any hint of movement at all. "It is polite to reveal yourself when you address another, and I ask that you do so. 


"Your second question is information that I will first reveal to the Kage of this land, before any else. So I am afraid I will not speak of that to you, whom ever you are. If you have more questions, perhaps I will answer when I see who it is that addresses me."

Kasai stood ready, though to any other eyes, they would not know that his hands were pressed together. It would seem as he were simply holding the sleeves of the robe a way that any priest might, unaware that he was ready to form hand signs. He kept his chakra under control, though ready if this hidden one were to attack him.

After the man asked Rikaro to reveal himself he smirked and stayed in the tree." So Mei should we reveal ourselves to this fool " said Rikaro from within in his." Yes and we should do it in style " said Mei. Rikaro nodded and allowed Mei to take control of his body. Mei commanded his body to jump off the tree he was standing on. On the ground 15 meters in front of the brightly colored man. Mei with Rikaro's voice said " I am the Embodiment of Darkness Rikaro Shinkou ". His black cloak that stopped at his ankle would lift from the breeze. The skull insignia on the front seemed to dance around. His eyes went from deep black to blood red as he stared at the man in front of him. His black hair seemed to stand on it's ends as the air got thinner. This was the presence of a Yuumei inside of a Shinkou's body." Now that I have revealed my self. Let us dance. A battle of sorts we are free to use any thing in our arsenal just no killing " said Mei inside of Rikaro as  he jumped backwards away 5 more meters making it 20. He did the handseals for Hidden Mist spewing deep mist that would make anyone with the regular eye unable to see through it. He pulled out a kunai and put it in his left hand and pulled out another and put it in his right hand.

These were two of the poisonous Kunai he had within his weapon arsenal. His Meigan eyes turned to Naien the second transformation of his clan's eyes." So traveller let's begin the Silent Killing don't think about the name " said Mei as she stood 20 meters in front of the man waiting for a reaction.

Kasai watched as the younger man, or boy, jumped down, and showed himself. He was younger than Kasai expected, and the very moment that he formed a jutsu, Kasai could sense his chakra, and noted that he was also significantly weaker. 

"So be it," Kasai said. If there would be no killing, then he assumed this would be a spar of sorts. However, the boy did say to use anything in their arsenal, and so Kasai would open with a strong move. 

Kasai began to weave hand signs as soon as the mist came out. It was only three simple hand signs: rat, tiger, then bull.

With that, Kasai's body light on fire. Bright flames covered and roared around him, enveloping him completely. If Rikaro were to come withn 5 meters of him, he would begin to feel such intense heat that it would begin to burn him badly. Within 3 meters, and he may catch on fire. Within 2, and Kasai was not sure if the boy would live. However, Kasai planned on keeping the 5 meter distance between them, until he moved to attack. After all, killing was one of the last things he planned to do against someone whom was not quite an enemy. 

The fire, however, would deal no damage at all to Kasai, only to anyone else. With that, he began walking forwards into the mist. He knew that he would be a blazing beacon, extremely easy to spot, but the fire was so hot that as he walked, it began to evaporate the mist around him. It would not make a difference, he knew, but this was his move. 

With that, Kasai continued walking straight, towards where he saw the boy last.

With his Stage One Meigan activated Rikaro could see the feiry red chakra overcoming the man in front of him. He could as well feel the intense heat even 25 meters away from the man. Hrm so this man was a for to reckoned with Rikaro supposed. The mist around Rikaro evaporated leaving no trace of it. Rikaro stared at the man 20 meters away from him." Enough Konoha traveler I see you are a force to be reckoned with " said Rikaro as he sat down 20 meters in front of the man not wanting to burn himself if he got any closer." So traveler what is your name. I told you mines it would be nice if you tell me yours " said Rikaro with a smirk.

He played his hands behind him then straightened his legs." Would be nice of you to come over and take a seat. By the way extinguish the flames. I do not want to become a grilled human for any mutated animal around here " laughed Rikaro.

Kasai watched the mist begin to go around him, until the voice called out. Kasai killed the jutsu, the flames around him dispersing. 

Upon the request of a name, Kasai decided to answer in turn. "I am a child of the sun; Kasai Senshi," he said, bowing to the boy. "It is nice to meet you."

With the flames out, Kasai walked towards the young man, and walked towards him. He was fairly certain that he would not try anything against Kasai, but keeping his hands folded in his robes just to be safe. 

"Very well," Kasai said, sitting down next to the younger man. "You are a shinobi of Kumogakure, are you not?"
He would ask this, hoping to start a conversation. He was unsure why this one had been following him, or what he wanted, but he would listen.
