As The Ticking Takes You Further Below... (p, Yen)

Yen once again weaved a string of signs, and another bright flash fell over the both of them. Then, as the light faded, Salzem realized they were back in Konoha's training grounds. He looked at Yen as he said he held nothing against Salzem for his recent outburst. He then held out a hand for Salzem to shake. He stared at the hand for a second. He knew what this gesture was and what it represented, he never understood the purpose of grabbing another's hand and shaking it as a form of sealing a deal. Regardless, Salzem reached out his hand and clasped Yen's outstretched one. Salzem didn't smile back at Yen, but he did meet his eyes. It was time for him to leave this Kage-forsaken place. He would smile as soon as he made good distance away from Konoha.

"I'll do what I can, as I've always done." Salzem replied. If Yen would let him go, Salzem would continue his walk where he left off, clearing  his head, thinking of where he'd go. Perhaps... perhaps Haven...?

Yen observed the figure of salzem walking away and a thought of letting him not go came to mind. Yet to his surprise the thought vanished as he realized that it wasn't nessary to let him chase after his freind why? A mans choice should be questioned which he did and salzem didn't waiver. Sure he avoided the conflict but to the esscence Sal did what he deemed was necessary sure the tales of one changing their mind was told all the time , but what happened to throes who would not? "Well either way till next time Sa" yen turned and headed the opposite direction though chakra drained he felt content with his involvement with salzems choice.
