Would You Like Some Desert With That

As Royalty had gotten further and further away from the borders that were surrounding the Land of Fire, the climate started to change drastically. In the span of 3 countries, it had gone from damp, to dry, to quite baron. It went from rainy and mossy to an abundance of wildlife to a desert. The change was expected as the two had gone a long way.

While moving towards Sunagakure, Royalty began to be parched. He reached over his shoulder and zipped open his backpack. After taking out a bottle of water, he wasted no time downing it all. He hadn't been too fond of littering so after he was done, he put the bottle back in his bag and zipped it back up.

Royalty felt a bit of nostalgia being back in this country. This had been where he was born at after all. It felt like it was long overdue to come back to the place in which Royalty initially called home. After soaking it all in, he spoke to Kyson.


"Well, here we are. Our journey is almost over. Just a little more to the gates. I hope you're ready. This could possibly change our lives forever."

Royalty's heart was beating fast. He felt very nervous now that the goal for their journey had been over. It was almost time.

{Exit to Sunagakure Gates}

Kyson are getting closer and closer to the finish line. they had left the Land of Fire and are headed to the Sand village gates. When they entered the land of wind, it was becoming very hot and dry. The climate was a desert like state and really dry and close to no life of vegetation. Not really the ideal place place for Kyson.

Kyson wanted to hurry up and reach the village gets because he was feeling a bit nauseous. Plus they had been moving a lot and only took one break on their journey.

"Yes we are finally coming to a close. Lets do it." Kyson said.

 Their journey is about to end as they are approaching the village gates and reach Sunagakure.

As the two chunin were on their way, Kyson still wasn't sure what they were going. He was told they were going on a mission that was from the kazekage himself. Kyson thought this would be a good time to know what the details were. He began to look towards Royalty and speak.

"Sooo, what is our mission anyway?" Kyson said as he asked Royalty about the details. If Royalty was to tell him, Kyson would just nod and proceed to follow him. Kyson looked around as he began to remember the first time him and Royalty escaped from Kumo. It wasn't that long ago since they arrived at Suna. Its amazing that they were genin then and now they have become Chunin. 

(Exit to Fire Country)

Moving pretty fast, the two were going on strong. Of course Royalty had been leading because Kyson was uninformed about the exact details. Roy had been too excited to think about letting him in on what it was that they were doing. The silence was broken however when Kyson finally asked the question that was on his mind. It kind of took Roy out of his trance. He responded nice and well to Kyson. 

"Uhm... best way to put it, we're going to the Leaf to deliver a letter to the Hokage. Supposedly, it is supposed to clear someone's name so he can be acquitted of all charges from Konoha...... A little side note too, Koroshi insinuated that this would kind of be like a vacation. This should be fun. But anyway, we're close, let's keep going."

Royalty dashed forward at a faster speed than he was previously going at. He wanted to reach Konohagakure as quickly as possible.

{EXIT TO FIRE COUNTRY BORDERS}

Finally half way back home. At the rate they are going, they will be there in no time. Kyson can't wait to finally be back home. He will report to Lord Kazekage about their mission and the details as soon as they get back. Next stop, Sunagakure.

(EXIT TO SUNA VILLAGE GATES)

Now the two were finally in the Wind Country. Despite how most people would feel, Roy missed the sight of the Sand. He paused for a brief moment and knelt down with his right knee. He grasped the sand and let it fall out of his right hand. Raising back up to his feet, he continued on his way home.
