Hyrdification or Hydrafication?

Kyson had woke up to another day. Today was his day off after completing a mission with Royalty. As Kyson woke up, he wanted to do something different today. He wanted to explore outside the village. He has walked around Suna for so long that he knows the place almost inside out. But he never actually took the time to travel the desert, the cave, and other landmarks outside the village. Even though outside of Suna was very dangerous and deadly. Due to the very hot climate and giant creatures that lurks in the desert during the night and day. The old Kyson would surely have a rough time traveling through it due to his lack of experience. But now that Kyson has grown to be a very strong shinobi at such a young age. He feels more than ready to travel on his own with no problem. He would only have to carry lots of water so he wouldn't dehydrate, especially with his clan and bloodline. As Kyson got out of his bed, he headed took a shower and brushed his teeth. He made sure he had all of his equipment. He took his book bag and put most of his equipment in there. He walked downstairs and went into the refrigerator and put 5 bottled water in his bag. He was now ready to begin his journey. Kyson walked out the house and began to head towards the village gates. 

This will be Kyson's first real adventure outside the village. He's a bit excited but cautious at the same time. He doesn't know if he will encounter any creatures or missing ninja. But he is ready and prepared for anything. As a few moments past, Kyson had reached the village gates. The guards noticed his arrival and wanted to ask him few questions.

"Hey Kyson where you going? Another mission?" The guard said to Kyson. 

"Nah, just just a little exploring. Just had a sudden urge to look around the desert and other landmarks." Kyson said to the guards. They were a lot kinder from when Kyson first entered the village. From all the missions and duties he has been completing around the village, they have fully learned to trust him.

"Oh I see. Well be really careful. There are giant scorpions and other creature in the desert. And there might be high ranking ninja out there as well. Just giving you the heads up. So be careful." The guard said to Kyson as Kyson began to exit the village. So the rumors Kyson heard were true. There are a lot of dangerous creatures out there. That didn't really matter to Kyson, that just means he has to be a little more cautious. 

"Thank you, I'll keep that in mind. And I don't plan to be gone for that long." Kyson said as he finally exited the village and was now walking towards the desert. As the sand began to blow Kyson out on his hood to block the sun's rays. Kyson doesn't know exactly where he is going but he guessed straight seemed like the best option. Before he left, he put the mark seal on a rock near the entrance of the village. That way if he ever got lost, he could just track the mark back to the village with no problem. Kyson was now on his way and he began to keep walking until he saw something interesting. As Kyson was walking through the harsh desert, it seemed like he was getting no where as the wind was blowing. The heat was crazy and felt deadly. Kyson took out a water bottle from his bag and drank it quickly. At least getting back wouldn't be that hard because Kyson could just run back at full speed. But since he is exploring, he wants to take his time and view the area.

About an hour has passed and Kyson had run into a some caves in the desert. It was like a canyon with a lot of caves. Since there were a lot of caves near by, but he doesn't know which one to search. As he looked around, Kyson wanted to use his sensory technique. As Kyson was looking all around the canyon. He began to ask himself, what if there are people living in some of these caves. Kyson has came across some weird things in caves in the past. So it wasn't far fetch if there were someone living amongst these caves. Kyson began to use his chakra sensory to see if he can sense any chakra.



Wait... this was odd. Kyson had sense a chakra signature but it was very small. And it was coming from... a wall. Why would a wall have a chakra. Or maybe there is something on the other side of the wall. As Kyson went towards the wall with a chakra signature, he was now standing 4 feet in front of it. Kyson looked closely at the wall and attempted to touch it. As he tried touching the wall, his hand went straight through. When Kyson's hand went straight through, he immediately took his hand out and jumped back. That was really weird to Kyson and it really caught him off guard. How could this be? Kyson thought to himself. The only thing Kyson could think of was genjutsu, similar to his false surrounding genjutsu. Kyson made the tiger hand seal and used genjutsu release. After that, the wall immediately turned into an entrance to a cave. That made it official, this was going to be the cave that Kyson will explore. He wants to know who and what put a genjutsu over the cave. And what was their purpose of doing it. As Kyson began to walk inside the cave, he noticed it was getting darker and darker.



As Kyson was going through the cave, Kyson noticed a blueish light coming from the inside. It seemed to be lighting up the cave. Kyson looked at towards where the blueish light was coming from. The light was coming from the walls, Kyson took a further observation and it seemed the walls had some type of crystal that produced light for the cave. Maybe there was light that came from outside and it reflected off the crystals in the cave somehow. Kyson doesn't know but he continued to walk. 



As Kyson proceeded, he saw some type of rock or shrine at the end of the cave. As Kyson walked towards it, it looked really old like it has been here for hundreds of years. It was a bit odd that light was shining down on the shrine. That can't be a coincidence. As Kyson touched the shrine, he saw some words that were written on it. There was a lot of dust on it, so Kyson rubbed it off to see what the words said. After the dust was off. The words read, "Only true guardians of the sea will survive, and whoever see's isn't fit will surely die."



That kind of spooked Kyson a bit, what could these words really mean. And who out them there. And what do they mean by the guardian of the sea. Kyson had a lot of questions he wanted to ask. But then suddenly, the ground opened up at a very high speed. It was so fast that Kyson couldn't even react to it. He fell into a huge pit of water and the ground closed back up as fast as it opened. Kyson was now under water and there was no way out. But luckily, he could breathe underwater because of his bloodline. As Kyson was underwater, he looked around to see if there was a way out. As Kyson continued to look around, he saw some type of creature that was about 20 meters away. It was a bit blurry because it was blending in with a dark spot of the pit. But before Kyson could take a closer look. A cave entranced appeared from inside the pit. Kyson assumed this was a way out, but then suddenly.



A monster looking shark came rushing at Kyson. It was swimming towards him at high speed. Kyson activated his hydrification and blended in with the water and throwing off the shark. The shark was furiously looking for Kyson. Kyson solidified himself behind the shark in his blind spot. The shark was about 10 meters long. 



But Kyson is now about to beat the odds. Its time for him to summon sharks. Kyson clapped his hands and used his five feeding sharks technique. He made 5, 8 meter sharks and sent them after the monster shark. They were coming at the shark with a speed of 80 and a power of 65. The monster shark attempted to bite down on one of the sharks. But I guess he didn't notice that they were "water" sharks. So the shark's bite on Kyson's water shark did nothing. His water shark quickly reformed right after. Kyson's 5 ferocious sharks attacked the monster shark all at once and killed it in seconds. The creature that Kyson saw had seen the whole thing. It was quite surprised as to see that Kyson actually defeated the shark in a matter of seconds. Kyson was now unaware of the creature that was watching him.

As Kyson was looking around for a way out, the creature approached Kyson and was 2 meters in front of him. The create looked like some type of sea monster, like a dragon almost. It was about 3 meters long with a width of 2 meters. Kyson was ready to send his sharks after this creature too. But then the creature began to speak.

"Wait wait wait, I'm not here to fight you. I'm here to show you the way out." The dragon said to Kyson. Kyson was confused as to why this creature is down here. And why is he willing to help Kyson. Kyson doesn't know what is going on and he wants some answers.

"Who are you? And if you are here to help me, why didn't you show up when the shark attacked me? And where is this place?" Kyson said as he asked a boat load of questions. He wants to know what this place is because it must be some type of special place. Like its been here for years.

*Sigh* "All of these questions, you'll get your answers if you just follow me. And the reason I didn't help is because I was ordered not too." The dragon looking creature said. He was ordered not to? Kyson said to himself. It appeared that there was a higher up that this creature was taking orders from. There must be a lot more of these creature living down here. But since he was ordered to not help Kyson, could this have been a test? Kyson thought to himself. He had so much questions to ask.

As Kyson began to follow the dragon, he looked around and saw a lot of skulls and bones in the water. They were definitely human bones. Could these people have gone through the same incident Kyson had just went through. Kyson really wanted to know what this place was and who this creature is. But he guessed that he would get his answers sooner or later.

"I see you can breathe underwater and turn yourself into it. So your from the Hozuki clan?" The creature asked Kyson. When Kyson heard him ask the question. His eyes lit up, he knows of Kyson's clan? Now Kyson had even more questions he wanted to ask the creature. But the dragon did state that Kyson will get his answers sooner or later. So Kyson gave him a simple response.

"Yeah, I'm from the Hozuki clan." Kyson said to the dragon. Still a bit curious as to how he knew of his clan.

"Ha I knew it. I know he's going to love you." The dragon said as he began to swim at a faster speed. What could that have meant, Kyson asked himself. After a few minutes they have finally reached an exit to the pit. They began to swim up to the surface as to where land was. As they reached the surface, Kyson climbed on top of the water and began to stand on the surface of it. He noticed something while he was going through the water pit. Unless you could breathe under water, there was no way that any normal person could have survived that. Even if you managed to beat the shark, unless you could hold your breathe for at least 15 minutes. You would've ended up drowning. Was this sort of like a test? The only way to pass this test was if you could beat the shark and breathe underwater. Before Kyson could think to himself any longer, he saw the dragon like creature continue to walk towards an exit. Kyson followed him before he got lost. As they were walking, there was a opening that led to a huge cavern like place. There was a river and water plants all over the place. Kyson was really fascinated by this place. As Kyson looked around he saw other dragon like creatures but most of them had multiple heads. That was a bit odd to Kyson, he has never seen anything like this. It was like on huge population, some were big and some were small. As Kyson was looking around at the place. The creature that Kyson was following began to speak.



"Hey Tresuno, we have a visitor. He actually was able to make it out alive." The dragon like creature said as he was calling someone. A even bigger dragon began to come out from a huge cave and acknowledged the two. It was a huge three headed dragon with scale like skin. It looked strong as hell and ferocious. 

"Tagumo, who is this boy you bring before me?" The middle head of Tresuno said as he looked at Kyson. His reddish devil looking eyes eyes stared at him and he looked as if he was looking to kill.

"Well, I had sensed him entering the cave. And I went to go take a look to see who it was. As he fell through the pit, I was sure he was going to die just like the others. But it turned out he could breathe underwater and he defeated the shark in a matter of seconds. And the last thing about him...." Tagumo said as he took a deep breathe.

"What is it?" The left head of Tresuno said.

"He's a Hozuki." Tagumo said to Tresuno. When he said Hozuki, he quickly looked at Kyson and examined him.

"A Hozuki!? Hmmm interesting, he's the second person to ever survive this place. And the first person who found this place and survived was a Hozuki as well." The right head of Tresuno said. Kyson was lost of words... the first person to find this place was a Hozuki too? Was Kyson destined to find this place or something. This is definitely not a coincidence.

"Wait... the first person to arrive here was a Hozuki as well. How long ago was this?" Kyson asked Tresuno. He has a lot of questions to ask and he wants an answer to all of them. He may be asking for a lot, but he feels these guys are the best sources to get info on his clan.

"Yes, you are surprisingly the second person ever to finds this place. The first Hozuki found this place about 20 years ago. But unfortunately, he died quite some time ago." The middle head of Tresuno said. Kyson was a bit disappointed to hear that. He was hoping maybe they knew where this guy was. 

"By the way. Hey kid, where are you from and how did you find this place? " Tagumo said to Kyson. they wanted to a little about him. Kyson guess he could tell them since they have some affiliation with his clan. It wouldn't hurt to tell them a little about himself.

"My name is Kyson, I live in Suna. And honestly, I was just exploring the desert and I happened to come across this place. I noticed the wall had a genjutsu on it. And when I released it, I found this place." Kyson said as he explained how he found this cavern.

"Hmmmmm..." The left head of Tresuno said.

"What is it?" The middle head of Tresuno asked.

"Why does Kyson sound so familiar for some reason. Something about him looks so familiar for some reason." The left head of Tresuno said in response to the middle head.

"Nonsense, its very rare that we see humans here. So I don't know where you are getting this feeling from." The right head said to the left head.

"Kyson is it? If it is not too much to ask, can you tell us about where you come from. Like your childhood." The left head asked Kyson.

"Why does that information even matt..." The right head said but was cut off by the middle head.

"Let him ask his question. You may answer Kyson if its not too much to ask." The middle head said to the right head. It seemed he was like the leader somehow. Even though they are all part of the same body.

"Well, I was originally born and raised in Kumo. The war broke out when I was two years old. My father died that day and my mother died a few months after. Since that day, I've been on my own. A few months ago, me and a friend decided to leave Kumo and come to Suna to find answer about Kumo. To see if it was really a corrupted place. The Kazekage confirmed our questions and telling us it was ruled by a missing ninja. We then decided to stay in Suna until one day we could go back and change Kumo. And also avenge the death of my father." Kyson said to Tresuno. When Kyson told his story, Tresuno looked a bit surprised and confused. They continued to look at Kyson and then.... they asked.

"His father dies during the war on Kumo? But that was..." The left head of Tresuno said.

"Yes, that was ten years ago. Could it be the same war he died in as well?" The right head of tresuno said. Kyson was confused as to what they were trying to say. Were they there during that time too? Kyson was confused as to what was going on and why there were acting like this.

"Kyson... what was your father's name?" The middle head of Tresuno asked. 

"Lance Hozuki.. why?" Kyson said to Tresuno. When Kyson said that, all the heads began to look at each other. And they were silent for a few seconds. Kyson wants to know what are they hiding. Do they know something about his clan or father.

"Kyson.. the guy we mentioned. Who was the first person to find this place and survive... was your father." The middle head of Tresuno said. When he said that, Kyson did not know what to say. He was totally speechless. What was my father doing around Suna and why does he know this place. 

"M-My... father? What is this place and what is the purpose of finding it?" Kyson asked Tresuno. He wants answers because clearly these guys have a lot of them. Kyson is about to have a long talk with these guys.

"This cavern is a home of Hydras. We have been down here for centuries and try to stay hidden from the outside world. The reason you were put through the test was to see if you were capable of finding this place and if you had the proper built for it. Not just anyone can just come down here. You may have noticed that, even if you were able to defeat the shark. If you weren't able to hold your breathe for 15 minutes. You would die from drowning. So this place can mainly be found by Hozuki and other clans that could breathe underwater. That's what the words on the shrine meant when you read it. But the purpose for finding this place is using our power to aid you in battle. We fought along side your father in battle. He signed a summoning contract which allowed him to summon us if he ever needed help. But of course he had to prove his worth to us. Every Hydra you see in here has a unique power within them. And when the contract is signed, you may use their power in battle. Your father trained he a lot and was always looking to get stronger." The middle head of Tresuno said to Kyson.

"What do you mean he had to be worthy enough when he found you." Kyson said to Tresuno.

"Your father had to fight us to prove to us that he could handle such power. Of course he passed and almost died in the process. But your father was a strong shinobi, so he pulled through. But one thing for sure. You beat the shark a lot quicker than he did. It took him a good 5 minutes to defeat it." The right head of Tresuno said.

"Ha ha, is that so huh." Kyson said as he was chuckling a bit. It was nice to meet someone who knew his father. He felt like these guy's are family even though they are different beings.

"Now Kyson, are you ready to see if you are worthy enough to use our power. If not you may leave and if so.. brace yourself young one. Because we are looking to kill and we will not hold back because you are the son of Lance." The middle head of Tresuno said to Kyson. As harsh as it may sound, Kyson understood and he was ready. If his father was able to do it, then Kyson will do it as well.

"I'm ready. And let me remind you.. never underestimate the Hozuki." Kyson said as he was prepared to fight. Tresuno attempted to claw Kyson at a speed of 75. His claw was coming towards the left side of Kyson and he tried to slash his entire left side of his body. but Kyson activate his Hydration at a speed of 185 and it was as if he turned into water. As he solidified himself, he made the boar and tiger hand seals. He used his swamp of the underworld jutsu and placed a quicksand like swamp under Tresuno. The formed at a speed and power of 80. Tresuno didn't have time to escape so he began to sink down slowly. All three of his heads began to form a lightning blast at speed and power of 70. As he was performing the lightning blast. Kyson performed four hand seals that went from Dragon to ram to tiger to ram. He performed his divine wind technique to over power Tresuno's lightning blast. As the three lightning blast came at Kyson. Kyson formed three tornadoes that with a power and speed of 75 and a +20 power since wind beats lightning. Giving Kyson's three tornadoes a 95 power. The wind hit Tresuno hard as he was still sinking in the swamp. Tresuno is highly impressed with Kyson's performance. Tresuno activated his ultimate defense/offense and added a +70 to his health and speed stat. Making them both 100. He broke out of Kyson's swamp. Kyson was ready to go full power, but then a voice began to speak.

"That will be enough for now, I've seen everything I needed to see." The middle head of Tresuno said. He was very impressed with Kyson's skills and how he was able to use three elements.

"It seems he may be as strong as lance, if not stronger." The left head of Tresuno said.

"Yes, he is a powerful shinobi. Very powerful for his age. It seems this kid has a lot of potential." The right head said to Kyson.

"We shall lend you our power Kyson, sign this contract and can use our power whenever you need it. You may sign the contract." The middle head of Tresuno said to Kyson. He summoned a contract in front of Kyson with a pen and ink so he could sign it. Kyson signed the contract and it immediately disappeared. Kyson is now able to summon the Hydra whenever he wanted.

"You may leave through that exit. We call it 'The trail of Lost Ones.' You will learn soon enough on why we call it that." The middle head of Tresuno said to Kyson.

"Thank you and thanks for everything." Kyson said to Tresuno.

"And thank you for making it out alive just as your father did. We know you will grow to be a fine shinobi." The right head of Tresuno said to Kyson. Kyson began to enter through 'The Trail of Lost One's.' Kyson is about to find out why it was given that name. As he approaches the dark trail, he was getting a strange feeling. As if something was waiting for him inside. It was so dark, he couldn't see a thing. But Kyson insisted to walk inside. As he was walking inside, it was silent and Kyson didn't hear a thing. Then suddenly... he heard a voice saying. 

"You did good." 

Kyson stopped as he heard a voice come from behind him. He looked back and saw a man with long navy blue hair just like Kyson. He had on and black tee and some black sweats with some sandals. He was about 6 feet tall. Kyson wondered who this guy was. And his appearance seemed to glow in the dark.

"Who are you?" Kyson said to the man.

"Ha, well I guess its understandable that you don't know me. I mean I did die when you were only two." The man said as he scratched his head with a smirk on his face. When he said that, Kyson's eye's lit up. He fell to the ground on his knees. This couldn't be real. Light tears began to fall from Kyson's eyes. He quickly got up and ran to the man and hugged him.

"Dad... why did you and mom have to die. Its not fair. I didn't even get to live long enough to get know you guy's. But I lived long enough to know how it felt to lose both your parents. Why did all of this have to happen." Kyson said as he was in his fathers arms. He always kept the pain of his parents death inside him. He didn't know what else to do other than cry when he saw his father.

"I know Kyson, it was really unfortunate that we died when you were so young. If only I was stronger at the time, I could have came back to protect you and your mother." Lance said as and he Kyson and him stopped hugging. Kyson began to wipe his tears.

"No its alright. You fought for Kumo to save it from Youka. I don't know exactly how the fight went. But as far as I know, you died for me and mom and that's all that matters. As harsh as it sounds, you and mom's death only made me stronger. I no longer live in Kumo though, I'm currently in..." Kyson said right before his father cuts him off.

"In Suna I know." Lance said to his son.

"How did you know?" Kyson said with a lot of curiosity.

"I'm always looking down at you son. Me and your mother. We've seen what man you grown up to be and how far you came as being a shinobi. We've seen every step of the way on your journey. And just so you know... we couldn't have asked for a better son. We're proud of you Kyson." Lance said as his eye's began to become watery. Kyson was very pleased to hear those words come from his father. He knew they were watching him from above.

"So dad, how did you find this place and why were you in the Wind country?" Kyson asked his dad. 

"Well, I was on a mission and  I had to deliver something over there. And on my way back, I came across a suspicious cave. But it didn't have a genjutsu on it like it did when you found it. There was a huge sand storm coming so I went inside the cave to stay in while the story approached. And as I entered the cave, I saw the shrine and I went through the exact same test as you did." Kyson's father said.

"So where is mom? Why can't I see her like I can see you now?" Kyson asked.

"Well you see, this place can only let you see one important person in your life who passed away at a time. So that's why you can only see me now and not your mother." Lance said.

"Oh.. Dad, what happen to the rest of our clan? And are there more of us our there? Kyson asked his father.

"Our clan eh. Truth be told Kyson. I don't know much about our clan. All I know is that something happened and we spread out across the world. But there aren't a lot of us. We are part of a very rare clan. So there aren't as much as of us like there are uchiha and senjus." Lance said in response to Kyson's question.

"Damn, I see." Kyson said as he was a bit disappointed.

"Well, it looks like my time is up. I'll see you some other time son. I loved this talk we just had. I'm sorry me and your mother wasn't there to watch you grow up. But just know we are always watching from the other side." Lance said as he begins to walk backwards.

"Wait... dad no! Don't go yet." Kyson says as he runs towards his dad. Suddenly, everything went black.

Kyson woke up and when he opened his eye's. He appeared to be at the entrance of the cave. He could tell the genjutsu was back. Kyson is confused on how he ended up back here. But most of all, he was very happy that he got to see his father. He couldn't believe that he actually got a chance to speak with him. He still wished he could have spoke to him longer. he also wished he could speak to his mom as well. But it was now time for Kyson to head back home. It was getting a bit late, so Kyson decided to head back home at full speed. He activated his Water sovereign jutsu, which gave him a +50 chakra and speed. Making both those stats 150. Kyson made the Ram hand seal and body flicked back to Suna at a speed of 300. He was back at the village gates in about 30 seconds. The guards looked at Kyson and smiled.

"Welcome back Kyson, how was your trip?" The guard said to Kyson. 

"It was fine." Kyson said as he walked back into Suna. Kyson had a very long day today. He came across some things that was totally unexpected. Kyson decided to go get some dumplings and then call it a day. He can't believe he found a summon and was able to talk to his father today. Kyson will surely visit that place again soon. He is sure to go train with the Hydras just as his father did.
