Walls of Trees (Kira, IO, Priv)

Kiru pretty much fully expected Ambers response. Not like he had been training for that power for years and quite possibly may have known a thing or two himself. In any case, he needed to figure out more space time jutsu to learn. Just one or two techniques werent going to be super helpful to him, he needed an array of interesting moves. He wondered if things that were just generic to the foundations of space and time would be all that hard to learn. Theoretically he should be able to bridge the gap between two or more places by way of a portal or something, and that was something he should be able to do at his skill level. It really just came down to him figuring out how such a portal would work. Theoretically he just had to imagine  a path between two places, but whay worked in theory rarely worked out in real life.

 Holding out his hand, he imagined a bridge. Concentrating on pulling at the seams between time and space, he held up another hand, and attempted to stretch open the fabric of space. This was a lot harder then he imagined it to be, and his chakra reserves were not quite enjoying the stress. However,  two small green orbs slowly began to form. Ony about an inch big, they seemed to reflect the other. Lowering his arms, he felt a little proud of himself, though this wouldnt be much useful yet. He found himself a small rock, and flicked it through the right portal and it came careening out the left one exactly as planned. Well at least he had something down. Now he just had to figure out how to make them bigger and better. Perhaps portals that could lead more then a few feet.

THe two were gone in the blink of an eye, the power of plot convenience taking them out of the topic so that I wont have to split word count with them because yanno... thats dumb. Kira turned to her student, watching as he did whatever the hell he was doing, the thoughts flowing through her mind in long strings of complex formulas. Her hand opened up, palm facing the sky as she considered, her attention fully on kiru. Here eyes would seem focused even as nothingness ressonated towards the boy, almost as if she were in a trance. From the palm of her hand a small flash of red and yellow energy formed like a flame filling up and around her palm until a scorch orb formed. THis was the first step of course. The ball filled her fist, continuing to expand outward, growing second by second as the girl simply sat silently.

"Hm." Her free hand came up, the ball tossed into the air as she formed the tiger seal and then something miraculous happened. From the center she'd created a mass of chakra pulsed out, an explosion of Scorch style extending to terrifying limits. The better portion of the forrest would be consumed by the powerful blast, moving outward from her body at a speed of one hundred and thirty five and power of one hundred and thirty five, drawing any bit of moisture from the area around her. "So... Um...... that happened." She looked, remembering far too late that her student just happened to be in range. Looked like she'd need to recruit a new second in command. Same, she liked this one.

Kiru was focused on expanding his portals and making them more convienent for use, or at least large enough that a weapon or something would fit through. Teleporting weapons would be pretty conveinant to have on the battlefield after all. Suddenly though, Kira seemed to space out. She was looking in his general direction and it was seriously starting to freak him out. Didnt she know it was rude to stare? Then she made a scorch orb and he started to worry. Clearly she wasn't paying attention to him or she would know that what she was doing was quite clearly worrying the boy. As it floated up in the air he was pretty much ready to get out of there, Kira was doing something stupid and he would have no part of it. His suspicions were confirmed when the ball literally exploded. The boy was immidiatly in spectre mode 3, the brilliant silver flash illuminating the forest. With a well timed body flicker he would get way ahead of the blast, nothing but a silver streak illuminating where he had previously been, traveling well over 150 meters before canceling the technique. Well now the boy was just irritated. That was the last time he trained around her when she wanted to play with fire. Even where he was standing the horrendous damage was evident. Did she think 100 meters of forest dying would just go unnoticed by the village? It was at the very edge sure but the damage was noticable. Like a black scar in a massive circle. It was like a targets inner ring. He rubbed his temples agitatedly. She had already been kicked out of the village once and he didnt even want to deal with this. It was probably time for him to go back to the village or something.

Controling the incredible power of Scorch on top of her technique in drawing the benefit from splitting her consciousness multiple directions simulaneously had given quite the negative effect. Just as she spoke, even as her eyes scanned fort he final effects of Kiru's chakra signature her mind went foggy, her knees buckling to send her backwards towards the ground. She didn't quite catch herself in time unfortunately, her back hitting scorched earth before her mind fought to come back against the confusion, but when she did it was in frantic confusion.

"W..what......" She searched about for some sign of what had happened, her sharingan deactivated by the fall. She felt lost for several moments before whispers began to fill her mind.

"Kira. Breathe. Come back to us. "

Her hands flashed through signs, the senbon set in her fishnet overshirt splitting the tip of her thumb to allow her to finish the summoning jutsu. In a flash of smoke the twin pixies appeared, splitting quickly. Daruku helped the girl, her tiny hands grasping onto Kira's arm to stablize her. She sat up, shaking the confusion from her head as the pixie sat on her shoulder, closing her eyes and drawing nature energy to bring her back to her right mind set. Within the Hell's angel's mind a cold laugh rang out. "Daruku. I only lost control for a second.... The omega. Where's Kiru. "

Shuurin heard the explanation as Kira spoke, her sister sharing the statement to her via their telepathic link. It took the tiny pixie quite a while to travel the distance, though she wasn't actually sure where. She simply resolved to fly a direction until she found something or the scorching earth stopped and oh. look at that. by the power of plot convenience it happened to be the direction Kiru had body flickered. "Um.. Sir. Something's wrong with Kira. You... Should probably come with me."

Kiru was in sort of an irritable mood now because of Kira being irrisponsible. He absentmindedly picked up a small stick, and with his other hand tossed two of the small green orbs. They stuck to two individual trees and linked a small, several centimeter hole between them. Not enough for many things, but quite big enough for this poor, charred, horribly Kira'd stick. Ignoring that he had jusy created a new Kira based adjective, he tossed the stick through one portal, the object flying through with nor resistance at all. It came out the partner portal and Kiru caughy it easily with a flourishe and a smile. Well he was certaintly getting better. Now he had to go yell at Kira for trying to blow him up.

As he begun his trek one of Kiras little fairy friends fluttered over to him, dropping the word sir and telling him something was the matter with the flame spewing woman. He sighed, there was always something wromg with Kira. When was there time for something to be wrong with Kiru? Deciding not to dwell on that he began racing back to Kiras position, his speed greatly helped by the fact that everything in his way was dead and thus, not much of an obstacle to him.

It didnt take long for the boy to find the exhausted kunoichi, who seemed to be in some state of dizziness. Realizing he'd  have to yell at her later, he hurried over to support her dizzy form if needed. "Hey you usually dont try to blow me up without some warning. Are you ok?"
He considered asking if she needed a glass of water, but the joke at the expense of the forest was probably in poor taste. He could only assume she lost control of something, he just didnt know what.

"Kira. Come now. We need you back with us..." Daruku was trying to comfort the girl... which made her realize how dire the situation had to be. The dark pixie never spoke kindly or softly. Her eyes closed, her chakra sensory scanning in broken parts as she fought to figure out what was going on. WHen Kiru arrived he'd find her lying backwards, one hand clutching the earth tightly with a look of intense pain plastered across her sweat soaked face.

Fight. fight.

each breath felt more impossible then the last. She could feel the power of the demon within fighting to free itself. Within her mind a dark rumbling growl began to build. It was like to a cold cackle, the dark voice grinning from within her mind.

~You'll... never defeat me. You aren't as like to the Demon of chance. Release the strength child. Release the power...... Come to know true strength. Omega.~


"N..NO. NO!!!!" The scream rang out cold and terrified. It was almost as if she'd called the scythe of sorrow, asside from the truth Kiru would see that It was his teacher letting out the cry. The edges of her skin almost seemed to bubble upward, Black boils forming on her skin to ooze dark puss across her skin that threatened to drip off only to cling on, wrapping around her arms slowly and painfully.

Something was wrong, really really wrong. As Kira screamed and dark energy seemed to bubble out of her body, Kirus right eye began to respond as if the process on her was effecting him somehow. The boy fell back against a tree, clutching his right eye as he watched what happened to his mentor. If his eye was responding, then it couldnt have been good. Something evil was happening to her body and the Uzumaki had no idea how to stop it. He tried to regain his composure and get closer to the girl despite the searing pain that increased as he got closer. He just hoped she recovered before one of them were driven insane by the agony.

The flow of black energy continued, wrapping itself around her body like tar. She drew gasping breaths, eyes closed as she struggled to raise a hand out for help, the black muck coating her face and lips. ~Give in little child. You do not know the call of sorrow as we. Feel the strength I offer, let it flow through your form.~ The dark voice cackled maniacally as it spoke, drawing power from the girl's core. THe edge of her aura held long dark tendrils pulsing with power to any who had sensory enough to notice, vein like structures stretching through every inch of her once blue aura.

No. Never. Drawing power from within she poured chakra into the stone of gelel in her chest. The black energy lightened as it finished coating her body, bubbling bits of nothingness raising past her skin in what any who'd seen before would recognize distinctly as a bijuu cloak. Like whips ten long tails flowed from her lower back, shifting left and right as she fought, and then all at once her eyes flashed open and it was over. The cloak across her body began to hollow, it's color draining away to an almost opaque black that showed the girl's form underneath with black contours to note the edge of the structure. "Kiru."
