It's a Beautiful Day to Save Lives
Mon Apr 04, 2016 8:30 am
THe sun was warm and Konoha was beautiful, it was days like this were Saya would like to be outside training and being productive but no, instead she is stuck cooped in the hospital learning the basic medical ninjutsu. It would normally not be such a bother if she hadn’t gotten so many invitations to train outside with other older academy students or help tutor the younger ones. The Hospital was bustling today people came back from missions with minor injuries but still needed to be looked at in case of minor poisoning and other things. In the hospital the young girl was invaluable her kekkei genkai of the Shining Medical eye was such a huge help to the staff. She could see the chakra pathways the tenketsu points, bones and foreign liquids such as poisons.
Some of the doctors needed her to screen patients before letting them to heal. Incase they needed to have an antidote ready. Blinking her eyes she would open them and her eye would be shining with an intense yellow. Looking at the man sitting in front he would have no injuries than just his surface cuts most likely from a kunai. “No one here suffers from anything major just a few cuts.” Saya would report to her supervisor. “Good bring him in we are going to train you using him.” As the nurses got the chunin he had a few cuts on his arms and legs but nothing deep they were all surface wounds.
As he was placed inside the room, Saya was apprehensive she had never healed a person before and was scared to do so. Yes it was her clans thing but. Its now or never forming the hand seals. Boar -> Rat -> Snake her hands would begin to glow a heavenly blue she has been working on this technique for a while now and had already figured Chakra placement into the hands. Placing her hands onto the ninja the shallow cuts began to close but it was such a tedious thing to watch. The wound was closing so slow that it took about two minutes just for that one and he had for more cuts. How would this technique be useful on the battlefield. As that wound finally closes the doctor would tell her to move on to the cut on his right leg.
Her chakra was still flowing to her hands but it began to get shaky she couldn’t be all out of chakra. Not yet at least. No it was not lack of chakra it was lack of focus. Her mind had not been fully on the patient's treatment more so it was on the fact if this will be useful. She was definitely not there yet at this stage she needs to be fully focused on the injured and nothing else or else someone might only get the surface wound clothes and the blood won't clot properly. Finally realizing her problem she went back to channeling her chakra fully into her hands and continued healing his leg. His cut was deeper there than on his arm but it only took her three minutes to heal. None the less. As she went on to heal the man a little bit more she finished up with him after an half hour but it was good he was her first patient. “Bye have a good day.” She would say ash he walked away from the hospital the sun was still out and hospital was no longer the bustling metropolis it was. Saya would turn to her supervisor with a smile and optimistic grin when he would finally wave her off. “You can go tain with the other students now. But be back here tomorrow to continue your training. “ “Yes!” Saya would leap of f the ground and began running toward the training grounds with a new optimisation.
