Bearing Gifts (IO, Kage, Keito)

It seemed Keito was finally beginning to make the correct choices in this matter. He had no means of truly understanding what was right to do, and what was wrong at this place. All he could truly do was assess the atmosphere, and recalibrate his words and actions wisely. However, coming down to it, he was unaware in what way or direction he should answer Xyxer's question. He was relatively upfront about it, to which Keito would gladly repel back the same tone, but of course in a much more humble and professional way. For a moment he paused, as he heard a relatively close sigh pass through the air, to which he realized he should probably just be honest about it, before boring those around him for too long.

"Well, it is difficult to say in anyway I am a seasoned warrior, or bloodlust filled Shinobi. I can be compared to the likes of an academy student, though I'm not so foolish to only ride on the promise of becoming stronger. However, I seek refugee in Kirigakure due to the powerful beings this village shapes so wonderfully. It's not like those other dandelion picking villages, searching for peace and comfort. This village forces it's kin to be under the most severe combat situations, aiming at their lives, and if taken then they weren't worthy. Believing myself to be worthy, I want to join and serve Kirigakure as its kin, and any trials it may go through, whilst also obtaining strength of my own. Basically, Kirigakure is a settling place for my wants and desires, and I feel once getting these desires I can assist this village with all of my abilities. For now, I can't offer much, except for a villageless ninja wishing to learn and obtain true power to serve its order."

The silence between Xyxer's question and Keito's answer was broken by a sigh. Slowly, Xyxer diverted his cold gaze from the missing shinobi in the centre of the room towards Yazu, focusing down upon him. "Is there a problem?" He inquired, his smile from before had now faded back into his usual neutral expression. If there was to be no further development, he'd go back towards listening to Keito's words. His rank he had divulged, he was around an Academy Student's level, sure, but he did appear to have a few difficulties with what Xyxer had requested, in fact, the most straight forward part of it. "What is your name, and where are you from? Did you make any enemies while within that village or on your travels?" Xyxer reiterated, moving his eyes back onto him.

Xyxer would cease his smile, and Yazu would know he had erred, but he could not help it.  His blood lust was not something he could control, so when the opportunity to receive permission to knock the boy around a bit was gone his disappointment would be obvious.  Kiri always welcomed allies which was why this whole situation was occurring and why Yazu didn't just cut the boy down at the gate.
 
When Xyxer questioned him Yazu's eyes would widen and the nervousness in his voice would be apparent, "It is nothing Lord Mizukage, my apologies."  Yazu would say bowing to the man with his arm across his stomach.  Yazu would then reach his hand up to his head and scratch the back of his head, and continue to what the boy had to say, rambling on and on about himself and how he was willing to dedicate his life to growth and power. "Interesting rhetoric", Yazu would think to himself.  Yazu was not convinced that the boy was entirely telling the truth, obviously hiding something about himself. 
 
So when Xyxer asked for his name and whether he had made enemies,  Yazu would nod, wondering the same thing.  If he was being tracked the boy could put the village at risk and this meant his own freedom.  Yazu felt that if the boy had enemies outside the village searching for him then placing the boy's head on a pike at the village entrance would be the greatest soultion.

It was a peculiar question to him. The name of course was normal and not a big deal, however it did make Keito suprised to be asked about enemies and what not. However, it would make sense, seeing as one would have to prepare just in case before taking in some random fugitive. Keito had little to hide and had no reason expressing as such. He was relaxed still looking up to Xyxer and answered the man's questions.

"My name is Keito. I was born and raised in the Waterfall country, the village i came from being a rather mediocre and peaceful one. Through my travels I haven't come across any enemies...Well just a boy who I befriended soon after. Aside from that no crucial enemies or people to make me the likes as wanted."

The male once more, had forfeited some information. Friends.. Xyxer cared very little for that information. What were the chances the friend would be of actual note?  However, the information that Keito had not released was what Xyxer would be more interested in due to his avoidance of it. "Keito, what clan are you from?"

Yazu of the Mist would simply continue listening unless dismissed or assigned a cage match. That is not to say he wasn't enjoying himself.  First time in the Mizukage chambers and meeting the mizukage for the first time.

Well, Keito wasn't shocked by Xyxer's next question. He knew his attempt to hide such a thing would utterly fail quickly, he wasn't expecting to get away with keeping such sacred information but it was worth a try. Keito was now looking into the man's eyes as he was to give answer to his question. Fully aware of the fame of his clan, specifically his eyes, and the love around them, Keito knew full and well in a place like this such a dojutsu would be craved for. However, he had a cool and casual expression which somehow matched his inner thoughts. At this moment he could be screaming for all hell in fear of what was to come, but he had an unusual confidence that it wouldn't be the end of the world. He spoke with a smirk, with a matching tone to where he knew he just got played.

"Uchiha. Keito Uchiha."

No time for lies or anything, that'll only build distrust and make Keito look foolish for trying to roll one past the Mizukage. He also didn't exactly enjoy the thought of lying, him seeing it as useless and a dumb strategy.

A Uchiha.. in his village. Well, this has been a rare event to say the least. However, he was merely of the rank of an academy student, so there was no way he had a Mangekyo Sharingan.. Not bothering to have him reveal his eyes, he simply issued a request, an exchange of favours. "You will find me somebody else who holds the same power within their eyes, but greater.. Bring me a Mangekyou Sharingan and I will grant you a life amongst our ranks and, of course, a rank befitting the accomplishment. Do you understand?.. Is that all?" He looked between Yazu and Keito, as if that was all, he expected Yazu to escort him back out of the village.

Keito continued to listen to Xyxer's next words with thought and focus. He was glad to know he wouldn't be targeted for all of this, his clan and all. It was all now on him to whether or not he would accept Xyxer's terms to join the village or not, needing to extract another Uchiha's eyes, or really just any eye which had the mangekyou sharingan. He heard stories of the Mangekyou as well and the ways to obtain it. He would do anything in order to join this village, therefore if he had to torture people in order to get what he wanted he will do so. "Yes, Lord Mizukage. Understood. With another bow, he turned his body and made his way towards the area where Yazu stood. As he was turning, he made some hand seals, setting the stage for his new mission. He began to quickly glance with awe in his peripheral vision whilst walking to Yazu, taking in the vast building. Such a dark and mysterious place, though at the same time so lively. So many odd and arriving presences within the room, like Keito's presence in Kirigakure now so randomly, seeking to be apart of the village. Dogs which should be said are insane as all hell, the dark shadows of these humans, molsters, fake and true existance and thoughts rummaging about, chakra, air. This was to be Kirigakure, hopefully his new home. He took note at the several flickering shiny lights from the area, gleaming within this dark area, and moving about. Attempting to make the small attractions in the room like the pillars and such a distraction, Keito took in all of this natural beauty to heart, as he continued to walk towards his capturer to be exited out of the building.

Yazu's eyes would widen at the recent revelation,  the white haired boy would never have assumed the boy to be Uchiha and even if the kid  wore the symbol on his clothing there was no way he could have even known that was what it was.  However, anyone of any level of learning would know of the Sharingan, so when he heard that Yazu's mind went into overdrive and began creating a ploy.  Yazu was ever the scheming type.
 
Xyxer had tasked the boy with the recovery of a Mangekyo sharingan, Yazu felt it was an odd request.  Mostly because he had never heard of the Mangekyo sharingan, wondering what the difference was between the basic eyes that were at the center of all the rumors.  Though the other half of the oddness of the request was why Xyxer did not just take what he wanted away from the boy standing before him.  The Mizukage was famed for his insatiable bloodlust and love of violence and had no qualms with killing anyone, so why did he not just rise from the throne and remove the boy's head here in front of him?  It may be something to do with the way the eyes worked, Yazu thought to himself.  Or had Yazu just witnessed something, a weakness, a dull point on the finely honed edge that was the warrior?  He did not know but he would most definitely find out.  The wisdom of allowing such powerful assets to leave the village only to be acquired by someone stronger was questionable at best.  Before leaving Yazu would be sure to stand before the Mizukage and bow once more, saying "That is all, Lord Mizukage."
 
Yazu would waive his hand, pointing to the door,  the chuunin would follow the wannabe shinobi out to the gate so as not to lose track of him at any point, making sure to watch him carefully.  He could feel his hearts beat in sync at a rapid pace growing with excitement.
