Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Sat Apr 16, 2016 6:13 pm
Mission

It seemed like missions were coming up quite frequently as of late for the young blonde. She wasn’t sure quite exactly what the deal was, but she figured it had something to do with her recent promotion. It only made sense that holding a higher rank within the village meant more work had to be done, but she just wished her personal circumstances were a little bit more favorable. She did indeed ask for tougher missions when she was still a Genin after all, looks like she had gotten her wish. It really is true what they say, be careful what you wish for.

The girl was just having a cup of tea in the kitchen of her family home, looking out of the wide window of the clear blue skies above the village. It was a sudden knock on the door that interrupted her thoughts. With calm movements, she approached the stained glass door and opened it, revealing no one. She looked around a bit before coming to the conclusion that it was probably some prank by the village youngsters. That was, until she saw the scroll that rested atop the welcome mat. She grabbed it and read its contents, a sigh of slight frustration leaving her body as it was once again another task for her. It seemed like that Hokage’s office was attacked at the crack of dawn and took some important intel that couldn’t be let out. Not having any real time to prepare, Queen grabbed her ninjato that rested near the front entrance of the home and headed out, leaving her hot tea to eventually go cold as it sat on the kitchen island.

Rei made a speedy run towards the village gates. Whatever the intel was that was taken, it was obviously important that she get it back as soon as possible. The ninja had an obvious head start on the girl, but she was certain that she could catch up to them. Whoever was stupid enough to cause a scene in order to get documents could be that hard to track down. The scroll had mentioned that she would have a partner for this mission, but there was no time to wait around at Konoha’s gates. Surely, if her partner thought the same, he would either already be ahead of her at finding these men, or would catch up to her somewhere in the forest.

Te girl would stop momentarily at the village gates to report her departure before continuing off into the thick trees of the fire country. She leaped up and let her hands grab unto a low branch and used her momentum to swing herself upwards onto another branch. before making her way steadily forward from branch to branch. Intel had it that the intruders were heading North so that’s the route that she took. While she was confident in her skills, she hoped she would run into her partner somewhere along the trip. It would just make the whole process of apprehending the criminals so much easier and she didn’t feel like dealing with any complications right now. Luckily, she was at least fairly dressed of the occasion, where some fitted white joggers with a black tank top. It was time to find some criminals.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

For what seemed like an entire day the young male sat atop of a tree looking towards the village, his light blue eyes staring into the distance as if he had been looking for something. Where the male had been was near his own apartment where he sat in the trees for fun just to waste some time before doing something or waiting for a time in which he was hungry. Kasuga had been rather reclusive since his meeting with a certain woman and annoying sibling, but of those two he had enjoyed the results from the first far more than the other. The half naked male (cause shirts are for pussies) continued to lean against the tree until his concentration was shattered by another," What the hell are you doing...Better question why aren't you doing anything," irritated by the fact that its host had simply been sitting idle, Erebes decided to make an appearance within the mental fortress of the male. The had seen eye to eye a little more though their usual bickering still arose just to cut the silent tension as for the Elder Deity had a flare for chaos. With a small smirk the male had scratched the toned abdominal muscles and returned a shot back at the demon," Because there is nothing like relaxing Erebes, you'd know this if you sat down and shut the fuck up for once eh? Anyways I like to sit here and think, heights give a better clarity for certain things that training and cutting people can't," as if on cue he had heard the rapping against the tree and decided to see whom it had been.

With a simple maneuver from the right side he fell through the tree's canopy, prior mapping and caring for the tree allowed him to fall unhindered until the male was a mere three meters from the ground in which a pair of black wings sprouted from his back cushioning his fall and causing a small amount of dust and dirt to kick up everywhere. As he did this however the ninja had decided to leave the scroll where he had been and poof like a typical ninja which Kasuga sighed and picked it up shortly after looking around," Typical they would leave the work here without saying anything," The elder deity mumbled to themselves though the small remark caused the younger male to chuckle and pick up the scroll. Peeling back the solvent that had held the scroll together he flicked his wrist causing the scroll to completely open, allowing him to read the message on the inside- a mission.

While this one was a little more specific and against actual human rather than a huge ass summon, it meant he could try some rather interesting techniques though this also meant smaller targets (wonder if he could also kill them without getting in trouble). The single thought caused the Demon to chuckle without saying much,' What? Don't give me that crap," mumbled the young Kasuga as he hovered into his house and up to his room. Thrown everywhere were his clothing in an organized mess, dirty pile on one half of the room and the clean everywhere else. He knew exactly what he was looking for and as he grabbed the single blue leather jacket, he threw it over his previously naked chest and strapped his forearms with some white bandages before grabbing the Konoha head band and walking out of the house. With a smooth movement the head band was lightly tightened around his neck before taking off towards the village gates.

Good thing about flying was that he could avoid the busy areas of the village to get to the gates faster, his blue eyes taking in each detail before stopping at the gates mere moments later," Off on a mission guys, see ya soon," waving off to the guards he took off towards the trees where he shortly disappeared. After a few moments of flying he landed heavily on one of the tree trunks, wings disappearing into black wisps as he launched himself from tree to tree, jacket looking something like a cape as he did so. Silent and quick was the name of the game as he continued to move, noticing a few noises ahead of him though no chakra signatures yet," Think someone is suppressing or just being really cautious," a simple inquiry given to the demon before the two had the same idea. With a small thought he suppressed his chakra and pushed forward faster to catch up with whoever had been in front of him. While the person had been traveling further than him, Kasuga made use of the gaps in the trees and take a detour before appearing to the right of the female," You uh...On this mission by any chance?," reaching into the flopping jacket (with finesse) he pulled out the scroll and flashed it to her, never minding that he fact that he could have been talking to one of the bandits but if that was the case...impalement.

So with eager ears he waited for the female to speak though he could make out something about her that made him believe there would be no impalement right now, she was one of the chicks from the large pow wow in the village when his father and mother got married. Of course he remembered her decking another guy in the face after shortly kissing him so it made him believe that she was simply bi-polar but when you were the one with a raging demon in your head it said a lot. Now knowing from simple memory he waited for the female to respond to him if she hadn't already so they could get this party started. Of course what he didn't think or realize was the fact that there could be a lot more people coming with them, though a squad would be helpful in keeping damage to a minimum and also keeping the enemy guessing as far as their range of abilities and who knew? Maybe he could find some friends that didn't they he was weird after this.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Sat Apr 16, 2016 8:49 pm
Days all started as they usually did when you were a princess, servants would wake you up gently, then guide you to the shower where they would bathe you, then they would dress you and walk you downstairs and open a window. Once the window was open a flock of birds would fly in sing you some songs say “Have a nice day your majesty.” Then they would fly away, so that some shirtless man hunk could feed you breakfast and tell you how pretty you were. That was how life was going to be anyway, but Kirino woke up with one fact in mind. I am not a princess.

The first thing that alerted Kirino that she was not a princess was that no servant had gently woken her up, instead it was a rather robust greasy looking man with his ass crack hanging out who was fixing the showers in the apartment. ”How did you even get in here.” The pale skinned girl asked clearly angered that the man had come in to her apartment without so much as a knock or fore-warning. The man wiped some snot away using his arm and pointed to one of the boarded up windows. “I came through the window, the building manager said I could.” The expression on the girl’s face was one of pure rage, the manager would certainly hear about this later, when she refused to pay the months’ rent and found a new place to stay. Yeah, sure that’s safe, hey guy I don’t know just head into her apartment while she is asleep. What bad could happen? Stomping outside in her pajama’s the girl jerked at the sun’s brightness throwing her arm in front of her eyes.

When she moved her arms she was alerted to reason two she was not a princess. Overnight it seemed as if some small animal had come and eaten a few of her vegetables. After removing whatever could not be salvaged Kirino took her watering pale and began to sprinkle over the plants until they were hydrated. After that she stepped back into her home where the house intruding plumber was packing up to leave. She let the man walk out of the door without so much as a goodbye even though he had said it to her. She wasn’t trying to be mean it was just odd when someone breaks into your house, you wish them well when they leave.

When someone knocked on the door Kirino opened it because she thought the guy had forgotten a tool and was going about entering someone’s house the appropriate way. ”Well at least you learned your lesson…” The white haired beauty said as she opened the door seeing an unknown ninja who just handed her a scroll before running off. Oh, hell no not this again! Starting to run up the side of her building she quickly remembered she had to change before leaving the house, you can’t just run around the village in your PJ’s.

Once inside she opened the scroll to reveal what she feared was inside. Aww, it is another S-ranked mission. I swear to everything I will never accept something from a running male ever again. I think they are still giving these missions out to the wrong person. She wanted to throw the scroll away and forget she had gotten it, but that would only go badly for her if the anbu were watching. So instead of just dismissing the scroll she read through its contents until she saw urgent and then changed quickly into a training outfit instead of the typical kimono.  She then burst through her door slamming the door shut tightly without locking it. If someone wanted to break in they should just climb through my cardboard window. Kirino thought mockingly as she ran through the village like a bat out of hell.

After reading through the entire mission and seeing the reward upon a success she began to steadily increase her movement motivated by the reward of five-thousand ryo. ”With that much money I could have three apartments, thank you lord hokage for trusting in my skills.” Kirino yelled while over someone’s house in the village. While Kirino knew she didn’t have many skills she still had to wonder why she was getting all of these high ranking missions. It was two within the past week which is pretty substandard for a genin to receive. Maybe the guy who gave her the headband of the hidden leaf village had over evaluated the girl’s skill level and she was put onto these teams as a result. Maybe her paperwork said that she was chuunin, when she was actually only a starting out genin fresh out of the hidden leaf gates. There was also the possibility they were handing these missions to the wrong person, which was the option that she preferred to go with. It was also the option that made her seem not as arrogant and big headed, so it was by definition the best one.

When Kirino finally had found her way into the hidden leaf forest she had noticed that between the trees there were two shadows jumping about. Are those the enemies? If so then should I wait to attack, for the backup that is supposed to arrive? Desperately hoping the scroll had not lied to her about others being on the mission Kirino continued to watch the duo’s motion. After a couple of seconds the hair color of one of the people became apparent and so did the face. I have seen that lady before, she was the angry one I met the other day. She couldn’t have stolen the scroll. Kirino approached jumping across the trees attempting to reach the duo, up close though she realized she had never met this guy before. He was shirtless and looked like he should be making some princess breakfast. The casual talking between the blonde Kirino had met and the mysterious man implied that the two were working together. ”Sorry, I’m late.” The girl said showing her scroll to the duo.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Sun Apr 17, 2016 5:50 am
At this point in the morning, most people fell into one of two boats. Alive, or dead. Our favorite chuunin was very much in the first group of people, but she may as well have been dead. Beneath her covers, with every breath, came a sound that resounded within the confines of her one room apartment, giving the impression that a large animal was growling sporadically as she snored. Her alarm had yet to go off, and it was likely broken, like the other three that were scattered around trash bin on her sidewalk. Her searches had yet to produce an alarm that could resist her abuse. It wasn’t until she heard three large, rapid knocks against the window of her apartment that she even began to stir into the pot of the living.

Her eyelids fluttered open, greeted by another blackness beneath her covers. Grabbing the thin sheet, she pulled it down from her head and glanced towards the window, wincing as the bright sun cast rays of light around the dark figure of a man or woman, (she couldn’t quite make it out so early in the morning) crouched on her window sill. Before she could address the situation fully, the silhouette had darted off, it still had many more to notify of the incident.

Crawling out from her sheets, she dragged herself up into a sitting position, throwing her legs off of the side of her bed. Standing up, she swaggered her way over to the window like a drunken Yoko, knowing the ins and outs of her room well enough to avoid anything she could trip over despite the low light levels. Placing her fingers around the lock on the top of the frame, she twisted the small knob, causing a small metallic click to pop. Lifting the heavy frame, she wrapped her hand around the scroll that was placed on the ledge of her window.

“Shit,” Risako mumbled as her silver eyes scanned the contents of the scroll, her mind racing with the information. Tossing the scroll on the table, she ran to her bathroom, yanking up the various articles of clothing that comprised her uniform. Pulling her shirt over her form, she began to make her way back to her bed with her pants still in hand. Putting on leg in at a time, before she took a seat pulled up her pants. Slipping her feet into her grey toeless sandals, she stood up once more, picking up her flak jacket from her bed. Wrapping the green thick fabric around her body, she made her way towards the scroll, snatching it up and shoving it into a pocket on the side of her armor. Bouncing towards the door, she yoinked her katana up as she flew out of the door.

Bounding down the staircase just as fast as her legs could carry her, with her free hand she began to form hand seals before placing her thumb within her mouth. Biting down, she drew blood which would be wiped on the inside of her flak jacket, causing her favorite two foxes, Utagawa and Akami, to appear between her and the inside of the green fabric. As she descended the final staircase, she spoke to the disgruntled pair. “S-rank emergency, sorry guys,” she managed to grunt out.

Bursting forth from the doorway of her complex, she grimaced at the brightness of the sun that hung low in the morning sky, casting a glorious array of colors across the sky. Immediately, she began to run straight for the gates. Catching a glimpse of Kirino, from the previous mission, she figured it probably wasn’t a bad idea to assume that the white haired genin was also on duty. She began to follow behind her, until they arrived at the scene of Kasuga and Queen, where she would crash through the brush, landing clumsily on a branch not far off from the duo, with Kirino across the way.

Pulling the mission scroll from her pocket, she flashed it their way, not quite sure what to say. “Uh. Anything we should know about?” The “we” referring to herself and Kirino. It wasn’t much of an intro, but it would have to suffice. Her summons had been squirming during the entire jog, before finally settling as she came to a stop atop the tree. Her gaze would shift from the handicap to the Hokage's son, and back again.

The girl didn’t travel much further before her first team would arrive. Due to her bloodline being inactive at the time of confrontation, and the boy’s use of flight, she didn’t notice him until had had gotten much closer. She turned to her right just as she pushed herself off a tree branch to see it was a familiar face. It was the Hokage’s son that had been there that one very strange night. Just thinking about it brought shivers to her whole body. Boy had she embarrassed herself. Her father had told her the consequences of drinking alcohol and just this once, she realized he had a point. Never, did she see herself getting intoxicated unless the situation called for it. Though, she did find that liquor and Taijutsu made an interesting mix.

She observed the bare chested boy momentarily before eyeing the scroll. She gave a simple nod, “Yes, let’s get this intel back quickly.” With the Hokage’s son, surely the mission would be complete without any major hassle. Being related to the strongest ninja in the village and all surely meant he inherited at least some of his skills. This would be a cake walk. Now that they had made their way deeper into the forest, The girl activated her bloodline and let her aura extend from her body. She could sense the boy within it’s range as it quickly formed. Continuing her pursuit forward with the flying boy by her side, Rei reached for the hair band around her wrist and used it to put her golden locks into a high ponytail. “So I gotta ask, how is it that your flying?” The Taijutsu user inquired. She knew that jutsu allowed for the oddest of things to be possible, but flight was one she had never seen before.

Continuing on, a third being entered her aura’s range, causing the blonde to detect the body almost instantly. She would face the girl only to realize it was the same one that she had been paired up with not long go on a different S rank mission. This girl must have some secret talent that Queen didn’t know about to be going on all these high ranking missions. Especially considering the fact that she was straight out of the academy. Rei would make sure to keep a watchful eye on her, becoming continuously curious as to what made her so special. “The more, the merrier I suppose.” Queen sighed, not having expected the third party member. Though, at the end of the day, at least it meant that they could get this thing done quicker so long as Kirino didn’t become a liability.

It wasn’t much longer that Kirino arrived that a fourth body entered Queen’s range. Now two was a crowd, three was a party, four was straight out overkill. Whoever they were up against was straight up outta luck. Well, that’s what Queen though before she realized it was the dyke joining them. I mean, I suppose she could sit in the back and be all butch or something. “Nothing you shouldn’t already know.” She replied to the petite lesbian. Her words may have come out sounding harsh depending on how the others took them, but she was just being honest. “Kasuga, do you think you could fly up and see if you can spot the thieves?” She asked the boy. If they were in site, then it meant that they weren’t too far ahead.

“Hold on!” Queen shouted, stopping on the tree branch that she would land on. “Enemy up ahead.” All was quiet for just a few moments before a a trio of fireballs were sent at the squad at a speed of 80 and a power of 40. Rei took into account that the young Genin wasn’t that quick from the last mission they were on together. In order to spare her the severe burn wounds, The blonde grabbed the girl next to her before body flickering off the branch and onto the ground below. She was sure that the other two would be able to get out of harm’s way themselves. The enemy quickly revealed himself after the attack, appearing ten meters away from Queen. He had deep blue hair that went down to his back, wearing nothing but plain black sweat pants and a black fitted tee. He looked… rather plain. Definitely another forgettable villain. “We knew we would be chased. Looks like I’ll just have to take care of you four now.”

Rei would put the girl down before eyeing the stereotypical villain. “Let’s not waste time on this piece of trash. You guys go ahead and I’ll catch up.” Queen shouted out to the rest of the team. Once they began to head off, the villain would attempt to stop them, forming a set of seals. Before he could finish, Queen was already right in his face, sending a quick jab to his mouth that he barely avoided. Following up her attack was a sweep quick that caught her opponent off guard. He was only knocked off his feet for a moment before he caught himself and backed up. By this time, her teammates would have surely been well on their way. “Looks like it’s just you and me.” The villain smirked. “I just have to kill one huh? This will be too easy.”

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Phew. The male would unfortunately not be impaling anyone today and because of that he released the flexing motion in his hands he would not be choosing his favorite weapons to induce said impalement but instead put the scroll back into his jacket and keep moving onward. Strange how the male had garnered such a rather straightforward question from the female on how he had been flying though with the wispy looking wings on his back he wondered on how he would respond to that," You better not reveal our secret to this...woman or else I might have to do some rather disturbing things to you," oh how he loved these mental conversations between him and Erebes though the demon didn't scare him, the thoughts of having something disturbing or drastic did. Being the son of the Hokage meant that if he did something retarded or out of line it would reflect onto his family and thus he finally had his answer. Shrugging for a moment he would continue to fly as he responded," Ancient family secret you know? Couldn't tell or else pops might get a tad bit upset at me ya know??," with that he went into a fit of silence, stretching his chakra outward in an attempt to pick up other people.

As luck would have it for the Jounin two more (four if Kasuga counted the summons) signatures had been picked up by his honed skills though as he looked back for a moment since the male had been an ace flyer he turned to Rei and pointed backwards with his thumb," Got some action coming up behind us...Dunno if its friendly or not but best be prepared you know?," as fate would have it the second attempt at impaling someone had been lost, the other two being the last of the team that would have been on this mission. When asked was there anything else they should have known anything the male would think on that for a moment," Pretty standard retrieval mission, see the bandits kill em and if its the one with the information we are obtaining, which is ours by the way, then we pass. If not and they escape from the village then we fail so in short bring your A game cause the training wheels are off," the male had no time to beat around the bush though he couldn't help but feel that his explanation was lacking something.

When asked if he could fly upwards to see if he could spot the bandits, Kasuga said nothing and disappeared in a flash as the only thing that could be heard was the light snapping of branches and the rustling of leaves before bolting back down and nodding forward," Keep on this path and we should catch up to them fairly easy," though he didn't mean that this would happen more sooner than later. As if on cue the wings disappeared and he landed on a tree branch, back perfectly straightened and eyes turned towards the north as she had said an enemy was up ahead the male flexed his fingers in his right hand to be exact and summoned a blade into his hands. For the sake of secrecy, he would have his body in a position in which those behind him wouldn't see what he had just did (though the assumption that he had just pulled the sword from somewhere when he didn't have one before would be heavy in the air) and once the fire ball had came at him it was quickly dealt with.

With his lightning reflexes he unsheathed the sword with his left hand, reverse grip as he sliced the fire ball that had been coming at him. With his blades unique metal he was rather happy knowing that he could dissipate the fire ball with ease. With the immediate threat out of the way he caused the blade to disappear, his eyes looking at the male with mild contempt," Well you certainly know how to get someones attention," there was no time for jokes, but the male had sensed something was off. Looking past the male he could see his other partners still moving which meant that they would have a little more to deal with. Elimination it was. Looking to the other three he would lean down low to the branch, cracking it with his strength as he launched himself forward to continue," Better not lose to him or I might have to kick your ass outta the afterlife," the words spoken to Rei as he zoomed out of view, presumably thinking the other two would be following him in their wake.

With that he continued forward, jumping from tree to tree as he chased down one of the others. Traveling in threes one of them broke off to the right, though since Kasuga was paying attention to him he pursed but not before yelling back at the others," Take care of the other two i got this one," with that he picked up his pace and continued faster before eagle diving from the trees and at the male. With a quick session of hand seals the bandit had shot a ball of lightning at the male, but Kasuga had seen this coming. By watching the hand seals he activated his Kenseigan, noticing the build up of lightning based chakra and at the last moment he summoned the black wings and adjusted his flight path to the right by a few meters before landing onto the ground sliding five meters from the male.

With the stand off now on, Kasuga held his arm forward extending it ever so slightly to summon one of his more...exciting armors. With a bright orange flash the males wardrobe would begin to change. A white ceremonial gi would take over his form, causing the males hair to grow stopping just at his ass. In the clothing's wake a pair of large gauntlets that were obviously bigger than his body floated beside him as he cracked his knuckles, the gauntlets following the same suit," Hope you have no regrets because for messing up my Kage's office and stealing from my home? I am sending you one a one way boat to hell," with that the fighting ensured, the bandit using its lightning based ninjutsu to keep Kasuga at bay. With a small stomp, he charged chakra into the gauntlets, the right protecting his body with the left with a mere mental command pointed down at the earth.

In its most pivotal point, the gauntlet of the left hand would slam into the male crushing his entire abdominal area. The satisfying sound of three of his ribs soon ensured as the male gasped for air. Slowly he walked closer to the male, looking down upon his eyes as he chuckled," Too bad you made a bad mistake," with that Kasuga swiftly ended him. Death by giant hand. Checking the male he found one of the scrolls that had been stolen, happy with his results he only hoped his comrades were successful as well.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

As the white haired, purple head band wearing girl approached Queen and her topless associate someone seemed to follow just behind her and tripped over a tree on the opposite side. The arrival of Risako was enough to make Kirino jump and her Shikotsumyaku ability to activate on instinct. When it activated the bones within the girls arm grew rapidly and twisted together into what only could be described as a bone spear. The bone projection was about a foot wide at the base and about four feet long. The bone started at about the elbow and extended way beyond where you would have expected the girls finger tips to be. I have seen this before, my mother used it once. This is the other half of the Clematis Dance. Flower! The gigantic projection did not seem to hamper the kunoichi’s movement and by the looks of the shape air would flow over the arm more smoothly allowing for quick strikes.

After a moment the bone arm remained and the girl began to wonder how to get rid of the gigantic projection. Do I smash this thing or what? When the group crossed a large enough tree the girl slammed the arm into a tree causing the bark and wood to crack and then fall over, leaving the bone arm still intact. Well I really hope these people don’t get mad that I hurt a tree. Maybe focusing on moving the bone back into my body will help. Focusing on the bone Kirino began to channel the chakra enhanced bone and force the calcium to be reabsorbed along with rest back into her body. ”Sorry, about the bone spear it isn’t very stealthy.” Kirino whispered to Risako, the only one in the group that she had the privilege of briefly talking to.

Queen didn’t seem to have much information to give when Risako asked, but she seemed to harbor some form of contempt for the girl. Is there something about Risako that Mako and this lady don’t like? Kasuga seemed to have some information to give though on the subject they were looking for some scrolls that a couple of bandits had stolen and according to the flying wonder they were supposed to be killed. While Kirino was fine with killing she didn’t really understand the purpose if those people could be interrogated for information, it didn’t really matter whether or not she understood though. It was an order given to her, so it was one that would have to be carried out. ”Do we know how many there are? We should also look out for counterfeits if I had taken a scroll from a major village, I would distribute fakes amongst my allies to confuse any pursuers.” If the girl would receive any awkward looks or something of the sort she would quickly add. ”Not that I would take one though.”

When the blonde known to everyone else as Queen said she spotted an enemy up ahead Kirino looked forward as the enemy launched a massive ball of heat into her direction. Before the girl could react though it seemed as if the taijutsu princess that struck the first blow against the spider summon had already scooped her up and removed the girl out of the way of the approaching fireball. Even though she was now safe her bones had swelled up causing the massive bone spear to erupt once more. Maybe it was her body’s natural defense mechanism kicking in, but why hadn’t her usual bone armor activated. Is my body trying to tell me an ultimate spear is better than an ultimate defense?

”Thank, you.” The girl said after being let go and told to leave this guy to her rescuer. Nodding Kirino followed Risako and Kasuga using her arm as a launcher to increase her own speed. After a moment the guy who was previously flying touched down onto one of the trees while instructing Kirino and Risako to follow the last two attackers. Although, Kirino wasn’t quite sure she whether or not she would be able to stop one of the bandits. No the guy said to bring my A-game and I need to find it and fast.

With only the chuunin who could grow claws and fangs on command and the genin who could take on S-Rank missions and grow bones sporadically there would be very little left to do by the time Kasuga or even Queen caught back up. With the girl’s spine coming loose from her body Kirino grabbed the whip like protrusion and yanked it from its skin casing. In all the whip was about four feet long with cartilage between each vertebrae. It is time for the full clematis dance. Aiming at the thief in front of her Kirino extended the whip its full distance of thirty meters entangling the before he even knew what had hit him and as the man flew towards the girl she raised her bone spear pushing it forward. ”Clematis Dance: Vine and Flower!” As she yelled that the bone spear pierced through the bandit leaving a small entry wound and a tremendous exit wound. Blood began to trickle down the bone like a river, the divots within the bone acting like canals for the crimson ichor to travel down before trailing to the ground below. After the guy was dispatched Kirino held tightly to the tree clearly exhausted by the strain to her body by the combination of the taijutsu. ”I’ll be okay Risako you take care of the last guy.”

After everything stopped spinning and she regained her composure Kirino began to search through the bandits’ belongings. Kunai, swords, and shuriken, but no scroll. With that Kirino began to look over the guy to see if she could figure out where he had come from or even why he had attacked. The man had a few tattoos none of which gave her an idea to why these people had stolen from the hokage. I guess I should go find the others. Kirino thought while picking up the body of the bandit and running in the direction of Risako.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Tue Apr 19, 2016 9:17 pm
Was this raven haired girl completely spaced out on an S-rank mission? Risako glanced to Kirino when she mentioned something about a bone thingy, failing to notice that her companion was startled with her appearance, looking to the girl just as the bone had retracted back into her body with a confused expression. First, she was a genin that had been employed on two S-ranked missions, and now she was talking about bones and stealth? Anywho. Ignoring that for now, she would go onto what she was going to ask, which would result in a sour attitude from the Leaf’s resident sour attitude.

“Nothing you shouldn’t already know.”

Nothing seemed out of the usual with this statement. The few times Risako had met this crippled… Yamano or whatever they called themselves, she had received a similar unwarranted attitude. Her own silver eyes would meet with those of the handicap, and for the first time in her life, she was truly beginning to feel contempt for an individual she could call her ally, almost leaping forth from the branch and, well. More important matters were at hand, like retrieving the stolen intel. There wasn’t any time to argue. The half naked Hokage’s son on the other hand, gave the same answer with less attitude. “Now if blondie could yoink the stick out of her ass we’d be a happy cheery squad,” she thought to herself.

As Kasuga flew off into the sky upon Rei’s request, Risako activated her chakra sensory, and in the immediate vicinity she didn’t notice anything irregular. That is, until just a half second before Queen shouted “Hold on!” At that moment, the half-Fox Sage could feel something beginning to spur off in the distance.

As the fireball traveled her way, it would be hard to notice any major movements, aside from her eyes moving to meet the ball directly. Just before it would strike the girl, her pupils would elongate into slits, and a pair of black marks would stretch from the top of her eyelids, circling down past her chin into the collar of her shirt. More less noticeable changes also occurred, such as her canines becoming more fang like, and her frame shrinking ever so slightly. Just as these nature induced changes would finish up, the ball of flame would strike her center and knock her back ever so slightly, as the moment it had struck she had used the surface walking technique to prevent it from launching her in the air. A mere second after impact, the inferno would dissipate to reveal the damage it had done.

Standing exactly where she was, her eyes drifted down to her sleeve, which was now about seven inches shorter, and still burning. With her right hand, she would bat at the flames as if they were nothing. Her skill with nature infused chakra had increased to the point where her summons no longer had to force it into her, and she could just leach it off of them as she saw fit. As Kasuga landed back on a tree and barked some orders her way, she kinda just nodded and took off, sticking close to Kirino while remaining mostly silent.

Fully aware that her companion was slower than herself, she thought it would be better to let her take the lead then, as she seemingly was able to keep up with the targets. As the two had came upon one of their intended targets, the sight she was about to see was one she wished she could’ve had the foresight to look away from. No wonder this genin was allowed to go along on higher ranked missions, she was absolutely brutal. As the genin told our favorite chuunin that she would be fine, Risako put her hands together to form the ram hand seal, body flickering to the whereabouts of the final target, having kept track of his general direction by means of chakra sensory.

As soon as the flicker had finished, her hair jerked forwards as all of her momentum was cancelled in an instant by the surface walking technique. Out of the corner of her eye, she had just barely noticed the shine of a ray of light reflecting off of metal. As the kunai had streaked past her face, grazing the hair that was falling back down to her sides, her pupils widened horizontally, her right ear seemingly jerking her head to the direction of something crashing through the brush. Her heart began to thump like a rabbit’s as she jerked her head to the left, the faint sound of crackling being heard off in the distance. Once more from the right, and then from above, three signatures, all identical.

She barely had the time to think “Clones?” before the signature that was above her began to drop down on a course straight for her. Rolling along the width of the branch, she was just able roll onto her back to catch a view of the white haired attacker running a lightning cloaked hand into the wood, causing slivers of bark and burnt wood to fly off as shrapnel and debris. The damage done wasn’t enough to cut completely through the trunk like branch however.

From the left she heard a similar crackling noise. Without looking that way, she threw the weight of her body to the right, sticking to the branch by only one foot, as her second white haired assailant went barreling on passed the branch, turning his head to look back her direction. The first attacker had manage to pull his hand loose from the wood, he was a big boy and big boys didn’t have time for splinters apparently. Using the surface walking technique he had already ran to the bottom of the branch in pursuit of his target, Risako turning to face his way.

Sprinting, as soon as he had got within arm’s reach, he threw a half assed left hook that was easily countered by putting her arm up to block the initial strike, while simultaneously swinging her left hand at his midsection. During its flight to his ribcage, a spinning ball of clear chakra had began to rotate, fully forming just as it had the chance to blow a hole in his side. Or it would have, had he not been a shadow clone. Rather than guts and blood being misted around the area like meat hitting an industrial fan, which she was thankful for, he had simply vanished in a cloud of smoke. Just as this one disappeared in a poof of smoke, the real figure had leapt forwards from the clearing, his arm cocked back to perform the lariat.

This attack had caught her unawares, but ultimately did nothing more than knock her off of the branch, and as the two were soaring through the air, she heard that distinct crackling sound once again. The second clone had completely slipped her mind as it jumped towards the duo from a distance of four meters, it’s hand once again cloaked in a layer of blinding lightning. Quickly, Risako placed an open palm on her opponent just long enough to force her chakra into his network with the Self-cursing Seal, causing his muscles to lock. Wrapping her arms around the midsection, she shifted her weight to position him in between her and the clone at the last second. During that last second, the original simply dispelled the clone before the hand would pierce and inevitably kill him.

The two, and her foxes would inevitably tumble and crash into the ground, mostly unharmed, aside from a few scrapes on her new prisoner. They would land in Kirino’s vicinity. They would land in Kirino’s vicinity. Her work wasn’t done yet however, but I still need about five hundred words so, you’ll find out next time!

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Ancient family secret hmm? The girl observed the chakra formed wings with deep curiosity before reverting her attention back to the trees in front of her, making sure not to lose her footing and face plant into the dirt below. That sure as hell would be embarrassing. The girl would simply nod to Kas once he had scouted the upcoming area, pointing out that the ninja weren’t too far ahead. Queen would shoot a quick glance at Kirino when she made her remark about making counterfeit scrolls. Her suspicious gaze would falter once she realized how damn diabolical she sounded. Though, she had a good point. The Kaguya seemed to have a very analytical eye, something every shinobi should have.

Queen said nothing to the girl thanking her from the massive fireball, but was happy she appreciated the gesture of saving her damn life. Most shinobi would be stubborn to realize they needed help. Well, Queen would have. Her eyes were locked on her enemy as the internal timer kicked in. She wanted to see if she could beat her record for the fasted ass kicking she’s given to date. “Me? Loose to this guy? Not a chance.” Queen laughed, replying to Kasuga’s remark. She had no intention of taking a loss from this cliche looking fuck.

With her teammates now out of harm’s way and continuing their pursuit of the remaining criminals, Queen cracked her neck momentarily as she listened to the man’s bold remark. “Kill me? You’ll be lucky if you even touch me.” Rei responded, her soft breaths leaving her body in a calm manner. The man just couldn’t stop shining his evil grin when he suddenly launched three kunai at the female, one aimed at her centre and the other at her shoulders. Unsheathing her blade, the blonde fighter deflected the three projectiles before charging at the man. She twisted her blade in order to hold it in a backwards grip before slashing at the man in an upwards fashion. The man dodged the strike but he was stunned to see that Queen had already spun herself on her heel to bring her other foot back and kick him square in the chest. The force behind the attack sent the man flying back until a tree blocked his trajectory. “So, you were going to kill me huh?” Queen asked the man as she performed some theatrics with her blade. She was just playing with her prey.

“Tsk, Stupid girl. You have no idea what I am capable of” The man formed a set of seals before Queen had launched her sword straight into the man’s chest and piercing into the tree. The man’s body stood upright as blood trickled from his mouth. “You would think that they’d send the best to hold off the enemy.” Queen said in disappointment. Surely she wanted to get this over quickly, but her part of the mission seemed way too easy for it to be considered an S rank mission. She had C ranked missions harder than this. As the girl walked towards the corpse to retrieve he sword, the male combusted into a puff of smoke. The girl’s eyes widened in shock as what was once the man was now a log. “Substitution jutsu!” The girl twirled her head just in time to see a large fireball coming towards her. She quickly leaped out of the way before it hit her, but she still felt the stinging burn of the flames due to it’s close proximity.

Queen looked around, searching for the male, but she couldn’t detect him. Not even her aura was helping her. “Here kitty kitty.” She called out as her eyes gazed from left to right, searching for her enemy. The girl concentrated her aura, trying to prepare herself for what came next. With the technique that she had been working on, she knew she could end this with one more hit. “How about we play a game of cat and mouse. I’ll be the cat, and you the mouse.” The voice echoed throughout the forest. “The rules of the game are simple. I kill you and I win, nothing else to it!” Just then, three more fireballs came flying towards queen from different locations. The girl rolled left to avoid the first two before wall running up a tree and pushing herself off to avoid the third. While she was in the air, the man appeared out of nowhere and threw a punch straight out her. Queen was able to block the blow just in time, but the first still stung her forearm.

Before Rei recovered completely the man had disappeared once more. She was growing tired of this “Game” and thought maybe she’d change the rules. Queen took a deep breath before a yellow aura began to surround her body. “It’s about time I get serious.” Rei spoke indirectly to the man before taking another deep breath. The man seemed to be changing his course of attack as multiple elements began to head towards Queen. A large wave came from the south with a lightning beast coming from her north. To her east was a large pillar about two meters in diameter and to the west a fire dragon whose heat scorched the wood of the trees. That only left up, where the man would probably make his follow up attack.

The speed of the techniques seemed relatively slow compared to Queen’s max speed, so it was fairly simple evading them. Rather than just leap into the air like the criminal probably expected her to do, She ran towards the giant pillar that was coming at her like a flat spear. Since it moved at only half her speed, it wasn’t difficult for the girl to successfully leap onto it and use it as a stepping stone to get herself higher into the trees as the four technique crashed into each other, causing a large explosion (because naruto logic). Still expecting her enemy, Queen wasn’t surprised when he then tried to make his move just like the last time. Now that her reaction time was quick, she detected him as soon as he made himself known.

The blonde ducked under the man’s punch that came from behind and grabbed his arm before he could pull it back. Using her free hand, she punched the man right in the chest and sent a burst of spiritual energy through his system that caused his chakra network to go into a frits. The force of the punch sent the man back, the air being knocked right out of him; but Queen was still holding on to him so he didn’t go very far. Now grabbing the man’s arm with both arms, she spun herself on her heel to launch him towards the ground. On impact, a splash of blood shot out of his mouth as he struggled to move. In a last effort attempt to win, The man began to form hand signs but Queen wouldn’t allow it. Pulling out three kunai, she launched them at the man. One piercing his lung, heart, and jugular. With that, the fight was over. “And here I thought you would be more of a challenge. Props for almost hitting me though.” She shrugged. She made sure to collect her weaponry and checking the man’s corpse for any of the stolen intel before heading off, though no scroll was found on his body. Looks like he really was just a distraction. The corpse would be left for the animals to feast on. Maybe Queen would see him again one day in the depths of hell but she wasn't planning on going down there anytime soon.

Queen hastily made her way forward. She was certain that her teammates probably took care of the others with ease, especially after the joke that she just finished dealing with. After heading forward a bit longer, she found Kasuga who seems to have just finished killing off his enemy. “Looks like we’re two for two.” Queen smirked, joking at how they both won their battles; to no surprise of course. “Let’s make sure the other two were successful and head back.” She pushed herself off the tree she was on and continued forward to find Risako and Kirino. They were only about a minute’s worth of traveling ahead. The blonde halted on one of the tree branches, looking at the kaguya girl from above and the poor soul who had to deal with her. The large wound followed by the pool of blood that he soaked in hinted to what the girl was capable of. It was only a shame Queen couldn’t witness it herself. She wasn’t sure why, but Rei was developing a rather large interest in the girl, and her powers.

“Good job Kirino.” Queen shouted out, making her presence known to the girl is she hadn’t already seen her. It was only a few moments later that Risako came crashing through the forest like a drunken bum on a later Saturday night. Rei disregarded this as it seemed that the man she faced was out cold. Once she would search the man and probably find a scroll, Queen would let out a quick sigh before pointing her thumb back towards the village. “Job well done. Let’s head back shall we?” She recommended before heading back. Another mission done.

Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission) Empty Re: Intel Recovery (P/nk/mission)

Fri Apr 22, 2016 12:28 am
For the moment the young male had been cleaning his gauntlets of the blood that had been splattered onto them, the dead bandits body mangled and a mess as he sighed," They always make such a big talk before getting dropped like the wind...Oh well mission done on my end now how are the others doing?," as if on cue his senses heard someone coming his way in which the armor would slowly evaporate into nothing before turning around. Seeing that it was one of his teammates he smiled and picked up the males dead body, throwing him onto his shoulders with a hefty sigh," I'm assuming you took care of your end of the bargain? If so," throwing her the scroll he walked off the other way knowing that something would be fine with the others," This is for you since you got here first. I'll report the mission success just make sure the other two are still alive alright?," with that he actually started to walk off before taking flight into the air towards the village.

If she had not stopped him of course the black wings would appear on his back on instinct and in a black blur he would disappear. Of course he kept his senses on a maximum range, keeping tabs on them just in case but since he had literally believed in his teammates he didn't see the harm in leaving the rest to them," A successful end to another missions...though it wasn't as fun as I thought it would was good to get out and stretch my legs some, so there is that...," the male exclaimed as he chuckled to himself.
