Gin packed her violin and headed outside of town, she walked passed the houses and out of the town she went and  found a spot that look suitable away from the people where she could practice her skills in violin she played for a couple hours she played and played. Then she sang along with her tune making a beautiful sympathy matching the tune perfectly.

Salzem wandered into the training grounds, following a soft, sweet tune emanating from there. It was impossible, and yet, Salzem thought he was hearing a violin, such a rare instrument being played so masterfully in Sunagakure.... With Salzem's enhanced hearing, he was able to pick out each individual note as he moved in pursuit of the sound, and with each note, he was able to identify the difference in musical talent between him and and the musician. Although Salzem could tell that from the first note already that he was hopelessly outmatched. He finally tracked the sound down to its source, a young human female, maybe a year younger than him with long blue hair playing the instrument. Salzem, being the massive white wolven beast of destruction he was, just stood there, somewhat entranced by the almost magical notes that emanated from the simple wood-and-string.
When she either noticed him and began quivering in fear or when she finally stopped playing, Salzem would put on a slight grin, showing his barb-teeth and likely adding to his fearfulness, intentionally or not.

"Thats.... uh... some nice playing you're doing there." Salzem commented, not really knowing what else to say. "You know, not many people play, let alone master such an..... elegant instrument."

Gin was startled by the voice of another person she looked up to see a big wolf-like creature she looked terrified and was ready to use her genjustu but stopped at the mere thought of being torn up by that creature if he got out of it she then realized it spoke to her she was confused but also was scared to respond back.

“Hello?” Gin’s voice quivered

She stared at him with amazement but also a concern if he was okay or needed help or was going to attack her all these thoughts rushed through her head and all that came out of her mouth was

"Uh thank you my name is Gin Taranaki. What’s your name?”

She awaited a response

"Gin, huh?" Salzem repeated to himself. A normal enough name, one that would likely be found across the villages, unlike his own. Her fear of him was to be expected, but not exactly appreciated. Although he found the fear people held over his wolven form amusing at first, Salzem had grown bored and almost distressed that people still ran, that their eyes still held fear when they saw him. He remembered that back in his human days, he wasn't feared. He wasn't hated. He was a mentor, a teacher a friend and even had family before he lost it. No one looked at him and ran. No one stared at him, fear in their eyes for what he might do to them like this girl. For Hokage's sake, he could smell the fear on her. It was like she was going to break down and cry at any moment. Ever guess what fear smells like? Its vile, salty, dirty. Like sweat, but far more disgusting. It was something you were not familiar with. Something you could never be familiar with. Such an ingenious design was that emotion, huh? Triggered to respond to such stimuli? In any case, the point is that Salzem was getting real tired of the smell of fear. Not so much the smell, really, but that it always flared up around him and he knew it. It gave him a headache.

Regardless of his feelings, Salzem maintained his grin and offered a twisted monstrous hand out for the girl to shake. Surely, Gin was experiencing the weirdest mixed emotions right now. Something so feral acting so.... Human...? How could this be?

"Nice name. Mine's Salzem, And before you ask, yes it is." Salzem paused a moment. "This is my actual form." His grin grew wider, hoping she'd catch his oh-so-subtle joke. If she didn't, feh. Oh well. Humor wasn't his Forte anyway.

As the werewolf put his hand out to greet Gin she was hesitant but still shook his hand he kind of reminded her of her father or what little memory she had of him but he was polite and she was okay with the fact they this who he Is. Who was Gin to judge she steals from people people could call her a monster it seems like she had yet met another new friend.
Gin chuckled out

“So what are you doing out here and would you like me play you another song?”

As Gin awaited a response she gestured him to come closer

“Maybe I could teach you to play.”

Gin chuckled again we all have our issue but its okay her thought of the monster turned from fear to friendliness.

“Come one I won’t bite.”

Hoping he understood her joke

Salzem rolled his sanguine eyes at her joke, an amused grin growing on his face, even as he tried to replace it with contempt. Poorly.

"Hardy har." Salzem sarcastically laughed before breaking into a genuine chuckle. He then looked down at his twisted gnarled claws and back at the violin and laughed. "What, teach ME how to play THAT? I can't even play the drums and I just have to hit it to play it!" Salzem simulated a shiver, as if he was pulling up dark, depressing, horrible memories. "So much ryo lost to instrument damage..." Salzem laughed again. That was more times than he laughed in the last two weeks put together. 3 times. 'Twas a new record. When she offered to play more for him, Salzem's smile grew wider than it really ever has. Even though he was an inhuman killing machine who's belly craved the living, bleeding flesh of the living, he still appreciated good music. Good music was hard to come by and he had just made a good first impression with a girl who was willing to preform it. Well... at least HE thought it was a good impression. So long as she wasn't trying to beat him with a crucifix or kill him, 'twas usually a good sign.

"Oh, Please play more. It was the reason I came down here. With these ears of mine, I can hear a lot more stuff than you humans." Salzem winced slightly, realizing he'd subtly downplayed the race he used to be and the race Gin still was. Although he realized this, he didn't try to save the comment. He just let it pass and hoped she didn't take offense.

Gin was happy to hear that he appreciated good music like her. Gin smiled and started to play a small soothing tempo that started getting louder until it was a flourish of rich music flowing out of her violin

“Watch this.” Gin said with a big grin

She closed her eyes and then swiftly opened them activating her genjustu Gin's eyes glowed red because of her genso-me while showing Salzem the beautiful colors that the violin made and the danced they made around Gin and her violin that created much wonder she was saving that trick for a crowd of people but this will do just as fine. Gin watched in amazement at what she could do with genjustu and to show people it’s not just used for harm but for joy. Gin sung along with the tune

“Classical is my favorite to play because of the pretty colors they give off. Do you like them?”

Gin awaited his response with an eagerness hoping he would like the colors and it wouldn’t scare him away.  She thought nothing of his remark toward human’s though she thought it was fascinating he could hear all the notes perfectly. Gin was really happy to know that anyone can be a friend.

“You know if you want I could get you a violin of your own would you like that?”

She awaited his response

This was where Salzem felt an ever growing suspicion of the girl. Now, having medical training and experience, Salzem had heard of sedatives that have a similar effect to what Gin was doing to him now. It alarmed the great wolf that she was attempting to cast some kind of illusion on him without even informing him of what he was in for. He had no idea what deep, damaging effects these things would cause. In response to this sudden and unexpected Genjutsu, Salzem's eyes began to glow blue as he swapped his chakra energies for his physical and almost literally tore his mind away from the illusion being cast by the musician. He had been in enough Genjutsu to know that it was not a pleasant experience. He didn't want to be within it during the crescendo of this performance.

With his head clear of these... images, Gin kept up her performance, he'd listen, although with his interior guards up in case of further genjutsu attempts. Once it was over, Salzem would remain silent for a moment before answering.

"It was a good song. One problem though: You cast a genjutsu on me. A word of advice, don't do that on someone unknowingly unless you plan to hurt or kill them. You'll only scare them. As for the violin, as I said before, these hands can't even allow me to play the drums. What would a precision instrument like that violin to for me?" He'd chuckle at that softly. Heh... Imagine a seven foot werewolf playing the piano or harp. He'd be a circus act.

Gins face turned from happiness to a worried sad look she wanted him to see the colors of light with genjustu but all Sal saw was a threat after Gin had finished her song she deactivated her genjustu so everything went back to the same baron land as before but she was okay with that she stood up and bowed with a poliet response.

"I'm very sorry i caused you concern i didn't mean to I just wanted to bring light but all everyone sees is a dark untrustworthy Genjustuist."

Gin was now at the point of tears repeating the word sorry, people only saw Gin as a theif and a trick and she should never play music again because it was a danger to them. Even Sal probably thinks she is a monster and he is a werewolf how could she have messed up this bad. Gin started to pack her things when she was done she turned to Sal

"I am truly sorry."

After gin had said her farewell with a face holding back sadness Gin started to walk a way.

Salzem noticed the tears practically falling from the girl's eyes and he flinched. It seemed she was blowing his words out of proportion. All he did was warn her not to do it again. It wasn't like he hated her now. What kind of place does she come from where accidents are a death sentence? Salzem rolled his sanguine eyes in annoyance before attempting to calm her down.

"For Hokage's sake, don't start crying." Salzem said. Although his voice was kind and humorous, it also had an obvious twinge of annoyance. The great wolf was never good at dealing with other people's extreme emotions. Especially tears. "All I said was that you shouldn't cast a genjutsu on someone without informing them. If you let them know its coming, they'd be more inclined to let it happen."

She had said something about bringing light to the dark or whatever but Salzem wasn't the kind of person to care about that kind of philosophical/metaphorical garbage. All he knew was that this girl was starting to break down in tears for something Salzem saw as inconsequential.

"Listen. I don't hate you and stop apologizing. You made a mistake. Relax."
