Hiro's Genin Exam

As Hiro walked up to the doors of the Ninja Academy, he thought about what he was about to do. He was about to take his first real step in being a ninja, getting a headband. He stopped just before reaching the door, feeling something strange in his stomach. It was an unfamiliar feeling, and it took him a minute to realize what it was. He was nervous. For the first time in his life, he was actually nervous. He was usually so confident in his abilities, and his ability to get stronger, that he was never nervous. But now that he was doing something that actually mattered, he was worried he would mess up, and that his abilities would somehow fail him. He suppressed the feeling, telling himself he would be completely fine, and opened the doors to the academy, walking in, and getting ready to take his genin exam.

The proctor was ready and waiting as the student arrived, her dull golden locks tied in a no nonsense bun and her thin rectangular glasses perched high on her nose. She had seen every type of student there was in her fifteen year long career as a teacher and she was proud of it. Ushering the students in, she spoke sternly.

"When I call out your name, you will all demonstrate for me the clone jutsu and the transformation jutsu that you have learned. You will also demonstrate a different use for each of these jutsu," she would say, gesturing for the first student to stand in the middle of the class room. Once he was properly situated, the proctor would say "You may begin."

The blonde went down the list, passing some, sending more back for further training and finally, near the end of her list, called out. "Hiro Raijin."

As his name was called, Hiro would walk to the front of the room. The nervous feeling returned at this point, smaller, but still there, and he decided to let it sit rather than waste time trying to supress it this time. His nervousness started to grow as he thought about what might happen if he failed the exam, and had to take it again at another point. It would slow everything down, causing him to fall behind, and making him seem weaker than the other students. He would not allow that to happen. He put his hands together and performed a transformation jutsu, turning himself into a near perfect copy of the proctor. Transformation jutsu is one of the more difficult E-Rank techniques, and is a useful jutsu for any ninja in nearly any situation. You can use it as I did to blend in or appear to be someone else, such as someones friend, so you can gather information.  Another use for it is to become an inanimate object, such as a bush to hide, or a shuriken so you could be thrown for a surprise attack At this point he would change his transformation to a small bush, the a large shuriken, and back to himself. He would then put his hands together quickly, making the seals Ram Snake and Tiger, and create two basic clones of himself. He didn't feel very confident about all of this yet, but he didn't feel quite as nervous as he had in the beginning of the exam, since he had done the transformation well from what he saw, but the exam was still far from over. Clones also have multiple uses, the most often used one being to confuse enemies, making them think there are more of you then there are, or making them not know where you went. You could also combine the two, at this point he would once again perform transformation jutsu, turning into the proctor to do more advanced things, like disguise yourself as an enemy while making it appear as if you are leaving. Throughout the exam so far, Hiro had become more confident, and the nervousness quickly faded, becoming a want to show off the other things he had learned. I also learned other jutsu, as an added bonus, and will be showing one of them. He had never actually done any of this, but research and practice had given him a good idea of what they could be used for, but he did know what wind arrow was used for. Since it was literally just a way to shoot arrows without having arrows, and all it could do was get launched into stuff. At this point, He would hold out his hand and begin forming wind arrows, one at a time. First one formed in front of his palm, almost touching his hand, then the other four slowly formed, forming the outline of a small square around the first one. He would then launch them at a wall, letting them dissipate before hitting. That was a basic offensive wind jutsu, wind arrow. Its only real using is stabbing things very hard. It doesn't really do much else, and takes a while to form more than one, so its normally best to just form one and fire, then form another and fire, rather than building it up and firing multiple arrows at once. Its also the lowest ranking wind jutsu I know of, and the only one at E-Rank This had actually been a reason for much of his anger, as he couldn't learn any more wind jutsu, since he was only an academy student. He didn't have much left to do, but still felt that he hadn't left enough of an impression. I also have chakra at a chuunin level, and have learned multiple fuinjutsu, such as the Mark Seal technique, the Lock Seal technique, and the Generic Sealing Technique. He sat for a second, causing an awkward pause, before deciding on how he would show those three jutsu together. You can use these for both security and storage, by combining them all together. By using the generic sealing jutsu, you can store things in a scroll, then use the lock seal to seal the scroll, ensuring that noone would be able to get into it, then using the mark seal, you can find it if it is stolen. He would then perform this example, using a pencil to seal into the scroll, then undoing all of it to return the pencil to the desk. Hopefully this was enough to pass me. He was pretty sure he would be passed, considering he did all the required jutsu, and then some.

"Very well done to you then," the examiner praised, granting the young man one of her rare smiles. "You seem to know what you're doing, something we expect from all our genin." With that, she beckoned the pupil forwards and presented her with a Sand headband. "Congratulations, and may you do your village proud."
