Jade continues training ll

Jade arrived home after his Speed exercise, he was completely exhausted , he barged into his room and fall to the bed like a log of wood and slept off.
          The next day...
Jade woke up around 9:00 am , he stretched his arms and yawn, he knew he needed more rest but he wasn't gonna sleep all day, he stood up and walked around to warm up then he looked at his diary. (Okay , today is chakra  training) he had scheduled to train himself at least four hours in a day. He was ninja like no other, a dedicated student like no other, determined to surpass his RIVAL and if possible his sensei, well nothing is impossible if you believe it's possible. Jade hurriedly took his bath , he dress up in his shinobi outfit and set out to the training field. 
                 It was warm and the weather was cool, Jade reached his usual training arena, a place of over seventy metres wide.Jade saw no one in the arena, probably he arrived earlier. He sat on the ground crossing his legs , then for a moment he look straight at a wooden statue in front of him before he clap his hands and and shut his eyes. (Time to do this) he said. He was gonna mediate on his chakra system, this system determines how much chakra a ninja can have , the more training and meditation, the more chakra. The system also allow one to mould chakra efficiently, and a ninja with large and efficient chakra can go a whole day battling without running out of chakra.
                     Jade sat there focused, determine to increase his chakra as his low chakra were the reason the he  didn't have any real jutsu, to overcome this , he needed more chakra reserve.  Jade  focused on the chakra system on his forehead, he visualized it, a blue orb spinning clockwise in his forehead, suddenly the orb stopped spinning, “Ooouuuuucccchhhhhh!!!" a soldier ant had creep beneath his leg and had bite him. “Damn this ant" he yelled as he stood up to stomp the ant. He  returned to his sitting position and shut his eyes , and focus visualizing the blue orb spinning, this time it was fast, spinning so fast with extremely high speed, the speed was increasing until the orb appears to be just a blue circle on Jade's forehead. It's stopped  spinning and was glowing so bright, Jade felt pain on his forehead , that must have being the effect of moulding such amount of chakra.
                     Jade could feel his chakra was now a bit higher than before, but he wasn't satisfied enough. He switch his focus to the solar plexus, the most pain sensible area in the abdomen, there he visualised a blue orb this time spinning anti-clockwise, Jade was getting distracted, he could feel pain his legs, he had being sitting on those legs for quite some time now, he was sweating real hard really he was sweating. He wasn't even  sure if he was successful with the first chakra network system on his forehead , he only switched to the solar plexus because he was getting bored on seeing the same thing for so long, the blue anti-clockwise spinning orb was fading, Jade tried to focus more but it only fades the more, he was feeling more pain on both his forehead and solar plexus, the solar plexus was more.
                 Jade groan “aaarrrggggghhhh" as he opened his eyes panting  as if he had being choked for some minutes. To focused well on this these chakra network system, one needs to reduced breathing but not completely , as a result increasing the pressure on the heart as well as increasing heartbeat when reducing breathing stops. Reducing breathe helps to focus and aid visualization. Jade was still panting  , he regained his normal breathing rate. ( This is getting harder than I thought, I never thought it was going to be this hard, I almost lost my breathe) he smirked ( I guess increasing one's chakra reserve won't come at an easy price, it require determination and faith, like my father always say “ if you believe you can do it , you will do it. if you believe you won't, you won't") He said as he rose to his feet. (Have got to do this, have got to increase mmy chakra reserve!!!!) He yelled. Jade stretched his arms and legs then took a bit of walk as warm up. He stopped at a point when he  was satisfied with his legs and the other part of his body, he sat on his legs determined to finish up the business.
                  Jade was focused, determined and high in spirit, a characteristic he always exhibit when it comes to training. He was gonna start all over from the chakra network on the forehead , he shut his eyes, clapped his palm and focused on his breathing. He visualize it successfully again and this time what he seeing was different from what he saw the last time . He visualized the chakra network on the forehead and saw a blue orb spinning clockwise but with a white light tint at the center, the blue orb was  spinning fast, faster till when it appear like a circle. The white light was glowing, but just then did Jade started feeling pain in the head, the pain distracted him a bit and  the white light tint was deeming. He was focusing hard on his breathe, should it deem to extinction then he had failed moulding his chakra again. Failure ain't an option as Jade battled this pain and overcome it   . He ignored the pain and acted as if there was nothing wrong with him , though he could still feel bit of it, it has being suppressed it to minimal.  Jade cleared his thoughts and everything within him, he had emptied his mind focusing only on the blue orb. Finally it began glowing ,the white light tint glowed but the blue orb glowed even more. Jade was please, he had increase his chakra but wasn't satisfying. He wanted to focus even more on his solar plexus chakra to unlock even more.
                  Jade was still sitting on his legs, he knew the solar plexus chakra network would be hard to unlock but was determined to unlock it.   He focused more on his breathing, at this point his heartbeats had being reduced to minimal amount. His mind was entirely empty, unlocking such a feat takes a lot. He visualized the blue orb in the solar plexus , it was spinning anti-clockwise but had a  red dot tint in the middle, the red dot appears like a fire burning in the middle of the blue orb,  should one lose focus of this , the red dot will erupt and overshadow the blue orb causing intense burning pain from inside . Jade was doing well with this , never loosing focus not until when he felt a slight in the leg as if his scapular was cracking, it seems the leg pain was Jade major problem , it keeps being an obstacle to unlocking his chakra, maybe he should have done this on bed but he needs to make contact with the earth surface to successfully unlock more chakra, well, this can't be done on standing, it  definitely won't work , He need to make contact with the earth surface.
                   Jade had lost focus but not completely, he battled the pain in his legs , an intense burning pain erupt in his abdomen, it feels as though a corrosive acid had being poured into his body, eating up his flesh. Jade lost his focus in breathing as his breathing rate was now fast he tried to get hold of himself, the pain was getting too much ,he swallowed the saliva in his mouth  hoping to cool his stomach, but that did nothing to the pain. Jade won't give up that easy, even though he still feel much pain he endured it , he need to. He focus hard on his breathing and visualised the blue orb and ignoring the pain, the blue orb started to overshadow the red dot and finally it overcomed it, it was spinning so fast. Jade had unlock two network granting him reserves, he had successfully unlock more  chakra from the network system, this is satisfying. He open his eyes and took a deep breathe for once. He was please and happy within himself. (Soon enough, I will be stronger than my Rival) he said as he  stood up to get setting back home. He gathered his things and left the arena. He was definitely gonna come some other day for more training.
