Hot Colors [P]

A low annoyed groan sounded through one of the small second floor apartments of Suna. A stream of light, which had somehow managed to pass in between a pair of white curtains, landed on the pale face of a young girl. Her deep crimson eyes opened in response to the brightness before closing themselves again. As she shuffled the black covers of the bed off of her body, the kunoichi in question sat up while rubbing one of her eyes. Her extremely long red hair had become slightly messy overnight and one of the buttons of her white sleep-shirt had come undone. Walking over to the bathroom, she quickly made herself look presentable before actually putting some proper clothes on. The female would wear her usual outfit- black shorts paired with a pair of tall, black leather boots. She would then match the all black outfit with a zip-up black crop top which revealed her well-toned body. Over the top of it, the red-headed woman would throw a long white coat. She tied her black Suna headband onto her right arm and proceeded to scan through her reflection. A small confident smirk found itself onto her lips. Rae Homare then proceeded to casually walk out of her apartment and onto the streets of the Village hidden in the Sand. 

The beauty's presence there didn't go unnoticed as she was immediately greeted by some of her fanboys around the street. The crimson-eyed female would simply smile in return as she proceeded to make her way towards one of the best Ramen stands in town. Rae was hoping to finally be able to explore one of the old diaries that she found before her family disowned her. Her family would, after all, keep secrets from her all the time.

 The smell of Ramen filled the gorgeous girl's nose as she walked into the shop, immediately wiping away all traces of concern from her mind. "One extra-large spicy barbecue pork Ramen, please!" The red-haired girl would order to the chef with a huge smile. As she waited for her food Rae would take out her family book and begin to flip through the pages, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear as she read through them.

He had been here for quite a while and had done nothing with his time except set on a seemingly abandoned building and watched people live their lives. Nothing exciting came from his second stay in the village of sands except meeting one loud friend and that was it. The male had went under a significant change since coming here. His hair since being here had grown from what it normally had been and now sat upon his back and like always he adapted a habit of dying it because he could. From a shelled white the hair turned an almost pinkish red, his eyes looking at the hair in the mirror while his demonic counterpart chuckled," You really have a knack for changing your hair into the wildest of shades don't you? Going to pick one and stick with it before i die?," while he knew that the demon couldn't possibly die as long as he lived he simply shook his head and leaped from the window of the small hotel he had been sleeping in and out of into the streets below.

Since he decided to tread lightly in the Suna heat, he wore a simple white vest and a light grey colored training shorts. Those of the village could tell he was of the leaf due to the head band wrapped lightly around his neck, dangling but not in the way. Hunger had subsided in the males stomach as he made his way towards the smell of ramen, a Konoha pastime that he knew all too well. Sword strapped to his back he made his way into the shop and waved towards the waiter before sitting down by a certain red haired female and ordered," I'll have just a bowl of miso soup and oolong tea," the words left his lips rather quickly and fluently as he sat his sword to his side and leaned his head onto the smooth edges of his knuckles propped up by the table itself.

A trade for wood. A trade for leather. A trade for goods from Hoshigakure. Another trade for wood. The beauty's eyebrows knit together as she kept on reading through the diary. How was she supposed to learn about any possible ninja relatives when all that her ex-family was excited about was the flow of money. A small sigh escaped her lips as she continued flipping through the pages until she felt the flow of air from behind her. While her eyes remained glued to the black ink on the pages her ears had definitely taken notice of the male voice which had quickly ordered food as it's owner sat down next to her. A fanboy? No, usually those tended to sit further away and admire her from afar. That or they'd attempt to flirt with her. Rae's crimson hues quickly shifted from the boring old family diary in front of her onto the already interesting person sitting next to her. With one click glance she was already able to determine that he was not from the Village Hidden in the Sand. The kunoichi hadn't even glanced at the male's headband; she was certain that if there was a Suna native with such a hair color, she would've already noticed him by now. As she noticed the loose headband tied around his neck and the sword to his side, Rae knew that she was correct. Her mind immediately began to bustle with questions but she calmly turned back around towards her book just as her large order of Ramen was brought.

 "Extra Spicy, just the way you like it." The waiter said, receiving a brief grin from the genin. The redhead would then separate her chopsticks and quickly lift some steaming noodles towards her lips. Most women would never have ordered a portion as large as hers. Then again, most people would get their tongues burned if they ate Ramen straight after it was served. A small sigh escaped her lips as she let the spicy flavor take over. It was burning. But. The flame princess glanced back at the male to her right for a moment before continuing to eat, it wasn't as hot as the shade of Hot Pink that adorned the long mane of the male besides her.

Kasuga had no idea that the female beside him had been looking him over, more so because his eyes had been fixated on the kitchen as he waited for his food. For a moment his mind turned to why he had been here for the past few days and then back to what his family back in Konoha had been doing in his absence. It was days before he had left from Konoha that he had been established as a team leader for his siblings and had lead them on their first training. The little chicks were still wet behind the ears and couldn't even must enough strength to force him back but maybe that had changed since his absence. Either way he sighed and continued to rest his head on the surface of his hand.

There had been silence from him for a bit until Erebeus spoke up within his mind and coughed," You know you have this cute girl just looking at you right? She's doing it now...Should probably not be a little pansy and say something to her before you look like an idiot," the slight mental sigh he gave himself played no form on his face as he turned his head ever so slightly to meet the females glace, his left eye being just visible of looking at her and the features of her body. Burning red hair with eyes to match he smiled and turned fully to face her," Well hello there. How is the ramen you are having?," he asked with a smile to start off a conversation of sorts. In the meantime he heard the soft clank of a  bowl hitting the wooden top showing that his food had arrived but was in no real rush to eat it. Something else had grabbed his attention and he was curious to see exactly what would happen.

To Rae's surprise, the pink-haired male gave her a quick glance before turning to face her fully- A moment ago he seemed so engrossed in waiting for his food that the change was almost unnatural. He then greeted her in an extremely polite manner with a small smile just as his food arrived. The kunoichi returned the smile and turned to fully face him as well. After all, it was only polite to give the person you're talking to your full attention. Rae put down her chopsticks, something the foodie rarely did, and locked her gaze to his. He was not flirting with her, he was simply being nice. "It's great, thank you. Do you usually eat such light meals?" The beauty returned the question. Being polite was not typical for her, but back when she was still part of the Homura family she was taught proper manners. 

The female tapped her fingers on the table a bit as she glanced back down towards the Konoha ninja's headband before locking eyes with him again. " What brings a Leaf Village ninja to Suna?" Rae then asked, tilting her head to the side.  Usually she would add words like "attractive" or "handsome" but the red-headed girl was honestly curious of his intentions. He obviously wasn't here to attack. If he was, with a chakra presence like that, she would've probably already been dead. Thus the girl concluded that he was here for another reason. As she waited for him to respond she would turn to her Ramen and have another mouthful of delicious hot noodles.

The question caused the male to smile slightly as he shook his head freeing small strands of hair from behind his ear as he spoke," Not exactly but in this heat eating in excess can cause some performance issue and I like to keep on my toea," as he finished his other half interjected humourously," and he doesn't want to get fat by eating too much. He cares wayy to much about his figure," to which he could only sigh mentally and try to keep the same smile on his face.

Lavender eyes inspected her further as she asked her question about his business in Suna to which he continued to smile," Business of sorts you could say. Escort missions are always a chore but they need to be done when the Kage requests for you to," shortly after finishing speaking he broke his chopsticks evenly and ate a small portion of his noodles and furrowed his brows. Not as good as The ramen in Konoha but it would serve as nourishment until he returned to his place of stay. Sitting the utensils across his bowl he returns his eyes to her to continue their conversation," So may i ask for your name and why there are males just eyeing you in the corner over there," his index finger would point over to the corner as he lightly looked over to them and waves.

Rae could only shrug at male's answer in relation to the food that they were having. The beauty was eating a portion twice as large as his every time she was here and she had never really had problems with her performance in missions or otherwise. Her body always burned through the large portion of noodles after only a couple of hours. Whether it was because of her training or because of her fire nature chakra, she didn't care. Food never effected her flawless body. As the red-head then listened to his reason for being in Sunagakure, she took another bite of the spicy noodles and nodded. She knew that escort missions could be a pain. Thankfully her teammate, Haruki, could run her through the desert of Suna in only a couple of minutes thus making her job a lot easier at times.  Rae put her chopsticks back down and turned to look at the interesting man next to her only to notice that the attractive Konoha ninja was staring at his food. He didn't seem all too pleased. He then met her eyes once more asking her a question which she did not expect. The redhead placed an elbow on the table as she turned to look at where her new acquaintance was pointing at. In the corner there was indeed a table of teenage boys, villagers, who immediately hid their heads behind their menus as she looked over. A low chuckle escaped her lips as she turned back around to face the male next to her, running a hand through her long red mane in the process.  Crimson eyes met lavender. Hmmm. What a pretty shade. The girl though to herself before deciding to give him a proper answer. "My name's Rae Homare." The fiery female introduced herself briefly with a small smirk playing on her lips. "Over the past couple of years, for reasons unknown and known to me, I have developed a large male fanclub." She explained with a small shrug of her shoulders. 

Rae glanced back at the corner table of fans only to note that this time they weren't looking at her, they were looking at the pink-haired male next to her. It wasn't as much of a casual look as it was a glare. "If not for anything else, they are quite amusing in their jealousy. " The beauty laughed, looking back at the ninja before her. She had just given him one of her backhanded compliments. Her flirting habits were itching to slip out. Well-known to all of her friends, Rae had a fox-like nature when it came to attractive men. "And may I ask you for your name?"

Rae Homare. Finally a name to the face of the crimson female. The smile on his face disappeared temporarily as he went to finish his food, sitting the empty bowl back onto the counter and sighed contently as he then returned his gaze to the female," Quite the lovely name you have there...Though a fan club?," his brow quirked only slightly as his gaze went over her for a moment and then to the males before returning back to her. While he was hear to pretty much complete his mission he did hope that no one was too...Hasty in their decisions and would sooner find themselves apart of the desert. With that being said he merely chuckled when she used the word jealousy, the word itself made both Kasuga and Erebes a little amused at the fact. Kasuga was only amused because jealousy often brought a challenge and in a challenge there was fun," Well as much as they flatter me with their jealousy, i'd hate for you to lose a few fanboys if they don't stop. Who knows what...mysterious things I have with me~," his tone was playful but underneath one could probably see that there was a sign of "Don't be stupid" underneath.

Sliding the lavender glance back onto his person of interest he smiled and tucked his right arm onto his chest and bowed slightly since he was still sitting down," Kasuga Ametsuchi. Pleasure to meet you Rae," sliding her a bright smile he briefly began to talk just after giving his name," So is there anything fun to do in Suna? Or do you simply train around?," he only wanted to inquire just to see if there was something to do after this or did she want to revel in his company while her fan boys foamed at the mouth. Funny thing jealousy was and at that moment he thought of something fun. Taking out his wallet he paid for the both of their meals and soon after took her hand into his," How about we go to the training grounds and have a little fun hm?," he'd wait for the answer before making any movements but he knew he made a few people very...angry.

Rae had resumed eating her delicious spicy noodles when the male next to her made a sort of playful yet twisted threat towards her fans. She raised a red eyebrow towards him, her gaze quickly darting to his sword and then back to him. The redhead shrugged at the comment. "They do what they want. They treat me like a queen but go over the top with it at times as you can see. It's a pain but then again, it can prove as entertainment." She explained her view on them as she finished her noodles, placing the chopsticks over the bowl and turning to face her acquaintance. As he introduced himself with a small bow the beauty nodded in return. "The pleasure's all mine." She replied, a small friendly smile finding its way to her rosy lips. Kasuga Ametsuchi, she repeated to herself as he asked her about her pass-times. Rae tilted her head in though as she answered him. "I tend to train a lot but there is a couple of bars I manage to sneak into whenever I feel like it." She ran a hand through her long hair before continuing. "Suna also has one of the most beautiful views of the sunset off the top of the Kage's office." The female added in the end.

 Her crimson eyes ran over the male once again and she raised an amused eyebrow as he payed for her food as well. Either he was a really big gentleman or- "How about we go to the training grounds and have a little fun hm?" Or that. Kasuga had taken her hand into his as he asked the question. Rae's crimson hues immediately sparked with mischief as she heard a crash of plates from behind her. She didn't have to look back to note that her fans had probably jumped from their seating positions and knocked something over. So that's the game he was playing. A wicked smirk painted itself onto her lips as she leaned forwards towards him, placing her free hand on his shoulder. "Wouldn't miss it for the world." The kunoichi would whisper in his ear before leaning back and giving him a small wink. Rae loved games. She could hear her fans' angry shouting as she tilted her head at the lavender eyed male before her, the same mischievous smirk only widening at the amusing background noise.

A smirk played upon his features as he looked up from her eyes to see the ceramic plates broken on the floor from the obvious raging of the fans, and he would soon take it a step further. Using the same hand that had just took Rae's own, he used it tuck a stray strand of her hair behind her ear before grabbing his sword and he walked," Well then let us be on our little date then~ Maybe I can give you a few personal lessons if there is anything you'd like to learn," with a small chuckle he began to walk out of the restaurant and hopefully in the company of the female.

If she had came with him he would walk alongside her, hands cupped behind his back and he glanced back every now and again to see the staring eyes of a group of men walking. Watching his every movement he moved closer to Rae and whispered to her," You are having fun with this aren't you? But I can't help but feel that you are also enjoying the company of a man who doesn't just hit on you and stare," the question was basic and innocent in nature, but his smile also revealed that he was curious about what was going on inside of her head- As if a man could truly figure that out. The closer the two got to the training grounds he could tell that the group had gotten bigger until the two arrived where he stopped in the middle and stretched. Sticking his sword into the ground he finished his basic stretches and sat his head band onto the hilt of his blade. Blue cloth laid bare upon the bandaged and sheathed weapon as he slipped his hands into his pockets," So a freebie would be me showing you something cool or anything you'd like, but we can start with your request~ Whatever it may be."
