Team of the Unknown

Hearing all of their answers, Itami was surprisingly intrigued by all of their stories and experiences. They each have their own stories and backgrounds. And each having their own fighting style. This might be an interesting bunch after all. Still, they are a bit young and naive. But definitely show signs of wanting to become stronger and wanting power. 

Though, their reason for wanting power and becoming stronger may be a bit different from Itami's. So we have a weapon user, taijutsu specialist, puppet user, and then Itami... a genjutsu user. Four completely different styles on one team. Itami would nod after each of them finished speaking. It was clear they have a long way to go. But being under the wing of the demon himself... they'll reach great power in no time. Just like how Itami is still looking to gain more power. He will bring these young genin along for the ride as well.

After listening to all of their responses, Itami would then turn around a begin to walk away from the training grounds. After turning his back and taking about five steps away from the three genin. He would begin to stop for a brief second to say something. "... Meet back here tomorrow morning for a mission... and don't be late.." Itami would say as he begins to walk away from the three. He was never the type to talk a lot. So to see if these three were really ready, this mission would be like a test for them. To see how well they can work together and how they will react if a real enemy were trying to kill them.

Senshi stood stiffly at attention throughout everyone's personal introduction. If he was honest with himself then he could admit that Reizo's words hadn't surprised him that much. It wasn't something he could honestly day he had thought about in relation to the other boy but their brief interactions at the Prison grounds and the Training Grounds not too long ago had taught him at least a little about the other boy. As for Max, well Senshi didn't always know what to think of their youngest member. He hadn't spent any additonal time with the other boy and that brought into question just what were his motivations. Senshi spent a great amount of his focus on listening to the younger boy, taking in his body language and tone at the same time. He felt himself stiffen in almost indignation when he spoke of the Raikage so casually but forced his body to relax.

His attention shifted back to Itami, and he nodded respectfully a the mans words a small grin playing on his face. Another mission, perfect. Hopefully this one would be a C rank or higher so he could begin pushing himself. Maybe encounter some real oppositon for once. Shaking those thoughts from his head he gave the Jounin a crisp salute, right hand clenched into a fist over his left shoulder, dropping it as the older male left. He turned his attention to his two teammates and awkwardly shuffled for a moment before speaking. "I intend to get some training done before our mission tomorrow, I'd like to be as prepared as possible. You are welcome to join me, I'll only be moving a few training grounds over." With those words the tallest Genin turned taking off towards his home. He needed to collect some materials before he could hit the training grounds up and really practice what he needed to do.

Reizo relaxed himself after giving his motivations, and then looked toward Max to see what he had to say. Unlike Senshi, Max was far more casual and it was apparent to Reizo that the actions of the Raikage had taken a huge toll on him. Max was always dressed in tatters, and Reizo assumed before Max even spoke that he wouldn't have nice things to say of Mortarion. Reizo was in the same boat, but at least he was able to live a normal lifestyle- he couldn't imagine the pain that Max probably had to agonize through on a daily basis. Still, Reizo wasn't quite ready for how forthright the youngest boy would be in voicing his opinions.

Reizo winced, and even cringed at the youngest Genin's words. He does understand he's talking to a Jounin of the village right? He's being way too bold, those aren't motivations you should be so willing to voice. Even though I share the same sentiment, I don't go around telling people of my beliefs. We don't live in a society where such freedom is allowed, Reizo thought, and shot Max a worrying glance. Itami didn't seem to mind, in fact it didn't look like he quite cared to hear their motivations at all. He just shrugged it all off, and Reizo was quite thankful for that.

Reizo was ecstatic at the thought of going on a real first mission, although his face still expressed his concern for Max. Itami was leaving, and Senshi was going off to train. Reizo was tempted to join him, but he knew he had his own things he wanted to attend to that day, and it was something he had to tend to alone, and preferably before their first mission. "I appreciate the offer, Senshi, but I have something else planned for today, maybe next time," Reizo would address the Weaponry specialist. Reizo then turned to face where Max was standing, still a ways away from the two of them. "I'll be seeing you too, Max. Be careful with what you say, not everyone is willing to hear it," Reizo warned, his concern clear on his face. With that, Reizo would walk away and exit the training grounds, waving back to the two on his way out.

Max would calm down a bit after speaking, realizing that he had to relax before he said or did anything else that could be seen poorly by the Jounin. Luckily enough, his words did not seem to condemn him and Itami would order the group to meet back here in the morning for a mission. Max hadn't done any missions for the village so far, but he knew that it was his duty as a Genin to do them and so he would nod as the Jounin said this. 

"I'm willing to train with you, Senshi. I need to get some practice in as well before my first mission. We can better assess our capabilities and how to best work as a team." Max would say as he headed towards the older boy. Reizo would seem to have other arrangements, but would warn Max about his words. Knowing that his teammate was right, Max would just nod in recognition of the advice. 

Waving goodbye to Reizo, Max would head off to train a bit with Senshi.
