Kalix Learning the Flame Dragon Bullet Jutsu (T)
Wed Dec 07, 2016 3:16 pm
A new technique was going to be training. Kalix was looking to learn a far more complex technique than the ones he was learning previously. Since then all of his techniques were ones ranging from E to C rank in mastery but this was the first one that Kalix was going to learn that was of a mastery B rank. It was Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet Jutsu. This technique was meant to be an ultimate attack against those whom Kalix was against. It was fire at its pinnacle and up to this point there was nothing else like it that Kalix had trained before. This was going to be a challenge and a very difficult task to complete. Some said that it could take even a month of training to master the technique. However Kalix needed to do it in a week at the latest. If he didn’t he would fall even further behind his many peers around him and he wouldn’t gain the respect of the rest of the village. There was a lot riding on Kalix learning this technique so being able to master it was vital. When Kalix woke up the day of his training he had a fire in his eyes that he had never had before this point.
Kalix woke looking to impress himself and his peers that day. Getting up he would undress and take a shower before heading the training. He realized that if he was going to learn techniques his body needed to be in tip top shape. So it meant clearing his body of all the bad things within it in order to be pure. This was one of the many ways Kalix learned to train. Though these periods of mindfulness chores he was able to become more one with himself and the world around him. After his shower he decided to do some cleaning around the house. The best way for a ninja to stay focused on his task was to be able to keep his space clean of clutter. Kalix knew that after a long day of training he wouldn’t be able to clean because his body and his mind would be far too tired. So he knew that he needed to clean up now before he started training. Kalix would take apart his bedroom today. He would move his bed and all of his furniture outside so that he could clean the floor and the windows of his bed. He would go and clean his bathroom the same way as well. IT wasn’t too much of a task. IT was tradition for a ninja to be well clean so that he didn’t have that chaos in his heart. Kalix knew that it was an important part of being respected in the community so the way his room looked was more of a moral concern than one of just being clean.
After he finish his cleaning and put all of his things back into his room and bathroom he would head downstairs to eat some food. Breakfast was the most important meal of the day according to most scholars so the only way that he was going to train at his best was to have the necessary fuel to complete the task at hand. Kalix would have some rice with some eggs today with some water to have a balanced breakfast. Now that he was filled up with food and his mind was clear as well as his room Kalix would start with a jog to the training grounds to get his body warmed up. The jog to the training grounds was not long but it was almost all on uneven terrain and at a little bit of an incline. It was a good way for a ninja to start their training from where his house was in the village.
Today was the perfect day for training. As most days are on the island village the air was clean and clear and the temperature was just cool enough that when he trained the nice cool air would be relaxing to him. Kalix didn’t worry too much about the weather other than that. As long as it was not monsoon time the area was perfect to train. Once he got to his training area the ninja would do some warm up exercises and some deep breathing. Once that was done he would go onto his meditations for the training sessions. The meditations would take almost 15 minutes to complete today because he already felt at ease from doing all the cleaning earlier. He would sit down on the floor and keep his eyes open looking about a meter out from his feet. This would ensure that he wouldn’t fall asleep during the mediations because he was very tired. His eyes would enter a relaxed half open state while his mind would be completely at ease. There was no better time of day than to meditate in the morning according to Kalix so it was important to get him prepared now rather than later.
Once his meditations were done Kalix would stand up and prepare kneading fire chakra into his body. He would do this so that he could practice some of his previous techniques to get his chakra system ready to go. First he would do the Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu across the training grounds. Making sure that nobody was there the ninja would hurl the fireball a great deal and watch it explode into a large ball of flame. Impressed with his development Kalix would begin kneading the chakra necessary to learn the technique. Once he had enough chakra he would do the proper hand signs in succession and then release the technique. At once a large amount of uncontrolled chakra would emerge from Kalix in no form resembling a great dragon. It would look like a fireball that was coming apart at the seams. This was not good. Kalix knew that he had a long way to go.

This technique was going to be far more complex than Kalix had originally intended. He assumed that he was just changing the form a great fireball into a giant dragon head, but that wasn’t it at all. The ninja soon realized that it was about concentration power into a technique and being able to maintain that intensity for a longer period of time. The main problem was not the power of the technique but it was the endurance needed to keep the technique going. This would be the challenge but not something Kalix couldn’t overcome. The genin knew that endurance was in his nature and the earth element would lend strongly to his training of this technique. However instead of being slow and steady like the earth. He needed to be explosive and consistent. It was like a earthquake that had no end in sight. It was like a great volcano that did not stop spitting out lava. This fire style technique was the closest thing to lava that he had ever tried to train in a technique. Now that was out of the way it was time to put his philosophy into practice and train this new technique.
Kalix was interested to see how his training would turn out for this technique. For the most part this jutsu was simple but Kalix was having some problems with it. He would have to train long and hard for him to get the balance of power and precision right. HE couldn’t just throw out a fireball and expect it to do what he needed it to do. No he had to make sure that everything was in its proper place and he was in a good state of mind in order for it to work.
Kalix would practice all throughout the day learning the ins and outs of the technique. Every time that he did it he would gain a little bit more control over what he needed to do to master the technique. Kalix would begin by training how to concentrate the fireball that he had now into the more confined space that he needed it to be for the dragon bullet. Every attempt that he did in the afternoon would be focusing on concentrating the power of the technique to one focused point in the jutsu. The fireball was just a burst of raw power and nothing more. It wasn’t concentrated to a fine point like he would need to for this technique. Now was the time for him to focus on doing that. Every attempt that he would do he would try to get the fire just a little more concentrated. The fireball would be smaller and smaller each time he did it. But the power within the fireball was far more condensed then it was before hand. The fire that was coming out each time was getting stronger and stronger as he began to practice more. So the more he did that the better off he was in learning the technique. By the end of the training session Kalix was able to get the fireball condensed into the size of about a meter wide when he was done. This was good because it had meant he was getting the far more powerful in the smaller area. Exactly what he needed to do for at technique like this he was satisfied with his progress for the first day of training the technique and decided that now was the best time for him to go home and rest.
The next morning was pretty much the same as the previous one. Kalix would wake up and clean his room like he did yesterday but not as much. He would spend the majority of the hour he had set aside for cleaning his house towards his kitchen. There were many things that he needed to do today so he would take one step at a time. First he would go and make sure that all of his dishes were finely cleaned and polished. They were made from some the finest glass in all the land so he wanted to make sure they would stay nice. Next he would clean his stove and the many other pots and pans that he was using to make his food on a daily basis. Once that was done he would get to work on washing some new rice for the next few days of meals. This would take up a lot of his time and proper preparation would be key the young man to staying healthy while he was training. The next thing that he would do would be sweeping and mopping the floor of the kitchen to finish out the cleaning for the day. He was happy that his house was staying well organized during this time of intense training, but not to worry he would soon find more things to clean and keep him on this track.
After the cleaning was done he would head over to the training grounds and begin his morning meditations. HE would focus on one singular point during the entire meditation as to resemble the singlearity point that he was needed to focus on for his technique. This would prove to be more difficult than he thought. Because doing so was very difficult. There were so many distractions that made him want to widen his gaze but maybe that was the reason why he was having such a hard time training the technique. He was too focused on other things instead to staying focused on the one particular point. This was a very important revelation for Kalix. The more that he would focus the more distracted he would become. This would be bad until he learned how to concentrate. The more that he realized this the better off he would become. The time had come to focus the fire even more. Yesterday got him about 2 thirds of the way do his goal. Today would get him the rest of the way.

Re: Kalix Learning the Flame Dragon Bullet Jutsu (T)

The waves were harsher than usual today. Kalix woke up to a thunderstorm outside his house really early the next day of training. It was unusual for there to be this type of weather this time of year so Kalix went out to investigate the situation. When he got outside he would see streaks of lightning all across the village’s islands and beyond into the sea. Tidal waves were crushing and crashing into the sea barriers not too far from where he lived. In the distance he would see ninja using various barrier techniques to keep the water at bay for the time being while the community slept hopefully in peace. It appeared as though things were chaotic outside but Kalix knew the way of the ninja. There was no need to fear if the ninja guarding the village was able to do their job. It was an interesting day already Kalix thought to himself.
What better time than meditate than now. He was needing to work on many things during his meditation if he was going to learn the great dragon bullet jutsu soon. So he would take this time to concentrate. There was a lot of meditate on but Kalix would focus on the transformation aspect of the technique. The jutsu works because of the menacing dragon that appears as the fire is moving. It truly is a sight when mastered so Kalix wanted to work very hard to keep it that way. Kalix would continue to meditate about the technique in that manner by thinking about how he would transform himself. In this way Kalix was thinking about how he needed to be if he was really going to improve his body and his mind. While he was training every day of the week or so Kalix had begun to ask the questions important to continuing this process. HE had to ask why he wanted to gain more power and why he wanted to be a better ninja. At first when he did this journey he felt as though the answer was simple. He wanted to gain the fame and honor that being a high level ninja offered to him. The vision that he had in mind was shallow and lacked the conviction he needed to improve. However the more that he thought about his training and all that he did recently he knew that he was growing in more ways than just a ninja. Every day he would work just a little bit harder and be able to do things just a little bit better than he did. HE realized that he could be a high level ninja but still not get the recognition that he wanted so much. There were so many other ninja in the world. So many other people that had the same goals or something similar to his that had a lot of more power and experience than he would ever have. There would be ninja that would be better than the rest of the world that wouldn’t get the acknowledgement and respect because their jobs were done so far behind the scenes that nobody even knew about it. There was a lot to think about with that. Kalix knew that what he wanted was going to take more than just learning a few techn iques. He would have to learn a new mindset with how he wanted to be and how he wanted the world to see him in this ninja world. He meditated some more on this topic. Then he would finish off with thinking about the jutsu. Then He realized that if he ever wanted to be better he would have to use the jutsu as though he was unleashing a lot of power aggressively and passionately. That was the important part to Kalix. The more that he put into the technique the more he was going to get out of it.
With his meditations completed it was time for him to take to the training grounds to work on the technique. The power of the jutsu was almost down by this time. HE had only been training this technique for three days and he felt as though the hard part of the technique was already done. He would work on making his fireball centered around a fixed point in the jutsu for a few attempts. After he felt as though the power concentration was down he would go towards putting the transformation on it. The first few attempts that Kalix would do today would end in failure. Much like when he trained the techinque the first day the jutsu would just be a glob of fire just moving towards a direction. There was no way to manipulate the flames or give them more power other than the fire that Kalix had put into the technique. So Kalix decided that he would try to train the move by working on building up his power through the techinque so that it could be manipulated. He would focus on getting the stream of fire to come out hotter and hotter with every second as his stream of fire would leave his mouth. As he would work on this he would realize that he was getting far closer to lava than he ever would have done without the prior training. Kalix would look now towards the lava being turned back into the fire of the jutsu and then putting the transformation on it. As he would have the techinque gain more and more power he would realize that it would be far easier for him to make the transformation because it was far more controlled than it was earlier. With the control came a lot more confidence in the technique and with that came a more controlled power. The techinieqe would come a lot easier now that the main issue was learned. With a few more attempts the techinque was complete and Kalix would head back to his house for some rest.
