Senshi couldn’t hear or see his teammates any longer, he was far too deep into the woods for that. He had crouched watching from where he was hidden and seen his commander start up the jutsus. Not only that but he had watched as his team was besieged by the inhabitants of the outpost. Determining that his first course of action was to ensure that back up was headed there way he had moved farther back into the woods, until he was sure he was more than a hundred meters away from whomever was attacking them and controlling the previous guards. He didn’t want to alert the enemy to what he was doing after all.
As soon as he was sure he was a hundred and twenty five meters away his hands flashed through the hand seals, summoning forth Kyoki in a bright flash. He didn’t give the bird time to do or say anything before he quickly briefed him on the situation and sent him flying off back towards Kumogakure. At his speed it would take at least an hour (going to call it 10 posts) to get back to Kumogakure and relay the information to the mission office and summon reinforcements. Reinforcements that Senshi was sure that they would need judging by what he had last seen. With that completed, he turned cranking down on his chakra suppression and moving at his best speed he headed back towards the fight.
His teammates needed him to provide what long range support that he could. When he was within fifty meters of the clearing he slowed back down resuming his stealthy approach. He would sneak back around until he could see what was happening in the clearing. From there he would adapt his plan of action to support his teammates the best. His focus would be mainly on the man dressed in the flowing black cloak with the swirling red clouds. He had included the man’s appearance in his report to Kyoki, knowing that it might be of vital importance for whomever they sent as reinforcements. He had also mentioned that it seemed as though the regular outpost guards were under a genjutsu or mind altering jutsu of sorts but that he did not have further information to provide.

According to Itami, it seemed that the guards, or at least this particular one, were under the influence of a widespread Genjutsu. After listening to his Sensei's conclusion, Reizo retreated back into the treeline where Max was waiting. He watched as Itami cast two water style jutsu. This was the second elemental style he had seen Itami perform, having familiarized himself with Itami's earth style jutsu on the previous mission. The thick mist made it difficult for Reizo to see anything around the outpost, but he assumed his Sensei had some ability to sense what was within it. He hypothesized that the rain was probably more than just a water source for the jutsu, and was likely also a sensory technique as well.
Reizo liked this plan as it would be a useful way to draw out their enemy(s), but at the same time he worried for his Sensei's safety. He was basically doing this alone, and the three Genin couldn't even run interference. After only a couple of brief moments, a somewhat distant shouting could be heard, echoing from within the outpost. It grew louder and louder until Reizo was certain they must've been outside of the outpost for sure. Emerging from the mist, the Genin could make out the silhouettes of at least 5, but likely more, shinobi. He couldn't quite understand their rambling, but their bizarre gaits enticed Reizo. While normally he would've immediately confronted these shinobi, assuming them to be enemies, he recalled his Sensei's warning about the Genjutsu. Although he couldn't be certain through the thick mist, he realized he would have to proceed with caution so as to not hurt them too bad in the event they were Kumogakure ninja. Still, he would have to try to incapacitate them as they were clearly inciting a retaliatory response from the team, and were violent opposition. He certainly wanted to avoid killing them, whether they were Kumo nin or not. It wasn't in his nature to kill for one, but also they could have information on their enemy that could prove useful. The team still had no idea whom they were up against.
Biting his right thumb to draw blood, Reizo would jump from out of the bushes, toward the guards who seemed to be headed in their general direction. Reizo would from the needed hand signs for the summoning jutsu, and landing on both feet and his right hand, a cloud of smoke would appear and a familiar otter would make his appearance. The blue otter known as Futachimaru was now on the scene, and Reizo informed him of the situation. "Take them out, but no casualties. They're likely friendlies under a Genjutsu," Reizo whispered to his comrade, who had taken position to his right on all fours. The otter nodded, and Reizo and his comrade would commence their counter attack on the guards. The closest guard, who was running considerably quicker than the others, would be taken out with a simple low sweeping Leaf Gale (120 speed, 80 strength, 318/333 AP). He was a tall shinobi of average build, but would easily have his momentum ripped out from underneath him, causing him to go flying back in the direction of Max, sliding on his face for most of the way. He would almost certainly be out of commission. The next guard that approached Reizo was a very cute and petite girl who must've only been slightly older than 18. She was well put together in every way: well endowed with a full caboose, and very fit. Reizo was still too young to truly grasp how gorgeous she was, and so he treated her much the same way as he would with any other enemy. Focusing chakra in his fist, Reizo would punch her square in the face ala Chris Brown and send her flying back to where she came, her projected trajectory placing her just outside the room where Maku was stationed. There she would lie, stripped of her clothing down to her underwear, unconscious (Aerial Strip, 120 speed, 100 strength, 308/333 AP). Reizo would weaken his attacks to avoid killing them on impact.
Checking in on Fu, Reizo would see that the otter was handling himself quite well. He would tackle the closest shinobi to him with a perfect Lariat, nearly taking the much larger male's head off with the impact (Lariat, 160 speed, 90 strength, 270/300 AP). Futachimaru would then target a very average shinobi in every way about 5 meters away. After performing the needed hand signs, Fu would launch a great cone of water from his mouth. It was the signature Otter water jutsu- the Water Trumpet (40 speed, 40 power, 235/300 AP) effectively causing the shinobi to tumble backward head over heels, forcefully dragged along the ground in the process. Between the two of them, Reizo and Futachimaru had pretty much taken out 4 of the guards without breaking a sweat, leaving the other three to Max and his Sensei. Senshi was still nowhere to be found, but Reizo assumed he must be doing something very important to be absent from such a confrontation.

Max wasn't sure what had been going on. Itami had told them their orders, and so that would be what he followed. Itami seemed to be engaging the enemy, while Reizo had turned and came back towards the treeline with Max. He would watch as the guards all pushed through the mist, making their way towards the genin team.
Reizo seemed to have a look of worry on his face, likely due to the needing to take out other Kumo ninja and civilians. Max wasn't particularly fond of the idea of killing them, as information was key and they might know something valuable.
Watching Reizo work, he looks in awe as he summoned his friend Fu. “That was cool!” Max would say, unwrapping all of his puppets in case they were needed. Napa, Stein, and his other puppet (nameless) all start to get chakra threads attached to them at their various points. Ready now for combat, Stein and the other puppet get up, Napa being the exception since he was already standing.
“You heard Reizo, these are not enemies. Lethal force isn’t needed here.” Max would say, hoping that they would listen. Stein would say little besides a grunt of recognition, while Napa would chime in while pulling his kunai out, “How exactly am I to incapacitate them with blades? Kinda hard to not leave them bleeding out like a stuck pig with these things.” Max would think for a second, then answer with his plan. “Cut the tendons in their legs. It should prevent much more movement from the pain. Then, once that is done, stab them in the hands, preventing them from forming hand seals while down.”
Napa shakes his head, “This would be so much easier if you just slit their throats. Faster too…”
The puppets dash forwards, taking on the remaining guards while Reizo incapacitates those he faces. Stein would slam into one, the guard bouncing off the giant puppet with relative ease. He would try to pick the guard up off the ground and twist their arm until a horrific popping noise could be heard and then break them limb by limb. They wouldn’t die, but they would be able to move much either. (Speed 70, Strength 50)
The other skeletal puppet managed to do as commanded. It zipped around and slashed at the tendons in the back of the calf, hoping to remove them from the fight (Speed 70, Sharpness 80)
Napa on the other hand didn’t listen. The guard tackled in to him, and so he repeatedly stabbed in any fleshy, exposed areas until they died. Getting up, he would fling some of the blood off of himself and ready for another round.
“Napa!” Max shouted, but the puppet just shrugged and continued doing what he was doing.

After Itami used his hidden mist technique and rain tiger. He noticed that the hidden mist within the building... just disappeared. Itami was a bit confused on how the mist chakra just disappeared from the room. While still being within the mist, no enemies came over towards Itami since he was hard to detect while in the mist. Instead, the enemies would leave the mist and go after his teammates. Assuming that they could take care of themselves.
As he was still within the mist and under the pouring rain. Itami would begin to make 5 hand seals at a speed of 125 as he performed Lava Release: Melting Apparition Technique. He would send a coat of lava on the wall to the building that the intruder was in. The lava would hit the wall at a speed and power of 69. He would make sure the lava would coat 15 meters of the wall, leaving it open to see who was in there. As the lava hit the wall and beginning to melt it, smoke would begin to form from the lava destroying the wall. Once the wall was destroyed, the smoke would begin to enter the room just as the mist did.
It was now time to see who was behind this. Itami waited for the wall to be destroyed, to see who it was. He would draw his blade from its sheath with his left hand, at a speed of 125. And with his right hand, he would take out a kunai from his weapon pouch at a speed of 125. ready to attack whenever he see's the culprit.

Senshi had finally reached the edge of the forest where he could see what his team was doing, though it seemed that the amount of time it had taken him to send out his little messanger to request back up had been enough time for his team to clear the area. He slowly stalked along the outer edges of the forest watching his team to make sure no one would come to sneak up on them. He was making his way closer to Max, as the boy would the next closest to the woods and the person Senshi deemed would need back up the fastest in the event things decided to turn even more south than they already had.
He could see that Reizo had his trusty Otter summons already out, providing him with back up and Itami was a Jounin for a reason. As such, logic dictated that Senshi should move closer so he could provide close range support to Max, while still being able to provide long range support to Reizo and Itami if they needed it. It didn’t seem like that was the case currently, but Senshi also couldn’t see too deeply into the clearing any longer thanks to the Rain Tiger At will technique. His chakra sensory technique allowed him to feel Itami doing, something but he couldn’t see it.
He stopped moving taking cover in the trees and lettering loose a shuriken towards one of the opponents near Max and Napa. It was less because he thought Max and Napa needed the back up and more so that the other boy would know that he had support hidden near by. Senshi had determined that if he couldn’t see into the cloud of rain very well than whomever was in there wouldn’t be able to see him either. That left him with the unique ability to let his teammate know he was near by and ready to assist if need be without also giving his position away to the enemy. His chakra was still firmly suppressed and he was using occasional chakra sensory to check the area though other than the opponents he could see he was getting no feedback.

After he and Max had taken out the guards, most of which were only incapacitated, Reizo advanced deeper into the mist and closer to his Sensei to provide backup. He still couldn't see very much with the thick mist, but felt that he should be there to provide close range support. He had been training a lot in order to become faster and stronger, and felt he would at the very least be able to keep pace with his Sensei in a high level fight. Reizo's only real challenges would be Genjutsu or Area of Effect Ninjutsu, as he didn't have much ninjutsu of his own and had to rely on his speed and strength to avoid or block incoming attacks.
After finding Itami in the mist, who was now armed and cautiously approaching the outpost wall, Reizo found his hand gripping his tanto, still in its sheath, quite tightly. He had trained himself to relax in these situations, and yet despite all of his discipline he was still nervous. Even without his extensive training in chakra sensory, he could tell that something rather ominous lied inside the room of the outpost. Reizo had become very twitchy and antsy at the prospect of whatever lied inside. He trusted his Sensei's abilities and that something did in fact lie within. Itami's own expression didn't help calm Reizo. On their previous mission, Itami had been relatively carefree about approaching those guards in the temple, recognizing the little threat they posed. Yet it was clear this time that he was being far more cautious and wary.
Reizo was right beside Itami, on his Sensei's right, when Itami used the Lava Style jutsu to melt the wall. Reizo was amazed. He had never seen a jutsu quite like that before, and assumed it must've been some type of special Kekkei Genkai. There was quite a lot of power in the jutsu, and Reizo certainly felt something amiss. Again, unlike their mission in the temple where Itami had quickly killed two bandit guards with the flick of his wrist with a katana and had essentially entered into close range combat willingly, Itami was using a long range jutsu to keep his distance from whoever or whatever was inside by using this lava jutsu. The two stood 20 meters out, the lava launching the full distance to the wall, and Reizo realized that perhaps having his hand on his tanto was a poor decision. This would start off as a long range confrontation. Reizo had full faith in his Sensei's abilities to detect and fight at this range, and so he trusted that the hostile was certainly lying in wait. Reizo took his hand off his tanto and put his hands together.
Although he had the utmost respect for his Sensei, he didn't like the defensive posture that he had taken. The team had the edge of surprise on their side, they shouldn't be waiting for their opponent to react first. At first, Reizo thought that there may've been a captive or hostage inside, and that's why Itami had taken that stance, but thinking about it further as the wall slowly decayed, he realized that Itami probably wouldn't have used such a dangerous jutsu as the Lava one if there were others inside. It would be far too risky. Reizo wanted to take the first opening they were granted, as he suspected it might very much be needed.
The instant the wall had fully melted and the lava was nothing more than glowing red hot rubble, Reizo shot his left arm forward and hit the back of his palm with his right fist, creating a huge vacuum of air that jettisoned forward through the mist, engulfing the room and its surroundings in a vicious cone of wind (75 Speed, 65 Power; Daytime Tiger, 238/333 AP). The mist was too thick to see who laid inside, but he knew where to aim because the glow of the lava was very clear. "Sorry Sensei, but I don't want to waste any opportunities against whatever it is," he would say, barely audible over the roar of the tiger shaped blast. The outpost wall would groan as it was being stressed from the force of the wind, rock and rubble being blown in almost every direction. After the briefest of moments, Reizo contorted his hands into the unique hand sign needed for the Daytime Tiger, and a huge explosion erupted in front of the Genin and within the walls of the outpost. It engulfed virtually everything in sight (50 meters, 75 Speed, 65 Power; Daytime Tiger [Second Hit]), and the wall itself was blown apart with devastating force, the debris being forced out and backward, away from the Genin and his Sensei. During all of this, Futachimaru the otter was stationed a couple of meters behind Reizo, simply observing. "Hope we don't have to pay for that... didn't mean to cause that much havoc, sorry Itami-sensei," Reizo would say earnestly. He really didn't want to cause so much destruction, but it was out of anticipation and somewhat out of fear for what the unknown held. He didn't want to ask the obvious question for fear of what the answer would be... did he hit the mark?

As Max had been fighting with the guards, he notes that some guards were just dropping without his puppets even engaging them. He finally notes a projectile in the throat of the one guard. Reizo had been using Taijutsu, and Itami had been up ahead. Senshi must have been back, or Max had some other hidden guardian angel that he didn’t know about.
With the guards taken care of, Reizo dashes towards where Itami had been. Max feels the surge of chakra from the Lava style Ninjutsu he had just used, but vision was incredibly impaired so he couldn’t be sure what it was he had felt. As Reizo heads off, Max yells out “Wait!” but it proved fruitless. The headstrong boy wanted to press the attack and Max knew how he must have felt.
It wouldn’t be long after Reizo had dashed ahead that a loud, booming noise could be heard from their direction. Max had no idea what they were facing off against, but his orders had been to stay back and keep anyone from going in or out. He planned on following those orders, leaving the decision making to Commander Itami.
Max would scan the area, looking for Senshi. Hopefully he hadn’t made the wrong choice in staying back. He was following orders, but without knowing for sure what the threat level was he might be needed. On the other hand, he could prove to be a liability instead. A team leader was supposed to make sure that everybody gets back alive, or at least tries to. He left it in Itami's capable hands.
Max would keep his puppets around 15 meters away, with Stein sticking to his side only 3 meters away. He was ready to defend Max in a moments notice, while the others would ready themselves to attack anything that approached.

After Itami used the lava style jutsu, he awaited to see who the foe was. The walls were melting from the lava as they began to reveal who exactly the culprit was. As Itami awaited, he saw a masked man beginning to appear. He had a black and red robe on. Itami didn't really care to know who this guy was or where he was from. All he knew, was that he was a threat to the village. After the walls were clear, Reizo was done waiting and wanted to attack immediately. He'll give the young genin a try even though he told them to move back and watch out for anyone else trying to leave or join the fight.
Itami noticed Reizo getting ready to perform a jutsu. Itami assumed it was a tai jutsu since that was clearly his specialty when watching him fight. As Itami saw a high pressured wind form, it was heading straight for the mask guy. And seconds after it hit, a huge explosion would begin to occur. Itami would run back at a speed of 72 to get some distance away from the explosion. Blocking the heavy backlash form the explosion with is forearm. Pretty strong jutsu, it seemed he has been training. The attack would easily clear out the mist and making everything visible again. These three are starting to grow slowly, but they still have ways to go before Itami can really accept them as his team. Itami was still trying to focus and see if that attack had hit the masked man.
Itami still with his demon blade out. He waits to see if the attack was successful. And if not.. then he would be ready to get this battle going. "Don't worry about it, just don't let your guard down." Itami said to Reizo after performing that jutsu.

Standing and sensing he would see the wall suddenly start to burn up. Interesting jutsu, as it didn't seem to be by fire alone. It was perhaps because of this, (and not because Maku was busy and shit and caused a massive delay in posting), that he didn't in fact do anything. Rather allowing the moves go through and still standing in a super sexy kind of way waiting for his opponents.
Soon enough the wall was history and a second person had appeared. Several different plans went through his mind, from killing, to talking, to mentally shredding, to sandwiches. Though when the clearly younger individual made what could only be considered a hostile move his decision was made for him.
Everything always moved in slow motion, or perhaps that wasn't even the best way to describe it. It was almost like premonition. His eyes watching the muscle fibers, the ebb and flow of movement allowing him to accurately predict the end results of almost any tai motion.
As the concussive blast made it a mere centimeter from his palm, the entire dynamics of his motion would essentially be ruined. At a speed matching his reaction a large golden skeletal force would surround his body. It's arm outstretched, the blast hitting the palm of the beast. This would block the force and cause it to erupt in pupil and sensie's face nearly as soon as it went off leaving little room for reaction. The close proximity would cause the second part of his attempted attack to cause even more damage.
The outpost at this point would start to quake and suffer serious structural damage. The skeleton moved up trough the floors rubble falling all around, the second floor collapsing down, only aided by the attempted day time tiger.
As the building continued to collapse Maku would teleport forward 20 meters out of the building, allowing the spectral skeleton to dissapate. He was in the open now, and as he was he tipped the mask up and off his head. It was secured so it hung behind him but the full weight of his chakra could now be sensed. "Please, try harder, or try to talk first darling......otherwise things just get dreadfully dull." He would say with a half way glance back at the building that was now crumbling to the ground after its inward rape.
His chakra would be sensed at a level of 200 due to its density. His display of power forming around him in merely a golden shapeless aura at this time. Equal parts beautiful and deadly. He would start to whistle, his blonde hair frazzled and blowing with the wind. His red eyes twinkled in the sunlight as the continued crashed behind him put his entire demeanor at odds with the situation. Well.....what next.

Well that’s was frightening. Whomever that was that had just appeared out of the smoke was a god encased in human flesh. The golden aura around him made the dark haired Genin want to drop down and worship at his feet. No mortal could be so incredibly powerful, it would rip them to shreds. Not to mention this God in human form was encased in a brilliantly glowing light that just enhanced all of his features. Senshi couldn’t believe the feeling he was getting from his chakra sensory. Never before had someone looked so radiant before. Not even the Raikage. The boy hadn’t even noticed that he had started running forwards, clearing a massive part of the gap between him and this godly being.
He was drawn to it, like a moth to a flame. It might be his death but he would be close to the brilliant power. He would be like Icarus, flying too close to the sun and falling to his death. Not because of pride though, but because he literally could not keep himself away. He had never felt this way before. But then he had never been in the presence of someone who just commanded this much attention either. No one in all of Kumo felt this way, and Senshi could only wish that someone could have this level of power. Whatever that golden light coming off this spectacular being was, Senshi wanted to be near it.
His hands drifted to the front of his body as he ran forwards forming hand signs as quickly as possible. He had to test this being, see if it wasn’t just his imagination playing tricks on him. Were they truly this powerful or was he dreaming? As his hands finished the hand signs they dropped quickly in a flash drawing forth a kunai and sending it flying at the godly figure. Raiton: Swift Cutting. The A rank version of it. Incredibly deadly at its lowest level of power, with what Senshi had just used it was more than just lethal.
His arms were crackling loudly, bright as can be with as the residual lightning chakra he had channeled into the kunai danced along his arms. The blade itself was an obnoxiously bright, loudly crackling beam of death flying at Maku. It was aimed straight for the center of his chest. If the man could handle this as easily as he had brushed Reizo and Itami aside then Senshi knew that he had finally met a god in human form.
