Everything except the stats that you have claimed since the last claim attempt you made on page 7 is denied. 

You did not do the half word count required for the Hiding in The Water Technique which needs a minimum of 1000 words, you did 190 in a single post toward it after practicing Hidden Mist, and right before asking about Body Flicker. 

In regards to your Genjutsu Release and Wind element you did absolutely no word count training those techniques. You have to do at least half the word count required working on the technique in same way. 

Due to the fact that your wind element is denied I must inform you that your ice techniques are locked until you do the required 4000 word count with at least 2000 being used to train the tech. The same goes for any wind techniques you might have already learned.
