A Hyuuga in Kumo?

Komon’s eyebrow popped up as the gennin challenged him to a spar. He was interested, he had never fought a fuinjutsu user before. “Alright, we can spar, however five seems a bit too much. Three should be more than enough” Komon would say. Looking the boy over once more he could tell that he had the physical advantage and thought to himself that he would refrain from using any ninjutsu or weapons against this boy. His hyuuga moves and natural speed and strength would have to do.

He’d take a couple paces back setting himself about 20 meters from the boy before he got into a defensive stance before activating his byakugan. “When you’re ready” He’d say calmly to the uzumaki, curious to see how he’d respond.

Sora grinned, he was finally going to spar with someone! HisSecond spar and Sora was feeling pretty good. The skills he just learned and his new chakra chains would assist him in the fight.

He hadn't needed to back up since Komon had already done that, he just bent down into a fighting position. He hadn't wait for a second after that. Putting his hand into a Ram seal he used Body Flicker to close the gap between him and Komon. [Speed: 93] As soon as Sora appeared in front of Komon he crouched so the center of his body weight was closer to the floor and his foot shot forwards towards his opponent's chest in the form of a Leaf Whirlwind. [Strength: 25 | Speed: 75]

He'd bounce backward, using Komon as a springboard. As he went backward he'd pull out two kunai and grip one tightly in a regular grip and in the other one with a reverse grip as he waited for his counter.

The sora kid seemed a bit too eager to attack Komon, rushing in with the body flicker technique. Komon would admit it was fast for someone with Sora’s experience, but it was nothing that would trouble him. With his byakugan active he had an RT of 170, and was able to easily follow sora’s movements. Before sora had the opportunity to begin leaf whirlwind Komon was already delivering his blow to the boys chest as soras body flicker took effect. When Sora warped forward he would be greeted with Komons palm rushing towards his chest, using the palm bottom technique. Komon would purposefully hold back so as not to injure the boy.

It was a stupid idea to come rushing in. Good thing he had a backup plan. The palm would've connected to Sora's chest if he hadn't used the Rat and Boar hand seals to perform Flicker Movement to slow down his personal time and move out of the way. [Speed: 60 | RT Time: 125] The force of the attack when the palm passed by shocked him, he knew Hyuuga's techniques were strong and effective, but not to this effect!

The force of the palm stopped the Body Flicker all together and while his palm connected with his chest he grabbed onto it with one arm while he attacked first with his other arm. "Chain Fist!" Sora muttered furiously as he tried to use his palm to strike Komon in the face. If he dodged or if the first hit connected he'd let go of his arm and then continue to attack.

The second fist would be aimed for his shoulder, the third aimed for his chest, the fourth aimed for his solar plexus, and the last one aimed for his gut all in rapid succession. [Speed: 65 | Strength: 15] If the boy got shocked or stunned he'd use a half-tiger seal and perform Fire Release: Fire Stream to finish off the devastating combo. The fire blast would be aimed towards Komon's chest in a straight line. [Power: 25 | Speed: 25]

Sora somehow used body flicker again in what Komon could only describe as an impossibility because he could have sworn that had a cool down. (But he’d let it fly). Now with his 170 reaction time he watched as the kid sent several punches in his direction, at what he had to say was an underwhelming speed. He had assumed that because this was senshi’s student he’d be on a much higher level in close range combat. Especially since he had been confident enough to challenge a chuunin to a spar.

Komon was beginning to grow bored with the gennin so he blocked the first punch heading towards his face by tucking his head behind his free arm, letting Sora’s fist connect with his forearm. [block moving at 110 speed] Now since the gennin had decided it would be a good idea to grab onto Komon’s arm he would show him the error of his ways using his vastly superior strength to move his arm at a speed of 110, and full strength with the boy still holding onto it, intending to shake him off and send him to the ground before he could deliver more punches.

Should the attack work he’d turn to face whatever patch of grass the boy landed in.

Sora was stupid, really stupid. He just challenged a Hyuuga to a match and went in for close Taijutsu, but could you blame him? He didn't really know any great Taijutsu. He shook Sora loose as he was a wild animal latching onto food.

His skull connected to the ground before his body did and he groaned, Komon was way stronger than him, he was Chuunin after all, but he wouldn't give up until he couldn't move anymore. Five Chakra Chains (two from the middle of his palm, the last three from his back) and all flew towards Komon.

Sora was pretty sure that Komon had never experienced one of these before so he'd be surprised at least allowing him to hit one hit, or so he hoped. One chain from his hand flew at his shoulder ready to lodge itself into place. The other one from his left hand went straight for his stomach. The other three from his back were just there for defense. [Speed: 50 | Sharpness: 80]

Contrary to Sora’s belief Komon has encountered the Uzumaki Chakra chains before, one of the gennin placed under his command by the raikage ‘Hitori Uzumaki’ wields the same kekkei genkai. And he had seen its effects on the body when rushing at the speeds this one was currently moving at. This was for all intents and purposes an attempted kill shot.

Komon wasn’t keen on the idea of dying and frankly was insulted that the gennin would attempt to use lethal force on him. Still he was moving at greater speeds than the chains and tilted his torso to dodge the first one coming towards his torso before using both hands to glide under the hook and catch the chain. This would leave him unfazed by both of the chains sent his way, and he would use his superior strength against the boy.

Pulling against the chains he’d once more lift the boy off of his feet before sending a precise strike to his stomach to knock the wind out of him. If this worked he’d give a scowl to the boy, before talking. “Don’t get up, or I’ll break your arm”

He didn’t want to be harsh with the kid, but sora also needed to learn what was appropriate in a friendly spar and what was not. And if he couldn’t tell Komon certainly didn’t think this was.

Eh... the look on his face had shown it wasn't a good idea to aim for fatal spots. It was a feint, of course, Komon was way stronger and faster than him and his jutsu, there was no way he was going to get hurt. Sora expected his shoulder to be cut, but he dodged the two in a graceful matter and then instantly grabbed hold of them and started to pull Sora towards him.

It wasn't even half a minute before a hard strike met his abdomen. His eyes popped out of his head and he fell to the ground coughing up a fit. Sora was pissed that he couldn't even get one good hit in or, and the fact that using his chakra chains wasn't a good idea. He wanted to try it for the first time, it's not like he had a dojutsu that wasn't meant to be fatal.

“Don’t get up, or I’ll break your arm," Komon said in a cold fury. Sora's heart clenched and he glared up at the higher ranked shinobi. Sora grinned slightly, "Try me." He'd respond. Using push himself up in a flying kick, better known as Dynamic Entry. The two were at a close range, so he hoped that it would connect. [Strength: 20 | Speed: 40 ]. Whether he broke his arm, he'd apologize for trying to fatally hurt him (even if he hadn't really tried) and learn from his mistakes. He'd still be happy with his performance today.

Komon suddenly came to a very sudden realization. He had been in this exact predicament before, but previously on the receiving end. In his final preliminary chuunin exam he had gone toe to toe with youka and the man had told him that if he tried to pass his exam, both his arms would be broken. Komon responded in pretty much the same manner as sora was now, and had received two dislocated arms as a consequence. At the time he had seen it as an almost unfair punishment. But it had also made him train harder, not wanting to be in the same position again.

He could only hope sora would learn the same lesson.

SNAP

Could be heard as two of Komons fingers crushed into the boys leg. He had promised an arm but the boy had sent a kick so he figured it would suffice. Should the attack land Sora’s leg would be broken and Komon would carry him to the hospital, as he knew that the boy was only trying to prove himself, and had probably gotten too caught up in that to realize that Komon had not been joking when he had insisted he not attack. He wouldn’t leave a gennin with a broken leg without help.

Pain. Nothing but the hot blistering pain was received by the boy. His eyes widened, his leg bent at unregular length, and the scream that escaped his mouth was nothing but anguish. Sora wasn't stupid, I mean he was, but he wasn't stupid. He understood things most things but never applied that sometimes, and overall he was really brash, his late move had shown that. He knew Komon wasn't joking, but he never imagined how pain it would've been, but know he knew.

"FUCK! DAMN IT!" Sora screamed as he landed on his back holding his unnaturally bent leg. Tears ran down his face, meeting at his chin at hitting the ground. Now he (kind of) knew what Iesada had felt like when the kunai entered his thigh.

Even after all of this happened, he wasn't mad, Komon told him what he was going to do, and he had still done it, he had claimed he wouldn't give up until it was over. While now it was over. Sora just screamed incoherent stuff for a minute before his head met the grass and he passed out from the pain. Komon's face was the last thing he saw, he couldn't tell what emotion it had been.
