Beauty & the Beast

Love had been reading in the Sunagakure library when she came across a book detailing a race of summoning bears. They were said to live in the mountains not fair from the village. She was instantly excited and memorized the vague map and detail of their resting area. She knew that this journey would be long and boring if she did it alone so she went to her go to guy for this sort of thing. Orokana, luckily they were both still in suna right now and she knew that he wouldn't have anything better to do. Rushing over to his temporary suna home she would knock on the door and wait for an answer. If there was none she would pick the lock, if he even bothered to lock this door, and go inside. She didn't expect to find him sleeping since this place was so much more sunnier than konoha but if he wasn't in plain sight she'd check under the bed. 

If he wasn't under the bed she'd look in the closet. Yes the closet, Oro is an odd character and she didn't put it past him. It would also be a pain to have to try to find him in an unfamiliar town. Should he be in plain sight though, Love would jump on the bed to wake him. Due to her small frame it, sadly, would not be enough force to knock him on to the floor.

Mission:

oro was sleeping on his bed, door locked, with a book on his face blocking the sun light and as many fans as he could find on cooling the air. the book on his head was his on leather note book. filling the room with a light smell of ink. the night before he had started to re write the book with chakra infused ink. his plan was for it to only be able to read if oro wanted it to be read, just in case he lost the book he didnt want someone to read it. it was an important item for oro. but what he did failed, but he noticed something happened he just didnt know what. which made him sad. very sad. but he would try to figure it out, he figured he could just test it, since his skills are with genjutsu he thinks he might have messed up and made the book into a type of genjutsu, it was a long night for oro and he was tired so it could happen, though oro doesnt make too many mistakes like this when he is tired. so he had no idea if it was just him or if he just was an idiot. but as love would walk in the room he wouldnt have notice her because of her small amout of chakra she had, though if she had chakra senory she could just sense him anywhere. since his chakra was strong and he didnt feel many people with as strong of a chakra as him.

Love's plop on the bed didn't wake the sleeping male but it did cause the book on his face to slide down. With the sun now shining in his eyes Love would make it even harder for him to sleep by turning off each fan one by one. The room would begin to swelter with each passing second, although Love wouldn't be as bothered by it as her poor pale friend would be. He could pretend to be sleep for as long as he wanted but Love knew that he'd need water eventually, and eventually would come sooner than it sounds. Once the male opened his eyes Love would flash a quick smile before speaking. "We're going exploring today!" Love would tell him. Regardless of his response the young red head would pester the gloomy older male until he was up and at 'em. She would then explain that they were going to look for bears. "There's not a minute to be wasted!" As crazy as it sounds to find bears in the desert she had done her research and once they found the cave she could prove that she wasn't crazy or naive. Of course they would have to stock up on water and snacks before leaving, as this would be a long and tiring journey.

Although the child in Love wanted to pick up some honey in case they came across a sweet bear that could be easily bribed. The girl would be figuratively dragging him all the way to the market. She was sure the combination of heat, sun, and people would keep him from falling asleep, but she would keep him on a tight leash just in case he tried to make a run for it.

he sighed loudly and annoyed. he sat up and looked at love as she moved the book. he looked at her as she talked. then grabbed a fresh shirt and up it on. he sat up and went to the bathroom as he started to brush his teeth. still ignoring the woman. then when he finished he looked at her. "where does all this energy come from?" at times it was scary. why does he need to this. entertaining this girl. "you know im not your toy or servant right?" this was why he hated life so much. so many things that wanted to test him. he walked to his bed and grabbed his book and some other random things. he needed a vacation. then he looked at her. every time he looked at her all he could remember is that times they kissed. he thought it was up to 3. why... did she like him? he wouldnt see why. he wasnt a very good boy friend material he thought. plus he was older then her. if he could pick he would pick someone a bit more his age if not older then him by a year. though beggars cant be choosers. he though how she would look in a dress. she was more of a tom boy then a girl. he wouldnt know if she would look good or not in one and- why was he thinking about this? he was getting sick wasnt he. he needed to start eating more greens.

"The better question is, why don't you ever have any energy?" She replied ignoring his second comment about not being a toy. She waited for him to get his things before walking out of the room behind him. The duo would be in the town market in no time, Love would grab a few bags of chips and some energy bars and of course the honey. She would stash them in the sack on her back that was hidden by her hair. "We just need some water and we're good to go." She told the male as she led them to the well to fill up a canteen she also had in her sack. Once there she lowered a bucket and brought it back up filled with water and dipped her canteen into it waiting for it to fill before turn to Oro. "Ready?" She would ask, glowing with excitement. And the pair would trek up the mountain once the latter was ready.

oro followed the girl and got some water and a small bottle of sake, she wouldnt have noticed him buying it. he needed a drink to not get tired from this girl. "so why the honey, are we going to go on a picnic or?" he asked wanting to know why she was excited. this wasnt some plan for her to annoy him he hoped. and before they left oro grabbed a cloak. to help hide his body from the light. then remembered an idea he had and smiled. "im ready when you are my queen." he said mockingly. he had an idea to infuse the cloak in some genjutsu as they walked. nothing better to do. but he would wait later for that. as loved talked some more he took out his book and started to make more notes. with the chakra infused ink he made. writing down his idea for a genjutsu. "oh and love, i found out something interesting. i have a dojutsu that lets me know when ever i am in a gen. and i need to test it out with an idea so can we make this quick? i need to work on it right away." he figured she wouldnt care that much bit she had her own powers. though he figured that he could use his eyes to play some games with other genjutsu users, like yen, though he needed to know how much power he had in his eyes. though it would be useless against anyone that doesnt use genjutsu, if he didnt test things out right, he had an idea or two to make sure he could still mess with people with his eyes.

Love was about to answer his inquisition about the honey when the name he called her cause her to hesitate. She turned away from him, placing the canteen in her weapon pouch. "Don't worry about it." When she looked back he had taken out his notebook and had began writing, then spoke. "Sure thing copycat." She would reply and possible confuse the boy if he didn't know about the byakugan's abilities. Without another word Love and the male would begin their journey to the mountains, stopping occasionally to take shelter and hydrate. They would reach and enter a cave that lead to the bears nesting ground in about one hour. Reaching the other side of this cave it would be as if they were transported to another world. It was all green with a sparkling stream, the air was the perfect temperate with a gentle refreshing breeze. The trees were tall and perfectly spaced causing weird patterns on the soft, fluffy grass. It was like a tropical paradise, although the first thing Love noticed after admiring the scenery was that there wasn't a soul in sight.

Could they have sensed us coming? It's very logical and the book she read didn't say anything about hospitable they were. "This is so awesome!" She would say turning to Oro to see his expression, if he was even impressed. "I don't know how huge this place is do you want to split up and look for the bears?"

oro saw the cave and sighed. and rubbed his head. he would nod slowly and use body flicker to get away from love fast. then started to walk away. there was no reason to follow her in a cave, she would be better off then him if he was honest.
