A migrain of a travel topic

Leaving the country after such a long interview left Kenji drained, rather irritatingly he found that he'd managed to just miss the boat forcing him to rush along the shore after it and leap across the water onto the boat, grazing his hand on a tree branch as he did so before landing on the boat. "Well, that was unpleasant..." He said aloud going over to a shocked crew member to explain the situation.

Upon finally finishing explaining the situation to the rather shocked crew member Kenji sat down by the railing and closed his eyes. To those around him it would look simply like he was sleeping, but unbeknownst to them Kenji was attempting to try his hand at meditation, you see Kenji had met a man on his last trip who had shown him a new form of meditation that he'd learned from monks in the fire country... maybe that was why Kenji felt the need to go to that country. Regardless Kenji had according to the man shown a natural proficiency with the method, taking to it like a fish to water; and so Kenji continued his practice with the meditation, focusing on all of his body, from the feet traveling up his legs and to his body where he still felt the subtle echo of pain from the searing seals he had placed there, Kenji acknowledged the pain before continuing up his body to his torso before focusing on his shoulders, the pain of another seal echoed there, it wasn't too painful, but again Kenji knew why it was there and accepted its presence as part of him before moving on down his arms and to his han... oh that was odd.

There was another echo of pain there, at first Kenji thought it might have been from the cut he received earlier, but that was on his other hand, the wound already healed over from the medical chakra he'd been absent-mindedly focussing there. Opening his eyes and examining the spot Kenji found nothing to explain the pain that he was feeling... could he have forgotten a seal that he placed there... no that couldn't be possible, after all it wasn't like his body was covered in hundreds of seals, he knew each and everyone intimately and so curious about the entire thing Kenji placed his hand on the spot, ready to apply what he had so recently displayed his prowess within the recent interview, releasing his chakra into the section of skin Kenji found traces of a seal there, his seal, burnt into the flesh under the skin. Concentrating more of his chakra there, he employed both his medical and funjutsu skills to break the seal, curious as to what it could.... be 'Oh my god! THAT FUCKING ASSHOLE WHAT DOES HE THINK HE'S DOING GETTING RID OF ME LIKE THAT?' Ren thought to himself, his original memories that had been sealed by the Memory Re-writing seal coming flowing back. Grumbling to himself as it became clear that the Mizukage had decided to try and use Ren as some pawn in a game and not even deign to tell him about it...

Sitting on the boat Ren rubbed his head deciding to go have a nap, the rush of information and memories in his head all colliding together to make a mess of things and give him a blearing headache.
