Running through the woods, lost once more. Ah, it seemed that the time of Christmas had come, and visiting relatives and significants, and all the things that would suck up time and precious time. Kasai was on rather a tight schedule, and had to move very quickly in order to escape this strange jungle. His friend, Tatsuya, had gotten quite a fair head start on him, and was likely already in the village to which he was headed. However, Kasai was faster, and now, it would not take very long to arrive.
No, not long at all it seemed, perhaps fourth eight hours at the most. Kasai would be there soon.
It would be strange though, returning back to the land which he had once came from. It was like going home. No, in fact, it was exactly that. It was going home.
Oh the rambling that had to occur in order to leave. It was quite disappointing, and especially in this cold time of the outside world being a holiday season. But, some things had to be done.
Being half done with his exit, more rambling seemed to be in order. So, it was time to recite the reasons he was leaving.
Having successfully secured his summon in the rather short training in the jungle, there was no longer a reason for him to stay. His friend had already left, and Kasai too had to go. After all, he was the one with more information. He had watched their friend die at the hands of this group, and both of them had survived brutal training, with more pain than he expected to endure for years to come. And now, now he had to move on, and warn the leader if he did not already know. They had to beg for pardon, and try to redeem themselves.
Yes, it was time to move on, on to the village hidden in the leaves. Back to home.
So, having mashed out a lot of words, and preparing himself, Kasai made to leave, following his friend back to where they had once known. Back to the village.
Taking off at full speed, Kasai ran, his clothes fluttering in the wind, standing out clearly, the bright and vibrant reds and yellows against the dark green of the foliage around him. It was like a flame of fire was surging through the dark lush surrounding. In fact, that is indeed exactly what it was.
