Backstory: After working tirelessly learning how to better wield his new ability, Kirigo came to the conclusion that the best way to learn how to control Blood Release would be to slowly infuse his blood chakra into his water chakra as he practiced his techniques. He would begin every day and start with 5% blood 5% water until he had completely reversed the mixture.It wasnt long before he was able to wield his Blood Release as effortlessy as his water.
Effect: Allows user to use Blood Release instead of Water Release when using techniques.
