A small bird, a flamingo to be exact would have flown past the gate guards after briefly checking in with them and then heading directly towards the Raikage's tower. Once there he would go to the secretary desk and quickly begin speaking. His half inch tall height making it hard for the secretary to notice him at first. "Please tell whoever is in, the Raikage or the MakuKage, that Jounin Kobayashi Senshi sends this report. It is of utmost importance to village security that they see it immediately."

The little bird poofed into smoke disappearing and dropping the rather slim scroll it had been carrying. Once in the hands of the Kage, whichever it may be it would open reading the following message:

Raikage-sama or MakuKage-sama, during a patrol of the north Easter regions, along the border, myself and Chuunin Hyuuga Komon encountered an S rank level beast. We moved to engage and eliminate the threat to the Land of Lightning immediately, in so doing I came to the realization that the beast we were fighting was in fact one of the legendary bijuu, the three tailed turtle. 

We have successfully subdued, and beaten the creature and are bringing it back to the village to be seals post haste. If a willing candidate and someone with the fuin knowledge to seal such a beast could be on stand by when we arrive, we believe we can add to Kumos military might with this capture.

The report was opened by neither of the people it was addressed to. Instead it was Akuoy who read the brief letter. Knowing exactly what a tailed beast could do if left on its own, the Raikage's clone would send out several messages of his own, alerting both Youka and Maku of the situation.

Another beast in Kumogakure - who would have thought.
