Re: Team Winter 2 Electric Boogaloo

Miyamoto watched as the carnage spread across the battlefield. Just what in the hell were they possibly facing, he was told it was a giant...but he did not expect this, as they grouped up for an attack just as Geni arrived the monstrosity attacked, sending them flying with some sort of attack that caused it to hurl boulders. On his back he would look around, seeing many of the shinobi already dead or knocked out, and as some stood he noticed Ayato was one of them, even with a large wound in his chest. As the giant came out of hiding and attacked the Giant he noticed his teacher, Kyousuke Snow begin to change form...it was not the first time he had seen it, but still it caught him off guard. As Ayato roared out with his telepathy seal he knew what had to be done. He activated his Temple of Hephaestus technique, changing almost instantaneously. Following his friend they would watch as the dragon fell, moving to intercept the giant and try to stop it or confuse it long enough for their teacher to get a kill. However as they grew within five meters of the giant it launched another attack after felling the dragon. "SHIT! EVERYONE EVADE!" HE yelled out at the top of his lungs as he would use his speed to dodge the volley to get under the creature, thinking it was the best place to be. Meanwhile thinking back to Ayato “Don’t die on me yet fucker...you still owe me.”

It was everywhere, signs of death. Blood splattered, the sounds of people weeping for their missing or dismembered loved ones, loud crashes and bursts. The noise, sights, and smells were almost too much, but he had to remember he had been through this before and people were looking to him to be in control. If he showed weakness then they would respond poorly. It wasn’t until Miyamoto said sensei that Kyousuke finally moved his large form moving away from the civilians behind him. One of whom tried to hold onto the man for protection, but was merely dragged by the man’s inhuman strength.
“I have to stop that beast. I’m going to fight it.” The spikes on the man’s body would recede before a pair of wings erupted from the man’s back. Of, course he had not forgotten about Ayato he needed immediate medical attention that he could not provide. If there was any chance of saving him he would have to be taken there now. However, there was no time for that. Tears would fill the ninja’s face. He was torn between saving his student or a bunch of people he barely knew. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I am so sorry.” He would say looking at the boy taking a small jump into the sky before flapping his wings once and getting one last look at not only his student, but friend.
It seemed that Ayato was going to give him one last piece of advice before he left. The giant wasn’t acting at random and it was distracted. Ayato had chosen the life of others above his own. Something that the ninja could not be prouder of, but right now the situation was dire and needed to be resolved swiftly. “Gate of Limit open!” He would yell before flying quickly toward the giant.
As he neared the giant the creature launched more boulders. The man would destroy as many as he could. He needed to reach the thing to take it down at this point. With all of his strength he would hit or slice through boulders.
It seemed the giant and dragon were in the middle of a fight making right now the best time to strike. It had sunken its claws into the neck of the dragon and then stuck its fingers into the eye sockets of the winged lizard. Its shriek spurted the ninja to move quicker. As the giant went to deliver a punch through the dragon’s mouth Kyousuke got to its stomach and created a blade at the end of his fist. He would then deliver a quick and decisive blow to the gut of the giant. (Power 175, Speed 195 for punch and Sharpness 237. Speed 195 for protrusion blade 6in. thick and 5ft. long.)
If the sucker punch was successful it would knock the wind out of the creature and leave it only to gasp for breath. At which time, the dragon would hopefully poof back to its dimension safely. With his protrusion stuck inside of the creature’s belly Kyousuke would rip the blade out of the creature releasing its guts onto the ground below. As its knees buckled and the head approached Kyousuke he would create a blade on his other hand and put both through the eyes of the creature hopefully killing it in the process. (Sharpness 223, speed 170)

Miyamoto did as he was told, charging full speed ahead towards the Giant, using the technique that Ayato had seen a dozen times already, Temple of Hephestus it was called. This Bloodline technique was unique to Miyamoto and manifested around the body like a thin layer of armor. It was quite durable and gave the user a boost in strength, evident from how Ayato's shoulder was dislocated when he blocked one of the younger shinobi punches during their spar. Yet it did not burn, evident it had still room to improve - Miyamoto apparently had not figured out the how just yet.
Ayato's observation emerged from the skin, instead of a blob of lava chakra from the mouth (like it usually happened with elemental releases) that would form up later on the shinobi' frame; it suggested another intermediate, very likely the users sweat glands. In turn, trying to increase their temperature might do the trick...but why did all this matter in such a grim situation. Well, it did. Miyamoto, despite his brilliance in battle, tended to neglect thinking in favor of brawling.
Same as now, instead of keeping a clear mind, and using the Shuriken Shadow Clone with a smoke bomb from the same distance to blind the giant, the hotheaded Terumi got too close. In contrast, by then, the Titan would not only have recovered entirely from the battle with the dragon but at the same time have all the time in the world to tend to the Chuunin, which it did. With a swing of a long 50 feet (15 meters) hairy limb, a shower of a hundred stones was thrown at Miyamoto, aiming to end his life.
In response, Terumi aimed to leap in below the titan, but beasts are used to fighting men, while the opposite cannot be said. Having more than enough to react to it (160 RT), the beast shifted its weight to the left side of its lower body, and with an explosive twist, it brought forward and towards the leaping shinobi a low uppercut that grazed the earth.
The technique in shinobi terms was known as Arhat Fist Gangeki, boosting the force of the blow (25), but right now, it would scale beyond that (+50) due to the beast's pre-existing power (100+50=150 STR|100 SP). Coupled with the beast's massive size and arm range...well, destructive would be a light term, to put it. Provided it smashed against Miyamoto's frame, break his armor and bones and send him flying in the sky like a lifeless ragdoll.
Ayato never de-activated his Byakugan, however. Despite his miserable state, lying on the ground with a piece of wood stabbed on his chest - that would make him a little more useful than Doug from the Hangover trilogy - seeing with his peripheral vision a massive uppercut ready to break what was left of his friend the activation of the Telepathy seal was imminent.
Miya, substitution then hiding like a mole. Thankfully, this message would be sent to Miyamoto in a split second due to the telepathy seal, alerting him immediately of the danger that he failed to sense in time. Provided that Miyamoto acted according to Ayato's direction, he should be safe underneath the earth near where the Giant was standing. Even though it seemed insignificant, this action would put the seeds in the second phase of the new battle plan that Ayato had thought of. But more on that later.
- Now to Kyousuke,
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I am so sorry.” The brute tearfully said in an apologetic tone before taking off.
What are you apologizing for, sensei? Regardless of the popular expression, a shinobi's mind is not defined by how he lives but rather by how he dies. The way the strongest shinobi in the village had played it in his he was to hurry, leave Ayato behind and execute an attack when the giant and the dragon were still fighting, which would be pretty early in the timeline. Ayato's plan, which suggested Kyousuke not moving linearly but instead to close in from the side, outside the range of the rock volley that could potentially harm him, was not taken into account by his sensei, it seemed.
Kyousuke had placed himself somewhere between Ayato giving him advice and a rock shower coming his way, both of these sequences occurring after the beast battle is over. (In more detail, Ayato's plan is roughly the same as the beast battle ends, and the rock shower is launched when Miyamoto is 5 meters away from the giant.)
Prioritizing to save others over obliterating an enemy perhaps is what every leader should aspire to do. Kyousuke was one such individual, and Ayato admired him for that reason. This was something he himself could never do; being a pragmatist, the Hyuuga was a firm believer that to gain something, you must sacrifice something else in return. Be that as it may, Kyousuke did not seem to realize he possessed such endowment; the burden he carried with him in his heart since before his shinobi days was always there, tormenting him and putting him at a constant disadvantage, Ayato could tell.
Holding onto the unmoving lizard from the neck, the beast's four eyes followed the flying monstrosity that came towards its way. The fools that came before him but from the ground - like human being usually do - trying to close the distance had vaporized from sight, after taking head on his rock volley that was now heading towards that red-headed who, after a series of unsightly transformations, had somehow managed to look uglier than the Titan. Few people knew this was Lord Snow's usual thing, as in him sprouting angelic wings that would tear apart any clothes and armor he wore and then would proceed to fly naked at high speeds. Yes, unsightly would be a good word.
Without sweating the details, Kyousuke successfully broke or dodged as many boulders from the 100 thrown at him as he could. Perhaps some boulders lost on the way, no matter the beast scooped another one. The moment Kyousuke got past that, and before the shinobi could launch any attack, the four-eyed titan’s shoulder began to twist, but it was not his free hand that moved, nor was it a rock volley that would be coming towards Kyousuke this time.
At the end of the Titan's 50 (15 meters) feet, long arm, the Nameless one – as if it weighed nothing - was swung like a flail in a vertical motion. The 30 (9 meters) feet lizard’s scaled tail would slam against Kyousuke, who by all accounts would be in the path of the swing and not flying fast enough to dodge. This would not the end of it, as a volley of a hundred stones would follow from a much more favorable range and Kyousuke off balance.

Miyamoto heard the voice in his head...his friend giving him a warning before the oncoming attack. There was not much time so Miyamoto quickly performed the substitution technique before hiding like a mole to dive underground at the last moment. He was worried for his comrades but, he hoped that the plan that was put in place had everyone safe. He went to the maximum depth before waiting for what happened next.

Doubtless, someone more charismatic or fearful would better-rallying shinobi forces and bellowing orders to superior than Ayato did. Your hero had a plan for how this was supposed to go down, but the giant had a plan of its own. And it moved faster. It was too small a threat to attack a village such as Hoshigakure, so its objective was to reach for those who did not have the ability to protect themselves. Unfortunately, the situation our protectors caught into demanded they prioritized the life of citizens, and this was the trap Team Winter was caught in.
The Byakugan was said to perceive everything, but it took a moment to adjust to the murkiness; after that, he glanced toward the glass panes of a broken window to the right. The haunted white eyes and dark circles underneath them made the long, drawn-in face almost unrecognizable. The fallen shinobi waved his hand, and the person waved back. “Good.” Ayato sighed, “Somehow, I'm still alive.” Thoughts of a craven. With abundant devastation all around him, it felt like he was being cornered and trapped, with nowhere to go - almost making death seem like a relief. For this was a hopeless situation, and there was little they could do against such a threat.
Without a doubt, Kyousuke would have capable of finishing the beast alone since he was probably one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, shinobi within the village. But a shinobi of that caliber ought to have learned always set his priorities straight; either preserve human life or annihilate a threat asap. It can only be one or the other - even if the life in question is that of someone close to you- for attempting to do both give the enemy the upper hand.
But man is a creature who aims towards the skies even if he cannot fly, and Kyousuke’s headstrong wish to save Geni and her dragon led him to charge straight through the titan’s rock volley. In truth, Ayato Hyuuga had never seen anything so heroic...or half so stupid. This made Miyamoto’s frontal assault amount to nothing, and amidst Kyousuke’s cool maneuvers, the dragon's tail used as a flail by the giant had smacked the red-haired Jounin throwing him out of balance and open for the rock volley to tear him apart.
One of the smaller rocks had hit him in the midsection, blowing a hole through his stomach and nearly snapping his big frame in two like a broomstick. The fallen Jounin was landed flat on his back with an empty glance towards the sky...his lower body hidden by a massive boulder that pinned him in place and presumably had crushed his spine. Blood was oozing on the brown-green grassy plains, now painting them in a new color, that of bright red. [Kyousuke = 90 Health| "Rock Shower" =150 Impact Force]
A few meters away from their teacher, on the same grass field, was Miyamoto Terumi, Chuunin of Hoshi, member of Team Winter, and the closest thing Ayato had to a friend. The dark lava armor he was so proud of had been shattered to pieces, his legs and arms bent grotesquely as if he were a ragdoll made of hay. The way his index fingers of his right hand were interlocked together suggested that he had tried to use the substitution jutsu - per request. Apparently, he was not fast enough to cast it in time, and thus, the giant landed the hit after all. [Miyamoto 95 SP for hand seals/ NPC punch 100 SP|150 Power]
Genevieve Oasis, who had been defeated early in the battle, was nowhere to be seen. Beaten and broken, her summoning companion, the fearsome dragon that had once made Ayato shake in terror during their battle in the Chuunin Exam, now looked something less than the shadow of a snake.
“Ayato, who do you want to be growing up?”
He tried to curse aloud, but he was short on breath, and the words wouldn’t come out. For Ayato Hyuuga, it wasn’t the enemy that had defeated him or the piece of broken wood punched in his stomach, but fear. Fear for his life, fear of being judged by others, fear of becoming a spectacle, and fear of being unable to accomplish one’s dream.
They might not have been able to meet the same ideals - him and Kyousuke Snow - but there was no doubt, the red-haired senseι had quite the influence on Ayato as a shinobi. The rookie Chuunin might not have comprehended it as of yet. Still, besides the physical and training expertise that he had learned, there was also something else within that demeanor of his, and with that print, Kyousuke Snow left on him. For Ayato, he needed more of a reason to keep on fighting than to save the day. The shinobi had angst over his inability to save someone in the past, driving him to protect everyone else he can...even if it meant risking his own life in return.
“Ayato, who do you want to be growing up?”
The Byakugan was said to perceive anything, and pragmatist’s assumption was simple, as long as the beast was distracted with Kyousuke and Miyamoto, the last remaining fighter, and could freely flicker without having to worry about being hit midway by the rock shower. He had to make a decision: go in fast or lay down. Without the benefit of time and planning, Ayato was forced to improvise, deciding to strike now, for better or worse.
The world vanished in a red roar of pain. When he came back to it, he was standing on his feet, albeit barely. One clumsy step forward and then another, his ears felt as if they were stuffed with cotton, and the only sound in the world was that of his heartbeat pounding like a drum -Lub dub, lub dub, lub dub, dub. For a moment, he felt nothing, save for the taste of blood in his mouth. The fingers of his hands interlocked together for the first time today to create a sole hand seal. The superlative focus of energy -commonly known as a booster- manifested in the form of electricity around his eyes.
The raven-haired Hyuuga disappeared in a gust of wind, re-appearing in the epicenter of the battle. [300 SP] The beast's reaction was faster than it had any right to be, and there was a sudden clash, blue in black and a muffled scream that shook the ground. The next moment a lion-shaped chakra entity around the Chuunin was opposing a rough gigantic fist. The Gentle Step: Twin Lion Fists, Ayato figured he would not be able to stop it with anything but his ultimate technique.[ Jutsu Health = 140| NPC STR = 150 (160 to break through)].
The Hyuuga span to the left, and with nothing to oppose the giant’s fist, it was planted on the ground. Looking at it up close from those dull white eyes, it appeared that its wrists were as thick as tree trunks. Sadly for the villain, this particular Hyuuga had destroyed more than a few of those when he trained his gentle fist techniques. Ayato aimed, paused, and whacked the Giant’s wrist with his chakra engulfed fist. The villainous titan screamed in pain as its tendons shattered and drew the entire limb back.[Jutsu Power = 165 | NPC Health = 100]
The four eyes found their target, and the free palm was shot towards the Hyuuga. "The moment it lands a hit, it's over. ” Ayato knew, he would be turned paste, or grabbed hen crashed within a fist and tossed away like a broken toy. The Chuunin extended the palm of his own hand in response, and an air projectile took flight upward - It almost tore off his sleeve, the soft rasp of material ripping - The first projectile did land on that atrocity the enemy had for a face. So did the second and the third, each with a crunch, blasting half its fangs to the ground. [JP = 125]
The Chuunin would have lied if he said that he hadn’t wished for the skull breaking. But the persistent giant was coming at him again, blood dripping from its jaws, so there was no time to lament. “Aoooooooooooooooo.” It screamed as it crushed a boulder in its hand - that Ayato hadn’t seen the beast picking. Even the defensive properties of his S-rank technique would not protect from the determined wide-scaled assault that was coming. “Shit.” Ayato managed to murmur as the volley of rocks rained down at him, spraying blood and vaporizing him from sight.
The giant’s wormy lips formed into what appeared to be the ugliest smile in the history of men and demons. The huge gap between its yellow fangs and blood dripping from the corner of its mouth - courtesy of Ayato’s latest attack - made the scenery even more grotesque. Only in the aftermath of the attack, where the scattered remains of Ayato Hyuuga were nowhere to be seen, the giant had realized something was amiss. After all, Genjutsu techniques of low caliber could only do that much as far as damage immersion was concerned. [Ayato SP =160 | NPC RT = 160]
“This was never about two brutes beating each other with a club.” Before running its course, demonic Illusion False Surroundings had fooled the opponent into thinking the battle was over with that last attack while allowing Ayato to slip undetected and climb the massive hairy back of the former. A blow landed on the nape of the giant’s neck, causing an explosion of azure color, bringing the hairy monster down to its knees and immediately after its head hit the ground.
It felt as if it took a lifetime for the dust to kick up from the giant’s fall to settle. The Gentle Step: Twin Lion Fists had left a massive hole at the point of impact, blowing most of the beast’s neck away and leaving its head hanging to the body by a few loose muscle fibers. Ayato’s shadowy figure slowly emerged from the smoke, ribbons of mist swirling behind him as he made his towards his teammates' unconscious bodies. All of them somehow still alive - he could make out their chakra circuits with his Byakugan, the all-seeing eye.
"Sensei..."The young Hyuuga let out with an insolent tone as he looked down at the figure of Kyousuke Snow with his curiously pale eyes, almost without color, highlighted from the blood of the beast sprayed across his face. “They say, losing a friend is more painful than losing a limb...”The rookie Chuunin looked nearly inhuman, nothing like the person his teammates thought they knew, nothing like the person he thought he knew.
“That’s a fucking lie. ” He threatened to throw a faint smile at his own jape, had the situation not be so dire he might actually have. Ayato stood there as he watched help approaching the horizon. The left dominant arm of his, amputated below the elbow, was there for the world to see—the loose threads of skin blackened by dirt, dripping thick black blood on the ground.
The Byakugan was said to perceive everything, but it took a moment to adjust to the murkiness; after that, he glanced toward the glass panes of a broken window to the right. The haunted white eyes and dark circles underneath them made the long, drawn-in face almost unrecognizable.

Crushing boulder after boulder that was simple, as Kyousuke cut through the volley like butter. However as he went through one rock he did not expect that the giant had earned a new weapon in the form of Geni’s dragon. That was unexpected, perhaps the giant was more intelligent than Kyousuke gave it credit for. As the dragon club sent the winged man hurtling to the ground a rock managed to land on top of him. A few gashes on Kyousuke’s body were made but he was relatively unharmed. As the inner gates helped stave off a majority of the impact. The boulder lay on top of his legs, but it wasn’t large enough to crush a man that could lift whales before any enhancements.
Kyousuke moved his knees, to push the boulder, but at this time he was distracted by Ayato’s resolve. The chuunin rushed forward with hand chakra things and pummeled the monster into the ground. Before Ayato turned around Kyousuke would end gates and advanced sage transformation, returning his body to its usual color.
When Ayato approached Kyousuke would lightly push the boulder off of himself revealing that he was rather unharmed compared to Miyamoto and Ayato. He would then jump to his role as a medic. “I’m going to stop the bleeding on your arm for now, later I’ll grow you a new one.” The ninja would pull the bandages out of his medic bag and just pull the cloth to cut it cleanly, his insane strength making this possible. He didn't tell Ayato about the weeks of physical therapy that came with the new arm to make sure it functioned.
With that done the man would run over to Miyamoto. Making a modified ox seal and tiger the Queensguards hands would glow blue. Waving the aura over Miyamoto the bones would begin to right themselves and any cuts would begin to heal. He didn't fully heal the ninja to save his energy in case others needed his help. The rest could be finished at the hospital. “I need everyone to start to sort the wounded, for those barely injured start to move those who are too injured to one area for when help arrives. I have bandages and scissors in my back left pouch, use them it should immediately stop the bleeding. Check for tension pneumothorax if their breathing seems uneven use one of the needles and puncture their lung on the uneven side between their second and third intercostal space on the ribs.”
One man approached cautiously, he was one of the civilians that stood behind Kyousuke during one of the rock volleys, he took the bandages, scissors, and needles and went to work telling others that were uninjured what to do. As help arrived from outside the area, it was easy to figure out what needed done. The dead would be the last to leave there was no helping them anymore. The first to leave would be the critically wounded.
Kyousuke would search for the last and missing member of team Snow. He could sense her chakra which is how he knew she was alive, it came from the direction of a pile of debris. As he neared he could even hear the girl's heartbeat. Turning his hands into shovels he would begin to scoop the rock out of the way until the girl was finally revealed. Genevieve was unconscious, but alive. Blood slowly coming from her head where a rock hit her. A few steel beams had prevented her from being crushed it was a miracle to say the least. Picking her up he would use the basic medical jutsu to heal the wound on her head, she remained unconscious however. Until he got her to the hospital he wouldn't know the full extent of everyone's injuries.
“I’m glad you guys are alive.” He would say walking to his team Geni in his arms and looking at Ayato’s arm. “Let's get to the hospital, so I can make a new arm for you and perform the necessary surgery.” It would seem that not many others were that lucky. Most had died, some of the slightly luckier ones would be missing limbs. Kyousuke already knew what the headline for tomorrow's paper would be civilians killed while ninja remain alive.

His actions were in vain, the giant intercepted him before he could even hope or try to put his plan into action as he was launched away into an area filled with the destruction the giant had caused. It angered him, and the pain was too much to keep him from being quiet, but he would never let his enemy know he was broken, his whimpers soon turned shallow as he fought to keep conscious.
"Not like this, I refuse to die like this...I need more power..." He said to himself as a throbbing pain in his heart began to stab at him. It felt as if his heart was being strained worse than ever, was this death.
As he faded in between awake and knocked out he saw his friend still alive and fighting, his mentor doing the same. It filled him with pride to be on the same team as these two, but he was tired...was this truly the end for the young shinobi. However, his answer soon came in the form of Kyousuke coming to get him stable as he barked out orders to get the wounded back on their feet or to a hospital. His last image seared in his head of Ayato smacking that giant like a bitch.
Inside of his head, he was fighting with himself. He heard voices that he recognized as his own self-doubt and anger coming back to haunt him, they never fucking stopped it felt like he was being split into different people. He remembered the last time this happened and mentally wrestle with himself to keep himself in check. It was getting tiring though, and so the passive voice and Miyamoto's once tolerable happy laid back voice took a step as a more cynical and snide voice stepped up. Taking control as his personality started to shift then and there.
All this happened while he was unconscious, thus his team never found out about his issues and mental scars. One thing was certain however that would be revealed once Miyamoto had awoken from his stint inside the hospital... Miyamoto’s naive self died that day, buried in the rubble along with the civilians, the knights and all other shinobi. And thus the age of Miyamoto the Hero came to an end, it was time to embrace the true essence of the shinobi. The Iron Fortresses that enclosed his heart was at one time just to save his young life, it would soon begiving him relief.
Miyamoto is transported to a hospital where he is to recover.

Ayato’s white eyes colored like snow moved across the dirt, over a few small fires, and into the wary expression of the only other living person around. That feeling could swallow a man, could make him lose his sanity, could make him lash out at the nearest living being…which was Kyousuke...holding a porcelain doll of galaxy hair on those thick arms of his. "Genevieve Oasis," The Chuunin recognized a second later.
The boy ninja was alive too. Brave and loyal, the twelve-year-old had received treatment from their sensei for the heavy injuries he had sustained. I wish there were also a cure for the assholeness that defined Miyamoto Terumi. But perhaps the immense pain of having the bones of his body broken and the soreness of medical techniques sticking them back together would suffice. Then again, perhaps not.
The lives of Genevieve Oasis, Miyamoto Terumi, and their sensei Kyousuke Snow had been saved. And if truth be told, as the battle had progressed, this particular Chuunin had little faith that would be the outcome. It was his own efforts, though, his own victory against the giant that allowed that. Ayato Hyuuga had lived up to the essence of a true shinobi; someone swore to protect his village and its people. Even if the said people do not love him, little did that matter, a true shinobi...no, a true hero is someone who attempts to save others without seeking compensation, else he is no true shinobi. But he should not seek miracles either.
After the sun had started to set, a nectar curtain coaxed the earth, gave it turns to a purple-bluish hue of the night. Kyousuke's voice rang with a thunderous boom, ordering the reinforcements who had arrived a little too late to search for survivors. Searching needles in the haystack would be an understatement in this case, yet noble Kyousuke failed to see.
A restlessness was in him, a hunger for the dawn and the things this day would bring. "Scorn or glory, I will drink my fill of both tomorrow." Even though ethically, they should have prioritized preserving human life, there was no way possible - evident from how Kyousuke Snow nearly lost his own by doing so. The objective was to annihilate a Titan whose power was enough to destroy the entire village had it been allowed to live another day. Yes, choosing to save the majority is the logical thing to do, even if the minority has to die. This was the truth of battle. And for the shinobi among the dead, there was no more honorable way to go than during the hour of duty. “May their souls find peace in the afterlife.” He thought as he clenched his teeth so hard they could be heard down in Konoha.
The Hyuuga made a step forward, but the world around him was spinning. “Has to be the damage.” The Hyuuga had sustained several burns, bone fractures, perforated lungs, and other serious injuries. Looking down at the swollen faces of the dead, he recognized the kid that he had trained in the Academy and another whom he had a shuffle with for a reason he could not recall. “There are more...I was familiar with...” Faces with a different short story to tell in life were now part of the hundreds of nameless bodies limping on the ground, useless and heavy.
Kyousuke approached him, his lips moving in slow motion, but Ayato could barely understand the words. Something about the hospital and his arm. "That's right; I lost my arm, my good arm." He thought, feverish, there was a buzzing noise in his ears and a burning sensation in his elbow. He was losing consciousness; his last thoughts were of that childish dream of his.

So, I hate to do this because this is already such a great thread, but I think Miyamoto is only at 2375 WC. I need you to add annother 125 words before the mission can be completed, even with Ayato being one of the best writers on the site and writing 7112 words of prefection.
Also, Genevieve will also need to hit the 2.5k WC as well, (Basicly, the word count has to be evenly divieded amoungst everyone. You can go over, but it won't help others with their requirements. Sorry )

I can't keep solving other people problems on a ninja forum forever. Is it possible to scrap mission edit claims and make this count as CD/training topic idc so I can exit already?
