Akemi gets chuunin [Akemi Vs Haruki Vs Tenma]

Phew, it was the day. The time for him to shine. The day where he got chuunin, proving all them naysayers wrong. So, with his head held high and all his ninja equipment where they were specified on his Stat Page. He walked out of his front door, humming a little tune as he walked through the streets of Hoshi. He drew quite a few odd looks as he walked through, after all, he was normally the kid who snuck about or jumped out of his window as a means of leaving his apartment. Today, however, he had decided to take the scenic route today. Leaving out of his front door and actually walking like a normal person. Well, as normal as a 4'8 midget could walk.

Akemi's clothes? Well... They were normal, not a weird pair of clothes like he had donned in his dream the night prior. Seriously, did brains hate their carriers? Cause his brained seemed too. Giving him dreams of him wearing these weird-ass clothes and attend the fight in them. Dreams were strange, thank god he was actually wearing normal clothes today. Wait... Where were we again? Oh year, what Akemi was wearing today. He was wearing some beige cargo shorts, blue Shinobi-Sandals™ and a black t-shirt. Which was quite baggy. Oh yeah, and his shinobi gear stuff was where he wanted it. He didn't want any people vaguing him. After all, they lived in a world where drinking physics and clothe vaguing was a thing. He had to be very careful.

He soon arrived at the water gardens, sweating profusely in the intense heat. The air shimmered as he walked through the gardens, the heat was both nice, and yucky. The endless barrage of the heat was causing him to sweat... Quite a lot, enough to make parts of his T-Shirt stick to his skin. He drew quite a few odd stares, people laughing at him. A small kid, with a huge assortment of lethal weapons about his person, and he was sweating buckets? Who wouldn't laugh at that!

He soon arrived at the gates to the Arena, he took a deep breath in. Quickly checking over all his equipment, and also quickly wrapping his three explosive tags around three kunai handles. It didn't hurt to be prepared after all. He didn't expect to have to use them, heck, they could even cause some serious damage if used incorrectly. He hoped that he had enough skill to use them right, god only knew if he did.

As he walked through the gateway into the open arena, he heard the sound of an over-zealous voice speaking rather loudly. "LAAADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE HAVE OUR FIRST CONTESTER HERE! THE CUTEST 17-YEAR-OLD IN HOSHI! AKEMMMMIIII HIYUUUUUUU!" The crowd erupted into applause, a chorus of cheers and claps filled his ears. Akemi blushed heavily, all these people being here meant that if he screwed up, he would be in the spotlight of everyone. He looked up, fire in his eyes. He was going to do this! So, with newfound determination, Akemi took a lax stance. His hands in his pockets, his feet shuffled into a position so that he could take off at any given moment.

It was not yet his time  to go through the gate to enter the arena. When the big loud man screams his name, it was his turn to go through and present himself. Not too many tasks have been done for the village, but there was enough to deem him worthy of this chance. Now it was time for one more battle, another one to write in his journal when he got back to the inn. This time though, this battle was going to be against those who thought like him. They were ninja of Hoshi. This part of the exam was not going to be easy, as they were deemed the same level in strength as the Akari himself was. It hyped himself a small amount, but he was not going to go too far out. Not while this was not a fight to the death. Still however, holding back was only begging to die. As for what he could achieve with this, not just security, but strength as well. The missions will be far harder, but he would be able to gain much more as well. If there was any way that he could gain the strength to let what happened never happen again... Hey, this was just going to be a small little stepping stone.

His stats when he recorded them while training were definitely up to par with the authorties of the village, there was not much left for him to improve on. His gear was stupid simple as well. A pair of his Chakra Blades on his feet were what carried him through most of his battles with speed that nearly caused a few unfortunate crashes. They enhanced his strikes, and his balance while on them was perfected at this point since he took all of his time in life to be on them. His clothing was normal, a pair of white shorts and a green hoodie zipped up all the way. The hood was over his hed, though letting the tuft of his hair and below that reveal instead of trying to mask his entire face.

"SECOND TO ENTER THE ARENA, AN ADORABLE YET DEADLY TWELVE-YEAR OLD BOY! HARUKIIIIIIIIIII AKARIIIIIIIII!" The announcer screamed, impacting the audiences reaction as he would gently skate onto the scene. Not many of the people there knew him, but his cute factor and the intensity of the announcement was enough to get the people clapping, a few even cheering. There was not much to be expected of him right now, as he was still more or less new. But ever since he helped the village, he built nothing but a good name for himself. He would position himself about a third of a circle counterclockwise away from his opponent, as there was still one more listed entree to have arrive.

After the other two from across the arena entered, a third door arose, one hundred meters from each other door, as the other two entrances that the others used were one hundred meters apart from each other, a silent hush went over the crowd, as a man stood there, roughly six foot tall, dressed darkly, in the shadows of the entrance, they stared and waited.

With a chilling factor about him , and the cold calculating stare he gave, he stepped out, with much adieu about nothing kind of attitude about him. He did not care for a crowd, or the hobo of an announcer, musta been some local drunk trying to pay off his bar tab with this gig. No, the two on the other sides of the ring is what got his attention, they were no more then kids compared to him in age it would seem.

However he would not let their age and stature give him any false pretenses of an early victory, no, for this was his moment to show what he truly could bring to the table, as it was for these two, so he stood there, and waited, he knew these things usually had an official proctor to conduct these kind of events, so he stood just outside of the gate he had stepped out from behind, and waited.

His cloths now more apparent, he wore his normal black gi like outfit with pieces of black armor incorporated throughout, to bad it was no better then cardboard really , at least in the eyes of most ninja, but he had to make do with what he could scavange before he had became a shinobi, he kept these pieces however as a reminder of his humble origins, and how this started him down his current path.

OOC stuff: Stats

The Arena:

Looking around at her place in the stands, Hikari saw that there were.... well... quite a few more people compared to her own exam.... Hikari wasn't exactly sure why, prehaps after the last exams, the princess wanted to make the exams feel more special... and less of a formal thing... and more of a spectical, why this is the case? Hikari had no idea, but anyways, that doesn't mater.... the teenage Chunin was just there to take notes, advise the judges what was going on, (Since the average person would probably have a problem keeping up with the action.)

The Chestnut haired girl took her seat next to the three judges, who were prominently featured on the front row of the stands, so they could have the best view of the action.

A few things she noticed about the situation...... Akemi.... who seemed quite nervous about the situation. Hopefully the boy would show that he could do well under pressure.

The second person Hikari noticed was a boy she had not been familiar with, Probably Haruki Akari, since there was only one person who the chunin wasn't familiar with in this battle. She knew the boy had the same last name as the queen... Perhaps a relative? No... the boy didn't have any royal blood in his veins, and Hikari knew he was very new to Hoshi, like most shinobi in the fine country was.

The last person she noticed was the dark haired and clothed Tenma.. making his way into the arena, calm, cool and collected.

Now, looking around at everyone, The girl saw that everyone was ready, and gave nod to the announcer, signaling the start of the fight.


With that, the announcer would say at the top of his lungs. "AND WITH THAT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS, CHILDREN OF ALL AGES, MAY THE BATTLE BEGAN!"

[The battle starts now, until the match is over, feel free to skip me, unless someone tries to kill someone else, or if someone attempts to attack the civilians, or Hikari.

Akemi took in everything around him, from his opponents to the crowd. He was indeed, very nervous. Probably too nervous in fact, as his right hand was almost beginning to shake. However, Akemi really wanted to prove himself in these exams. He somehow got the feeling that Hikari, and many others, had a distinct doubt about his abilities. He wanted to prove them wrong, but he realised that it was going to be hard... Impossible even. So, when the announcer signalled the start of the exams, a cold fear ran through his body, bringing a red flush to his face, and even sweat to his skin. He gulped, steeling himself for the exams. He was going to do this, even if he still lost, he wanted to say that he could lose having given his absolute all.

So, not wasting any time, the moment the announcer told them the fight was starting, Akemi began. 

The first order of business was to prevent any blind spots around himself, he was fighting two opponents after all and there was no way he would be able keep track of them both. So, giving his right index finger a little bite, Akemi performed two hand seals and placed his hand on the ground. Black ink sprawled from his fingers, smoke appearing soon after. And from the smoke came a small, grumpy chameleon.

"What d'you want, summoner?" He grunted, Akemi simply signalled to his shoulder and let the chameleon clamber on, the chameleon gripping onto his shirt to stay stable. "I'm fighting two opponents, please signal me if something comes from behind." He said, the chameleon sighed but didn't say much else, watching with two beady eyes behind Akemi. With this done, Akemi settled back into a relaxed stance, keeping his vision fixated on the whole arena so as not to get taken out by any surprise attacks.

He looked at Hikari, just sitting there like the reaper of sadness that she was. He gave her a little nod to say 'Hi' before settling down.

The battle had been started once the announcer declared it, and so he needed to set up his plan. Two subtle handsigns later, a Sphere of shining light had been summoned behind his back. Should one get too threateningly close, they shouldn't like the aftershock of the attack. Perfect, that, and he needed another set of eyes to have a bigger view of the whole arena, ready to react at long distance should that be needed. So he would bring out another Haruki from his favorite element with another set of seals. And so a twin was created by his side before it jumped onto the arena walls and tread onto them at half it's potential speed. There was no technique holding it up to the wall as it began to spin counterclockwise, just the force of it's body holding itself there. When it got 50 meters away from Haruki, it shifted around the opposite direction to prevent itself from getting too close to either opponent. This loop repeats.

The instant that attention was taken off of Haruki, his twin, or the blinding ball, one of those three will strike. Divide the attentions. Now this was going to be boring if the audience was going to be forced to watch a whole lot of setting up. Haruki whipped out two Kunai knives, one per hand, before throwing one to each opponent. He didn't expect them to hit, considering his mediocre throwing speed. It was more to provoke them into actually doing something. Should either knife actually hit, they will end up in a non-lethal body part, the arm.

As for himself, he clicked his rollerblades on the ground, beginning to skate around in a 5 meter circle to gain momentum for his full speed. Should one act upon him or his clone, they should be given some time to react considering the distances. With the kunai both flying, the brunette wondered how either side will react. It was brave, considering he was the outsider of the bunch, but someone had to do it.

Tenma stood just outside of his door, watching the other two, acting paranoid as all can be, one making a clone who was being hyper as shit, and the other, summoning a chamelon the perched on his shoulder, but looked behind him. This made Tenma yawn and shake his head. He did not plan on moving at this point, this was going to be a patience game, and Tenma had all the time in the world.

He put his hands in his pockets, each pocket had a kunai in it, with explosive tags wrapped around the handle, the writting facing inwords as to hide the explosives, with his hands on the kunais in his pockets, he waited for the other two to make a move first.

Akemi watched with a surprised gaze as the both of the kunai Haruki had thrown ran out of momentum and landed wayyy before either of them had even come close to grazing him of Tenma. But hey, at least the crowd loved him. He was a small, adorable kid throwing weapons at people. What wasn't there to like?

Akemi was also equally surprised that Tenma could somehow spot a 4 inch diameter creature from 100 meters away. Bare in mind, 100 meters is roughly 1/4 of the height of the Eiffel tower, so there would be no way for him to spot it from that far away. Unless his eyes somehow had binoculars implanted into them, maybe he did, it was something that Akemi was unaware of. But who cares, Tenma was allowed to have vision as good as the Hubble telescope if he wanted to. Akemi wasn't one to judge.

Anyway, it was clear that none of the participants wanted to actually make the first move. It was something that every single person hated, Akemi definitely needed to do something. So, to conceal his speed, Akemi started jogging at a speed of 20 in Haruki's direction, while jogging, his hands would come together and start to form the Ram hand seal and would activate the Toy Soldier Transformation. He would hold the hand seal, all of this would of happened within Akemi running 10 meters towards Haruki. Then, he suddenly would disappear at a speed of 157 and appear about 5 meters in front of Tenma. Having body-flickered sideways. There was no way that Tenma would expect this, as Akemi had made it look like he was going to body-flicker to Haruki.

Once 5 meters away from Tenma, Akemi would suddenly run as fast as he could (67 Speed) straight into Tenma. Hitting him shoulder first and ramming Tenma straight into the wall (Power is enough to knock Tenma out cold) if Tenma hadn't moved fast enough. Of course, if Tenma decided to set of those explosives, he would have to blow himself up as well. 

Carlos, the chameleon, had dropped off of Akemi's shoulder the moment he body flickered. The speed proving to be too great for him to handle, this left Carlos in the direct centre of the stadium. All by himself.

Of course, should anything happen to change Akemi's movements, his actions would change accordingly.

The Lightning Clone had a very close eye on the other opponent, who seemed to be exerting a weak amount of speed towards the original Haruki before using the Body Flicker to try to throw off the attention of the opponent. He noticed this as he used this technique far too many times, it stacked a massive amount of speed in a short amount of time. The problem was the momentum, any melee attack at that speed suffers momentum, which means control is what they lack in their movements. Hm... If that's all that speedy opponent can do, Haruki was going to make sure to exploit that.

He now used the new free space available to him to continue skating, reaching a speed of 125. The same goes for the clone, as it was still skating on the walls. The Haruki moving on the ground would lash out two kunai before throwing them towards the back of the speedy opponent. Whether or not he wanted them to hit, that was his little secret. With that done, he made sure to get the original version of himself to 50 meters behind the speedy opponent before actually carrying out the throw. Considering their movement of 125 and sharpness of 92, if they both struck the back of the speedy opponent, the results done to their back will not be pretty. In no way however was Haruki interrupting their attack.
