The Calm (Mors, Fenrir, Jinzu, Jason, Kisuke)

The young Uchiha's crimson red Sharingan was locked on the enemy before him. With his famed Dojutsu, Kisuke was able to read the movements of Mors like an open play book. Being able to see every micro movement, every pull, stretch and tightening of his muscles, every rotation of his joints, Kisuke had already mapped out Mors' next action. With the release of Mors kunai Kisuke was on the move. Proceeding forward to meet the incoming enemy, Kisuke reached behind him. Pulling a kunai of his own out the young Uchiha launched it with extreme precision, colliding right into the incoming kunai before it came close to Jason.

Although Kisuke had inadvertently avoided the sneak attack from the newly arrived enemy, Jason was not so lucky. Kisuke was able to stop Mors' kunai for he saw it coming, but he did not see Kozurou's coming. Why did Celeste not warn them of his arrival? None the less Kisuke would come to a halt after having moved about 5 meters when he herd the inevitable yell of Jason upon the two projectiles shredding the back of his legs. 

"A new enemy?" Kisuke though to himself, his Sharingan darting from side to side as he continuously shifted his head ever so slightly to the left and right to keep Mors and the new comer in view. Jason was down and it was now 2 against 1. If this new comer was here that meant he defeated his opponent and considering how the battle had just started that meant he defeated him quickly. "This guy must be strong. Fuck me."

With his darting eyes surveying the battle, again he caught Mors reaching into his weapon pouch. It yet again fell upon Kisuke to be the saviour for Jason was badly injured and Celeste was useless. Swiftly performing the Dog, Snake, Monkey, Ox and Tiger seals, Kisuke would activate his Genjutsu. To the eyes of Mors the young Uchiha would completely vanish from his world. To all his senses, Kisuke was gone. But then the true effect of the Genjtsu took hold. A mirage of fast coiling trees would sprout from the ground and coil around Mors, aiming to rob him of his mobility. If Mors managed to let loose his projectiles before fully being paralysed, even at Kisuke who was invisible to him, the young Uchiha would side step his while simultaneously launching the same amount of projectiles, perfectly intercepting each and everyone of them thanks to his Sharingan.

If the Genjutsu took full effect Mors would be unable to move, stuck in his current position not too far from Kisuke, thus letting the young Uchiha's piercing gaze fall upon the new comer who crippled Jason who stood about 45 meters away. Noticing Jason on the ground, Kisuke though to himself "Fuck, this is bad. He'll bleed to death if I dont get him help."

Made the edit correcting the mention of moving after Mors' kunai, not his shuriken. Since I dont end up actually getting hit by Kozai's projectile I no longer summon the dragon.

This had dragged for far longer than needed to be, what was supposed to be something of more interest soon had turned to stagnation. The thrill there once was, was now lost amongst the being. For it should have been more of a challenge to get where he had gotten, given his stature compared to the ones he opposed. Regretfully though it was done with ease, not much thought or effort needed on his part. The distance should have never gotten closed so relaxed. But it didn’t feel true to Mors anymore almost as some of the people were not truly there as they should have been. Time was against the immortal shinobi though. 

Something new had entered the mix, one never truly anticipated by Mors, but always had the possibility of happening. It seemed the new party had stirred things up a bit, it was more than past the time for such a thing.  One had avoided the newcomer’s attack, and deflected away the kunai going for his teammate, though it was short lived as his teammates seemed to have taken a hit, both presumably in the same state.  Fenrir seemed to have taken his hit like a champ as well. In the five meters, the opposition moved Mors did not essentially change his actions, still going for the shuriken he had in his pouch. They would still be thrown at the opposition, three instead of the one as Mors only had one target now, slightly before he came to his stop and begun weaving his seals and vanishing from sight.

The trick would have been one that truly stuck mors, were it not for the weather outlining the opposition still in the same place. With what seemed to be a tree forming around Mors he couldn’t help but laugh, ”You guys must really love your wood, it’s a little weird. But who am I to judge.” He would say as the tree paralyzed him as he waited to see what would come next for him. He knew it wouldn’t be death, he did not believe these incompetent shinobi showed much promise in that aspect. They were coddled for far too long. Mors would look on stuck, watching and waiting.

Alright, first off, I love that Kozaru took the time to pierce his ears mid battle. Real classy. 

Anyways, I'm gonna dissect the points that Kozai has brought up to get this show on the road. 

1. The timing of the throw should prevent Kisuke from taking any overt actions

This little gem will help illuminate things:

Kozai wrote:The shuriken throw would start immediately after his ally had released his kunai.

So we know that Kozaru throws his shuriken AFTER Mors tosses his two kunai. So anything that occurs before Mors throws his kunai is fair game. 

Goon wrote:Mors had noticed something wrong with Fenrir as he was stagnant, and there was weapons flying at him, this could not be well. Mors had to quickly act to dodge and also save Fenrir at the same time. There wasn’t much time to think as the weapons were coming at a decent rate, so he just acted stepping to right at max speed, and throwing the two kunai at his max speed, one at the wood guy trying to pike them, the one in his right hand aimed specifically for the sternum of the wood chucker. The left handed one aimed for Fenrir’s knee, which would hit it perfectly throwing him off balance and tripping him up due to the wet ground and no opposition, causing him to fall and hit the ground before any other weapon could touch him. Fenrir seemed to hit the ground hard as he now appeared unconscious, but safe for the least, truly was all that mattered. Mors would steadily dodge the “posts” coming for him, sidestepping to the left and right, as fast as he could, while still moving forward towards his opponents.

Mors is slower than Jason, and as he timelines his throw in response to Jason's throw,
this shows us that Mors throws his kunai after Jason throws his own. This is important, because Kozai does not act until Mors releases his kunai.

Now Kisuke's first paragraph appears to mix up Mor's two Kunai with his (five?) shuriken. I see what he was trying to do here, however, and Kozai and Goon have been gracious enough to allow an edit, because this was actually a valid tactic that was ruined by a simple typo or two, so I think fixing that is in order in order to make the paragraph easily understood

Now while I could stop here until this is done, since the other two points need not be addressed, what with the edit, I'm just gonna keep going and get it out of the way now and save everyone some time.

2. Due to the timing of the throw, Kisuke cannot perform any overt actions before getting hit. 

I'm gonna lump this in with point 3 because they sort of solve each other.

3. Kisuke's fire would also catch Jason in the crossfire

If what Kisuke attempted was fixed, and he instead moved as soon as Goon's throw was completed, as intended he would be moving forward as soon as Mors released his kunai. I believe that he is moving at about 60 speed for this dodge, where the kunai is thrown after Mor's kunai are thrown, thrown with a speed of 165 (By this I mean the actual speed Kozaru's arm moves to propel the projectile) and moving at a speed of 225

Thus, our ratio is 225:60. Simplified, this ratio is 4:15, meaning for every four meters Kisuke covers, Kozaru's kunai moves 15. Kisuke is 40 meters from Kozaru. According to my calculations, That means Kisuke is about 10.5 meters ahead of Jason at point where the kunai meets him, assuming Kozaru leads his throw. As things stand, I believe that the kunai was thrown when Kisuke was stationary, meaning that Kisuke is out of range despite being unable to see the kunai. Jason, however, is caught in the crossfire, and will need to respond accordingly. 

However, Kisuke's fire does not hit Jason, as he's now well out of range of Kisuke's attack, aimed towards Kozaru. 



So I believe that settles most of this. Unless you guys have further questions, Kisuke has 48 hours to edit his post to fix it, otherwise his first paragraph will be voided. 

I should also note this while I'm here, both sides of the conflict are doing a lot of godmod in regards to their hits.

Kisuke wrote:the young Uchiha activated his Genjutsu on Mor's and Fenrir(if not knocked out) where the two of them would now be enveloped in a thick canopy of trees that rose all around them, halting their current movements and vastly reducing their visibility.

These are just two examples. It is the right of the player controlling the character to determine how an attack damages them, and while it is allowed to give an idea of what an attack could do, it should be worded as a suggestion, such as "If Haru's punch landed, it could shatter bone and possibly even rip his target's leg clean off" 

Same with genjutsu. You can say the trigger, and say something like "If they were captured, then they'd see x, but it should not just be "He caught them in a genjutsu. 

I don't think it's particularly void-worthy, but you guys should try to avoid it. If you feel your opponent does not properly describe the damage done to themselves, you can always bring in a mod, but such things are rarely an issue. It's well understood that a 250 sharpness kunai is gonna shred through someone's leg unless they have massive health.

Behind Kozaru, and 30 meters to his right, a huge machine would rapidly approach, moving at its maximum speed of 155. It would appear at Kozaru’s side at roughly the same time as Kisuke captured the boy in the genjutsu, just after Jason was struck in the leg, knocking him to the ground. Thane would come to a stop some 25 meters past Kozaru, brandishing his massive blade in one hand, and the body of Sal, his head clearly visible, likely bobbing slightly with each step she took. She was careful to make sure Thane held him in such a way that he was not harmed, but she was ready to exert all of the force she could muster, should it prove necessary.

”Halt.” a voice would say. It came from Thane’s chassis, but it was most definitely not Aryll’s voice. It was metallic and cold, commanding and intimidating, and incredibly loud. The voice issued a command, and it was loud enough that both the two still-conscious Kirigakure ninja, and the one Konoha ninja who was still standing would hear it, as well as any ninja who might have found themselves still conscious but disabled.


The automaton would raise its massive blade, lurching it’s point towards the Mizukage, who was carrying the Hokage in his arms. Around him, ninja of both sides stopped their fighting, and began to congregate around him. The message was clear enough. Stop fighting and surrender, kneel before your fallen leader. If the lone Konoha ninja did not comply, Aryll would, of course, see to it that he too knelt, but her possession of Sal, matched with the sheer intimidation factor of the huge automaton that she wore as armor, and the onsetting depression of a fallen leader, was likely all the convincing that was needed.


If the Konoha ninja left without a fight, Aryll’s head would turn towards Kozaru, and Thane would rotate in place to face him.

”I think you dropped something.” She would say, Thane’s lower right hand gesturing to the boy.

Hmmm...? Should've aimed for the head. The other Kiri ninja there had turned out to be pretty useless as well. Getting caught in a genjutsu, though... He probably hadn't had the proper training. That specific genjutsu seemed to require handseals, so all the kid had to do was keep up the pressure. Well, he thought lazily, time to go in. He was about to take a step forward when he heard the cold, unusual voice behind him. 

"Hmm?"

He turned his head slightly, and saw Aryll's puppet. Ooh, had she finished up her battles? How exciting, he'd been waiting for her.

He pivoted, and his head turned as he gazed at where she was pointing. The Mizukage had finally won his fight as well? He'd taken on much stronger opponents than Kozurou had, so there was no criticism he had to offer there. 

Should the Konoha ninja cooperate without doing anything abnormal or something that required his response, he'd turn to face the girl in the machine and see Salzem's body lying there.

"What...? You actually picked him up for me?" An elated smile spread across his face, like the expression of someone who had recovered a lost wallet after a weekend of desperate searching.

"Wonderful! Hopefully, the Lord Mizukage will let me keep him. YOU wouldn't mind, would you?" He asked eagerly as he gave the beastman a good clock on the head to keep him under. Slinging the legless kid over his left shoulder, he sighed as he looked back toward the kage.

"Well, shall we go?"

As the young Uchiha turned to face his new attacker with his first opponent now trapped in his genjutsu, Kisuke's eyes shifted ever so slightly, looking beyond where Kozurou stood. A fast moving goliath of a machine was making its way towards their location, the earth quaking beneath its feet with each step it took. "You've got to be fucking kidding me." Was Kisuke's first thought for it appeared as though another enemy was approaching their location. There was no way Kisuke would be able to fend off the both of them. How the hell was he suppose to fight something that moved that fast at such a ridiculous size? Slightly raising and eye brow as he watched the mecha approach, the young Uchiha frowned while trying to get a better look at what or rather who it was holding. "Is that dog boy? Damn, they got him too. We're falling like fucking flies."

Held a back when told to halt, Kisuke's Sharingan would follow the direction in which the mecha's blade pointed towards. "Tsk, looks like we lost." It was clear to see that Konoha had lost the battle to defend their village for the Mizukage stood triumphant with their interim Kage in his grasp whilst other stopped to kneel before him, as they were suppose to do before the battle commenced. 

Figuring the enemy would no longer attack him, Kisuke took his attention off of the two enemies in the distance and ran towards the fallen Senju. Coming to a sliding halt on one knee beside his ally, the young Uchiha would analyse the situation. "You're still alive, just stay still. We need a fucking medic over here!" Shouting for anyone who could hear, a fellow Konoha shinobi would arrive on the seal and begin healing Jason's legs. "Just get him to the point where he can stand, dont want these bastards killing us out of impatience."

Once done, Kisuke would place Jason's left arm across his upper back along both shoulders. Holding onto the same wrist with his own left hand and wrapping his right arm around the back of Jason's waist, Kisuke would help the Senju onto his feet and gingerly proceed towards the congregation of kneeling shinobi. The Genjutsu on Mors would remain active until Kisuke walked 21 meters away from him, giving the immortal his movement back once the Uchiha was out of the genjutsu's range.

Exiting with Jason since hes afk

Fenrir's eyes suddenly shot open, his face planted into the ground and his knee in excruciating pain.  It appeared that he'd had some sort of issue with his... well, with all of his function in general.  Of course, this was not a conclusion he could come to quite yet, as he wasn't quite finished with his stream of expletives, which had begun directly after he had pushed himself over onto his back.  After he told the sky exactly what he thought of its color, mother, and general existence, he began to inspect his wound.  It appeared that the kunai that was coming at him had landed directly in his knee, leaving him rather injured.  At best, he would be able to pull off a limp walk, but it would hurt like hell.  He might also be able to crawl, but it would likely be too slow, and thinking of the Kiri he was used to, might honestly get left behind or worse.  And so, Fenrir would get himself up off the ground, half-limping and half-walking back to where they had marched from.
