The clouds danced in the night sky as Kenji looked at the lantern flickering to the right of the door, but was this the right home he wondered as he removed the letter from his inventory. The letter stated:

Looking at the letters bottom he saw the remaining information as for the location and ways to make sure he was right, a home of nobles for a feudal lord in a small country. Kenji sighed as he gripped the handle of his beloved sword before walking to the door, he paused wandering if he should knock or just slip inside. After a moment the door was answered a older butler standing before him who began to speak only to be interrupted by the blade entering his stomach, the only think breaking silence was blood trickling to the ground below. Kenji whispered in his ear with a smile "Retirement, lucky you." he then slid the blade from the mans abdomen and allowed him to fall to the ground below, Listening for the residents who luckily had still been in their beds unaware of the events below. Kenji then began walking silently through the lower levels of the home only to find them empty, then climbing the stairs making minimum noises as he entered the first door. A child lay in the bed, young maybe 5 in age, a boy. Kenji quickly grabbed his mouth and pinned the young child telling him not to make a sound as he lifted him up an arm across his chest with Kenji behind him, blade of Kiba no Kaze against the childs throat. Kenji carried him in this position to his parents bedroom, silence no longer needed as he held value more precious than gold. The door flew open as the man and woman jumped from their bed words nearly leaving their lips until stopped cold by the tears of their child, Kenji grinned as he felt the empowerment of this upper hand. Kenji spoke "The child may live, however you must remove any weapons you may have." the man then tossed a katana from behind his end table and said it was all that he had, it of course made since for a noble to have no weapons usually only hired arms. Kenji then released the child who fell crying to the ground, his mother running to the boy wrapping him in her arms. It was so fast the father could not even step, the blade was all he seen dripping blood, Kenji had penetrated the child's spine between his shoulders the tip exiting his mothers lower spine just a hair high from her tail bone. Kenji was watching as the father fell to his knees crying for his loved ones, Walking to the man Kenji grabbed his collar throwing him to the doorway. As he walked towards the man stumbling to his feet, Kenji drew his blade the bodies propped together one another staying in their final embrace. The man finally made to his feet only to be kicked down the stairs by Kenji's right foot planting against his sternum, crashing down the stairs Kenji followed walking calm and confidently keeping a close eye on the man who now laid there in pain. Approaching the crippled man, Kenji had been leaving a destructive mess of the home behind him, He stabbed through the mans right wrist. Then pulled the blade out and continued to stab non-vital locations, one after another making each one perfect cuts to cause suffering. After a counted 72 stabs Kenji ended the mans life in a quite stroke allowing the blade edge to drag across the jugular slicing deep allowing him to choke on his blood as Kenji disappeared into the dark. The mission done he now would seek out the drop spot for his pay.
