Putting a Stop to Animal Cruelty (Inv only)
Sat Sep 22, 2018 7:07 pm
- Mission:
Mission Name: Animals
Rank: B
Type: Information, Apprehend
Character Requirements: Genin Squad/Chuunin or higher.
Mission Location: Village, Konoha
Word Count Requirements: 6000
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 3000 Ryo
Task: Reports show that of an underground fighting club in the village, where bets are made on animals forced to fight each other. We have always been one step behind them, as they move the location of the fights every day, but this time we have the upper hand. We know where the fights are going to be held next and when. Your job is to go there and stop them by any means necessary (without damaging property or the animals, unless they attack you first). Good luck.
Higuto had been walking along the streets of Konoha, his stomach full over a good meal that he had at one of the villages many restaurants, as he could see that the sky was slowly clouding up with a chance of rain seeming to be behind them. From what he could see there wasn't any lightning behind the clouds which was a good sign that it was only going to be a few showers. He wasn't a very superstitious person though he did know of the superstitions that people had about rain suddenly approaching seemingly out of nowhere as it can usually mean something bad just happened or was about to happen. He didn't truly believe in that as he always viewed rain as a simple act of nature. It wasn't until he got to a certain point in the street that he travelled on that the first telltale signs of water sprinkling the pavement happened. It was right then that he noticed something wrong as he saw a child crying in the arms of his mother. "Mommy! I can't find Piko anywhere! I've been looking everywhere for hours and no one's seen him!" Strange, Higuto thought, as he had seen this family before during his walks and remembered this Piko the child spoke about as a rather very nice dog, big and intimidating looking though not really the violent sort, as he was constantly around his owners every time he's seen him.
Walking through more streets Higuto ran into families experiencing even more serious problems such as these with missing pets. Something was definitely wrong with this picture as his memory went back to a time when he was checking the mission board. He recalled seeing that there had been people within the village who had been sporting underground fights with animals seemingly to the death. He had been wanting to take on such a mission himself for a long time though it was known as a B rank mission which was something too high ranking for him alone to take on. He would need help but from what he had gathered of his teammates everyone had become very busy as of late and he knew they more than likely wouldn't have been able to help him out. The only person he could rely on was his teacher, Kinzoku, but being as he recently had taken on the responsibility of deputy Hokage in the current Hokage's absence he wasn't certain if he'd be able to help out.
Nevertheless it couldn't have hurt to ask so Higuto took out a small scroll with which he unfurled, blank and ready for writing, as he took out a pen and began writing a small invitation to Kinzoku to join him on this mission. Upon finishing he rolled the scroll up and tied a ribbon around it to make certain it was sealed before allowing a few of his insects to crawl out from beneath the sleeves of his jacket and they gripped the scroll in their arms and took off flying towards the Hokage's mansion. Within the contents of the scroll it would explain to Kinzoku where Higuto would hang out and wait for him if he accepted his invite, right outside Ichiraku Ramen, as he went inside the eatery and took a seat at one of it's stools to wait.

Re: Putting a Stop to Animal Cruelty (Inv only)

Today was like any other day for the Jounin since he was filling in for the Hokage as she went off to the summit. Wake up, go to the Hokage's office, take care of matters that needed attending, go home, repeat the next day. He wondered if it was always like this or simply bad timing for the Nazar. Though the village was just off the heels of a war. So there was much work to be done all over. The summit was merely poor timing for them. Seated at the chair he brought in specifically for himself, Kinzoku leaned back against the chair as he slicked his brown hair out of his face and let out a sigh. Thoughts of the summit began to fill his mind, wondering how it was going. The Jounin wished he had been one of the Konoha shinobi chosen to escort the Hokage to the summit in the Land of Iron. The summit was a big deal, a gathering of all four Kage to discuss matters. Such matters Kinzoku was unaware of, but he could only assume it would be some form of peace talks. Or so he hoped. Aside from the Hokage, Kinzoku was aware of two out of the three other Kages going. The Raikage and the Mizukage. After all, both had attacked his home. It made the Nazar wonder if such a meeting could really cover a topic like "peace". Both Raikage and Mizukage were clearly conquerors. Two men with their status talking peace was a long shot. Hoping nothing bad came from such a meeting was wishful thinking. Unbeknownst to the Nazar, the Raikage who attended the summit was not the Raikage that attacked Suna.
A normal part of a Nazar's day generally always included meditation. It helped keep the mind as strong and sharp as the body. It was about that time of the day for Kinzoku. Besides, he needed the break. Closing his eyes for just a brief moment before he got up from his chair, Kinzoku took a moment to break in and clear his mind. With the windows opened behind him he could feel the fresh air blowing in. He could also smell the air as it crept in. And it smelled of rain. "Just one of those days" he thought to himself as he pushed himself from his seat and turned to the windows. Just as the rain began to fall and he went to close the windows, he spotted a tiny black cloud approaching the window. An arching eyebrow displayed the Nazar's confusion but quickly changed to a grin when the cloud got closer. They were insects, most likely belonging to either Yensung or Higuto. For his sake he was hoping it to be the latter. Placing his hand out the window he grabbed the scroll dropped by the insects, closed the window and opened it up.
Luckily for him the scroll was from his Aburame student. Its contents revealed to the Nazar that Higuto was asking his sensei to join him on a mission. The mission had to do with stopping some underground fighting ring that pit animals against each other while participants bet on them. Kinzoku vaguely remembered reading about the group that ran these fighting pits but the memory was escaping him at the moment. Placing the scroll down on the desk, the Nazar thought about it for a moment. He was about to go meditate for a bit to get a break from the daily work. He also needed to check up on another Aburame to see how she was doing. A mission with a student of his was as good a break as any. After it's completion he could continue with his tasks with a cleared mind. Retrieving his coat from the hanger, Kinzoku slipped it on before reaching for his hat and gently fitting it to his head. As he stepped out the office and closed the door behind him, he informed Miko where he was going and to take notes for him if anything came up. Of course if something urgent came up then she would have to send someone over to reach him.
Before he made his way over to the renowned ramen shop, the Jounin passed by the mission post to pick up a file on the underground group. He knew very little about them thus any information the missions branch had would help. Luckily they had a file. The file explained everything. The group would switch spots from day to day making it nearly impossible to pinpoint where they'd be. But now they managed to find the location for their next round of fights. How fortunate. That was less work for Higuto and Kinzoku. Closing the file Kinzoku slipped it into an inside pocket in his jacket as he left the post and made his way to the ramen shop, a light drizzle of rain outside.
Sooner than later, Kinzoku was pushing past the flaps of the ramen shop and taking up a seat beside his student as he gave him a friendly pat on the back of his shoulder. Removing his hat, which was the polite thing to do, he padded the rain off of it before lightly placing it onto the table or counter. Wherever the Aburame had chosen to sit. "Been a while hasn't it" Kinzoku began as he looked over to the Aburame. Ever since the Hokage left, Kinzoku hadn't seen his students and only had minimal contact with Allegro. Other than that he had no idea what they were up to. "How you been? Have you seen or heard from the other two?"

Higuto had been sitting at one of the stools within the ramen shop mainly sipping on some tea due to having ate his meal earlier already. He had chosen the Ramen shop as an original meeting spot just in case his sensei happened to be hungry with all the extra work that he's been having to go through. To that effect he wanted to treat his sensei to anything that he wished to have within the shop though that all depended on whether or not Kinzoku would choose to meet. It was still quite early in the day meaning that Higuto would have plenty of time in order to track down the ones responsible for the underground horrors happening in the village so he was planning on giving his sensei about an hour in order to answer his call before giving up and going it alone in case he refused. Turns out he would not need to do such a thing as he heard the flaps of the shop's entrance ruffle a bit before feeling a hand pat him on the back. He turned to see Kinzoku enter, taking off his hat, as he offered a smile and did a two finger salute to him. "Yo!" He nodded to Kinzoku's suggestion that it indeed had been a while.
"Well I can't say I'm not surprised. The seat of Hokage is usually one that needs a person sitting in it at all times before they do anything else." He would take another sip of tea while Kinzoku went ahead and asked his other questions. "Just been keeping busy. I've been minding the gate a lot, mostly, while keeping up with my training as much as I can. To be honest I haven't seen much of Jace or Allegro. As far as I know Allegro's off on some very long ongoing mission somewhere and, last I heard, Jace has been doing a lot of babysitting... I hope they're both doing ok." Upon stating that he took a final sip of his tea before asking the person behind the counter for another cup and then turning over to Kinzoku and offering a bow.
"First off I just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to come here. I'm very sorry if I'm pulling you away from anything important and I must confess I didn't have many options in who else I could turn to trust in doing this mission with me." He'd sit up upon saying that before pointing to the ramen counter. "You hungry? From what I've heard and remember we have a bit of time before anything happens to the location in question. If you want I'd be happy to treat you to a bowl and some tea?"
He'd wait for an answer and if his offer was accepted he'd order a bowl of ramen and a cup of Matcha green tea for Kinzoku. If refused he'd go ahead and take his freshly refilled cup of tea and sip again.

Higuto returned the Nazar's greeting with a two finger salute as the Jounin took his seat. "The office doesn't need to be occupied at all times" Kinzoku admitted to the young Aburame. "There are enough trusted advisers of the Hokage to handle most of the work. It's just always better to have the Hokage do it themselves." He gave a quick reply before listening to how Higuto had been. The, what was likely to be a brief stint in the office had consumed most of the Jounin's time. To be honest, the Jounin was likely spending more time than was required in the office. He wanted to make sure he could hold the fort down and did not disappoint when the Hokage returned. Also he was trying his best to reduce the amount of work load there would be once Risako returned. Who knew what the Summit was going to be like. The last thing Risako would want to do after such a journey would be paper work and, well Hokage matters.
Kinzoku listened to his student with attentive ears but wandering eyes. It was his first time at this shop so he was taking in the sight. The workers and whether they were efficient or not, the structural integrity of the shop, the cleanliness of the building, the quality of their products. His eyes were picking up on all these details, but why? Was his role as acting Hokage increase his ability to pick up on smaller details unconsciously? That could be a necessary feat, but could also be a burden.
"Glad to hear" Kinzoku said in response to the Aburame keeping up with his gate duties and training, as he looked back at him. "You've been doing good work at the gate. Keep it up. I trust you'll give a warm welcome when the Hokage returns from her journey". Unfortunately just like Kinzoku, Higuto had not seen much of Jace and Allegro either. They seemed to both be busy with their own business. The last time Kinzoku had seen Jace was during the Chuunin exams. The last time Kinzoku had seen Allegro wasn't so long as that. He had spoken with him the time Ita Uchiha tried making an appearance at the office. But that was it. He was hadn't realized Allegro was still dealing with a mission. It must have been one since before Risako left for the Summit.
"It's nothing" Kinzoku replied to the apology. "All honesty, I needed a reason to get out of there. The office will survive without me for a bit" he said reassuringly. Maybe he was just trying to reassure himself. Higuto could have certainly completed this mission on his own. However, mission like this usually like to have the Genin accompanied by either a Chuunin or Jounin. Genin was just a title however. This would have been a walk in the park for the student.
"I'm good partner. We can just take it easy here for the time being." With that Higuto ordered another cup of tea. After all, they did have time before the mission was actually going to take place. Reaching inside the inner pocket of his jacket the Nazar retrieved the file containing the information of the mission and the whereabouts of the next fighting ring. He placed it beside Higuto's cup of tea on the counter. "Have a look at this before we head out. You'll be heading this mission" Kinzoku added. He remembered what Higuto's goal was. To one day be the Hokage of the village. To do that you need to know how to lead people. So why not start now?

"You'll be heading this mission."
This sentence would take Higuto a bit aback as, while it was a mission that he had wanted to pursue, it was Kinzoku providing him with the documentation that showed where the arena was next about to take place. Unknown to Kinzoku while Higuto was waiting inside the ramen shop he had already set two shadow clones out along with his insects with the task to gather information in the attempt to find the location himself. Now that his sensei had presented him with an entire file worth of information this was going to be, indeed, very easy though show Higuto that Kinzoku was more capable of being the true lead for the mission. Keeping these thoughts buried, however, he quickly nodded and took the file and opened it. Inside it information containing the next location of the fights showed that their location to target was in the more deserted part of the village. There was a picture of the location itself showing a crumbling wooden structure and it explained that underneath the rubble was a door usually hidden in Genjutsu that would lead the two of them to their destination. This made Higuto excited as the hard part of the whole investigation was already well taken care of. He would be even more excited as information began to enter his brain due to one of his shadow clones dispersing itself.
"Ok. Thank you for bringing this. This is perfect. After I had sent you the invite to join all I could gather was that we had until midnight to find and take them down. I also had a few shadow clones canvas the village to ask people who lost their pets about what they remembered as well as other ninja who pursued these culprits before what their experiences gathered. One of them has just reported back to me so here goes: First off they indeed do hold the fighting rings until midnight before they shut everything down and transport their captured animals to another location, assumedly put to sleep and hidden so as not to lead anyone to suspicion, and keep them trapped there while associates go out to look for more. From reports the clone received the animals turn up missing, never to be seen again, while a small amount of them have been recovered battered and covered in injuries that only other animals could give them. All, unfortunately, would be found dead due to such injuries. It would be these animals that lead the village to investigate this incident in the first place.
"Secondly the fights are not conducted with pets gathered from families in the village alone. They also gather their animals from the wilderness outside the village by way of civilians coming and going out of the village, usually those merely posing as merchants selling the animal as meat, as not to draw suspicion. This is a tactic that they'll usually only use for their more smaller and less violent animals: Boar and such. However they will also usually sneak in their more ferocious animals alongside them, usually also hidden in Genjutsu, either within a caravan buried beneath their smaller animal victims or summoned forth from someone inside the village. These can include tigers, bears, wolves, etc. All animals carted in are drugged to dull their heart rate and pose as dead, yet are still very much alive, so that they aren't asked too many questions at the gate. From what information has been gathered they don't discriminate in what animals they gather nor what animals they pit against each other. There was a dog that was once recovered, a simple golden retriever, with multiple bite marks consistent to two animals: grizzly bear and javan tiger. This leads to mean that they'll have fights for a more... sadistic type of crowd where they aren't afraid to pit cats against full grown lions."
This made Higuto take in a deep sigh as he was an animal lover himself though never bought himself a pet as he felt he wouldn't be able to take care of it what with all his duties. The thought of such innocent and defenseless animals being pitted against others far stronger and deadly then them only to wind up dead somewhere to satisfy someone's sick pleasure made his insides turn. This only made him more determined to catch the ones responsible as he took a sip of his tea and watched one of the cook's knead the dough of their ramen. "Lastly they don't actually conduct their fights until nighttime. Supposedly between 7:00 or 8:00. Given that it's 5:30 we have a little time to kill and devise a strategy on how we should proceed. We know where they are. We should discuss whether we should go in shurikens blazing or take a more quiet route."
He took another breath as he put on a small smile. "I'm happy that I have you with me as support. I can't possibly thank you enough. Also I hope you'll forgive me for my short sightings as I willingly allowed these people to bring in these animals past the gate while none the wiser of their true intentions with said animals... Makes me feel directly responsible for such pain the families who lost their pets are going through." He would sit in silence upon saying this, watching as the ramen cooked and simmered in it's pot and sipping his tea occasionally, while waiting for Kinzoku to respond.

After informing Higuto that he'd be taking the lead on this one, the Jounin simply rested both his arms on top of the counter and would wait for the Aburame to do his thing. And do his thing he did. In no time at all he had taken the folder to read its contents, gather the information it had along with what he had already gathered and began explaining it all to Kinzoku. Turns out he had already begun the mission before he knew whether Kinzoku would be participating or not. Good initiative on his part. He had shadow clones surveying the village and questioning people to see if they had lost any pets as well as asking other shinobi who had been previously assigned to the task. Without further ado he began informing Kinzoku of his knowledge. Their operation was exactly what Kinzoku had expected it to be. Steal animals, use them to fight, and change locations once they were done. An ever moving target was always a harder one to catch. The fact some of the dead animals were found battered and dead meant that these people were not smart in what they did. Leaving evidence of their fights was a huge mistake on their part.
Higuto had even managed to gather information that the organization had also gathered animals from the wilderness surrounding the village, using wild animals to fight domestic animals as well. Used used the cover of selling food on the market. The fact that they got by with such a reason and there was no follow up on them only made it more clear to the Jounin that the security and background checks needed to be more severe in the village. Maybe even a follow up. Now that it was known there was the use of Genjutsu to cover some of the animals, their shinobi would need to be trained in detecting and noticing genjutsu. Apparently they also pitted the domestic against the wild. Strange way to do business the Nazar thought to himself. How could a cat take down a tiger? The betting odds would always be favor of the tiger. And when the tiger undoubtedly won, that just means less money won. Bad business. Leaving dead animals behind, also bad business. These people weren't very bright and it was about time they got taken down.
Kinzoku could tell that this was bothering the young Aburame. This mission seemed to hold a special place in him which was pretty clear due to how adamant he was. Based on when the fights were normally held, they had about an hour and a half before things got started.
"No need to thank me" Kinzoku responded, "It's my pleasure. Besides, what kind of sensei would I be if I can't help a student in need." Another reason Higuto was taking this to heart was because he felt responsible for this seeing as how he didn't notice them passing the gate during his duty. "It's not your fault. Despite their lack of experience in some areas, they've definitely thought things through in others. You've been given a task meant for Jounins. There are somethings you won't be able to do. But the things you can do, you do them to the best of your abilities. There's noting to be sorry for."
As he was speaking, his metallic hand had unconsciously reached for a single chop stick and began spinning it between each finger. Higuto had left the option on whether to go in guns blazing or quietly out in the opened, wanting to get Kinzoku's view on in. He smiled just a bit as he looked to his student. "Not gonna let you off the hook that easily". He had given the lead to the Aburame so it was up to him to decide what the best course of action was based on how he saw it. Kinzoku obviously had his own plan in mind on what he thought was the best way to proceed. But he didn't want his thoughts influencing that of Higuto's. He wanted to see how his student would plan this out, what he thought was the best and safest way of proceeding. After all, this was just another test.

Higuto smiled and nodded to Kinzoku upon him saying he didn't need to apologize for his less than ideal security checking at the gates. He'd move on from such things and just work harder to make certain nothing got by his sight again. However when he was told that Higuto was going to be making their choice of advancement instead of the both of them deciding upon things told Higuto that this wasn't just a mission for Higuto to take the lead. This was a test to see if Higuto could lead. That was just like his sensei. Always testing. But then again what else was a sensei for other than a person that challenged his students constantly to make certain they were ready for the world. He took in a deep breath and had another look inside the files to see if he could find any more information about what they particularly would need to look for. After a few minutes of looking through the folder and gathering everything he needed he closed it and ordered another cup of tea before speaking again.
"Ok, I have a plan: While we may have the location of the operation there is no telling whether or not everyone who has a hand in it is going to be there. From reports it seems as though it is a minimum five man team running the whole thing but there's a chance there could be more. Most likely, if it is, they will all be there on the inside so as not to draw any outside attention with roaming around in order to guard the location. Also with most reports this is an operation that is open to the public, naturally, so there will be civilians present. There's a possibility they won't hesitate to blend in with the crowd if we go in guns blazing and try to assert our authority in capturing them all so the best strategy, in my opinion, is to go in stealthy and gather information on the inside to identify the ones responsible first before they get the idea to run and hide once we break them in. Here's what I propose: I, unfortunately, have not been able to control my chakra enough to the point where I can fully suppress it and there's a possibility that these guys will have sensory ninjas in place. So I would like you to go in while I hang back a bit. You'll go in transformed to make yourself look like a civilian while keeping your chakra suppressed to make certain they don't catch you. Whilst inside you gather whatever information you can about who's in charge of the rings. Most likely the person who you meet at the door will be one of them to act as bouncer so that automatically lowers your number of people to find down to four.
I have no intention of letting you go in without any help from me, though." Higuto would flex his hand a few times before opening it up to reveal five tiny beetles that fluttered their wings softly in his palm. "These are what are known as my tracker Kikaichu. They're females that release a pheromone that only my male Kikaichu can track and allow me to either know where they are or even attack. My plan is to have you take my females, plant them onto each of the five involved, and then once done we'll launch a coordinated attack where I send my males to attack and I also bar the entrance with my insects to make certain no one can escape. They may have a backdoor to escape out of as well so we'll need to make certain that we capture them as quick as possible. What do you think?"
Upon finishing speaking he's extend his hand with the females in his palm to Kinzoku to take them. If Kinzoku accepted he'd take that as the sign it was an agreed plan as his tea would make it to him for him to sip as he waited for Kinzoku's response.

Continuing to twirl the chopstick in between his metal fingers, Kinzoku watched his Aburame student take another look at the files for the mission just to double check everything. Always a good idea. Eventually he closed the files and began explaining his plan. In essence, Kinzoku was going to infiltrate the fighting pit as a civilian carrying five of the Aburame's female bugs. They were to be attached to each one of the five people taking care of the fighting pits done by none other than the Nazar himself. Once that was done they would launch a coordinated attack on the five organizers of the fighting pits. It was not how Kinzoku would have proceeded but it was still a good plan. The one major flaw Kinzoku saw was that it risked putting the lives of civilians at risk. But instead of having Higuto change the entire plan, he would simply warn him. The plan was good and Kinzoku wanted to see if Higuto could pull it off successfully. He'd do his best to make sure all went accordingly.
"Sounds good. We'll need to be extra careful however. We'll be infiltrating during fighting hours which means civilians will be around. We must make sure when we pull the attack off, it's done to a T. People may panic, acting unexpectedly. Unexpected behavior can't be predicted. It can be dangerous."
After confirmation that they'd go along with the plan, Kinzoku's right hand formed a single half seal as a small puff of smoke engulfed him. When it cleared it revealed a man twirling a chopstick wearing a simple white shirt with jeans and of course a top hat. "Shall we?" he said as he took the five bugs upon his right hand.
When the time of day arrived, eventually the two would make their way towards the location listed in the file. Higuto would take up his position while Kinzoku approached the bouncer with his chakra suppressed. Of course there was an entrance fee so Kinzoku handed him some ryo along with a single insect. Upon entering he scanned the place. A circular ring in the middle where the animals were meant to fight and people all around. The first thing he spotted was a room out back, likely where the operations were be ran and the money handled. He spotted two more people walking around taking peoples bets for the match to come. Kinzoku gave both of them money, lining each of them with a single insect at the same time. Assuming the two remaining were in the back room, Kinzoku posted himself near the door. Soon enough a man came out carrying two cages with the fighting animals in them. Brushing the back of his shirt on the way out, Kinzoku managed to place the 4th insect.
Thanks to Allegro, the two would be able to communicate with one another telepathically. "Four insects have been placed. There is still one unaccounted for but he's in a back room. The back exit is likely there. Your call" Kinzoku finished as he continued to observe the room and all its people.

Higuto nodded at Kinzoku sensei's suggestion as he took a few swigs of his tea and prepared himself as he decided it was indeed time to move. Making certain his females were ready he thus left the shop with Kinzoku and looked into the direction of the fighting pits as he thus looked over to Kinzoku.
"If everything is set, sir, I'll go on ahead and get into a position out of site yet nearby to the hideout. It's not too far away so I'll be around while trying to do recon. Once insects are set we'll go from there."
Upon saying this he'd nod to Kinzoku and take off using body flicker as he was able to make it to the location in no time and waited for Kinzoku to make his move. He kept his watch along the hideout, seeing Kinzoku enter after a short while, as he waited for the signal. It was after a short while that he heard the signal from the mark along his neck giving the signal that all insects were set but there was still one unaccountable. This was going to complicate things. At the very least his insects knew exactly who to attack and who to ignore, especially since they knew who Kinzoku was impersonating as, though there was a huge chance a commotion would cause guard to go on high alert... wait...
A commotion! More than likely a commotion would draw the remaining one they were looking for out. Thinking quickly Higuto brought his hand up to the mark on his neck.
"Ok, Kinzoku sensei, we're going to try and draw him out with a bit of a scuffle from the patrons. It's a fighting ring so more than likely there will possibly be a few people there hitting the sake a bit too hard and equally ticked off at losses in their betting slips. If you can get two of them to start a fight with each other that should draw enough attention to bring out the one we're looking for to try and stop it. We won't have to worry about endangering any civilians. I'm quite certain they've had to deal with such scuffles in their history and they're trained in expert crowd control but you'll have to move fast if we're going to plant the last female on our target."
Upon saying that Higuto would wait a bit to hear from Kinzoku once again to see how things went or if he had any questions.

Kinzoku watched the crowd closely and listened attentively as Higuto got back to him on how they were going to proceed. They were going to create a commotion in an attempt to draw out the last person in the back room. It was a risky move as there were a lot of variables that were unaccounted for when scuffles broke out in such environments. But Kinzoku understood the thought process as that was likely the reason for the idea. Scuffles likely broke out here quite often which meant the organizers had to deal with it quite often. They've probably become quite adept to it now. At least Kinzoku hoped. "Roger" Kinzoku confirmed, finger on the mark behind his neck. "It'll be just a moment" he added.
He had already been scanning the room the moment he entered. The moment Higuto proposed the idea Kinzoku knew exactly who to target. Even with his disguise, Kinzoku tilted his cap as to cover his visage as he slowly entered the swarm of people. With the utmost patience, Kinzoku began weaving his way through the swarm of people be certain not to accidentally place the last bug on a random person. Eventually he joined up with the crowd of people waiting to spectate the two animals that had been brought out, standing beside someone with a full bottle of alcohol. With a slight nudge in the right spot Kinzoku pushed the guy, spilling all the contents of his drink onto another person. The one he nudged turned to Kinzoku with rage in his eyes. But his attention quickly turned over to the guy now doused in alcohol grabbing his shirt. And just like that Kinzoku slipped away from the scuffle about to ensue.
The Nazar did this two more times at different spots in the building. Started a small scuffle and slipped away. Before long the three scuffles began getting larger and larger dragging in more unsuspecting people. The idea was to spread the scuffles out. If they were all coagulated in the same area, it could be handled by 2 or 3 of the organizers. But if they were separated it would require all hands on deck. Right on queue, the last one in the back room came out to try and settle the crowd down. Not only was it bad for business but was also riling up the animals. Having been back in his original spot near the door Kinzoku easily slipped the last bug on the final target. Being far away and safe from the scuffle, the tapped back in to Higuto. "All target's place. Ready when you are. I'll stay in here. Make sure things go over smoothly and everyone gets out" Kinzoku informed in student. He made sure to keep the door to the back room open in case people need a quick exit and the others were overcrowded and blocked. Now he watched the scuffles get handled and waited for the real show to commence.
