As a genin travel had always made Komon nervous, partially due to the fact that it had always seemed to go south. Of course as time had passed and the years had gone by, he'd learned this fear to be a healthy one. He'd lost count of the amount of friends that had fallen outside the borders of his village, and as he walked he'd reflect in silence on them, all the while sure of one thing.

He hated the uncivilized world that rested between the major shinobi villages.
