A quiet place to think (Shino)

The hustle and bustle of this unfamiliar village could be loud. As could the one back at Hato's home village of Kumo.
The blonde could normally take the noise pretty well but she needed to focus and that was a bit hard to do when people just love yelling at each other. Oh and how could she forget the cat calls. Men walking passed her and take a second glance behind her. That part didn't bother her, it was loud whistle that follows. She just look back at the boys in men's bodies and wink while continuing to move forwards. Drive 'em wild.

Finally, Hato reached a spot of the village was away from the market area. There were still people but it was more of the housing side of the village were people were just heading home or leaving to go to work or something. Hato smiled and walked down the street, her hips moving hypnotically.

The Konochi found a nice bench near the end of village and near a river. The calming movement and sounds of the river would help. After finding a bench that faced towards the river, she rested her legged. She crossed her legs and leaned back against the cement back support. Her thoughts trailed on how she was going to anaylze the genin of every nation. Watching their battles was one thing but that didn't get as deep into their character as she wanted. Maybe she'd just have to ask the contestants that peak her interest out for dinner or something.

Shinoskay had been laying down in the grass next to the river that Hato chose to go sit on a bench near. As he lay there he focused and concentrated on forming and moving the magnetized particles around him as he listened to the flowing stream above his head. His mastery over the elements an chakra, over earth and air, leading to his ability to manipulate the friction between the two in a manner that fuzzed them into a force he could wield was almost beyond his ability to comprehend. He knew it was possible because he was doing it... but yet he barely understood his own power, he felt it but like riding a bicycle and staying balanced he couldn't quite comprehend the physics and metaphysics that made it possible.

He was not entirely aware of the arrival of another, his mind picked up on the person but they werent within 10 meters of him nor were they doing anything directed towards him so his mind found them unobtrusive enough that they were ignored at this time.

Hato noticed the masked figure just laying in some grass not too far away from where she sat. At first, the blonde thought nothing of him. That all changed when she decided to use her chakra sensory. The mysterious figure had tremendous chakra within, more than her own. Now her interest was peaked.

As Shino layed and thought about his own power, Hato came over and sat next to him in the grass. Her heels clicked against the ground until reaching the grass where it was quiet. "Beautiful village here. I'm in awe at the seer architecture. It's nothing like Kumokagure." Hato said to the man, probably startled that a woman randomly walked up to him and laid down to talk to throw him out of his thoughts. This was her way of getting a conversation started. Otherwise it would just be awkward "heys".

It took him a second to realize he had caught someones attention, and the moment he did he would glance over to them while ceasing his control over the magnetized earth... warranting some 5 meters radious of sand like specs to suddenly fall as if in that small 5 meter radius there was a sudden wave of rain. Naturally, some of it would get on Shinoskay himself, covering him in a layer, and getting in his eyes... Rather then to bolt up to greet Hato, the white masked genin immediately began to roll "GAGH, CRAP" to bring his eyes facing the natural gravity of earth where he would then start brushing them to try and dislodge the particles. While no reasonable person would try to claim damage from this... to be sure, his 20+ health was more then enough to resist the 0 sharpness brushing against him no matter where they touched.

It would likely take him a few minutes to realize there was water just above his head and so he would struggle for about that much time before then remembering it and crawling towards the sound of the river where he would dip his face in to rinse it. Significantly more effective then rubbing, this would clear every thing up in a matter of seconds.

Finally, he would shake his head to throw off some of the water before standing, straightening his mask, and then turning towards the other Shinobi "umm... sorry about that" As he said this he finally took a look at the person who had decided to approach him. Right away her blond hair was stunning for a people of black and brown, and while her eyes weren't particularly impressive they were accentuated by the blond surrounding them which also highlighted her light and fair skin. Naturally, the next thing to come to mind was how she was wearing a thin strip of cloth that started above and ended below her bosom and was only accompanied by enough cloth to cover her shoulders.... And then he got to her mid drift. Not going to continue through detail here or go into what the boy thought of all this as that should be self explanatory. I suppose I can at least finish vague-ing in the cloths and style... I am thinking sultan pants, the kind that seem to start at the legs rather then the part of the waist normal pants start from.... and of course hato always wears heels right? I am thinking something functional but loud so maybe platform disco like heels to go with the pants. If I missed a description, my bad.

Glossing through the rest, Shinoskay scanned over the female as water dripped from off his mask. While his facial expressions were concealed it was fairly clear what his eyes were doing. It was anyone's guess how long he stood there in stunned silence, but unless hato did or said anything he would stand there for a fair few minutes before finally composing himself and suddenly having a brain again "uhh, hi... My name is Shinoskay." It had nothing to do with Konoha architecture but what do you expect.

The fool, startled by her presence, dropped his magnetized sand onto his face. Subsequently, Shino would get the tiny minerals in his eye holes in his mask. He started to freak out and rush for the river to wash out his eyes. Hato couldn't help but feel embarrassed for the man. How pathetic.

Hato would watch as he tired to get himself back together again whilst also analyzing her body. What he would notice that her outfit was black button up shirt that had a collar attached to it. The buttons only went to her upper breast because she wanted to show off some cleavage, just in case she could use it too her advantage. Then her black finger-less gloves that allowed her to bare her claws. Below the button up shirt was some black short-shorts that were not only if she needed them to gain advantage, but also to maneuver around the field with little restrain from the clothes she wore. And her heels weren't disgusting platform, rather, they were black heels that would end at the top of her knee cap. The heel were able poke out eyes and feed it to anyone who thought they were platforms like it was a shish kebab.

But Hato needed to keep herself from showing the embarrassment she felt towards this man. She smiled warmly and gave a cutesy giggle. "Careful there, you aren't hurt aren't you?" She asked, with a bit of concern but also playful because he seemed okay.

Shino would give his name to Hato and she'd have to do like wise. She introduced herself, "I'm Hato Sano of the Hidden Cloud." The vampire did notice that he seemed to be controlling the sand, so it enticed her enough not to leave his goofy butt. Hopefully it would be worth it.

It took a second but her outfit seemed to shift, maybe he was seeing things or perhaps the 'sand' that got in his eyes screwed with his vision... or perhaps someone changed their look, or... who knows. Regardless, the appearance part was moved past and now the two had just exchanged names. The boy took a mental note that perhaps he should stop giving out his actual name, a thought for later, after he recognized her as one of the Kumo ninja that he met at the gate. His eyes would squint slightly before he then glanced out towards the water and then glanced back... all done within the span of a few seconds. "Hello Hato-san, is there anything I can help you with?" He had not quite come to understand the social dynamics of the situation but he felt it was best to err on the side of propriety as was his propensity.

Once more the idea of gathering information about a foreign village came to mind, if anything it could be good practice and if he kept trying enough times then perhaps eventually he would get the hang of this social dance where you try to get info from someone while also keeping info from them... without making it all obvious and without sounding rude.

Since he had already glance out towards the river, he would glance off to the opposite side while waiting for her to respond. He didnt want to sound disinterested, and he felt that if she was clever she would see it as him looking around the area for anything suspicious however who knows what she would see. The water from his face and mask began to run thin as most of it had dripped from and off the same, he could still feel the cooling from the water but it was rapidly acclimating to his body temperature and would likely be forgotten soon.

Since Hato did nothing further, Shinoskay would leave.
