A Quiet Spar For Redemption (Shino, Nk)
Mon Dec 03, 2018 5:24 pm
Tadashi, jersey zip open and the back flapping and waving from the wind, revealing his black shirt with a red fire in the middle, buried his hands in his pockets. He was looking down to one of the creeks in the Training Grounds, sparsely covered with pebbles jointing together, yet he could see the reflection of his face, eyes flickering, tears about to overflow in his eye bags, his face, however, was devoid of happiness, only despair, sadness. It was a warm day, still, the cumulus clouds swallowed the sun whole. There was little light to be shone to surface level, creating a dismal and gloomy day. Maybe, the sun knew human emotions. The 1st rounds of the Chunnin Exams were finished with and most people have their spirits crushed, also, the 2nd round was bound to start soon. Even though it was warm, the crimson haired Genin still took refuge in his hands, despite the fact that he was wearing fingerless gloves. Was it because of the sadness that took over him? Perhaps it was the loneliness? Or perhaps it made him feel more edgy and cool? Frozen was the reason, he felt paralyzed from the shock. He had never realized that he would lose, perhaps in the 2nd or 3rd round, but not the first.
Tadashi, still keeping his sorrowful gaze, pulled out a kunai from his ninja pouch, outstretching his hand towards the pond. His hands felt shaky, contemplating this action, and his eyes' vision was blurred from the number of tears about to fall down. Should he do it? No! He vowed to become a ninja, no matter what! But... He is simply a failure, someone who couldn't save his mom, and he couldn't even last in the Chunnin Exams. Such a failure shouldn't be a ninja. Tadashi let the grip strength in his right arm momentarily fade, tears freely streaming down to his cheek, as the Kunai did a few flips, before sinking to the bottom of the creek. He would look up to the sky, tears still active and present, due to his bangs, his eyes would be momentarily unseen...
"I don't deserve to be a ninja, just a good-for-nothing piece of crap."

Shinoskay would have been passing this random, innocuous, location for random reasons. The boy often ambled around the village either and its depths, he probably knew it better then most of its inhabitants even though he was one of the newest residents. As he came into the scene, he saw Tadashi, he was aware of the fight and where it went so it didnt surprise him to find the boy holding a kunai out.
Shinoskay watched, he was not going to do anything about the situation but he was relived to see the kunai fall and disappear into the murky depths of the water. With its absance, the white masked genin approached. "Good choice, and now that you have sacraficed your pain to konoha... what will you do now?"
He would have gotten to within 5 meters when he spoke, his hands in his konoha Armour coat and his voice muffled by the mask. Shinoskay's face was aimed at Tadashi but his eyes where pointedly looking towards the point the kunai disappeared into the water. He stood there as if he had been there since before his fellow genin had arrived and if they spoke then he would slowly shift his eyes to look in theirs.

Tadashi, during his full, exposed actions, didn't realize that there was a blur of a Chakra signature, creeping towards him unbeknownst to the crimson haired Genin, absorbed with his own problems, as if it were a snake, stalking its prey. As the kunai would sink to the ground, never to be picked up again, after he said those words, a voice would approach to his eardrums. "Good choice, and now that you have sacrificed your pain to konoha... what will you do now?" The voice said. Tadashi would instantly recognize the voice. Shinoskay was the name, and the young Namikaze would feel something, riling and burning in his heart. Sacrificing his pain for Konoha? The same person that didn't save his mother? The same person that couldn't talk to the police in time? The same person that couldn't win in the Chunnin Exams, and lost on the first round? How could HE of all people, sacrifice his pain into such a beautiful nation called Konoha? Yet, Shino would DARE to assume that he would do such a thing? Tadashi wouldn't think, his brain would be clouded with rage, anger, and sorrow. Clenching his hands into fists, creating a stretching sound, he would turn to Shino, tears freely falling.
"What can I do?! I can't do anything good, I should just leave this place! What kind of shinobi can't save their Mother, and would bring shame to the village by losing in the Chunnin Exams, first round? I'm nothing, just a piece of crap, and no matter what you do to change, a piece of crap is still a piece of crap..."
Tadashi would look down, defeated. Why should he have existed if he wouldn't do anything in life? The best shinobi ever? Just a mere dream compared to reality, now deflated like a balloon. The crimson haired Genin's eyes were red from crying so much, as he slowly looked up towards Shino,
"Why did you come towards me? Don't say it's because you wanted to cheer me up, since that won't be happening, I bet you that."

Through his mask, the boy made a slight sigh. Though it was slight, his chest heaved upward and settled back down much the same and the white masked boy's head drooped to the right as Tadashi screamed out his frustration. "It looks like you still have more pain to give," This was all he would say before his hand snapped upward into a balled fist, unless stopped it would come up and cross his red haired blood brothers high cheek bone just below the eye.
The strike was light, 10 strength at best, it was just enough that young Namikaze would feel the sting of the strike.
If the boy did nothing, if he went to speak, did anything other then strike back or to stop Shinoskay then more strikes would follow. One after the other, left and then right and then left. Even if the boy fell over, or tried to step away, he would find Shinoskay right there on him... the strikes would slowly come in with less of a gap between them. The first you could probably ask 'what the hell was that for' if it werent for this prompting a strike and the time would slowly close.
Shinoskay said nothing, he wasnt angry... he wasnt sad... there was no passion or drive in the strikes. He took no stance nor did he use any style to strike with.
The strikes would not all be aimed at the same spot, the first 4 would be at the head to get the message across that talking prompted a strike but then they would start being aimed for the gut, the hip, any arms that happen to aimlessly move in his way, his shoulder....
Though, most of the strikes would still be aimed at the head.
