A Walk In Central (Anyone Welcome, Nk)

The crimson haired Genin had just exited out of his house, in a good mood, almost as if the past week never happened. One of the reasons why he felt so happy was because foreigners from other villages arrived. Kirigakure No Sato, Kumogakure No Sato, and Hoshigakure No Sato. These 3 villages gathered some of their strongest Genin to go fight in the grand tournament of the Chunnin Exams, and Tadashi was one of them from Konoha. It felt good to represent your village gallantly, the only thing that the young Namikaze really needed to do is to get at least 3rd place so that Konoha can be seen as a fierce village, not some stepping stone that is basically part of Kiri. The young Namikaze would have katana on left hip along with a yellow scroll on his right hip, tied well vertically. There was honestly no need for ninja tools, since its just a casual walk. He would walk through the streets of Downtown Konoha, hands in pockets. There were chatter and groups of people passing by Tadashi, but he wouldn't really care, unless something interested him, created a commotion, or a foreigner that passed by him. He would keep his calm and collected look.

Fuyo sat next to his mothers grave and told her that he won his first chuinin exam match by default since the guy he was facing failed to show. He told his mother about his opponents name and how he probably didn't post because he was scared of Fuyos's strength. Fuyo laughed historically mocking himself "Because i am soooooo strong!" Fuyo laughed a bit more then less then less. Fuyo got up and a single tear fell from his eye landing of his mothers hedge stone "I miss you so much..." Fuyo wipped around said good bye to his mo and headed out to the lively center of his town to look at all of the foreign Genin that have come for the exams! Fuyo ran out without his cloak and of coarse with his cat Matatabi And Her and Fuyo headed out into town

When Fuyo and Matatabi entered the town Fuyo placed Matatabi on the top of his head so the two didn't get separated after struggling to get through all the traffic of the town Fuyo spotted a firmilier set of hair i was long and spiky and was crimson red Fuyo ran up to his friend Tadashi 
"yo you scouting to Tadashi!"
Fuyo smiled a big stupid grin. and stared to walk toward tadashi.

The crimson haired Genin's Chakra Sensory was obstructed, due to the commotion of people, he didn't have any chakra signature's memorized due to the high amount of people here and the fact that he didn't know anyone. The young Namikaze, wouldn't bother using it since it would just be a headache detecting people, and he would have to focus heavily on specific people, that may not have a lot of Chakra, making it harder to detect. Tadashi would continue on walking, still scouting on the foreigners, and if he saw anyone he knew. Amongst the usually black, blonde, and the occasional brunette, there was nothing standing out from these people, until he saw snowy, silver hair as if it was dyed to the color of white. As soon as Tadashi and the silver-haired boy locked eyes for a brief second, until the silver-haired boy ran up to him. It was one of his comrades and friends, Fuyo Uchiha. He would tell the crimson haired Genin, that he was scouting too. The young Namikaze had developed, somewhat of a more resolute and serious tone of voice compared to his happy-go-lucky voice, it still remained bits of his nonchalant and calmer tones of voice, but it was more firm, yet not cold, due to the recent events. Tadashi would acknowledge Fuyo's presence by nodding his head once.


Normally, he wouldn't have a small smirk, but in this case, the young Uchiha had a bright smile, and you know what they say, smiles are contagious. The crimson haired Genin couldn't help, but have a small smirk in response, 


"Hey, Fuyo. Yes, I'm trying to find foreigners, so I can meet and talk to them. I'm thinking about going up the building with the ledge on it for ninjas, so we can try to scout some of them." Tadashi pointed to a blue building, about 20 meters tall, to the left of him, accompanied by a ledge for sitting and standing on the top of the building. 


"I'm going up, you should go too unless you're too scared of heights." He mischievously said, his smirk still present.


With no hand seals, a blue chakra was emitted from the soles of his feet, covering his whole shoes, as he ran up the building at a Speed of 99, grabbing onto the top, and going on the ledge. Regardless if Fuyo was there or not, he would deactivate the surface walking jutsu, and begin scouting for the ninja with different headbands, with a pair of binoculars he released from one of the scrolls his father gave to him. Zooming in and zooming out of the binoculars, he would hope to find someone from a different village.
