Exam fitness stuff (solo)

It was kind of weird, apparently there was some sort of fitness test that required a certain 40 score on some kind of rubric. Apparently the best Matteo could get was a 36. He needed to figure out what he was going to do for that thing. The best he could figure out was to somehow generally increase his fitness. Apparently somehow people could also learn some sort of technique as well. Perhaps he should learn something else somewhat easy while at it. The best he could determine, was some sort of mark seal technique, that did not require fuinjutsu specialty somehow. It was a pretty interesting thing that apparently allowed people to track people of some kind. It apparently was quite simple, it just used some sort of sealing thing, at least no hand seals. Nice to not have to remember how to do those, especially considering how annoyingly impractical it is to use them.

It seemed that the writer of this story decided that it was a good idea to try and make some techniques more practical by not needing every sing technique to use hand seals. It was also possible that ninjtsu was inferior because of the requirement of this stupid thing. Either way, Matteo would not really know what was the idea. It seemed that it might have just been place chakra on something and that would be remembered forever somehow? Perhaps that is true, but it really did not make sense. Matteo would think a bit more.

It seems like it was just that. Matteo now had to figure out what was a good target. It seemed as if he could see about that dude who was going crazy at the strip club yesterday. It seemed a bit stupid to do so however, because of how obviously stupid it is to try and see that person again. He decided he would see about trying this on the academy student teacher. He would walk over to the academy and look and see his teacher. Matteo would try doing the technique on him, however soon he would realize that it would not work in the end because it seemed so blindingly obvious that this chunnin dude probably also knew how to do this. Instead, he randomly touched a random administrator.

In the end, this thing kind of managed to work somehow. Matteo seemed to be able to figure out this rather simple technique quite easily. Perhaps it was a good idea to keep this idea in mind later, although perhaps it was not a good idea to try and do this too often. Matteo was also slightly curious as to how one would remove this technique. It was not obvious as it was quite clear that this technique in the book was never defined as some sort of undoable technique. Regardless, that seemed to just mean that perhaps, the method has not been discovered yet.

Matteo decided to go to the strip club again. He managed to avoid getting too much trouble. Nobody seemed to be making a scene. Matteo did decide that he was interested in learning how to do some sort of wind technique that might allow him to make sharp stuff. He decided to think about that technique while at the bar. It seemed that it was not too complicated. He thought about it, and it seemed that actually, most of the problem was how to compress air. It seemed that was the only thing. IT also did seem that perhaps it needed to be somehow able to go and not disappear back into the air after forming.

Matteo knew he had the wind element because he already had this test earlier as an academy student. It seemed that the best way to do this was to try and compress air first. HE decided to try and use his chakra to gather a decently large sample of air, and try compressing it. That seemed like a somewhat decent plan, although perhaps not the best. He would try, and would compress the air. It would partially work, until he relaxed and the air popped out. A small gust of wind happened inside the bar, but nobody really gave it much of their attention.

He would try again, this time going ahead and seeing how this would go with slightly less air. Maybe with a harder casing. He would try again, and would manage to try and at least make something long and skinny. It seemed like it might get closer again later, but it seemed that he should go and order something before he would get kicked out. He would try again later, but he decided that he would like 4 beers. He thought that perhaps, he would try not drinknig so, so many beers.
