It had not been so long since he took his first mission as a genin; a village service ran short on manpower and they requested a genin’s help. While this help usually came from graduated ninja, around 10 to 12 years old, nobody had mocked Kaito so far when they saw him. His guess was they might’ve heard about his stinky restaurant burning down, or mayhaps they even recognized him from there. He didn’t mind the lack of comments though, so long as they refrained from commenting when he turned their back as well. When he made it to the disposal center, he noticed there were a lot different piles, but the stench that emanated from it seemed to be almost universal: rotten organic matter of all kinds twisted the noses of all but the most calloused airways.

He greeted the shift manager cordially, and the man responded brutishly but without ill intent. It just seemed to be how he was. He explained to Kaito the route and details: much like his first mission, he was assigned to help local services, and once again he was assigned the seedy underbelly of the city. It was understandable; they already had to deal with the dumps on a daily basis, might as well take a break from it from time to time and give that to newbies. He didn’t mind it; he lived in the midst of it. He was given a pair of thick gloves, and a donkey pulled cart to help cart the trash around and back to the dump.

Taking trash wasn’t the nicest task he had to do so far, to be honest, but it wasn’t very different from his previous mission of scrapping materials from the fields. The only differences were that it was on the streets, not the training grounds, and trash stank a whole lot more than broken metal and chipped wood. Still, he had been given a pair of thick gloves, and the donkey wasn’t as stubborn as people make the animals out to be. The morning passed fairly quickly, and as it went on, Kaito could feel his muscles tense with continuous exertion. He wiped his face of sweat with the back of his stinky gloves, while the headband soaked in sweat to prevent it falling onto his brow.

When he passed through the burnt facade which lead to his bar, sadness washed over him. He didn’t really pass through this place in all this time. Last time he had been here was when he surmised his old teammate was involved, and rather than grieve for his burnt restaurant, as poor and ill-looking and ill-reputed as it was, he had just taken off to exact vengeance. “Goodbye, old friend.”

Unlike last time he did the rounds of the city, no one tried to stand in his way or make demands; few people demand anything from a trash collector. As a matter of fact, they eagerly gave away their trash. It was far easier. If only all of it were like this.

Task:
The local trash company is understaffed at the moment, due to this they have requested that either a single Genin or a tea of Genin come and assist them with collecting all the trash in a Sector of the village. The shinobi will need to visit every house and then take all the trash to the collection point on the outskirts of the villi age. There are fifty houses per sector in the village and the trash collection company does note that the shinobi will need to speak with some of the villagers in order to ensure all of the trash has been collected. Note: Hidden purpose behind this is to get the shinobi out and about learning the layout of the village and communicating with the people of the village.
