Kyofu Ishi
As the female started to speak, Kyofu would give her a puzzled look. As the three words "play with anymore" came out of her mouth. He was prepared to act at a moment's notice. Already raising his left hand at his maximum speed and forming chakra before she was even done speaking. Just in case he had to react to an action. However, to the woman it would seem like he was only holding up his hand in defense, as if telling her to wait due to the chakra in his hand not taking its full form yet. His mind was like water molecules boiling. Everything was all over the place. Strategies on top of even more strategies to get him out of any predicament that he may fall in. Once she spoke the last of her words, Kyofu then knew that the female wasn't playing any games. During her last words, he would see her hands move towards each other. Anyone who was a ninja would automatically know what was coming next. So, as she moved her hands towards each other. An orb of spiraling chakra would leave his hand in a flicking motion at the speed of 65. The orb moving towards the woman just as her hands were twelve inches away from connecting to perform a handseal. The orb blended in with the fiery, smokey, and murderous environment. So unless was someone was staring hard at the jutsu itself, it would be very hard to see.
You see, the woman's hand movement was at an average speed (43). So, the wind-based ninjutsu would cross the thirty-seven meter distance upwards just after her hands met to fully create the tiger seal and she had begun waving her head, breathing only air out of her mouth. Knowing her, she would be blowing all the breath out of her lungs until her death. However, Kyofu wasn't done yet. Instantly after the ball of chakra left his hand, he would perform the ram handseal. Right after performing it, Kyofu would shift his body around at maximum speed by spinning slightly and would disappear at the speed of 105 and appear 60 meters away from where he was previously standing directly behind him. As stated before, everything behind him was complete desert. No rocks, no cacti, just sand. The only objects that were anywhere near being the wall surrounding Sunagakure, the village gates, the hundreds of bodies littered in front of it, as well as the lone female, So, he wouldn't have mistakenly Body Flickered into a object. He wasn't that senile...
Anyway, while he had Body Flickered away the wind-based ninjutsu would have already gotten to its destination. The woman herself occupied with performing a jutsu of her own and waving her head left to right in wide arcs wouldn't have even saw it coming her way. It would explode one foot below the top of the wall where the female stood just as her head would begin to turn for the first time. An explosion of five meters in diameter would engulf the area. Instantly destroying the area of the wall that was located within it. Unless the girl somehow avoided the attack. Which he doubted since she was kinda pre-occupied 'swiveling' her head from side to side, then she would also be engulfed in the explosion. The wind-based chakra would slice at every inch of her body. Looking for any crease or opening to tear her apart. As seen with the armor she wore. Her neck, head, shoulders, and fingers were completely open to the jutsu's explosion. So, unless she could somehow withstand the damage, or even somehow got away. She would just simply be dead, as multiple parts of her body were exposed. Her head being cut into pieces, as well as her shoulders.
Kyofu would watch from his new distance of 80 meters away from the village gates. He still wondered why the female didn't attack. Was his ninjutsu to fast for her to perform another seal? Or maybe she was just joking around? Whatever it was, he didn't care. He didn't like to be toyed with. Kyofu had only come to get answers, and she had failed to give them to him. She was quite rude as a matter of fact. He hadn't met any shinobi who had a three strike rule. Maybe she just wanted to fight someone to get fame? Or maybe she was just senile much like himself? Though, his blood WAS pumping. Or so it felt like it. He could feel all three hearts within him beating to the fullest. He hadn't been in a battle for a long time. He lusted for blood more than anything else. He wanted the heart of this woman. The question was he powerful enough to obtain it?!
- OOC:
You never stated the speed you were moving, so I just said it was half your maximum speed.
You performed the wrong handseal for the jutsu. I didn't see anything on your stat page that let you perform it with the tiger seal, so jutsu wasn't casted.
Just for clarification... I am 20 meters away from the wall and you're 30 meters in the air on the wall itself. After math you're bout 36 meters away or something like that. But at the end my maximum distance away is 80 meters.
Thought we were just gonna rp, but i guess not....

The Reapers would give a sigh as he watched this entire situation unfold from his position only 25m away, atop the massive walls of Sunagakure much like Amaterasu herself, but seeing as the child had never so much as looked back she hadn’t even noticed him, and due to where he was it would be impossible for the stranger to see him either, the Byakugan in his right eye was the only tool he needed to watch without being noticed. He knew full well that he needed to stop allowing Amaterasu, the Impulsive Little Wolf, watch the gates… she had already killed 2 and was apparently trying for a third… out of a total 4 visitors. That record was the entire reason that he was seated here, watching her, rather than doing anything else… well, that and he was rather bored… but the main reason was because she was apparently the type to roast first and ask questions never… something that he simply couldn’t allow to continue. The moment that Kyofu began to raise his hand Kenshin would activate his Corrupted Sage Mode, bolstering his already impressive chakra signature to truly monstrous levels and breaking through the flimsy barrier of his ring, allowing the foul energy to be sensed by any within 115m of his position.
As soon as the technique was activated a smoke-like aura would begin to rise from Kenshin’s body, surrounding him in what almost looked like a miniature tornado of purple and black chakra (Display of Power, 701 stats to resist). He would form a single hand seal, Ram to be specific, as fast as he possibly could, and mere moments later The Raggedy Man would seemingly vanish, moving at speeds far beyond what the average human eye would be able to track (300). The Monster would appear beside Amaterasu right before she began to move to form her hand seals, and his hand would shoot out and grasped her wrist tightly, preventing her from going through with any further actions.
“…Return to the village Amaterasu, rest assured we will be discussing this and your previous outbursts in the future.” the man formerly known as The Ragdoll would state in a firm tone, his normally dull red eyes yellow and glazed as he stared down at his charge, the sclera pitch black while a pitch black, almost tar-like substance flowed from his eyes like tears. With that he would release her hand and turn his attention towards the Sunagakure shinobi… a rather rare sight considering almost all of the others were impaled on stone spears between himself and said shinobi.
“Who are you and why are you here? Lie and I swear that by the time I am done you will be wishing that your corpse was here with your former comrades.” The Reaper would then call out, his voice as harsh and gruff as his words as they echoed down the chasm that served as the villages main entrance.

As he was about to let his loose chakara, Kyofu felt a very menacing aura. An aura that made him want to kill himself ten times over. He hadn't felt chakra this powerful since meeting the ninja Maku. Even though Maku's felt more powerful than this, Kyofu could still tell the menacing chakra was leagues above his own. In almost an instant, a figure would appear next to the girl, grasping her wrist and saying something. If it weren't for the deadly chakra, Kyofu would have heard what the figure first said, but he was too frightened. Seconds would pass before he would regain his senses. When he regained them, Kyofu would hear the figure speaks towards him and him alone.
The threaded ninja knew that he couldn't play with the man like he was doing with the girl moments before. "I a-a-am Kyofu Ishi, I originally hail from Hoshigakure, but I relocated her to Sunagakure only two weeks ago at the most. I just woke up three days ago in a area miles away from the village and I don't know how I got there. I don't even know what has happened to the village itself. I-I just want to know what is going on." announced a frightened Kyofu.

Amaterasu flinched at the sudden contact, tilting her head as she realized it was Kenshin. After his words, she nodded. She may have been in trouble, but... there was nothing particularly interesting here, anyway. Though it would've been fun to kill the chihuahua, in truth, she didn't particularly care if he lived or died. Right now he pleaded for his life, however, and the difference in tone interested her. Kenshin registered as a threat. She did not. What was it about her- her age? Demeanor? A curiosity bubbled up in her gut, and after a moment, looking back down at the stranger, she shrugged. She'd make her exit. If Kenshin decided to kill him, well, good for the two of them. If he decided to keep him alive? She supposed he must've had some value. If not, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to kill him later. Oh well.

The Reaper would listen to the fool as he whimpered, announcing his name, his former and current village affiliation, and why he was here… and despite the words themselves being obviously part of an obviously false narrative Kenshin could feel that he wasn’t lying in the slightest. How very bizarre… could he perhaps have some way of fooling the Minds Eye of the Kagura? Or was he truly some clueless Genin of Sunagakure that somehow got himself trapped in a space-time void? Who knows, and in the end, who truly cared… certainly not Kenshin
“What you see here is the work of Kenshin Uzumaki, better known to the world at large as The Ragdoll, an S-rank Missing Ninja of Hoshigakure. A few months back he arrived and butchered every living shinobi of Sunagakure along with any and all Kumogakure shinobi still stationed in the country, essentially stealing the crown jewel of Kumogakure’s Empire. I can tell you’re not lying kid, but for you to be telling the truth some strange shit had to have gone down… Kumo has controlled Suna for a few years now, ever since Maku The Conqueror walked into the village with Takeo Tadashi while Koroshi Uchiha fled.” The Raggedy Man would explain, calling out loud enough for Kyofu to hear him easily. It was at this point that he would allow the transformation caused by his Corrupted Sage Mode to end, knowing that the boy was certainly no threat to him. At the same time he would begin to actively suppress his chakra, disliking the idea that anyone could sense it.
“Sorry if I scared ya when I showed up, just that Kenshin’s kinda been MIA since Konoha and Kiri attacked the village… not that I can blame him considering most of the civilians kinda hate his guts now. He’s still here somewhere, that’s for sure, but I guess he’s just choosing to lay low for now… again, can’t really blame him for that one… just wish he’d bothered to let me know before up and vanishing… selfish bastard.” The haggard looking man would state, his final words little more than a whisper as a scowl appeared on his face and he reached into his grey jacket. He would give a small smirk as he withdrew his trusty flask and took a rather healthy swig, before allowing his dull red eyes to fall down onto the supposed shinobi of Sunagakure once more.
“You can call me Stark… and I guess I’m in charge of this place until Kenshin gets back from wherever he’s hiding. If ya wanna enter the village and check it out for yourself I’m not gonna stop ya, but I’ll warn ya now… none of the civilians are gonna take kindly to ya if you’re wearing that headband, and I doubt the rest of Kenshin's allies will be quite as kind.” Was the final thing that the man would say, before simply turning back and beginning his trek into the village. It truly meant very little if anyone entered the husk of a village anymore, and with ‘Kenshin’ having gone ‘missing’ like he had there was no true need to worry about any bounty hunters or ambitious village shinobi. And besides, if they truly began to cause trouble he could simply kill them and take their corpses for himself… who knows what kind of useful bloodlines he could get his hands on.

Hmm? A certain turn of events it was indeed. Who knew such a mysterious figure would appear in the day and stop the fight. Though, it didn't matter now. Kyofu had to figure out what happened to Sunagakure and who the new mysterious figure was. He would deal with the girl at a later date. If he had to obtain the fire heart that she possessed then so be it. On this day he would not die, but maybe it would be another day in the future. Nodding at the new man, Kyofu would follow Stark into the village that was once Sunagakure.
